Description

提高低频音效的骨传导震子 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种提高低频音效的骨传导震子。
背景技术
传统的耳塞式耳机,一般都是将耳机贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内,耳机通过振动空气,空气再振动人的耳膜,而将声音传到人脑。这种耳塞式耳机,由于在使用时需要将耳机贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内,当人们在过马路时就听不到汽车的鸣笛声,那是相当危险的;另外,如果长期大音量地使用这种耳机,对人的耳膜有影响,会引起人的耳鸣,严重地会造成听力下降。现有出现了一种骨传导耳机,将电信号变为震动信号,通过与人体的听骨接触,使人听到声音,声音不需要经过空气传播,耳机也不必贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内。但是现有提高低频音效的骨传导震子结构是通过线圈发生位移带动弹片震动,其存在以下缺陷:1、安装在耳机主体内漏音严重;2、内部结构导致杂音现象发生;3、低频音效差;4、外部震动感太大,影响佩戴的舒适性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种提高低频音效的骨传导震子。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种提高低频音效的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳以及靠近所述外壳筒底设置的弹片,所述弹片包括间隔设置的上弹片本体、下弹片本体以及连接所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体的立柱,所述上弹片本体朝向所述外壳开口的一侧设置有碗形支架,所述支架的碗底设置有磁铁,所述外壳的开口处设置有线路板以及位于所述线路板外侧的上盖,所述线路板朝向所述支架的一侧设置有线圈,所述线圈与所述磁铁同心设置并至少部分包覆所述磁铁。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所 述上弹片本体和线路板之间通过环形支撑架支撑。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述外壳筒底设置有径向向内的凸台,所述下弹片本体置于所述凸台上。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体的厚度均为0.15-0.20mm。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体之间的间距为1.3-1.7mm。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述立柱呈圆柱形,所述立柱的直径为1.3-1.5mm。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述下弹片本体与所述外壳的内筒底壁之间的距离为1.5-2.5mm。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,提高低频音效的骨传导震子进一步包括所述支架的碗底居中设置有收容所述磁铁的收容腔。

本实用新型解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型通过电信号的强弱变化实现磁铁在磁场力的作用下发生震动,从而带动弹片震动,压缩空气产生声音,使人的听骨听到声音,不会对人的耳膜造成任何影响,而且结构简单,体积小,没有杂音,弹片通过立柱与磁铁为点接触,弹片振幅大,低频音效好,同时安装在耳机主体内能减少外部震动,实现降噪,佩戴舒适。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1、图2所示,一种提高低频音效的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳2以及靠近外壳2筒底设置的弹片4,本实用新型优选外壳2筒底设置有径向向内的凸台6,弹片4置于凸台6上,弹片4包括间隔设置的上弹片本体8、下弹片本体10以及连接上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10的立柱12,上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10均为薄金属片,上弹片本体8朝向外壳2开口的一侧设置有碗形支架14,为了进一步实现上弹片本体8与支架14的固定,上弹片本体8与支架14的碗底点焊连接,支架14的碗底设置有磁铁16,进一步的,支架14的碗底居中设置有收容磁铁16的收容腔18,磁铁16稳固在支架10内,外壳2的开口处设置有线路板20以及位于线路板20外侧的上盖22,上盖22的上端面与外壳2的上端面平齐,本实用新型优选上盖22分别与外壳2、线路板20通过防水胶水实现粘接固定,上弹片本体8和线路板20之间通过环形支撑架24支撑,线路板20朝向支架14的一侧设置有线圈26,线圈26与线路板20电连接,线圈26与磁铁16同心设置并至少部分包覆磁铁16,震子结构内部安装稳固,没有杂音,同时弹片4通过立柱16穿过支架14与磁铁16连接形成点接触,弹片4振幅大,低频音效好,且整体体积小,便于与耳机主体配合,减少外部震动,实现降噪。
本实用新型优选上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10的形状和大小相同,上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10的厚度d1均为0.15-0.20mm。进一步优选上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10均呈圆形。上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10之间的间距d2为1.3-1.7mm。进一步优选上弹片本体8和下弹片本体10之间的间距d2为1.5mm。
为了更好的实现磁铁16与弹片4之间的点接触,本实用新型优选立柱12呈圆柱形,立柱12的直径为1.3-1.5mm。
为了达到更好的立体声效果,本实用新型优选下弹片本体10与外壳2的内筒底壁之间的距离d3为1.5-2.5mm。进一步优选下弹片本体10与外壳2的内筒底壁之间的距离d3为2.0mm。
本实用新型优选外壳2的外表面横截面呈圆形,便于置入耳机主体内,不需要另外的辅助部件,降低对耳机主体结构的要求,便于耳机主体的加工,但并不局限于圆形,也可以为方形、椭圆形等。外壳2的外周面上设有至少一个环形凸筋28,便于与耳机主体内的凹槽卡接,实现外壳2与耳机主体的稳固装配,减少外部震动,实现降噪。
本实用新型在使用时,当线圈26通电时,随着电信号的强弱变化,磁铁16在磁场力的作用下发生震动,从而带动弹片4震动,通过震动压缩空气产生声音,使人的听骨听到声音,同时弹片4通过立柱12与磁铁16形成点接触,弹片4振幅大,低频音效更好。

  1. 一种提高低频音效的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳以及靠近所述外壳筒底设置的弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片包括间隔设置的上弹片本体、下弹片本体以及连接所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体的立柱,所述上弹片本体朝向所述外壳开口的一侧设置有碗形支架,所述支架的碗底设置有磁铁,所述外壳的开口处设置有线路板以及位于所述线路板外侧的上盖,所述线路板朝向所述支架的一侧设置有线圈,所述线圈与所述磁铁同心设置并至少部分包覆所述磁铁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述上弹片本体和线路板之间通过环形支撑架支撑。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述外壳筒底设置有径向向内的凸台,所述下弹片本体置于所述凸台上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体的厚度均为0.15-0.20mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述上弹片本体和下弹片本体之间的间距为1.3-1.7mm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述立柱呈圆柱形,所述立柱的直径为1.3-1.5mm。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述下弹片本体与所述外壳的内筒底壁之间的距离为1.5-2.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的提高低频音效的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述支架的碗底居中设置有收容所述磁铁的收容腔。
