技术领域
本实用新型涉及的是一种旋转高伸拉篮,该种旋转高伸拉篮可以用于存放物品。
背景技术
现有技术中的旋转高伸拉篮由柜体、固定于柜体顶板的上导轨、固定于柜体底板上的下导轨,以及架体,及设于架体上的篮体构成。但架体支撑柱多,影响放置物品,来存取物品时不方便,而且篮体固定于架体上,不能移动,这样篮体间的高度或空隙是恒定的,不能随篮体中所需要放置的物品的高度随意进行调整篮体间的高度,以便放置物品时,合理利用好空间,不能使拉篮到达最佳的使用状态。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种旋转高伸拉篮,该种旋转高伸拉篮放置物品方便,使用舒适。
本实用新型可以采取如下技术方案:
一种旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:包括柜体、固定于柜体顶板内侧面的上导轨、固定于柜体底板上内侧面的下导轨;
上导轨、下导轨之间设有架体,所述架体由上横杆、下横杆、竖杆构成,上横杆、下横杆分别水平放置,竖杆竖直放置,竖杆上端与上横杆一端连接,竖杆下端与下横杆的一端连接,上横杆、竖杆、下横杆排列设置成侧放置的“U”形状;
上横杆与上导轨的活动轨可转动连接,下横杆与下导轨的活动轨可转动连接;
各个篮体从上至下依次设于竖杆上,各个篮体位于上横杆、下横杆之间;
竖杆的外侧面固定有柜门。
本实用新型解决问题还可以进一步采取以下改进措施:
一个优选方式为:竖杆上部可伸缩连接有上杆,竖杆下部可伸缩连接有下杆;上杆与上横杆连接固定,下杆与下横杆连接固定。
一个优选方式为:所述篮体采用易装拆机构与竖杆连接。
一个优选方式为:所述易装拆机构包括基板、扳动件、连接轴、转轴、卡件、垫件构成,连接轴一端连接卡件,另一端穿过基板的孔,后再穿过垫件与转轴可转动连接,扳动件与转轴连接;
卡件放置于竖杆的“T”形槽内,扳动件转动后能改变垫件与卡件的距离使卡件与基板、垫件相互夹紧而将基板固定于竖杆上;
基板固定于篮体上。
一个优选方式为:竖杆上部设有孔,上杆下端伸进该孔内。
一个优选方式为:竖杆下部设有孔,下杆上端伸进该孔内。
一个优选方式为:下导轨的活动轨上设有一个由下横杆碰触控制的、当下横杆与下导轨位于同一直线时使下导轨的活动轨能被推回下导轨的固定轨内的控制件,该控制件可以设于下导轨的活动轨上方,控制件与下导轨的活动轨可伸缩连接,控制件与下导轨的活动轨之间设有使控制件复位的弹性件,所述下横杆的底部设有碰触该控制件的突块。
上述技术方案具有这样的技术效果:
1、本实用新型架体为设置成侧放置的“U”形状,竖杆的外侧面固定有柜门。也就是说,拉出架体,并转动架体后,各个篮体的四个方位中,只有一侧会有柜门及竖杆的阻栏,其它三个方位是没有杆体阻栏的,也没有柜门等阻栏,人们可以方便于取存东西,与现有技术相比,减少了阻栏,可以放置物品方便,使用舒适。而且更加美观。
2、本实用新型可以调节各个篮体之间的相互高度距离。调节好高度后,再将扳动件顺时针转动,即可以又将篮体固定于竖杆上,调节篮体方便,可以随篮体中所需要放置的物品的高度随意进行调整篮体间的间距,以便放置物品时,合理利用好空间,使拉篮到达最佳的使用状态。
3、本实用新型导轨使用方便,稳定,活动轨相对固定轨稳定, 推回过程中,产生的偏差少,稳定性强。牢固性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型进行具体描述。
实施例1:如图1至图7所示,一种旋转高伸拉篮,包括柜体1、固定于柜体1顶板内侧面的上导轨2、固定于柜体底板上内侧面的下导轨3;柜体为常规的柜体。
上导轨2、下导轨3之间设有架体,所述架体由上横杆4、下横杆5、竖杆6构成,上横杆4、下横杆5分别水平放置,竖杆6竖直放置,竖杆6上端与上横杆4一端连接,竖杆6下端与下横杆5的一端连接,上横杆4、竖杆6、下横杆5排列设置成侧放置的“U”形状;
上横杆4与上导轨2的活动轨可转动连接,下横杆5与下导轨3的活动轨31可转动连接;可转动连接可以采用常规的转动构件。
各个篮体7从上至下依次设于竖杆6上,各个篮体7位于上横杆4、下横杆5之间;
竖杆6的外侧面固定有柜门8。
