一种信息推送管理方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信领域,尤其涉及一种信息推送管理方法及装置。
背景技术
目前,随着无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Networks,WLAN)技术的广泛应用,几乎所有的移动终端都会将WLAN模块作为基本的配置,WLAN信号具有传播范围相对广阔以及费用低廉的优势,因此,很多领域中都已经广泛研究利用WLAN技术实现基于位置的广告服务,例如在《移动式WiFi网络的广告信息发布系统》和《wifi热点型室外广告系统》等专利中都有利用无线保真(wireless fidelity,WiFi)技术进行广告信息发布的研究和描述。
上述基于Wifi的信息发布和推送技术都需要在终端设备与发布信息的Wifi接入点之间建立数据连接后,才可以实现将Wifi接入点发布和推送的信息被终端设备所接收,这使得Wifi热点在进行信息推送的过程中有了一定的限制;基于上述问题,现在存在一种新的技术其为基于非连接方式的信息推送,也即不需要终端设备与发布信息的Wifi热点之间建立连接,就可实现信息的推送,这在某些方面大大方便了Wifi热点进行广告的推送,但是,这种不需要建立连接即可实现信息推送的方式给终端设备的用户带来了很不好的体验效果,也就是说,用户在不知情的情况下会被动接收到很多Wifi热点推送过来的广告信息。因此,基于上述技术以及该技术存在的问题,如何使得用户可以主动的选择需要接收某接入点发送过来的信息,提高用户的满意度,是亟待需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种信息推送管理方法及装置,能够解决用户在不知情的状况下被动接收大量广告信息的问题。
本申请实施例提出了一种信息推送管理方法,包括:
通信终端根据控制指令,设置其与WIFI热点列表中的至少一个WIFI热 点的广告信息显示开关;
所述通信终端接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息;
所述通信终端判断该信息为广告信息时,判断推送该信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关是否为开;如是,则对所述信息正常处理。

通信终端在接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息之前,直接接收用户下发的控制指令,根据该控制指令设置所述WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明实施例中,通信终端根据控制指令,设置WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;当通信终端接收到WIFI热点推送的广告信息以后,判断推送该信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关是否已经开启,如是,则进行正常处理;如否,则将该信息直接丢弃或者将该信息的简要内容显示给用户,用户根据显示内容判断是否重新开启该广告信息显示开关;在本实施例中,根据控制指令设置广告信息显示开关的方式还包括:通信终端将WIFI热点首次推送的信息显示给用户,并接收用户的反馈控制指令,通信终端根据该控制指令设置其与WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关。本申请实施例通过设置广告信息显示开关,能够使得用户主动选择是否接收WIFI热点推送的广告信息,避免由于用户无法主动对WIFI热点推送的信息进行控制,使得用户被动接收大量无用的广告信息,降低了用户满意度。所以,利用本申请实施例中的信息推 送管理方法,能够解决用户在不知情的状况下被动接收大量广告信息的问题。
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例对做详细说明,在不冲突的情况下,本申请实施例和实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
实施例一:
图1是本实施例中提供的信息推送管理方法流程图,包括:
步骤101:根据控制指令,设置广告信息显示开关;

在本实施例中,执行上述步骤的主体包括通信终端;通信终端根据控制指令,设置其与WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关,所述广告信息显示开关存在于通信终端侧。
在步骤101中,通信终端根据用户下发的控制指令,设置其与WIFI热点列表中的至少一个WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;在本实施例中,通信终端接收到用户下发的控制指令以后,优选搜索所处范围内尽可能所有的WIFI热点,在通信终端中可优选但不限于生成WIFI热点列表;通信终端根据用户下发的控制指令,在生成的WIFI热点列表中选择至少一个WIFI热点设置广告信息显示开关。
较佳地,在本实施例中,通信终端根据用户的控制指令,设置其与WIFI热点列表中的至少一个WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关的方式包括以下两种方式中的至少一种:
方式一:通信终端在接收WIFI热点推送的信息前接收用户下发的控制指令,设置其与至少一个WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关;
