Description

高低频音效可调的骨传导震子 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高低频音效可调的骨传导震子。
背景技术
传统的耳塞式耳机,一般都是将耳机贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内,耳机通过振动空气,空气再振动人的耳膜,而将声音传到人脑。这种耳塞式耳机,由于在使用时需要将耳机贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内,当人们在过马路时就听不到汽车的鸣笛声,那是相当危险的;另外,如果长期大音量地使用这种耳机,对人的耳膜有影响,会引起人的耳鸣,严重地会造成听力下降。现有出现了一种骨传导耳机,将电信号变为震动信号,通过与人体的听骨接触,使人听到声音,声音不需要经过空气传播,耳机也不必贴在耳朵孔或塞在耳朵孔内。但是现有高低频音效可调的骨传导震子结构存在以下缺陷:1、安装在耳机主体内漏音严重;2、内部结构导致杂音现象发生;3、声音立体声效果差;4、外部震动感太大,影响佩戴的舒适性;5、高低频音效不可调,无法满足各使用者的需求,使用范围窄。
实用新型内容
本实用新型克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种减少外部震动的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳以及靠近所述外壳筒底设置的弹片,所述弹片包括弹片本体、由外向内开设在所述弹片本体上的至少两个槽口,所述槽口将所述弹片本体分成至少两个大小不同的弹块,所述弹片本体朝向所述外壳开口的一侧设置有碗形支架,所述支架的碗底设置有磁铁,所述外壳的开口处设置有线路板以及位于所述线路板外侧的上盖,所述线路板朝向所述支架的一侧设置有 线圈,所述线圈与所述磁铁同心设置并至少部分包覆所述磁铁。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,高低频音效可调的骨传导震子进一步包括所述弹片本体和线路板之间通过环形支撑架支撑。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,高低频音效可调的骨传导震子进一步包括所述外壳筒底设置有径向向内的凸台,所述弹片置于所述凸台上。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,高低频音效可调的骨传导震子进一步包括所述弹片本体的厚度为0.15-0.20mm。
本实用新型一个较佳实施例中,高低频音效可调的骨传导震子进一步包括所述弹片本体呈圆形。

本实用新型解决了背景技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型结构简单,没有杂音,能减少外部震动,实现降噪,佩戴舒适,同时通过电信号的强弱变化实现磁铁在磁场力的作用下发生震动,磁铁通过击打大小不同的弹块,发出不同的高、低音频,可调节高低频音效,适合各种使用者,适用范围广。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明,这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1、图2所示,一种高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳2以及靠近外壳2筒底设置的弹片4,本实用新型优选外壳2筒底设置有径向向内的凸台6,弹片4置于凸台6上,弹片4为薄金属片,弹片4包括弹片本体8、由外向内开设在弹片本体8上的至少两个槽口10,槽口10将弹片本体8分成至少两个大小不同的弹块12,弹片本体8朝向外壳2开口的一侧设置有碗形支架14,为了进一步实现弹片4与支架14的连接,本实用新型优选弹块12与支架14的碗底点焊连接,支架14的碗底设置有磁铁16,进一步的,支架14的碗底居中设置有收容磁铁16的收容腔18,磁铁16稳固在支架14内,外壳2的开口处设置有线路板20以及位于线路板20外侧的上盖22,上盖22的上端面与外壳2的上端面平齐,本实用新型优选上盖22分别与外壳2、线路板20通过防水胶水实现粘接固定,弹片本体8和线路板20之间通过环形支撑架24支撑,线路板20朝向支架14的一侧设置有线圈26,线圈26与线路板20电连接,线圈26与磁 铁16同心设置并至少部分包覆磁铁16,震子结构内部安装稳固,没有杂音,同时磁铁16将震动传递给大小不同的弹块12,与弹块12形成不同的触点28,通过击打发出不同的高、低音频,高低频音效可调,满足不同使用者的喜爱,且整体体积小,便于与耳机主体配合,减少外部震动,实现降噪。
本实用新型优选弹片本体8的厚度d1为0.15-0.20mm,弹片本体8呈圆形,但并不局限于圆形,也可以为椭圆形、方形等。如图3所示,槽口10沿径向延伸,槽口10将弹片本体14分成至少两个大小不同的扇形弹块12,进一步优选槽口10的数量为四个,槽口10将弹片本体8分成四个大小不同的扇形弹块12。为了达到更好的立体声效果,本实用新型优选弹片本体8与外壳2的内底壁之间的距离的d2为1.5-2.5mm。
本实用新型优选外壳2的外表面横截面呈圆形,便于置入耳机主体内,不需要另外的辅助部件,降低对耳机主体结构的要求,便于耳机主体的加工,但并不局限于圆形,也可以为方形、椭圆形等。外壳2的外周面上设有至少一个环形凸筋30,便于与耳机主体内的凹槽卡接,实现外壳2与耳机主体的稳固装配,减少外部震动,实现降噪。
本实用新型在使用时,当线圈26通电时,随着电信号的强弱变化,磁铁16在磁场力的作用下发生震动,磁铁16通过击打不同大小的扇形弹块12,发出不同高低音频,高低频音效可调,使人的听骨听到不同高低频音效,满足不同使用者的喜爱。

  1. 一种高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,包括筒形外壳以及靠近所述外壳筒底设置的弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片包括弹片本体、由外向内开设在所述弹片本体上的至少两个槽口,所述槽口将所述弹片本体分成至少两个大小不同的弹块,所述弹片本体朝向所述外壳开口的一侧设置有碗形支架,所述支架的碗底设置有磁铁,所述外壳的开口处设置有线路板以及位于所述线路板外侧的上盖,所述线路板朝向所述支架的一侧设置有线圈,所述线圈与所述磁铁同心设置并至少部分包覆所述磁铁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述弹片本体和线路板之间通过环形支撑架支撑。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述外壳筒底设置有径向向内的凸台,所述弹片置于所述凸台上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述弹片本体的厚度为0.15-0.20mm。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述弹片本体呈圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述槽口沿径向延伸,所述槽口将所述弹片本体分成至少两个大小不同的扇形弹块。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述弹片本体与所述外壳的内筒底壁之间的距离为1.5-2.5mm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述支架的碗底居中设置有收容所述磁铁的收容腔。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的高低频音效可调的骨传导震子,其特征在于:所述线圈与所述线路板电连接。
