Abstract

一种水射流加工装置,包括供压系统、喷射系统和供料系统,供压系统与供料系统分别连接至喷射系统,喷射系统包括混砂腔和喷嘴,混砂腔将高压水与磨料混合后形成混合液,喷射系统还包括整形管,整形管的第一入口与混砂腔的出口连通,整形管的出口与喷嘴连通,混砂腔将混合液从混砂腔的出口低速射入整形管内,形成中心水射流;供压系统还包括缓冲介质供给机构,缓冲介质供给机构与整形管的第二入口相连通,缓冲介质供给机构将缓冲介质射入整形管中,缓冲介质包裹在中心水射流的周侧,包裹有缓冲介质的中心水射流从喷嘴射出而作用于被加工的工件。该水射流加工装置,降低了喷嘴及混砂腔的磨损率,降低了维护成本。
