Abstract

 本発明は流体圧シリンダに関するものであり、流体圧シリンダ(10)は、シリンダチューブ(12)の両端部に設けられるヘッドカバー(14)及びロッドカバー(16)を有し、前記ヘッドカバー(14)及び前記ロッドカバー(16)がダイカスト等の鋳造によって形成される。ヘッドカバー(14)の第1凹部(28)には、その外周面に半径外方向に溝状に窪んだ第1連通路(34)が形成され、該第1凹部(28)にリング状の第1ホルダ(32)が圧入されることで、開口部位の塞がれた断面矩形状の第1連通路(34)が形成される。そして、第1連通路(34)は、シリンダチューブ(12)のシリンダ室(20)とヘッドカバー(14)の第1クッション室(30)とを連通している。

Description

流体圧シリンダ
 本発明は、圧力流体の供給作用下にピストンを軸方向に沿って変位させる流体圧シリンダに関し、一層詳細には、前記ピストンの変位終端位置における衝撃を緩衝可能なクッション機構を有した流体圧シリンダに関する。
 従来から、ワーク等の搬送手段として、例えば、圧力流体の供給作用下に変位するピストンを有する流体圧シリンダが用いられている。本出願人は、特開2008-133920号公報に開示されるように、ピストンの変位終端位置における衝撃を緩衝可能なクッション機構を備えた流体圧シリンダを提案している。
 このクッション機構を有する流体圧シリンダは、ピストンの両端面には中空円筒状のクッションリングをそれぞれ備え、前記ピストンがシリンダチューブに沿って変位する際、前記クッションリングがヘッドカバーの凹部又はロッドカバーの凹部に対して挿入されることで、ポートから外部へと排出される流体の流量が絞られ、ピストンの変位速度を減速させる。
 近年、上述したような流体圧シリンダのさらなる製造コストの削減が望まれている。
 本発明の一般的な目的は、製造工程の短縮化を図ると同時に、製造コストの削減を図ることが可能な流体圧シリンダを提供することにある。
 本発明は、一組のカバー部材によって閉塞されたシリンダ室を有するシリンダチューブと、シリンダチューブに内装され、シリンダ室内を軸方向に沿って変位するピストンと、カバー部材に形成され圧力流体の供給・排出されるポートと、ピストンの軸方向に沿った端部に装着されピストンと共に変位自在に設けられるロッドとを有した流体圧シリンダにおいて、
 カバー部材は鋳造によって形成され、ピストンと共に変位するロッドが収納される収納穴を有し、収納穴には内壁面に対して窪んだ溝部が形成されると共に、ロッドの挿入されるリング状のホルダが収納穴に装着されることで溝部が延在方向に沿って塞がれ、シリンダ室とポートとを連通させる通路を構成することを特徴とする。
 本発明によれば、シリンダチューブに沿って変位自在なピストンを有し、ピストンの軸方向に沿った端部にロッドが設けられた流体圧シリンダにおいて、シリンダチューブの端部に設けられたカバー部材が、鋳造によって形成され、ピストンと共に変位するロッドが収納される収納穴を有しており、収納穴には内壁面に対して窪んだ溝部が形成されると共に、ロッドの挿入されるリング状のホルダが収納穴に装着されることで溝部が延在方向に沿って塞がれ、シリンダ室とポートとを連通させる通路を構成する。
 従って、カバー部材を鋳造で製造する際に溝部を同時に形成し、収納穴にホルダを装着することで溝部の延在方向に沿った開口部を閉塞して通路とすることができるため、カバー部材を製造した後に通路を加工等によって形成する場合と比較し、容易に通路を形成することができ、それに伴って、製造工程の短縮化、並びに、製造コストの削減を図ることが可能となる。
 上記の目的、特徴及び利点は、添付した図面を参照して説明される以下の実施の形態の説明から容易に諒解されるであろう。

 この流体圧シリンダ10は、図1~図8に示されるように、円筒状のシリンダチューブ12と、該シリンダチューブ12の一端部に装着されるヘッドカバー(カバー部材)14と、前記シリンダチューブ12の他端部に装着されるロッドカバー(カバー部材)16と、前記シリンダチューブ12の内部に変位自在に設けられるピストン18を含む。
 シリンダチューブ12は、例えば、軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って略一定直径で延在した円筒体からなり、その内部にはピストン18が収容されヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16によって閉塞されたシリンダ室20が形成される。
