所述移动终端包括:视频采集模块、音频采集模块、数据提取模块以及数据通信模块;
所述视频采集模块设置为采集视频数据;
所述音频采集模块设置为采集音频数据;
所述数据提取模块设置为从所述视频采集模块中提取所述视频数据,从所述音频采集模块中提取所述音频数据;并调用所述数据通信模块将所述视频数据和所述音频数据发送给所述视频会议终端;
所述视频会议终端获取所述媒体数据,然后对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
本发明实施例的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供一种视频会议终端及其工作方法、数据传输方法及系统,解决现有视频会议终端移动性不灵活导致用户使用不方便的问题;具体地,本发明的视频会议终端的工作方法包括:获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据;对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端;应用本发明的方法视频会议终端可以利用外部移动终端的视频和音频数据作为视频源和音频源;用户可以使用移动终端在室内随意走动进行视频会议,本发明的方法将移动终端移动灵活性加载到视频会议终端上,使得用户不需要依赖视频会议终端本身的移动性,方便快捷地使用移动终端和视频会议终端进行视频会议,与现有技术相比,本发明的方法可以提供用户进行视频会议的灵活性,解决了视频终端的灵活性差导致的使用不便的问题,同时由于应用常用的移动终端来采集视频和音频数据,使得用户不需要担心额外购买摄像头的成本;由于移动终端和视频会议终端是分离的,视频会议终端设备可以做的更小巧,提高了视频会议终端的移动性,本发明的方法极大地提高了用户利用视频会议终端进行视频会议的便捷、安全和稳定性。

下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种视频会议终端的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤101:获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据。
本实施例中外部移动终端指的是视频会议终端之外的移动设备,例如手机、平板电脑等。
步骤102:对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
本实施例中对媒体数据进行处理主要包括:将视频数据和音频数据进行编码、打包;本实施例中将处理后的媒体数据发送给远端说的是将打包后的音视频数据通过网络出传送给其他参加会议的视频会议终端。
应用本实施例的方法,视频会议终端将外部移动终端提供的音视频数据作为音视频源;使得用户可以通过外部移动终端进行视频会议;避免了因视频会议终端本身移动性差导致用户使用不便的问题,用户可以室内(厨房、卧室、书房)随意走动着沟通,同时还可以展示房屋的精美装修;应用本实施例方法可以将移动终端极致的灵活性完美加载在功能强大的视频会议终端上了,使得用户不需要依赖视频会议终端本身的移动性,方便快捷地使用移动终端和视频会议终端进行视频会议,与现有技术相比,本发明的方法可以提供用户进行视频会议的灵活性,解决了视频终端的灵活性差导致的使用不便的问题,同时由于应用常用的移动终端来采集视频和音频数据,使得用户不需要担心额外购买摄像头的成本;由于移动终端和视频会议终端是分离的,视频会议终端设备可以做的更小巧,提高了视频会议终端的移动性,本发明的方法极大地提高了用户利用视频会议终端进行视频会议的便捷、安全和稳定性。
应用本实施例方法可以将外部移动终端接入视频会议终端,将移动终端的音视频数据作为是视频会议终端的音视频源,下面介绍本实施例方法中视频会议终端获取音视频数据的过程:
优先地,上述步骤101中获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据的过程可以包括:
监测所述视频会议终端中的数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据;
当监测到所述数据通信模块接收到所述媒体数据时,采集所述数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
一般情况下,视频会议终端是通过其内置的数据通信模块与其他设备完成数据交互的,所以本实施例方法通过对视频会议终端中的数据通信模块进行监测,监测其是否有数据传输进来,如果有则采集该数据通信模块中的数据。
在实际使用过程中,视频会议终端可能包括至少两个数据通信模块,例如无线通信模块(wifi通信模块等)和物理通信接口(USB接口等);所以在监测之前,还需要选择监测对象;因此,在本实施例方法中所述监测所述视频会议终端中的数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据的步骤之前还可以包括:确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象;之后本实施例方法则监测所述视频会议终端中作为监测对象的数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据。
