Description

小区重选方法、装置及系统 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,具体而言,涉及一种小区重选方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)是由3GPP(The 3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴计划)组织制定的UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,通用移动通信系统)技术标准的长期演进。LTE系统引入了OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing,正交频分复用)和MIMO(Multi-Input&Multi-Output,多输入多输出)等关键传输技术,显著增加了频谱效率和数据传输速率。LTE第一阶段技术,于2008年底完成标准化并在2009年开始进行商用网络部署(对应3GPP R8/R9版本)。为满足未来无线通信市场的更高需求和更多应用,同时还保持对LTE较好的后向兼容性,3GPP在2010年启动了LTE的演进版本LTE-Advanced(LTE-A)的研究(对应3GPP R10及后续版本)。LTE-A采用了载波聚合(Carrier Aggregation)、上/下行多天线增强(Enhanced UL/DL MIMO)、多点协作传输(Coordinated Multi-point Tx&Rx)、中继(Relay)、异构网干扰协调增强(Enhanced Inter-cell Interference Coordination forHeterogeneous Network)等关键技术,能大大提高无线通信系统的峰值数据速率、峰值频谱效率、小区平均谱效率以及小区边界用户性能,同时也能提高整个网络的组网效率。而且随着技术的演进,不断有新的技术被LTE所采纳,例如在LTE-R12中,将支持包括TDD与FDD间的载波聚合(TDD-FDD CA)、小小区双链接(small cell dual connectivity)等新的技术,进一步提高无线通信系统的峰值速率、频谱效率以及整个网络的运行效率。
由于商用网络部署与LTE标准技术演进的平行推进,目前市场上广泛存在着采用不同版本的基站与采用不同协议版本的终端。考虑到不同协议版本功能上的差异,基于不同协议版本的设备在功能上也会有较大差异(即使是基于相同的协议版本,考虑到制造成本、目标市场等因素,不同的基站、终端在支持的功能上也可能有较大区别),而终端在某基站下能够发挥的最大能力取决与终端与基站能力的交集。例如基于3GPPR11版本技术的基站相对于基于3GPP R9版本技术的基站而言,采用R11协议版本的基站能够支持载波聚合,8×8下行MIMO/4×4上行MIMO等功能,可以提供更高的传输速率及效率。但是,这些功能必须要配合支持这些功能的R11终端才能有效的发挥。由于根据目前的协议描述,UE在进行小区选择、重选时并不会考虑终端、基站 间的能力匹配问题,基站无法为不同能力的UE配置不同的小区选择重选参数,终端也无法通过系统消息获知基站的具体能力,因此也无法做到根据设备能力有针对性的驻留。如果大量R9的终端驻留在了R11基站所辖小区内,或者大量R11终端驻留在了R9基站所辖小区内,终端和基站由于版本、能力的不匹配会导致设备能力无法有效发挥从而造成传输效率、速率的下降,对用户体验有较大负面影响。
针对相关技术中由于终端和基站的版本及能力等不匹配而导致设备能力无法有效发挥进而造成传输效率及速率下降的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种终端的小区重选参数配置方法及装置、小区重选方法、装置及系统,以至少解决相关技术中由于终端和基站的版本及能力等不匹配而导致设备能力无法有效发挥进而造成传输效率及速率下降的问题。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种终端的小区重选参数配置方法,包括:网络侧为终端配置多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;所述网络侧将为所述终端配置的所述多套小区重选参数集合发送给所述终端。
可选地,适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力完全匹配的小区的第一专用小区重选参数集合和/或适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集但不完全匹配的小区的第二专用小区重选参数集合。
可选地,每套所述小区重选参数集合中的小区重选参数包括以下至少之一:小区重选优先级、信号门限、信号门限偏置值。
可选地,在网络侧为终端配置多套专用小区重选参数集合之前,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧根据所述终端的预定信息,确定所述终端在具有不同能力的基站下的专用重选参数集合,其中,所述预定信息包括:能力信息和/或签约类别。