 ヘッドカバー14は、例えば、アルミニウム合金等の金属製材料からダイカスト等の鋳造によって形成され、図3に示されるように、断面矩形状に形成された四隅には軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って貫通した第1貫通孔22が形成される。また、図1及び図2に示されるように、ヘッドカバー14には、ロッドカバー16側(矢印A方向)に臨む端部から所定長さだけ突出した第1段付部24が形成され、その外周側にシリンダチューブ12の一端部が挿通されることで保持される。なお、第1段付部24の外周側には、シリンダチューブ12との間にガスケット25が設けられ、圧力流体の漏出が防止される。
 このヘッドカバー14の外側には、該ヘッドカバー14の軸線と直交する方向に延在した第1ポート26が形成され、前記第1ポート26には、図示しない配管を介して圧力流体が供給・排出される。
 一方、ヘッドカバー14の中央部には、シリンダチューブ12側(矢印A方向)に臨むように断面円形状の第1凹部(収納穴)28が所定深さで形成されると共に、前記第1凹部28と連通した第1クッション室30が形成される。この第1クッション室30は、第1段付部24の内周側となる位置に形成される。
 第1凹部28には、リング状の第1ホルダ32が圧入され固定されると共に、その内周面に対して半径外方向に窪んだ第1連通路(通路)34が形成される。
 第1連通路34は、図3及び図4に示されるように、例えば、断面矩形状に形成され、第1凹部28において第1ポート26の開口方向と略同一方向となる位置に設けられる。
 この第1連通路34は、第1凹部28の開口部から軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って同一断面で延在した水平部(第1通路部)36aと、該水平部36aの端部から第1凹部28の中心側に向かって鉛直方向(矢印C方向)に延在する鉛直部(第2通路部)38aとから構成される。
 すなわち、水平部36aがシリンダ室20側(矢印A方向)へと開口することで該シリンダ室20と連通し、鉛直部38aの下端部が後述する第1クッション室30と連通しているため、前記第1連通路34によってシリンダチューブ12のシリンダ室20と第1クッション室30とが連通する。
 なお、この場合、水平部36a及び鉛直部38aは共に断面矩形状で形成されるが、断面矩形状に限らずそれぞれ断面半円状に形成されていてもよい。
 また、第1連通路34は、ヘッドカバー14を鋳造で製造する際に同時に形成されるものであり、鋳造によってヘッドカバー14が形成された後に、切削加工等の別工程によって形成されるものではない。
 第1クッション室30は、例えば、第1凹部28に対して小径且つ同軸状に形成され、ヘッドカバー14の端部によって閉塞された空間である。そして、第1クッション室30は、その外周側に設けられた第1ポート26と連通すると共に、第1連通路34を通じてシリンダ室20と連通している。
 第1ホルダ32は、その中心に第1クッション孔(挿通孔)40を有した円環体からなり、該第1ホルダ32が第1凹部28へ圧入されることで、その外周面が前記第1凹部28の内周面に対して嵌合され固定される。また、第1ホルダ32の端面が、第1凹部28の壁面に当接するように固定される。
 このように第1凹部28へ第1ホルダ32が装着されることで、第1連通路34における水平部36aの内周側及び鉛直部38aのシリンダチューブ12側がそれぞれ前記第1ホルダ32の外周面及び端面によって覆われ、圧力流体の流通する断面矩形状の通路となる。
 換言すれば、第1ホルダ32の装着されない状態では、第1連通路34はヘッドカバー14の内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側の開放された状態となり、前記第1ホルダ32によって内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側がそれぞれ覆われた断面矩形状の通路が構成される。
 また、第1クッション孔40には、その内周面に形成された環状溝を介して第1クッションパッキン(シール部材)42が装着される。第1クッションパッキン42は、例えば、ゴム等の弾性材料から環状に形成され、第1クッション孔40の内周面に対して内周側へと突出して設けられる。そして、第1クッション孔40へ後述する第1クッションロッド(ロッド)78が挿入された際、該第1クッションロッド78の外周面が第1クッションパッキン42に摺接する。
 ロッドカバー16は、図1、図5~図7に示されるように、ヘッドカバー14と同様に、例えば、アルミニウム合金等の金属製材料からダイカスト等の鋳造によって形成され、断面矩形状に形成された四隅には軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って貫通した第2貫通孔44が形成される(図6及び図7参照)。また、ロッドカバー16には、ヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)に臨む端部から所定長さだけ突出した第2段付部46が形成され、その外周側にシリンダチューブ12の他端部が挿通されることで保持される。なお、第2段付部46の外周側には、シリンダチューブ12との間にガスケット25が設けられ、圧力流体の漏出が防止される。