优先地,本实施例视频会议终端可以获取监测命令,并根据监测命令来确定监测对象。本实施例中监测命令可以是视频会议终端自身配置的,也可以是其他设备配置的。本实施例中监测命令的配置与外部移动终端发送音视频数据的方式相关。例如,移动终端通过USB接口传输数据给视频会议终端,视频会议终端就需要配置将视频会议终端中USB接口作为监测对象的监测命令。
若由视频会议终端自己配置监测命令的话,本实施例的方法还包括:配置监测命令;上述确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象的过程可以包括:根据所述监测命令确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象。
应当理解的是:本实施例方法还可以对视频会议终端中所有的数据通信模块进行监测,但是这种情况下是比较耗电的。
优先地,本实施例方法中所述根据所述监测命令确定所述视频会议终端中作为监测对象的数据通信模块的步骤包括:根据所述监测命令确定所述视频会议终端中物理通信接口或者无线通信模块作为监测对象。
下面以智能手机接入视频会议终端为例来介绍本实施例方法,如图2所示,实现将智能手机的音视频数据作为视频会议终端音视频源的过程:
步骤201:智能手机通过其自带的摄像头和麦克风分别采集视频数据和音频数据,调用智能手机的无线通信模块将所述视频数据和音频数据发送给视频会议终端。
这里将音视频数据称为媒体数据。在本实施例中可以在智能手机上安装一个音视频数据提取的软件,软件将自动采集设备上的摄像头的视频数据和麦克风的语音数据,并将音视频数据通过调用智能手机的无线通信模块发送视频会议终端。
步骤202:视频会议终端根据用户输入的指令配置相应的监测命令。
由于智能手机是通过无线通信模块发送数据的,所以这里需要配置将无线通信模块作为监测对象的监测命令。
终端可以提供UI界面,界面上提供配置监测物理通信接口和监测无线通信接口的选项,用户选择相应的选项就会产生相应的监测命令。
步骤203:视频会议终端根据所述监测命令确定监测对象为视频会议终端中的无线通信模块。
在本实施例中视频会议终端的主控模块会根据监测命令确定监测对象,然后调用监测对象对应的监测模块对监测对象进行监测。。
步骤204:视频会议终端监测其无线通信模块是否接收到智能手机发送的媒体数据;若是,则执行步骤205;若否,继续监测。
在本实施例中当主控模块确定监测对象为无线通信模块后主控模块会调用无线数据监测模块对无线通信模块进行监测。
步骤205:视频会议终端采集无线通信模块中的媒体数据。
在本实施例中在监测到无线通信模块有数据传输后,主控模块可以调用无线通信模块对应的数据采集模块采集无线通信模中的数据。
步骤206:视频会议终端将其采集的媒体数据进行编码打包后通过网络发送给远端。
图2所示的过程中移动终端和视频会议终端是通过无线通信模块例如wifi通信模块、蓝牙通信模块来收发媒体数据的,应当理解的是:在本实施例中移动终端和视频会议终端不仅限与上述方式传输媒体数据,例如可以采用USB接口等物理接口来传输数据。
如图3所示,本实施例还提供一种数据传输方法,包括:
步骤301:移动终端采集媒体数据,并将所述媒体数据发送给视频会议终端,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据。
移动终端设备安装一个数据提取软件,该软件可以自动提取移动终端中的视频数据和音频数据,并调用移动终端的数据通信模块将它们发送给视频会议终端。
优先地,本实施例中移动终端采集的媒体数据为其自带摄像头和麦克风采集的视频数据和音频数据。
步骤302:所述视频会议终端利用上述介绍的工作方法将所述媒体数据发送给远端。
本实施例提供的数据传输方法将外部移动终端的音视频数据作为视频会议终端的音视频源,方便用户进行视频会议,提高了用户的体验。
实施例二:
如图4所示,本实施例提供了一种视频会议终端,包括:数据获取模块和数据处理模块;
所述数据获取模块设置为获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据;
所述数据处理模块设置为对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
本实施例的视频会议终端可以接入外部的移动终端,并将移动终端的音视频数据作为是视频会议终端的音视频源,使得用户可以通过外部移动终端进行视频会议;避免了因视频会议终端本身移动性差导致用户使用不便的问题,用户可以室内(厨房、卧室、书房)随意走动着沟通,同时还可以展示房屋的精美装修;本实施例的视频终端可以将移动终端极致的灵活性完美加载在功能强大的其自身上了,使得用户不需要依赖视频会议终端本身的移动性,方便快捷地使用移动终端和视频会议终端进行视频会议,与现有技术相比,本发明的方法可以提供用户进行视频会议的灵活性,解决了视频终端的灵活性差导致的使用不便的问题,同时由于应用常用的移动终端来采集视频和音频数据,使得用户不需要担心额外购买摄像头的成本;由于移动终端和视频会议终端是分离的,视频会议终端设备可以做的更小巧,提高了视频会议终端的移动性, 本发明的方法极大地提高了用户利用视频会议终端进行视频会议的便捷、安全和稳定性。
