背景技术
目前,智能电视与机顶盒搭配相比于传统电视机拥有了更多的服务内容,成为了多样化的平台。例如当前的智能电视和机顶盒组成的系统具有视频直播、电视游戏、视频点播、广播等功能。
随着智能电视上的服务内容的多样化,智能电视的操作也变得更加复杂。因此,当前用户在应用一些服务内容时可能不能获知具体如何进行操作,导致用户误操作。可见当前的智能电视中的服务内容由于过于繁多,不同的服务内容的操作方式不同,容易造成通过常规操作方式操作某一服务内容发生误操作,且服务内容的应用繁琐复杂的问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种智能电视机遥控器的操作指示方法及装置,以解决现有技术中的由于智能电视中的服务内容过于繁多,不同的服务内容的操作方式不同,容易造成通过常规操作方式操作某一服务内容发生误操作,且服务内容的应用繁琐复杂的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种智能电视机遥控器的操作指示方法,包括:
接收遥控器的操作指令;
根据所述操作指令判断用户操作是否满足预先设置的指示条件;
若所述用户操作满足所述预先设置的指示条件,在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,所述操作指示信息用于指示所述遥控器的操作。
具体的,所述根据所述操作指令判断用户操作是否满足预先设置的指示条件包括:
判断本地是否存储有所述操作指令对应的服务内容的操作记录。

判断本地是否存储有操作指令所选择的服务内容的操作记录。
本发明中的服务内容可以是视频直播、视频点播、电子游戏、电视广播、公共服务信息、政务资讯等服务内容,但不仅局限于此。上述的本地可以是智能电视的机顶盒,但不仅局限于此。
上述的服务内容的操作记录为应用各种服务内容的时间、具体操作动作等,但不仅局限于此。
上述的预先设置的指示条件可以是本地未存储服务内容的操作记录,即相当于该服务内容被首次使用,则可以在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,遥控器的操作指示信息包括遥控器各键位在服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。这样,在用户首次应用某一服务内容时,可以提示用户该服务内容如何应用,可以避免用户的误操作。
例如在视频点播服务内容中,当首次应用该视频点播服务内容时,可以显示如图2所示的遥控器各键位的功能提示信息,例如向上箭头表示调大音量,向下箭头表示调小音量,向左箭头表示视频快退,向右箭头表示视频快进。此外,在视频点播服务内容中,可以有加速快进和加速快退的功能,例如连续点击两次向右箭头可以以4倍速进行快进,连续点击两次向左箭头可以以4倍速进行后快退。另外各服务内容中还具有很多功能,例如电子游戏服务内容中的游戏功能,公共服务信息的浏览功能等,此处不再一一赘述。
此外,若本地存储有服务内容的操作记录,还可以继续获取操作记录对应的操作时间,确定最晚操作时间;之后判断该最晚操作时间与当前时间的时间差是否大于一预先设置的时间阈值。
步骤102中的预先设置的指示条件可以是时间差大于预先设置的时间阈值。在时间差大于预先设置的时间阈值时,即表示用户在一段较长的时间内未应用某一服务内容,则可以在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息。这样,在用户长时间未使用某一服务内容时,为了避免用户的对该服务内容的误操作,可以提示用户该服务内容如何应用,即显示遥控器各键位在服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。上述的遥控器各键位在服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息可以以静态图片或者动画进行展示。
上述步骤102根据操作指令判断用户操作是否满足预先设置的指示条件,还可以通过如下方式实现:
判断本地存储的一服务内容的误操作次数是否大于等于一预先设置的误操作次数阈值。
上述的预先设置的指示条件可以是一服务内容的误操作次数大于等于一预先设置的误操作次数阈值。
若服务内容的误操作次数大于等于误操作次数阈值,则表示用户多次发生误操作,即用户可能未掌握服务内容的操作方式,则可以在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,遥控器的操作指示信息包括遥控器各键位在服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
在本地可以存储各服务内容的误操作的次数,上述服务内容的误操作可以是例如在视频直播服务内容中,遥控器向上向下的箭头表示频道切换,向左向右的箭头表示音量调节。如果用户在一段较短的时间内连续做出如下动作:切换到另一频道,再切换回原 频道,然后调节音量,则表示用户想要调节音量,但误操作为切换频道,此时可以在本地记为误操作1次,如果之后再次出现该误操作,则误操作2次,以此类推。当误操作次数过大而在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息后,可以将本地的误操作次数置为0,以在后续发生误操作时重新计数。
步骤102根据操作指令判断用户操作是否满足预先设置的指示条件,还可以通过如下方式实现:
判断在一预设时间内各操作指令形成的操作组合是否满足预先设置的预期服务内容调用指示条件。
上述的预先设置的指示条件可以是在一预设时间内各操作指令形成的操作组合满足预期服务内容调用指示条件。即在用户进行一系列操作后,可以判定用户可能需要应用某一服务内容,例如在视频直播服务内容中,用户连续切换了多个体育频道,则可以确认用户想收看的体育节目,即需要应用到体育频道节目列表服务内容。
若在一预设时间内各操作指令形成的操作组合满足预期服务内容调用指示条件,在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,遥控器的操作指示信息包括从当前服务内容跳转到预期服务内容的方法的提示信息,遥控器各键位在预期服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及预期服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
例如上述需要应用到体育频道列表服务内容,而当前服务内容可能还是某一视频直播频道,则可以提示用户切换到主菜单,在主菜单中寻找体育频道节目列表,从而能够快速寻找所需的视频直播频道。
如图3所示,下面以一个具体的实例来说明本发明实施例提供的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示方法。

  11. 根据权利要求10所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体用于判断本地是否存储有所述操作指令对应的服务内容的操作记录。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,在所述本地未存储所述服务内容的操作记录时,所述显示单元具体用于在用户操作界面上显 示遥控器的操作指示信息,所述遥控器的操作指示信息包括遥控器各键位在所述服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及所述服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,还包括操作时间确定单元和时间判断单元;
    在所述本地存储有所述服务内容的操作记录时,所述操作时间确定单元获取所述操作记录对应的最晚操作时间;
    判断所述最晚操作时间与当前时间的时间差是否大于一预先设置的时间阂值。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,在所述时间差大于所述预先设置的时间阂值时,所述显示单元具体用于在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,所述遥控器的操作指示信息包括遥控器各键位在所述服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及所述服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元具体用于判断本地存储的一服务内容的误操作次数是否大于等于一预先设置的误操作次数阂值。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,在所述服务内容的误操作次数大于等于所述误操作次数阂值时,所述显示单元具体用于在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,所述遥控器的操作指示信息包括遥控器各键位在所述服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及所述服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,所述判断单元,具体用于判断在一预设时间内各所述操作指令形成的操作组合是否满足预先设置的预期服务内容调用指示条件。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的智能电视机遥控器的操作指示装置,其特征在于,在一预设时间内各所述操作指令形成的操作组合满足所述预期服务内容调用指示条件时,所述显示单元具体用于在用户操作界面上显示遥控器的操作指示信息,所述遥控器的操作指示信息包括从当前服务内容跳转到所述预期服务内容的方法的提示信息,遥控器各键位在所述预期服务内容中对应的功能提示信息以及所述预期服务内容中的各功能的操作方法提示信息。