 そして、シリンダチューブ12の一端部がヘッドカバー14の第1段付部24に挿通され、他端部がロッドカバー16の第2段付部46へ挿通された状態で、複数の第1及び第2貫通孔22、44にそれぞれ連結ロッド48を挿通させ、その両端部に図示しないナットを螺合させ締め付ける。これにより、ヘッドカバー14とロッドカバー16との間にシリンダチューブ12が挟持された状態で前記ヘッドカバー14、ロッドカバー16及びシリンダチューブ12が一体的に固定される。
 また、ロッドカバー16の外側には、該ロッドカバー16の軸線と直交する方向に延在した第2ポート50が形成され、前記第2ポート50には、図示しない配管を介して圧力流体が供給・排出される。
 一方、ロッドカバー16の中央部には、シリンダチューブ12側(矢印B方向)に臨むように開口した断面円形状の第2凹部(収納穴)52と、該第2凹部52と連通した第2クッション室54と、前記第2クッション室54と連通したロッド孔56とが形成される。
 この第2凹部52は、リング状の第2ホルダ58が圧入され固定されると共に、内周面に対して半径外方向に窪んだ第2連通路(通路)60が形成される。
 第2連通路60は、図6及び図7に示されるように、例えば、断面矩形状に形成され、第2凹部52において第2ポート50の開口方向と略同一方向となる位置に設けられる。この第2連通路60は、第2凹部52の開口部から軸方向に沿って同一断面で延在した水平部(第1通路部)36bと、該水平部36bの端部から第2凹部52の中心側に向かって鉛直方向(矢印C方向)に延在する鉛直部(第2通路部)38bとから構成される。
 すなわち、水平部36bがシリンダ室20側(矢印B方向)へと開口することで該シリンダ室20と連通し、鉛直部38bの下端部が後述する第2クッション室54と連通しているため、前記第2連通路60によってシリンダチューブ12のシリンダ室20と第2クッション室54とが連通する。なお、水平部36b及び鉛直部38bは共に断面矩形状で形成されているが、断面矩形状に形成される場合に限定されず、例えば、断面半円状に形成されていてもよい。
 また、第2連通路60は、ロッドカバー16を鋳造で製造する際に同時に形成されるものであり、鋳造によってロッドカバー16が形成された後に、切削加工等の別工程によって形成されるものではない。
 第2クッション室54は、例えば、第2凹部52に対して小径且つ同軸状に形成され、ロッドカバー16の端部によって閉塞された空間である。そして、第2クッション室54は、その外周側に設けられた第2ポート50と連通すると共に、第2連通路60を通じてシリンダ室20と連通している。
 ロッド孔56は、第2クッション室54に隣接し、該第2クッション室54よりさらに小径で形成され、ロッドカバー16の他端部まで貫通することで開口し、その内周面にはブッシュ62及びロッドパッキン64が設けられる。そして、ブッシュ62は、ロッド孔56に挿通されるピストンロッド66を軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って案内し、ロッドパッキン64が、前記ピストンロッド66とロッドカバー16との間を通じた圧力流体の漏出を防止する。
 第2ホルダ58は、その中心に第2クッション孔(挿通孔)68を有した円環体からなり、該第2ホルダ58が第2凹部52へ圧入されることで、その外周面が前記第2凹部52の内周面に対して嵌合され固定される。また、第2ホルダ58の端面が、ロッド孔56との境界に設けられた第2凹部52の壁面に当接するように固定される。
 このように第2凹部52へ第2ホルダ58が装着されることで、第2連通路60における水平部36bの内周側及び鉛直部38bのシリンダチューブ12側がそれぞれ前記第2ホルダ58の外周面及び端面によって覆われ、圧力流体の流通する通路となる。
 換言すれば、第2ホルダ58の装着されない状態では、第2連通路60はロッドカバー16の内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側が開放された状態となり、前記第2ホルダ58によって内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側がそれぞれ覆われた断面矩形状の通路が構成される。