方式二:通信终端将WIFI热点首次推送的信息显示给用户,并接收用户反馈的控制指令,通信终端根据该控制指令设置其与WIFI热点对应的广告信 息显示开关。
上述两种广告信息显示开关的设置,都能够使得用户主动控制是否需要将某一WIFI热点推送过来的广告信息进行接收。
在本实施例中,优选采用方式二进行广告信息显示开关的设置。
较佳地,当采用第二种方式设置广告信息显示开关时,需要用户根据WIFI热点首次推送的信息下发控制指令,通信终端根据该控制指令设置其与WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;本实施例中,为了能够更加准确的对WIFI热点推送的广告信息进行控制,在本实施例中,优选用户下发控制指令不限于通信终端接受WIFI热点首次推送的信息,还包括接收WIFI热点每次推送的信息都会下发控制指令进行广告信息显示开关的设置。
较佳地,用户根据WIFI热点首次推送的信息下发控制指令的过程包括:通信终端接收到WIFI热点首次推送的信息后,对该接收到的信息进行解析,解析出该信息的简要内容,同时,将该解析出来的简要内容显示给用户;在本实施例中,优选将简要内容显示在用户通信终端中对应WIFI热点列表下面,这样方便用户确定是否下发控制指令来设置该WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关。当然,也不限于将简要内容显示在对应WIFI热点列表下面,还可以是在简要内容中体现其对应的WIFI热点,例如,可以在简要内容中包含其来自的WIFI热点的名称或者物理地址等。
在步骤102中,通信终端接收WIFI热点推送的信息可以是WIFI热点主动推送过来的信息,也可以是通信终端搜索到的WIFI热点推送过来的信息。
在本实施例中,通信终端接收WIFI热点推送的信息方式至少包括方式A或者方式B:
方式A:通信终端与WIFI热点之间建立数据连接后接收来自WIFI热点推送的信息;
方式B:通信终端与WIFI热点之间没有建立数据连接时接收来自WIFI 热点推送的信息。
在本实施例中,由于WIFI热点传输信息的范围具有一定的局限性,因此,无论上述方式A还是方式B,通信终端接收到的推送信息都是来自于其所处的WLAN网络覆盖范围内的WIFI热点。
在本实施例中,优选采用方式B接收WIFI热点推送的信息。方式B是现在存在的一种新的技术,不用进行通信终端与WIFI热点之间建立连接即可进行WIFI热点信息的推送技术,该方式为,WIFI热点在遵循802.11WLAN规范的前提下,通过Beacon帧Advertisement Protocol和Vendor Specific信元的组合和定义相应的数据格式,实现通过Beacon帧发布和接收大数据量文本和多媒体数据等广告信息。WLAN热点发送的信息按照下面的协议格式填充Beacon帧的Advertisement Protocol信元和Vendor Specific信元。

在本实施例中,基于之前设定的广告信息显示开关,在步骤202中判断与该广告信息对应的广告信息显示开关是否为开启状态,如是,则说明用户允许通信终端处理该广告信息对应的WIFI热点推送的信息,所以,进入步骤 203,在步骤203中对该广告信息进行正常处理包括:解析该广告信息以及通过通信终端将解析后的广告信息显示给用户,使得用户可以正常查看该广告信息的内容。
在本实施例中,将解析后的广告信息显示给用户的方式包括:
方式A1:直接将广告信息的内容显示给用户;
方式A2:提示用户是否查看该广告信息。
当然,也不失一般性,广告信息显示的方式不限于上述两种,还可以通过其他方式显示给用户。
如否,则说明用户不允许通信终端处理该广告信息对应的WIFI热点推送的信息,所以,进入步骤204中,步骤204中对广告信息不进行正常处理的方式包括:

较佳地,在本实施例中,通信终端根据控制指令,设置其与WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关可以是在通信终端与WIFI未建立通信连接时执行的操作步骤,也可以是在通信终端与WIFI通信连接之后执行的操作,本实施例中优选在通信终端与WIFI热点未建立连接时执行的操作。

在本实施例中,优选采用方式B11接收WIFI热点推送的信息。方式B11是现在存在的一种新的技术,不用进行通信终端与WIFI热点之间的连接即可进行WIFI热点信息的推送技术,实现上述方式B11的原理在于:WIFI热点在遵循802.11WLAN规范的前提下,通过Beacon帧Advertisement Protocol和Vendor Specific信元的组合和定义相应的数据格式,实现通过Beacon帧发布和接收大数据量文本和多媒体数据等广告信息。
AP Beacon帧Advertisement Protocol信元Advertisement Protocol ID子信元数据取值进行定义,采用221,即自定义数据格式,如下表1所示:

在本实施例中,处理模块303设置为判断接收到的信息为广告信息时,判断推送该信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关是否为开;如是,则说明用户允许通信终端处理该广告信息对应的WIFI热点推送的信息,所以,对该广告信息进行正常处理,在本实施例中,正常处理包括:解析该广告信息以及通过通信终端将解析后的广告信息显示给用户,使得用户可以正常查看该广告信息的内容。
在本实施例中,处理模块303将解析后的广告信息显示给用户的方式包括:
方式A12:直接将广告信息的内容显示给用户;
方式A22:提示用户是否查看该广告信息。
当然,也不失一般性,广告信息显示的方式不限于上述两种,还可以通过其他方式显示给用户。
