请参阅图 1 , 为本发明提供的网络架构示意图, 图中的 eCo为网间协调设 备,其连接在宏蜂窝网络与无线局域网 WLAN之间, RNC为无线网络控制器, 其为宏蜂窝网络侧的设备, CELL为宏小区, AC为接入控制器, AP为无线接 入点, AC和 AP为 WLAN网络侧设备。 终端设备具有 WIFI模块, 通过安装 app客户端,或者进行 ROM定制 (如 IOS系统、安卓系统、微软的 WP系统等), 可实现 WIFI的自动打开, 终端设备可直接获取到 WLAN网络中 AP 的身份 有 WiFi模块的终端设备称为 STA)地址上报。 基于上述网络架构, 如果站在网间协调设备一侧来看本发明的技术方案, 请参阅图 2, 为本发明实施例提供的一种邻区配置方法的流程示意图, 该方法 可以包括:
步骤 S201 : 网间协调设备建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与终端设 备的介质接入控制地址 STAMAC地址的对应关系, 并将建立的对应关系作为 第一对应关系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,网间协调设备建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区 标识与终端设备的 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 具体为: 网间协调设备接收终 端设备通过宏蜂窝网络发送的 STA MAC地址和终端设备标识 UE ID; 确定与 接收的 UE ID对应的宏小区的小区标识;建立接收的 STAMAC地址与确定出 的宏小区的小区标识的对应关系。

其中, AP的身份标识可以为 AP的 MAC地址, 也可为 AP的 BSSID。 在 本发明实施例中, 以 AP的身份标识为 AP的 MAC地址为例描述本发明的技 术方案。
在发明本实施例中, 终端设备向无线局域网中的 AP发送探测请求消息, 该探测请求消息中携带有终端设备的 STA MAC地址, 当无线局域网中的 AP 接收到终端发送的探测请求消息时,从该探测请求消息中提取出 STAMAC地 址,并建立该 STAMAC地址与 AP MAC地址的对应关系, 然后将建立的 STA MAC地址与 AP MAC地址的对应关系发送至网间协调设备。
可以理解的是, AP向网间协调设备发送 STAMAC地址与 AP的身份标识 的对应关系的方式有多种, 在一种可能的实现方式中, AP将 STA MAC地址 与 AP的身份标识的对应关系以列表形式发送至网间协调设备。
示例性的,无线局域网中的 AP建立的 STA MAC地址与 AP MAC地址的 对应关系为列表形式, 如下表 2所示: 表 2

AP将 STA MAC地址与 AP的身份标识的对应关系以表 2示出的列表形式 一次性发送至网间协调设备, 除了这种发送方式外, AP还可以一条对应关系 为单位向网间协调设备多次发送, 或者, 以多条对应关系为单位向网间协调设 备发送。本发明实施例并不限定对应关系的发送方式,只要是 AP将 STA MAC 地址与 AP的身份标识的对应关系发送至网间协调设备都属于本发明实施例保 护的范围。
步骤 S203 : 网间协调设备通过第一对应关系和第二对应关系建立宏蜂窝 网络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的身份标识的对应关系。
在本实施例中,网间协调设备通过第一对应关系和第二对应关系建立宏蜂 窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与 WLAN网络中 AP的 AP MAC地址的对应关系, 具体为: 网间协调设备在第一对应关系中查找与第二对应关系中的 STA MAC 地址相同的 STA MAC地址作为第一 STA MAC地址; 从第一对应关系中获取 与所述第一 STA MAC地址对应的小区标识作为第一小区标识, 并从第二对应 关系中获取与第一 STA MAC地址对应的 AP的身份标识作为第一 AP的身份 标识; 将第一小区标识与第一 AP的身份标识关联, 建立第一小区标识与第一 AP的身份标识的对应关系。
同样以第一对应关系为列表形式 (表 1), 第二对应关系为列表形式 (表 2) 为例, 对于表 2中的 STA MAC1 , 在表 1 中的 STA MAC地址中查找 STA MAC1 , 如果查找到 STA MAC1 , 则认为与 STA MAC1对应的 AP为与 STA MAC1对应的宏小区的邻区, 则从表 1中获取与 STA MAC1对应的宏小区标 识 CELL ID1 , 并获取从表 2中获取与 STA MAC1对应的 AP MAC1 , 然后, 将 STA MAC1与 AP MAC1关联, 即,建立 STAMAC1与 AP MAC1的对应关 系。
需要说明的是, 宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的身 份标识的对应关系同样可以为列表形式,如表 3所示, 为通过表 1和表 2建立 的宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的 AP MAC地址的对应 关系表:

步骤 S301 : 终端设备通过宏蜂窝网络将自身的介质接入控制地址 STA
MAC地址和终端设备标识 UE ID发送至网间协调设备。
其中, UE ID用于确定与 STAMAC地址对应的、 宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的 小区标识。
当终端设备注册或做业务时, 将自身的 STA MAC地址和 UE ID (如 IMSI) 上报至网间协调设备, 由于终端设备中的 STA MAC地址和 UE ID是对应的, 因此, 当网间协调设备同时接收到 STA MAC地址和 UE ID时, 可通过 UE ID 建立宏网侧宏小区的小区标识与 STA MAC地址的对应关系。
具体的, 网间协调设备可预先存储宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与 UE ID的对应关系, 当接收到终端设备发送的 UE ID时, 通过宏小区的小区标识 与 UE ID的对应关系即可确定与接收的 UE ID对应的宏小区的小区标识, 进 而建立其确定出的宏小区的小区标识与其接收的 STA MAC地址的对应关系。 步骤 S302: 终端设备向无线局域网中的 AP发送携带有 STAMAC地址的 探测请求消息, 以便无线局域网中的 AP建立 AP的身份标识(如 AP的 MAC 地址 )与 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 并将该 AP的身份标识与 STA MAC地 址的对应关系发送至网间协调设备。
终端设备向无线局域网中的 AP发送携带有 STA MAC地址的探测请求, 无线局域网中的 AP接收到探测请求消息后, 从探测请求消息中提取出 STA MAC地址, 建立 AP的身份标识(如 AP的 MAC地址 )与该 STAMAC地址 的对应关系, 然后将建立的 AP的身份标识与 STA MAC地址的对应关系发送 至网间协调设备, 网间协调设备通过宏小区的小区标识与 STAMAC地址的对 应关系, 以及 AP的身份标识与 STA MAC地址的对应关系便可建立宏蜂窝网 络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的身份标识的对应关系, 该对应关 系即为邻区配置信息。
本发明实施例提供的邻区信息的上报方法中 ,终端设备可将终端设备中的 STA MAC地址和终端设备的 UE ID上报至网间协调设备, 还可向无线局域网 中的 AP发送探测请求消息,从而使 AP可以建立 AP的身份标识与 STAMAC 地址的对应关系, 并将该对应关系发送至网间协调设备, 这样网间协调设备便 可建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的身份标识的对应 关系。本发明实施例提供的邻区信息的上报方法使得网间协调设备能够自动实 现邻区配置, 不需要人工进行配置。 上述实施例提供的邻区配置方法, 网间协调设备在进行邻区配置时,先获 取两个对应关系, 即,宏小区的小区标识与 STAMAC地址的对应关系, 以及, STAMAC地址与 AP的身份标识的对应关系,然后通过 STAMAC地址将宏小 区的小区标识和邻区 AP的身份标识关联到一起, 从而建立邻区配置信息, 由 于需要获取两个对应关系, 并对两个对应关系中的 STA MAC地址进行匹配, 才能进而建立邻区配置信息, 经由上述过程可知, 网间协调设备实现邻区配置 的过程较繁瑣, 为了进一步简化邻区配置过程, 本发明实施例提供了另一种邻 区配置方法。
如果站在网间协调设备一侧来看本发明的技术方案, 请参阅图 4, 为本发 明实施例提供的另一种邻区配置方法的流程示意图, 该方法可以包括: 步骤 S401 : 网间协调设备接收终端设备通过宏蜂窝网络上报的无线局域 网中 AP的身份标识与 UE ID的对应关系。
其中, AP的身份标识可以为 AP的 MAC地址, 也可为 AP的 BSSID。 在本实施例中, 终端设备可在做业务时, 打开 WIFI模块进行扫描从而获 取到无线局域网中 AP的身份标识(如 AP MAC地址), 并且, 终端设备在获 取到无线局域网中 AP 的身份标识后, 可将该 AP 的身份标识与终端设备的 UE ID关联, 建立 AP的身份标识与 UE ID的对应关系, 然后将该对应关系经 CELL、 RNC上报至网间协调设备。
步骤 S402: 网间协调设备确定宏蜂窝网络中与 UE ID对应的宏小区的小 区标识。
具体的, 网间协调设备可预先存储宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与 UE ID的对应关系, 当接收到终端设备发送的 UE ID时, 通过宏小区的小区标识 与 UE ID的对应关系即可确定与接收的 UE ID对应的宏小区的小区标识。
步骤 S403:网间协调设备建立无线局域网中 AP的身份标识与确定出的宏 蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识的对应关系。