可选地,还包括:确定模块,设置为根据所述终端的预定信息,确定所述终端在具有不同能力的基站下的专用重选参数集合,其中,所述预定信息包括:能力信息和/或签约类别。

可选地,还包括:保存模块,设置为保存多套所述专用小区重选参数集合,直到所述终端再次进入连接,或者定时器控制释放多套所述专用小区重选参数集合。

根据本发明的又一个方面,还提供了一种小区重选系统,包括:网络侧和终端,其中,所述网络侧包括上述的终端的小区重选参数配置装置;所述终端包括上述的小区重选装置。
通过本发明,网络侧将适用于基站能力与终端能力不同匹配情况的小区专用小区重选参数集合发送给终端,终端根据这些专用小区重选参数集合,设置不同小区的小区重选参数,并根据这些小区重选参数进行小区重选,解决了关技术中由于终端和基站的版本及能力等不匹配而导致设备能力无法有效发挥进而造成传输效率及速率下降的问题,进而有效改善UE在小区重选时可能出现的UE能力和小区能力不匹配的情况,最大限度的发挥设备的能力,提高了传输效率及速率。

针对终端与驻留的小区基站的能力不匹配的问题,本发明实施例对相关技术进行了改进,使得UE在小区重选时可以将设备能力作为考虑因素之一,尽量做到终端能力和基站能力的匹配,从而有效改善UE在小区重选时可能出现的UE能力和小区能力不匹配的情况。
根据本发明实施例,提供了一种终端的小区重选参数配置方法,该方法应用于网络侧。

根据本发明实施例,还提供了一种小区重选装置,位于终端,设置为实现上述小区重选方法。
图4为根据本发明实施例的小区重选装置的结构示意图,如图4所示,该装置主要包括:第一获取模块40、第二获取模块42、设置模块44和重选模块46。其中,第一获取模块40,设置为从网络侧获取与终端的能力相关的多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;第二获取模块42,设置为获取小区的能力信息;设置模块44,设置为根据所述终端自身能力与所述小区的能力匹配情况,从所述多套专用小区重选参 数集合中选择对应的专用小区重选参数集设置所述小区的重选相关参数;重选模块46,设置为根据设置的所述小区的重选相关参数进行小区重选。
可选地,该装置还可以包括:保存模块,设置为保存多套所述专用小区重选参数集合,直到所述终端再次进入连接,或者定时器控制释放多套所述专用小区重选参数集合。
可选地,该装置还可以包括:上报模块,设置为将获取的小区的能力信息上报给当前驻留小区的网络侧。
根据本发明实施例,还提供了一种小区重选系统。
图5为根据本发明实施例的小区重选系统的结构示意图,如图5所示,包括:网络侧50和终端52。其中,所述网络侧50包括上述的终端的小区重选参数配置装置;所述终端52包括上述的小区重选装置。具体网络侧50的功能和终端52的功能如上所述,在此不再赘述。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明实施例提供的技术方案进行说明。
实施例一
本实施例对终端获取基站的能力信息进行说明。
图6为本实施例中,终端获取基站的能力信息的信令流程图,如图6所示,基站通过系统消息广播其能力信息,终端接收该广播消息,从而获取基站的能力信息。其中,基站可以显示的广播其能力信息。例如,基站可以广播其支持载波聚合、增强MIMO、增强干扰协调、small cell双链接等技术的一种或多种;例如,如下表1和2所示(option 1)中,对于具有CA和CoMP的基站,其能力指示设置为001001。

