- the present invention provides hydraulic liquid based power pack systems with all kind of microprocessor enabled controlled valves, stepper motors etc. to derive hydrostatic pressure.
- control system and excessive hydrostatic pressure high torque required systems can be rotated by replacing higher capacity motors and reduces the power requirement when compared to existing methods.
- the present system is used for higher torque applications such as but not limited to the refrigeration compressors, air compressors and textile motors or any other such kind.
- FIG. 1 shows hydro power pack according to the present invention
- FIG. 2 shows the system and method for generating hydrostatic pressure by hydraulic liquid based power pack systems.
- hydraulic liquid based power pack systems are used with microprocessor enabled controlled valves, stepper motors etc. to derive hydrostatic pressure.
- the screw lead is rotated at higher rotation per minute (RPM) and less torque using a servo motor. Same servo is used to run power pack with high torque and less displacement.
- the ferrite in hydraulic oil are used with refrigerant gas.
- the hydraulic oil is emulsion of ferrite nano particle of 100 grades (viscosity).
- a magnet with a very high magnetic strength is placed above the hydraulic fluid column.
- the screw lead pushed the molten material. Due to very high magnetic strength and doping ratio, the magnet extracts the fluid and thus helps in pushing the molten material as per the screw's back and forth movement.
- a magnetic resistor is used to pull out magnet if required. It is a solenoid with specified potential difference to separate the magnet. When it is subjected to magnetic field, field polarizes ferrite particle with which hydrostatic pressure can be generated.
- Fig. 2 describes the system and method for generating hydrostatic pressure.
- the raw plastic material is poured in container.
