     第2取付部が、嵌入孔部の口縁部に掛止められる第2台盤掛止片と、前記嵌入孔部に第1取付部を嵌入した際に残りの空間に嵌合すると共に前記第1取付部の第1脚片の背面と接する周壁部と、前記第2台盤掛止片から下方に延び前記周壁部と離間した位置に設けられた第2脚片と、該第2脚片の下端に形成された係止爪部とからなっており、