具体的, 终端设备在探测请求消息中提取出 AP的身份标识(如 AP MAC 地址 )后, 将该 AP的身份标识与 UE ID关联, 建立 AP的身份标识与 UE ID 的对应关系。
步骤 S503: 终端设备将无线局域网中 AP的身份标识与 UE ID的对应关 系通过宏蜂窝网络上报至网间协调设备。

本发明实施例提供的邻区信息的上报装置,可通过扫描获取到无线局域网 中 AP的身份标识 (如 AP MAC地址),并将该 AP的身份标识与终端设备的 UE ID关联, 并将 AP的身份标识与 UE ID的对应关系上报至网间协调设备, 以 便网间协调设备基于 AP的身份标识与 UE ID的对应关系建立 AP的身份标识 与宏小区的小区标识的对应关系。本发明实施例提供的邻区信息的上报装置使 得网间协调设备能够自动实现邻区信息的配置, 不需要人工进行配置。 上述实施例中的获取模块 901可以包括发送子模块、接收子模块和提取子 模块。 其中:
发送子模块, 用于向无线局域网中 AP发送探测请求消息。
接收子模块, 用于接收 AP发送的、 携带有 AP的身份标识 (如 AP MAC 地址)的探测响应消息。
提取子模块, 用于从接收子模块接收的探测响应消息中提取 AP的身份标 识。 图 6所示的邻区配置装置, 在实际应用中, 具体应用于网间协调设备, 部 署如图 6 所示的邻区配置装置的网间协调设备, 可以自动实现邻区信息的配 置。

在本发明实施例中, 网间协调设备所包括的处理器 1002具有以下功能: 建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与终端设备的介质接入控制地址 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 并将建立的对应关系作为第一对应关系; 接收无线局 域网中的接入点 AP发送的 STA MAC地址与 AP的身份标识的对应关系, 并 将接收的对应关系作为第二对应关系;通过第一对应关系和第二对应关系建立 宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与无线局域网中 AP的身份标识的对应关系。 图 7所示的邻区信息的上报装置, 在实际应用中, 具体应用于终端设备。 请参阅图 11 , 为本发明实施例提供的一种终端设备的结构示意图, 该终端设 备至少可以包括存储器 1101 和通过通信总线与存储器 1101 连接的处理器 1102。
存储器 1101 , 可用于存储软件程序以及模块, 处理器 1102通过运行存储 在存储器 1101 中的软件程序以及模块, 从而执行终端设备的各种功能应用以 及数据处理。 存储器 1101 可以包括高速随机存取存储器, 还可以包括非易失 性存储器, 例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、 闪存器件、 或其他易失性固态存储器 件。

在本发明实施例中, 终端设备所包括的处理器 1102具有以下功能: 通过 宏蜂窝网络将自身的介质接入控制地址 STAMAC地址与终端设备标识 UE ID 发送至网间协调设备, UE ID用于确定与 STAMAC地址对应的宏蜂窝网络中 的宏小区标识; 向无线局域网中的接入点 AP发送携带有 STA MAC地址的探 测请求, 以便无线局域网中的 AP建立 AP的身份标识与 STA MAC地址的对 应关系, 并将 AP的身份标识与 STA MAC地址的对应关系发送至网间协调设 备。 图 8所示的邻区配置装置, 在实际应用中, 具体应用于网间协调设备, 部 署如图 8 所示的邻区配置装置的网间协调设备, 可以自动实现邻区信息的配 置。
请参见图 12, 为本发明实施例提供的另一种网间协调设备的结构示意图, 该网间协调设备至少可以包括存储器 1201和通过通信总线与存储器 1201连接 的处理器 1202。
存储器 1201 , 可用于存储软件程序以及模块, 处理器 1202通过运行存储 在存储器 1201 中的软件程序以及模块, 从而执行网间协调设备的各种功能应 用以及数据处理。 存储器 1201可以包括高速随机存取存储器, 还可以包括非 易失性存储器, 例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、 闪存器件、 或其他易失性固态存 储器件。

1、 一种邻区配置装置, 应用于网间协调设备, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一 建立模块, 接收模块和第二建立模块;
所述第一建立模块,用于建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与终端设备 的介质接入控制 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 并将建立的对应关系作为第一对 应关系;
所述接收模块,用于接收无线局域 WLAN中的接入点 AP发送的所述 STA MAC地址与所述 AP的身份标识的对应关系, 并将接收的对应关系作为第二 对应关系;

