Dong Keun Han et al .
이에 본 발명자들은 상기 문제점들을 극복하기 위하여, 인조 세포 외 기질 (A.ECM)을 만들고 그 위에 PEG을 이용한 여러 종류의 PEG 유도체 중 돼지 췌도 세포의 생존율 향상을 이끄는 가장 최적의 물질인 6-arm PEG—SH, 6-arm PEG-D0PA및 1 inear PEG-SH를 차례로 접목한 추가적인 표면 개질을 통해 이식한 돼지 췌도 세포의 이식 후 안정성 (stabi l i ty) 및 생존율 (viabi l i ty)을 비약적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.

젤라틴 (gelat in; Sigma) , EDC (N-(3-Dimethylami nopr opy 1 )-N ' -ethyl car bodi imide hydrochlor ide ; Sigma), NHS ( N-hydr oxy sue c i n i m i de; Sigma) 및 DOPA ( 3 , 4-d i hydr oxypheny 1 ac e t i c acid ; Sigma)를 이용하여 gelat in-DOPA를 제조하였다.

6-arm

두 가지 형광으로 Cakein AM과 Ethd-l(Ethidhim homodimer-1)이 사용된다.
