Este dispositivo de fijación de las baterías en el interior del vehículo eléctrico (3) comprende un cilindro hidráulico (40) que empuja a una barra (43) en la que se encuentra unida de manera desplazable una cuña (16) bajo la acción de un resorte (41 ), de manera que mediante el desplazamiento del vástago del cilindro hidráulico (40) la cuña es guiada por unos medios de guiado (42), retirando las cuñas (16) que establecen el contacto con los contactos eléctricos (21 ) de la batería (2) para poder llevar a cabo la inserción de la misma (2) en el interior del vehículo eléctrico (3), tal y como se muestra en la Figura 6.