如否,则说明用户不允许通信终端处理该广告信息对应的WIFI热点推送 的信息,在本实施例中,当广告信息显示开关未开启时的处理方式优选包括以下两种方式中的一种:
方式B12:直接丢弃或不显示该广告信息
方式B22:将信息显示给用户并提示用户是否正常处理。
在方式B22中,将信息显示给用户并提示用户是否正常处理具体包括:
将信息的简要内容显示给用户,用户根据显示的简要内容确定是否重新开启广告信息显示开关。
当然,也不失一般性,上述处理方式不限于以上两种,还可以通过其他方式进行处理。
较佳地,在本实施例中,处理模块303包括判断单元3031,该判断单元3031判断接收到的信息是否为广告信息,其判断的过程包括:判断接收到的信息是否为多媒体信息,所述多媒体信息至少包括文本类信息,音频类信息,视频类信息或图片类信息,还可以是以上多种信息的组合,如文本类信息和图片类信息还可以是文本类信息,视频类信息和图片类信息的组合等。
较佳地,在本实施例中,优选设置了自定义的广告相信格式,处理将接收到的信息与自定义的广告信息格式进行比较,如果比较结果匹配,则说明该信息为广告信息,在本实施例中,优选设置的自定义广告信息格式包括:消息所属的组标识,表示可以将不同的图像,文本组合放在不同的消息组中;消息标识,表示具有识别功能的标识;消息多用途互联网邮件扩展类型(Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions,MIME),例如:文本,图片,语音,视频等;消息总长度;消息序列号,例如消息由多个子消息组成时,对多个子消息进行的编号;延长标识:表示该子消息是否为本消息中的最后部分,例如,0表示是最后部分;1标识还有后续子消息;数据等。
在本实施例中,优选判断单元3031通过消息MIME类型判断接收到的 消息是否为广告信息,当然,利用消息MIME类型进行广告信息的判断是本实施例中的优选方法,还可以通过其他的自定义格式信息进行广告信息的判断,例如可以利用消息的总长度,或者消息所属的组标识等。
较佳地,在本实施例中,设置模块301根据控制指令设置广告信息显示开关可以在通信终端与WIFI未建立通信连接时执行,也可以是在通信终端与WIFI通信连接之后执行,本实施例中优选在通信终端与WIFI热点未建立连接时执行。
实施例三:
图4为本实施例中提供的当推送的信息为文本和图片信息时的处理方法,包括:
步骤401:通信终端接收WIFI热点推送的数据帧信息;
步骤402:判断该数据帧信息的类型是否为文本类型和图片类型,如是,则
进入步骤403;如否,则进入步骤406;
步骤403:解析该数据帧信息,并将解析内容显示给用户;
步骤404:用户根据解析内容判断是否愿意查看该数据帧信息,如是,进入步骤405,如否,进入步骤406;
步骤405:开启该解析内容对应的控制开关;
步骤406:对该数据帧信息不做处理或直接丢弃。
在上述步骤401中,通信终端接收到的数据帧信息为通信终端与WIFI热点之间没有建立数据连接时,WIFI热点首次向通信终端推送的信息;当然,也不限于是该WIFI热点首次推送的信息。
在上述步骤402和步骤403中,判断该数据帧信息的类型是否为文本类型和图片类型的过程包括:通信终端接收到数据帧信息后,解析数据帧信息中之前自定义的Advertisement Protocol信元和Vendor Specific信元中的数据, 判断Vendor Specific Content子信元中MIME类型是否为文本类型和图片,如是,则解析具体的Data数据。其中,Advertisement Protocol信元中包括数据帧信息的相关协议以及头文件;Vendor Specific信元中包括信息的MIME类型,消息总长度以及其他数据等。
在上述步骤405中,开启该解析内容对应的控制开关,其中,该控制开关可以是在执行步骤401之前向通信终端下发控制指令,在通信终端侧设置其与WIFI热点之间的控制开关;还可以是用户根据解析内容下发控制指令,在通信终端侧生成通信终端与WIFI热点之间的控制开关。
在步骤404中,用户根据解析内容判断是否愿意查看该数据帧信息,当用户愿意查看该数据帧信息时,则直接开启步骤405中的控制开关,通信终端将该数据帧信息的所有内容显示给用户,以便用户阅读或浏览。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以使用计算机程序流程来实现,所述计算机程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,所述计算机程序在相应的硬件平台上(如系统、设备、装置、器件等)执行,在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组 成的网络上。
上述实施例中的各装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
工业实用性
本发明实施例设置了WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关,通过设置所述广告信息显示开关,可以使用户主动的选择是否开启该广告信息显示开关以接收该广告信息,避免了用户在不知情的状况下被动接收大量的广告信息的问题。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种信息推送管理方法,包括:
    通信终端根据控制指令,设置无线保真(WIFI)热点列表中的至少一个WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关;