本实施例对终端能力和基站能力匹配的专用小区重选参数传递进行说明。
图7为本实施例中终端能力和基站能力匹配的专用小区重选参数传递的信令示意图,如图7所示,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S701,终端上报其能力给网络,其中,终端可以以表1/2或者表3的形式将其能力上报给网络;例如,终端具有CA和CoMP能力,其能力指示设置为C13(option2);
步骤S702,网络根据终端能力和/或其他条件(例如,终端的签约类别)确定终端在具有不同能力的基站(包括邻区基站)下的专用重选参数集合;其中,专用重选参数集合至少包括以下之一:小区重选优先级、信号门限、信号门限偏置值;专用重选参数集合1适用于基站能力与终端能力完全匹配的小区;专用重选参数集合2适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区;专用重选参数集合3适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区;
例如,如果基站能力与终端能力完全匹配,则该基站的小区重选优先级设置为priority 1;如果基站能力与终端能力有交集,则该基站的小区重选优先级设置为priority2;如果基站能力与终端能力无任何交集,则该基站的小区重选优先级设置为priority3;其中,priority 1>priority2>priority3,表示优先级1高于优先级2和优先级3;
如果基站能力与终端能力完全匹配,则该基站的小区重选信号门限偏置值设置为offset 1;如果基站能力与终端能力有交集,则该基站的小区重选信号门限偏置值设置为offset 2;如果基站能力与终端能力无任何交集,则该基站的小区重选信号门限偏置值设置为offset 3;其中,offset 1<offset 2<offset3;
其中,对于具有相同无线能力但不同签约等级的终端,其专用重选参数可不同;
步骤S703,网络将专用重选参数集合传递给终端。
实施例三
本实施例对基于终端能力和基站能力匹配的专用小区重选方法进行说明。
假设终端1具有CA和CoMP能力,终端2不具有CA和CoMP能力,图8为本实施例中,基于终端能力和基站能力匹配的专用小区重选方法的信令示意图,如图8所示,本实施例中,基于终端能力和基站能力匹配的专用小区重选方法主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S801-802,终端1和终端2在连接态时分别从小区1获取能力相关的专用小区重选参数集合。
其中:终端1的专用小区重选参数包括:集合1中的优先级为7,信号门限偏置为1;集合2的优先级为6,信号门限偏置为2;集合3的优先级为3,信号门限偏置为3;
终端2的专用小区重选参数包括:集合1中的优先级为7,信号门限偏置为1;集合2的优先级为6,信号门限偏置为2;集合3的优先级为5,信号门限偏置为3;
步骤S803,终端1和终端2在小区1处于空闲态;
步骤S804,小区1广播其能力和/或其邻小区2和邻小区3的能力信息;其中,小区1仅具有CA能力;小区2具有CA和CoMP能力,小区3不具有CA和CoMP能力;
步骤S805,终端1根据其自身能力(支持CA和CoMP)根据专用小区重选参数分别设置小区1(仅支持CA)、2(支持CA和CoMP)、3(不支持CA和CoMP)的重选参数,即小区1的优先级为6,小区2的优先级为7,小区3的优先级为3;小区1的门限偏置为2,小区2的门限偏置为1,小区3的门限偏置为3;
步骤S806,终端2根据其自身能力(不支持CA和CoMP)根据专用小区重选参数分别设置小区1(仅支持CA)、2(支持CA和CoMP)、3(不支持CA和CoMP)的重选参数,即小区1的优先级为6,小区2的优先级为5,小区3的优先级为7;小区1的门限偏置为2,小区2的门限偏置为3,小区3的门限偏置为1;
步骤S807,终端1根据步骤5所确定的专用重选参数重选到与其能力匹配的小区2;
步骤S808,终端2根据步骤6所确定的专用重选参数重选到与其能力匹配的小区3。
实施例四
本实施例中对基站获取邻区基站能力方法进行说明。
图9为本实施例中获取邻区基站能力的信令流程图,如图9所示,主要包括以下步骤:
步骤S901,小区1广播其能力;本实施例假设此时小区1不知道小区2的能力;
步骤S902,处于小区1范围的终端记录小区1的能力;
步骤S903,小区2广播其能力;
步骤S904,终端1重选到小区2,获取小区2的能力并记录小区2的能力;
步骤S905,终端1在连接态时将记录的小区1的能力上报给小区2;
步骤S906,小区2广播其自身能力以及其邻区小区1的能力;
步骤S907,处于小区2下的空闲态终端2(具有CA能力)可以根据小区1(具有CA能力)和小区2(具有CA和CoMP能力)的能力选择小区1驻留。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实施例中,终端基于终端和基站之间能力匹配进行小区重选,使得UE在小区重选时可以将设备能力作为考虑因素之一,尽量做到终端能力和基站能力的匹配,从而有效改善UE在小区重选时可能出现的UE能力和小区能力不匹配的情况。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种小区重选方法、装置及系统具有以下有益效果:有效地改善了UE在小区重选时可能出现的UE能力和小区能力不匹配的情况,最大限度地发挥设备的能力,提高了传输效率及速率。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种终端的小区重选参数配置方法,包括:
    网络侧为终端配置多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;
    所述网络侧将为所述终端配置的所述多套小区重选参数集合发送给所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力完全匹配的小区的第一专用小区重选参数集合和/或适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集但不完全匹配的小区的第二专用小区重选参数集合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,每套所述小区重选参数集合中的小区重选参数包括以下至少之一:小区重选优先级、信号门限、信号门限偏置值。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在网络侧为终端配置多套专用小区重选参数集合之前,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧根据所述终端的预定信息,确定所述终端在具有不同能力的基站下的专用重选参数集合,其中,所述预定信息包括:能力信息和/或签约类别。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,确定所述终端在具有不同能力的基站下的专用重选参数集合之前,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧接收所述终端的能力信息上报。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧广播其自身能力信息和/或邻区的能力信息,以使所述终端根据配置的所述多套小区重选参数集,设置所述网络侧和/或邻区对应的参数,其中,所述能力信息包括至少以下之一:载波聚合、增强多输入多输出MIMO、增强干扰协调、及小小区small cell双链接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:所述网络侧接收所述终端上报的邻区的能力信息。