 また、第2クッション孔68には、その内周面に形成された環状溝を介して第2クッションパッキン(シール部材)70が装着される。第2クッションパッキン70は、例えば、ゴム等の弾性材料から環状に形成され、第2クッション孔68の内周面に対して内周側へと突出して設けられる。そして、第2クッション孔68へ後述する第2クッションロッド(ロッド)80が挿入された際、該第2クッションロッド80の外周面が第2クッションパッキン70に摺接する。
 ピストン18は、図1及び図8に示されるように、例えば、円盤状に形成され、その中心にはピストンロッド66の一端部が挿通され加締められることで一体的に連結される。また、ピストン18の外周面には、環状溝を介してピストンパッキン72、磁性体74及びウェアリング76が装着されている。
 また、ヘッドカバー14に臨むピストン18の一端面側には、第1クッションロッド78が同軸状に形成され、該一端面から所定長さだけ突出するように設けられる。この第1クッションロッド78は、中心に孔部82を有した中空状に形成され、その先端がピストン18から離間する方向(矢印B方向)に向かって徐々に縮径するように形成されている。なお、第1クッションロッド78は、中空状に形成される場合に限定されるものでなく、孔部82を有していない中実状としてもよい。
 一方、ロッドカバー16に臨むピストン18の他端面側には、ピストンロッド66の外周側を覆うように円筒状の第2クッションロッド80が設けられる。この第2クッションロッド80は、ピストン18の他端面に対して所定長さだけ突出するように形成されると共に、その先端が前記ピストン18から離間する方向(矢印A方向)に向かって徐々に縮径するように形成されている。
 第1及び第2クッションロッド78、80の外周面には、ピストン18の一端面及び他端面に当接するように一組のダンパ84a、84bがそれぞれ設けられる。このダンパ84a、84bは、例えば、ゴムやウレタン等の弾性材料から形成され、その中央に第1及び第2クッションロッド78、80の挿通可能な孔部を有した円盤状に形成される。そして、ピストン18が軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って変位した際、ダンパ84a、84bがヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16の端面に当接することで衝撃を緩衝する。
 ピストンロッド66は、軸方向(矢印A、B方向)に沿って所定長さを有した軸体からなり、その一端部がピストン18に連結され、他端部は、ロッドカバー16のロッド孔56に挿通されブッシュ62によって変位自在に支持される。さらに、ピストンロッド66の軸方向に沿った略中央部は、第2ホルダ58の第2クッション孔68へと挿通されている。
 本発明の実施の形態に係る流体圧シリンダ10は、基本的には以上のように構成されるものであり、次にその動作並びに作用効果について説明する。なお、図1に示されるピストン18がヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)に変位し、第1クッションロッド78が第1ホルダ32を通じて第1クッション室30へと収容された状態を初期位置として説明する。
 先ず、図示しない圧力流体供給源から圧力流体を第1ポート26へと導入することで第1クッション室30内へと供給される。この場合、第2ポート50は、図示しない切換手段による切換作用下に大気開放状態としておく。これにより、圧力流体が、第1クッション室30から第1連通路34を通じてシリンダ室20へと供給されると共に、第1クッションロッド78の孔部82へと供給される。
 また同時に、圧力流体は、第1クッション孔40へと流入することで、第1クッションパッキン42がロッドカバー16側(矢印A方向)へと移動し、該第1クッションパッキン42の外周側を通じてシリンダ室20側へと流通する。
 これにより、ピストン18がロッドカバー16側(矢印A方向)へと押圧される。そして、ピストン18の変位作用下にピストンロッド66が共に変位し、第1クッションロッド78が第1ホルダ32の第1クッションパッキン42に摺接しながら徐々に第1クッション室30からシリンダ室20側(矢印A方向)へと移動する。
 この際、ピストン18とロッドカバー16との間となるシリンダ室20に残存している空気は、第2連通路60を通じて第2クッション室54へと流入すると同時に、ピストンロッド66の外周面と第2クッションパッキン70との間の間隙を通じて前記第2クッション室54へと流入した後、第2ポート50から外部へと排出される。
 そして、ピストン18がさらにロッドカバー16側(矢印A方向)へと移動することで、ピストンロッド66の他端部がロッドカバー16の外側へと徐々に突出していくと共に、第2クッションロッド80が先端から第2ホルダ58の第2クッション孔68へと挿入され、その外周面に第2クッションパッキン70が摺接しながら挿入されていく。