    所述通信终端接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息;
    所述通信终端判断该信息为广告信息时,判断推送该信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关是否为开;如是,则对所述信息正常处理。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,所述根据控制指令设置广告信息显示开关包括:
    所述通信终端在接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息之前,直接接收用户下发的控制指令,根据该控制指令设置所述WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;
    所述通信终端将所述WIFI热点首次推送的信息显示给用户,并接收用户反馈的控制指令,根据该控制指令设置所述WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,所述通信终端将所述WIFI热点首次推送的信息显示给用户,包括:所述通信终端获取所述信息的摘要信息,将获取的摘要信息显示给所述用户。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,所述通信终端判断所述信息为广告信息包括:判断所述信息是否为多媒体信息。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,判断所述信息是否为多媒体信息包括:所述通信终端根据所述信息中的多用途互联网邮件扩展类型判断所述信息是否为多媒体信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,所述通信终端判断所述信息为广告信息时,还包括:当判断推送信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示 开关为关闭时,
    将所述信息直接丢弃或不显示;
    将所述信息显示给用户并提示用户是否正常处理。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的信息推送管理方法,其中,所述通信终端对WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关的设置是在与所述WIFI热点未建立连接时进行。
  8. 一种信息推送管理装置,包括:设置模块,接收模块和处理模块;
    所述设置模块设置为:根据控制指令,设置无线保真(WIFI)热点列表中的至少一个WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关;
    所述接收模块设置为:接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息;
    所述处理模块设置为:判断该信息为广告信息时,判断推送该信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关是否为开;如是,则对所述信息正常处理。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,
    所述接收模块还设置为:在接收所述WIFI热点推送的信息之前,直接接收用户下发的控制指令;所述设置模块是设置为根据该控制指令设置所述WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关;
    所述处理模块还设置为:将所述WIFI热点首次推送的信息显示给用户,所述接收模块还设置为:接收用户反馈的控制指令,所述设置为模块是设置为根据该控制指令设置所述WIFI热点对应的广告信息显示开关。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,所述设置模块包括显示单元;所述显示单元设置为:在通信终端获取所述信息的摘要信息后,将获取的摘要信息显示给用户。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,所述处理模块包括 判断单元;所述判断单元设置为判断所述信息是否为多媒体信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,所述判断单元是设置为通过判断所述信息中的多用途互联网邮件扩展类型判断所述信息是否为多媒体信息。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,所述处理模块还设置为:判断所述信息为广告信息时,当判断推送信息的WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关为关闭时,
    将所述信息直接丢弃或不显示;
    或,
    将所述信息显示给用户并提示用户是否正常处理。
  14. 如权利要求8-13任一项所述的信息推送管理装置,其中,所述设置模块是设置为在通信终端与所述WIFI热点未建立连接时设置所述WIFI热点的广告信息显示开关。
  15. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被通信终端执行时,使得该通信终端可执行权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法。
  16. 一种载有权利要求15所述计算机程序的载体。