所述发送模块,用于将所述建立模块建立的所述对应关系通过宏蜂窝网络 发送至网间协调设备,所述 UE ID用于确定与所述无线局域网中 AP的身份标 识对应的、 所述宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获取模块包括: 发送 子模块、 接收子模块和提取子模块;
所述发送子模块, 用于向所述无线局域网中的 AP发送探测请求消息; 所述接收子模块, 用于接收所述 AP发送的探测响应消息, 所述探测响应 消息携带有所述 AP的身份标识;
所述提取子模块,用于从所述接收子模块接收的所述探测响应消息中提取 所述 AP的身份标识。
8、 一种网间协调设备, 其特征在于, 至少包括存储器和处理器; 所述存储器用于存储一组第一程序指令;

所述处理器调用所述存储器存储的第二程序指令执行如下操作: 通过宏蜂窝网络将自身的介质接入控制地址 STA MAC地址与终端设备标 识 UE ID上报至网间协调设备,所述 UE ID用于确定与所述 STA MAC地址对 应的、 所述宏蜂窝网络中的宏小区标识;
向所述无线局域网中的接入点 AP发送携带有所述 STA MAC地址的探测 请求, 以便所述无线局域网 WLAN中的 AP建立所述 AP的身份标识与所述 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 并将所述对应关系发送至所述网间协调设备。
10、 一种网间协调设备, 其特征在于, 至少包括存储器和处理器; 所述存储器用于存储一组第三程序指令;
所述处理器调用所述存储器存储的第三程序指令执行如下操作: 接收终端设备通过宏蜂窝网络上报的无线局域网 WLAN中接入点 AP的 身份标识与终端设备标识 UE ID的对应关系;
确定所述宏蜂窝网络中、 与所述 UE ID对应的宏小区的小区标识; 建立所述宏蜂窝网络中所述宏小区的小区标识与所述 WLAN 中所述 AP 的身份标识的对应关系。
11、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 至少包括存储器和处理器;
所述存储器用于存储一组第四程序指令;
所述处理器调用所述存储器存储的第四程序指令执行如下操作:
获取无线局域网 WLAN中接入点 AP的身份标识;
建立所述 AP的身份标识与终端设备标识 UE ID的对应关系;
将所述对应关系通过宏蜂窝网络发送至网间协调设备, 所述 UE ID用于 确定与所述 WLAN网络中 AP的身份标识对应的所述宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的 小区标识。
12、 一种邻区配置方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
网间协调设备建立宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与终端设备的介质接 入控制 STA MAC地址的对应关系, 并将建立的对应关系作为第一对应关系; 所述网间协调设备接收无线局域网 WLAN 中的接入点 AP发送的所述 STA MAC地址与所述 AP的身份标识的对应关系, 并将接收的对应关系作为 第二对应关系;
所述网间协调设备通过所述第一对应关系和所述第二对应关系建立所述 宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与所述 WLAN中 AP的身份标识的对应关系。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网间协调设备建立 宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的小区标识与 STAMAC地址的对应关系, 包括:
所述网间协调设备接收所述终端设备通过所述宏蜂窝网络上报的所述 STA MAC地址和终端设备标识 UE ID;
确定与所述 UE ID对应的宏小区的小区标识;
建立所述 STA MAC地址与所述宏小区的小区标识的对应关系。
14、 根据权利要求 12或 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述网间协调设备 通过所述第一对应关系和所述第二对应关系建立所述宏蜂窝网络中宏小区的 'J、区标识与所述 WLAN中 AP的身份标识的对应关系, 包括:

所述网间协调设备确定所述宏蜂窝网络中、 与所述 UE ID对应的宏小区 的小区标 i只;
所述网间协调设备建立所述宏蜂窝网络中所述宏小区的小区标识与所述 WLAN中所述 AP的身份标识的对应关系。
17、 一种邻区信息的上报方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
终端设备获取无线局域网 WLAN中接入点 AP的身份标识;
所述终端设备建立所述 AP的身份标识与终端设备标识 UE ID的对应关 系;
所述终端设备将所述对应关系通过宏蜂窝网络发送至网间协调设备,所述 UE ID用于确定与所述 WLAN中 AP的身份标识对应的所述宏蜂窝网络中宏 小区的小区标识。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端设备获取无线 局域网 WLAN中 AP的身份标识, 具体为: 接收所述 AP发送的探测响应消息, 所述探测响应消息携带有所述 AP的 身份标识;