 これにより、第2ホルダ58の第2クッションパッキン70とピストンロッド66との間の間隙が第2クッションロッド80によって塞がれ、シリンダ室20の空気は第2連通路60のみを通じて第2ポート50へと排出されることとなる。その結果、第2ポート50からの空気の排出量が減少することで、該空気の一部がシリンダ室20内で圧縮され、ピストン18が変位する際の変位抵抗となることで、該ピストン18の変位速度が変位終端位置に近づくにつれて徐々に低下する。すなわち、ピストン18の変位速度を減速させることが可能なクッション作用が機能する。
 最後に、ピストン18がロッドカバー16側(矢印A方向)に向かって徐々に変位し、第2クッションロッド80が完全に第2クッション孔68及び第2クッション室54へと収容され、ダンパ84bがロッドカバー16の端部に当接することでピストン18がロッドカバー16側へと到達した変位終端位置となる(図8参照)。
 換言すれば、第2連通路60は、第2クッション孔68が第2クッションロッド80によって塞がれた際、シリンダ室20の空気を第2ポート50側へと流通させるための固定式のオリフィスとして機能する。
 一方、ピストン18を前記とは反対方向(矢印B方向)に変位させ初期位置へと復帰させる場合には、図示しない切換手段の切換作用下に第1ポート26に供給されていた圧力流体を第2ポート50へ供給することで第2クッション室54へと導入されると共に、第1ポート26を大気開放状態とする。
 この圧力流体は、第2クッション室54から第2連通路60を通じてシリンダ室20へと供給されると共に、第2クッション孔68へと流入することで、第2クッションパッキン70がヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)へと移動し、該第2クッションパッキン70の外周側を通じてシリンダ室20側へと流通する。これにより、ピストン18がヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)へと押圧される。そして、ピストン18の変位作用下にピストンロッド66が共に変位し、第2クッションロッド80が第2ホルダ58の第2クッションパッキン70に摺接しながら徐々に第2クッション室54からシリンダ室20側(矢印B方向)へと移動していく。
 この際、ピストン18とヘッドカバー14との間となるシリンダ室20に残存している空気は、第1連通路34を通じて第1クッション室30へと流入すると同時に、開放された第1ホルダ32の第1クッション孔40を通じて前記第1クッション室30へと流入した後、第1ポート26を通じて外部へと排出される。
 そして、ピストン18がさらにヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)へと移動することで、ピストンロッド66の他端部がロッドカバー16のロッド孔56へと徐々に収納されていくと共に、第1クッションロッド78が先端から第1ホルダ32の第1クッション孔40へと挿入され、その外周面に第1クッションパッキン42が摺接しながら挿入されていく。
 これにより、第1クッションロッド78によって第1クッション孔40が塞がれ、シリンダ室20の流体は第1連通路34のみを通じて第1ポート26へと排出されることとなる。
 このように第1クッション孔40を通じた空気の流通が遮断されることで、第1ポート26からの空気の排出量が減少し、該空気の一部がシリンダ室20内で圧縮されるため、ピストン18が変位する際の変位抵抗となる。その結果、ピストン18の変位速度がヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)となる初期位置へと近づくにつれて徐々に低下する。すなわち、ピストン18の変位速度を減速させることが可能なクッション作用が機能する。
 最後に、ピストン18がヘッドカバー14側(矢印B方向)に向かって徐々に変位し、第1クッションロッド78が完全に第1クッション孔40及び第1クッション室30へと収容され、ダンパ84aがヘッドカバー14の端部に当接することでピストン18がヘッドカバー14側へ到達した初期位置へと復帰する(図1参照)。
 換言すれば、第1連通路34は、第1クッション孔40が第1クッションロッド78によって塞がれた際、シリンダ室20の空気を第1ポート26側へと流通させるための固定式のオリフィスとして機能する。