如图5所示,本实施例中获取模块可以包括:监测模块、数据采集模块和数据通信模块;
所述监测模块设置为监测所述数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据;
所述数据采集模块设置为当所述监测模块监测到所述数据通信模块接收到所述媒体数据时,采集所述数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
如图6所示,本实施例的视频会议终端还可以包括控制模块;
所述控制模块设置为获取监测命令,并根据监测命令确定所述数据通信模块作为监测对象。
图6所示的视频会议终端可以在其包括多种数据通信模块时选择一种数据通信模块作为监测对象,然后监测模块就会对作为监测对象的数据通信模块进行监测。
优先地,本实施例中控制模块可以根据监测命令来选择一种数据通信模块作为监测对象。如图7所示,本实施例的视频会议终端还可以包括配置模块;所述配置模块设置为配置监测命令;所述控制模块设置为根据所述监测命令确定所述数据通信模块作为所述监测模块的监测对象。
例如可以在视频终端上提供UI配置界面,界面上提供配置监测物理通信接口传输数据和监测无线通信模块传输数据的选项,接收用户选择的指令UI配置出相应的监测命令。
优先地,本实施例中控制模块设置为确定所述视频会议终端中物理通信接口或者无线通信模块作为监测对象。
如图8所示,本实施例中所述数据获取模块可以包括:主控模块、第一数据通信模块、第二数据通信模块、第一监测模块、第二监测模块、第一数据采集模块、以及第二数据采集模块;
所述主控模块设置为获取监测命令,并根据监测命令调用所述第一监测模块监测所述第一数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,或者根据所述监测命令调用所述第二监测模块监测所述第二数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送 的媒体数据;以及当所述第一监测模块监测到所述第一数据通信模块接收到媒体数据时调用所述第一数据采集模块采集所述第一数据通信模块中的媒体数据,或者当所述第二监测模块监测到所述第二数据通信模块接收到媒体数据时调用所述第二数据采集模块采集所述第二数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
本实施例中的第一数据通信模块可以为无线通信模块,例如WIFI模块、蓝牙模块等,或者为物理通信接口模块,例如USB接口等;其中第二数据通信模块可以为物理通信接口模块或者无线通信模块。
图8所示的视频终端可以利用主控模块调用相应的监测模块对对应的数据通信模块进行监测,当监测该数据通信模块接收到媒体数据时调用相应的数据采集模块采集该数据通信模块中的媒体数据。例如,根据用户在视频终端上UI界面的输入配置监测USB接口的监测命令,并下发给主控模块,主控模块接收监测命令调用USB接口的监测模块对USB接口的媒体数据进行实时监控,一旦有媒体数据传输进来后,监控模块会上报给主控模块;主控模块接到监控模块上报的命令后,会调动USB接口的媒体采集模块对媒体数据进行实时采集。
如图9所示,本实施例还提供了一种数据传输系统,包括:移动终端和如上所述的视频会议终端(例如图4-8中任一视频会议终端,图9中采用图4所示的终端);
所述移动终端包括:视频采集模块、音频采集模块、数据提取模块以及数据通信模块;
所述视频采集模块设置为采集视频数据;
所述音频采集模块设置为采集音频数据;
所述数据提取模块设置为从所述视频采集模块中提取所述视频数据,从所述音频采集模块中提取所述音频数据;并调用所述数据通信模块将所述视频数据和所述音频数据发送给所述视频会议终端;
所述视频会议终端获取所述媒体数据,然后对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。

基于本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,将移动终端移动灵活性加载到视频会议终端上,使得用户不需要依赖视频会议终端本身的移动性,方便快捷地使用移动终端和视频会议终端进行视频会议,并且,可以提供用户进行视频会议的灵活性,解决了视频终端的灵活性差导致的使用不便的问题,同时由于应用常用的移动终端来采集视频和音频数据,使得用户不需要担心额外购买摄像头的成本;由于移动终端和视频会议终端是分离的,视频会议终端设备可以做的更小巧,提高了视频会议终端的移动性,极大地提高了用户利用视频会议终端进行视频会议的便捷、安全和稳定性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种视频会议终端的工作方法,包括如下步骤:
    获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据;
    对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据的步骤包括:
    监测所述视频会议终端中的数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据;
    当监测到所述数据通信模块接收到所述媒体数据时,采集所述数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的视频会议终端的工作方法,其中,在所述监测所述视频会议终端中的数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据的步骤之前还包括:
    确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的视频会议终端的工作方法,其中,还包括:配置监测命令;
    所述确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象的步骤包括:
    根据所述监测命令确定所述视频会议终端中所述数据通信模块作为监测对象。
  5. 如权利要求2-4任一项所述的视频会议终端的工作方法,其中,所述数据通信模块包括物理通信接口或者无线通信模块。
  6. 一种数据传输方法,包括以下步骤:
    移动终端采集媒体数据,并将所述媒体数据发送给视频会议终端,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据;
    所述视频会议终端利用如权利要求1-4任一项的工作方法将所述媒体数据发送给远端。
  7. 一种视频会议终端,包括:数据获取模块和数据处理模块;
    所述数据获取模块设置为获取外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,所述媒体数据包括:视频数据和音频数据;
    所述数据处理模块设置为对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的视频会议终端,其中,所述数据获取模块包括:监测模块、数据采集模块和数据通信模块;
    所述监测模块设置为监测所述数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据;
    所述数据采集模块设置为当所述监测模块监测到所述数据通信模块接收到所述媒体数据时,采集所述数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的视频会议终端,其中,还包括:控制模块;
    所述控制模块设置为确定所述数据通信模块作为所述监测模块的监测对象。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的视频会议终端,其中,还包括:配置模块;
    所述配置模块设置为配置所述监测命令;
    所述控制模块设置为根据所述监测命令确定所述数据通信模块作为所述监测模块的监测对象。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的视频会议终端,其中,所述数据获取模块包括:主控模块、第一数据通信模块、第二数据通信模块、第一监测模块、第二监测模块、第一数据采集模块、以及第二数据采集模块;
    所述主控模块设置为获取监测命令,并根据监测命令调用所述第一监测模块监测所述第一数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据,或者根据所述监测命令调用所述第二监测模块监测所述第二数据通信模块是否接收到外部移动终端发送的媒体数据;以及当所述第一监测模块监测到所述第一数据通信模块接收到媒体数据时调用所述第一数据采集模块采集所述第一数据通信模块中的媒体数据,或者当所述第二监测模块监测到所述第二数据通信模块接收到媒体数据时调用所述第二数据采集模块采集所述第二数据通信模块中的媒体数据。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的视频会议终端,所述数据通信模块包括物理通信接口或者无线通信模块。
  13. 一种数据传输系统,包括:移动终端和如权利要求7-12任一项所述的视频会议终端;
    所述移动终端包括:视频采集模块、音频采集模块、数据提取模块以及数据通信模块;
    所述视频采集模块设置为采集视频数据;
    所述音频采集模块设置为采集音频数据;
    所述数据提取模块设置为从所述视频采集模块中提取所述视频数据,从所述音频采集模块中提取所述音频数据;并调用所述数据通信模块将所述视频数据和所述音频数据发送给所述视频会议终端;
    所述视频会议终端获取所述媒体数据,然后对所述媒体数据进行处理,并将处理后的所述媒体数据发送给远端。