架体为设置成侧放置的“U”形状,也就是一侧是没有杆体阻栏的,人们可以方便于取存东西,与现有技术相比,减少了阻栏,可以放置物品方便,使用舒适。而且更加美观。
实施例2:如图1、图2、图3、图7所示,本例的特点为,竖杆6上部可伸缩连接有上杆61,竖杆6下部可伸缩连接有下杆62;上 杆61与上横杆4连接固定,下杆62与下横杆5连接固定。竖杆6上部设有孔,上杆61下端伸进该孔内。
竖杆6下部设有孔,下杆62上端伸进该孔内。
采用可伸缩式连接结构,可以使架体更加方便安装,可以适应不同柜体的高度,使架体兼容性强。可以减少安装时因高度不配合产生的麻烦。其余同实施例1。
实施例3:如图2、图3、4、图5、图6、图7所示,本例的特点为:篮体7采用易装拆机构与竖杆6连接。
易装拆机构9包括基板91、扳动件92、连接轴93、转轴94、卡件95、垫件96构成,连接轴93一端连接卡件95,另一端穿过基板91的孔,后再穿过垫件96与转轴94可转动连接,扳动件92与转轴94连接;
卡件95放置于竖杆6的“T”形槽63内,扳动件92转动后能改变垫件与卡件的距离使卡件与基板、垫件夹紧而将基板固定于竖杆上;利用摩擦力固定于竖杆6上。
基板91固定于篮体7上。
采用易装拆式结构后,向逆时针转动扳动件,将可以松开卡件与基板、垫件,此时就可以在竖杆上,对基板上、下进行移动,从而可以调节各个篮体之间的相互高度距离。调节好高度后,再将扳动件顺时针转动,即可以又将篮体固定于竖杆上,调节篮体方便,可以随篮体中所需要放置的物品的高度随意进行调整篮体间的间距,以便放置物品时,合理利用好空间,使拉篮到达最佳的使用状态。
实施例4:如图6所示,本例的特点为:下导轨2的活动轨31上设有一个由下横杆碰触控制的、当下横杆5与下导轨位于同一直线时使下导轨的活动轨能被推回下导轨的固定轨内的控制件10,该控制件10可以设于下导轨的活动轨31上方,控制件与下导轨的活动轨31可伸缩连接,控制件10与下导轨的活动轨31之间设有使控制件复位的弹性件,所述下横杆5的底部设有碰触该控制件的突块11。其余同上述实施例。具该种控制件10的导轨,使用方便,稳定,活动轨相对固定轨稳定,推回过程中,产生的偏差少,稳定性强。牢固性好。

  1. 一种旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:包括柜体、固定于柜体顶板内侧面的上导轨、固定于柜体底板上内侧面的下导轨;
    上导轨、下导轨之间设有架体,所述架体由上横杆、下横杆、竖杆构成,上横杆、下横杆分别水平放置,竖杆竖直放置,竖杆上端与上横杆一端连接,竖杆下端与下横杆的一端连接,上横杆、竖杆、下横杆排列设置成侧放置的“U”形状;
    上横杆与上导轨的活动轨可转动连接,下横杆与下导轨的活动轨可转动连接;
    各个篮体从上至下依次设于竖杆上,各个篮体位于上横杆、下横杆之间;
    竖杆的外侧面固定有柜门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:竖杆上部可伸缩连接有上杆,竖杆下部可伸缩连接有下杆;上杆与上横杆连接固定,下杆与下横杆连接固定。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:所述篮体采用易装拆机构与竖杆连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:所述易装拆机构包括基板、扳动件、连接轴、转轴、卡件、垫件构成,连接轴一端连接卡件,另一端穿过基板的孔,后再穿过垫件与转轴可转动连接,扳动件与转轴连接;
    卡件放置于竖杆的“T”形槽内,扳动件转动后能改变垫件与卡件的距离使卡件与基板、垫件相互夹紧而将基板固定于竖杆上;

  7. 根据权利要求2所述的旋转高伸拉篮,其特征是:下导轨的活动轨上设有一个由下横杆碰触控制的、当下横杆与下导轨位于同一直线时使下导轨的活动轨能被推回下导轨的固定轨内的控制件,该控制件可以设于下导轨的活动轨上方,控制件与下导轨的活动轨可伸缩连接,控制件与下导轨的活动轨之间设有使控制件复位的弹性件,所述下横杆的底部设有碰触该控制件的突块。