 以上のように、本実施の形態では、クッション機構を有した流体圧シリンダ10において、ヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16をダイカスト等の鋳造によって形成すると共に、その内部に形成される第1及び第2凹部28、52の内周面及び端面に対して窪んだ第1及び第2連通路34、60をそれぞれ形成している。そして、第1及び第2凹部28、52に対してリング状の第1及び第2ホルダ32、58を装着することで、第1及び第2連通路34、60の延在方向に沿った開口部位を塞ぎ、シリンダ室20と第1及び第2ポート26、50とを連通可能な断面矩形状の通路を構成することができる。
 その結果、ヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16を鋳造によって製造する際、溝状の第1及び第2連通路34、60を同時に形成しておくことで、第1及び第2ホルダ32、58を組み付けるだけで容易に前記第1及び第2連通路34、60を形成することができる。そのため、例えば、ヘッドカバー及びロッドカバーを製造した後に切削加工等によって連通路を形成する場合と比較し、その製造工程の短縮化を図ることができると共に、製造コストの削減も可能となる。
 また、第1及び第2連通路34、60は、ヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16においては、内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側がそれぞれ開放された溝状に形成されているが、第1及び第2凹部28、52に対してリング状の第1及び第2ホルダ32、58をそれぞれ装着することで、前記内周側及びシリンダチューブ12側のそれぞれ塞がれた断面矩形状の第1及び第2連通路34、60を容易に構成することが可能となる。
 換言すれば、ヘッドカバー14及びロッドカバー16に対して第1及び第2ホルダ32、58を組み付けるだけで、第1及び第2連通路34、60を容易に形成することができる。
 なお、本発明に係る流体圧シリンダは、上述の実施の形態に限らず、本発明の要旨を逸脱することなく、種々の構成を採り得ることはもちろんである。

Claims (5)

  1.  一組のカバー部材(14、16)によって閉塞されたシリンダ室(20)を有するシリンダチューブ(12)と、該シリンダチューブ(12)に内装され、前記シリンダ室(20)内を軸方向に沿って変位するピストン(18)と、前記カバー部材(14、16)に形成され圧力流体の供給・排出されるポート(26、50)と、前記ピストン(18)の軸方向に沿った端部に装着され該ピストン(18)と共に変位自在に設けられるロッド(66)とを有した流体圧シリンダ(10)において、
     前記カバー部材(14、16)は鋳造によって形成され、前記ピストン(18)と共に変位する前記ロッド(78、80)が収納される収納穴(28、52)を有し、前記収納穴(28、52)には内壁面に対して窪んだ溝部が形成されると共に、前記収納穴(28、52)に前記ロッド(78、80)の挿入されるリング状のホルダ(32、58)が装着されることで前記溝部が延在方向に沿って塞がれ、前記シリンダ室(20)と前記ポート(26、50)とを連通させる通路(34、60)を構成することを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
  2.  請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
     前記通路(34、60)は、前記ピストン(18)の軸方向に沿って延在し、前記シリンダ室(20)と連通する第1通路部(36a、36b)と、
     前記第1通路部(36a、36b)の端部に接続され、前記カバー部材(14、16)の内部と連通した第2通路部(38a、38b)と、
     を有することを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
  3.  請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
     前記ホルダ(32、58)は、前記収納穴(28、52)に対して圧入されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
  4.  請求項1記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
     前記溝部は、断面矩形状又は断面半円状に形成されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
  5.  請求項2記載の流体圧シリンダにおいて、
     前記通路(34、60)は、前記第1通路部(36a、36b)と前記第2通路部(38a、38b)とが略直交するように接続されたL字状に形成されることを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ。