  8. 一种小区重选方法,包括
    终端处于连接态时从网络侧获取与所述终端的能力相关的多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;
    所述终端获取小区的能力信息,根据所述终端自身能力与所述小区的能力匹配情况,从所述多套专用小区重选参数集合中选择对应的专用小区重选参数集设置所述小区的重选相关参数;
    所述终端根据设置的所述小区的重选相关参数进行小区重选。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力完全匹配的小区的第一专用小区重选参数集合和/或适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集但不完全匹配的小区的第二专用小区重选参数集合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述终端根据所述终端自身能力与所述基站的能力信息匹配情况,从所述多套专用小区重选参数集合中选择对应的专用小区重选参数集设置所述网络侧对应的参数,包括:
    对于与所述终端的能力完全匹配的小区,则所述终端按照所述适用于基站能力与终端能力完全匹配的小区的第一专用小区重选参数集合设置该小区的重选相关参数;
    对于与所述终端的能力存在交集的小区,则所述终端按照所述适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集但不完全匹配的小区的第二专用小区重选参数集合设置该小区的重选相关参数;
    对于与所述终端的能力没有交集的小区,则所述终端按照所述适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集设置该小区的重选相关参数。
  11. 根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述重选相关参数包括至少以下之一:小区的重选优先级、小区的信号门限、小区的信号门限偏置。
  12. 根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端在获取所述多套专用小区重选参数集合之后,所述方法包括:所述终端保存多套所述专用小区重 选参数集合,直到所述终端再次进入连接,或者定时器控制释放多套所述专用小区重选参数集合。
  13. 根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,终端处于连接态时从网络侧获取与所述终端的能力相关的多套专用小区重选参数集合,包括:所述终端处于连接态时,接收所述网络侧发送的系统参数消息,从所述系统参数消息中获取多套所述专用小区重选参数集合。
  14. 根据权利要求8至9中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端获取小区的能力信息包括:所述终端接收其当前驻留小区或邻小区的网络侧广播的本小区和/邻小区的能力信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述终端获取小区的能力信息之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述终端将获取的小区的能力信息上报给当前驻留小区的网络侧。
  16. 一种终端的小区重选参数配置装置,包括:
    配置模块,设置为为终端配置多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;
    发送模块,设置为将为所述终端配置的所述多套小区重选参数集合发送给所述终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,还包括:确定模块,设置为根据所述终端的预定信息,确定所述终端在具有不同能力的基站下的专用重选参数集合,其中,所述预定信息包括:能力信息和/或签约类别。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,还包括:第一接收模块,设置为接收所述终端的能力信息上报。
  19. 根据权利要求16至18中任一项所述的装置,其中,还包括:广播模块,设置为广播当前小区的能力信息和/或邻区的能力信息,以使所述终端根据配置的所述多套小区重选参数集,设置所述网络侧和/或邻区对应的参数,其中,所述能力信息包括至少以下之一:载波聚合、增强MIMO、增强干扰协调、及small cell双链接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的装置,其中,还包括:第二接收模块,设置为接收所述终端上报的邻区的能力信息。
  21. 一种小区重选装置,包括
    第一获取模块,设置为从网络侧获取与终端的能力相关的多套专用小区重选参数集合,其中,多套所述专用小区重选参数集合包括:适用于基站能力与终端能力有交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集合、以及适用于基站能力与终端能力无交集的小区的专用小区重选参数集;
    第二获取模块,设置为获取小区的能力信息;
    设置模块,设置为根据所述终端自身能力与所述小区的能力匹配情况,从所述多套专用小区重选参数集合中选择对应的专用小区重选参数集设置所述小区的重选相关参数;
    重选模块,设置为根据设置的所述小区的重选相关参数进行小区重选。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其中,还包括:保存模块,设置为保存多套所述专用小区重选参数集合,直到所述终端再次进入连接,或者定时器控制释放多套所述专用小区重选参数集合。
  23. 根据权利要求21或22所述的装置,其中,还包括:上报模块,设置为将获取的小区的能力信息上报给当前驻留小区的网络侧。
  24. 一种小区重选系统,包括:网络侧和终端,其中,所述网络侧包括权利要求16至20中任一项所述的装置;所述终端包括权利要求21至23中任一项所述的装置。
