在日常工作生活中,移动终端作为便携通信设备,在人们的生活中发挥越来越重要的作用。一般情况下移动终端是彼此相对独立的终端设备,但在一些特殊的情况下,需要将移动终端中的文件共享到其他设备,例如:在一些情况下需要将移动终端中的内容在电视机、显示器、平板电脑、PC电脑、以及未来的可穿戴设备上进行显示和控制;或者,移动终端需要与周围其他人的终端设备相互联通,分享内容或玩游戏等,这就要求终端设备之间能够相互联通。
然而,现有技术中终端设备间的互联方法主要是通过高清晰度多媒体接口(HDMI,High Definition Multimedia Interface)、U盘、蓝牙等方式进行连接,比如,当需要分享移动终端中的视频或者PPT课件时,现有技术中的分享方法是在移动终端和显示媒介均支持HDMI的情况下,将移动终端通过HDMI线连接到显示媒介;或者,通过U盘、蓝牙等方式将移动终端中需分享的文件传送到显示媒介的内存中,并由显示媒介显示。
可见,现有技术方案中将终端设备的内容在显示媒介中进行显示的操作过程较为复杂;而且,无法实现在将终端设备的内容在显示媒介中进行实时显示的同时,使用户通过显示媒介对终端设备进行操作和控制的功能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例期望提供一种对终端的操作控制方法、装置及存储介质,能够在将终端内容实时显示于显示媒介的同时,通过显示媒介实现对终端的操作和控制。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明实施例提供了一种对终端的操作控制装置,所述装置包括互联部件和触摸显示部件;其中,
所述互联部件,配置为采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件;接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,并在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作;
所述触摸显示部件,配置为接收互联部件发来的数据进行显示;接收用户在自身上的触控操作,根据所述触控操作产生触控数据,并将所述触控数据发送到互联部件。
上述方案中,所述互联部件对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理包括:将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理。
上述方案中,所述互联部件根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置包括:根据收到的触控数据将对触摸显示部件进行所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置。
上述方案中,所述互联部件在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作。
上述方案中,所述互联部件包括镜像采集器、存储处理器、显示驱动器;其中,
所述镜像采集器,配置为采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据;
所述存储处理器,配置为将所述显示相关数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理后进行存储,并发送到显示驱动器;
所述显示驱动器配置为将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件。
上述方案中,所述显示驱动器,还配置为根据采集到的移动终端的显示屏大小以及触摸显示部件显示屏的大小确定预设比例。
上述方案中,所述互联部件还包括触碰响应接收器、触碰触发器,其中,
所述触碰响应接收器,配置为获取用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据获得所述触控操作的位置,并将所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,之后将移动终端显示屏上的对应所述位置信息发送到触碰触发器;
触碰触发器,配置为在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
本发明实施例还提供了一种对终端的操作控制方法,所述方法包括:
采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件进行显示;接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,并在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
上述方案中,所述对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理包括:将采集到的 显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件。
上述方案中,所述根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置包括:根据收到的触控数据将对触摸显示部件进行所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置。
上述方案中,所述在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作。
上述方案中,所述方法还包括:根据采集到的移动终端的显示屏大小以及触摸显示部件显示屏的大小确定预设比例。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的对终端的操作控制方法。
本发明实施例提供的对终端的操作控制方法、装置及存储介质,互联部件一方面采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件显示;另一方面接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,并在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作;如此,能够在将终端内容实时显示于显示媒介的同时,通过显示媒介实现对终端的操作和控制。

具体实施方式
在本发明实施例中,互联部件一方面采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件显示;另一方面接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,并在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
对应的,所述触摸显示部件一方面接收互联部件发来的处理后的数据进行显示;另一方面接收用户在自身上的触控操作,根据所述触控操作产生触控数据,并将所述触控数据发送到互联部件。
这里,所述互联部件对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理包括:将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件;其中,所述显示屏信息包括显示屏图像信号和显示屏大小信息;所述显示相关数据包括红绿蓝(RGB)三原色数据。
相应的,所述互联部件根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置包括:根据收到的触控数据将对触摸显示部件进行所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置。
所述在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作。
其中,所述预设比例根据移动终端的显示屏大小、以及触控显示部件显示屏大小确定。

所述在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件11通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作。
一般来说,所述互联部件11的尺寸上需要大于目前市场主流移动终端设备的尺寸,例如,智能手机的大小一般在10英寸(inch)以下,因此,所述互联部件11尺寸上需满足10inch以下移动终端终端设备的互连需求;而且,所述互联部件11结构设计上至少应满足对移动终端的固定需求,且能够保证移动终端正面与互联部件11的表面能紧密贴合。此外,互联部件11的设计应该能够使互联部件11平放在桌面上,这样,移动终端显示屏朝下平放在互联部件11表面上,即可实现移动终端显示屏与互联部件11的表面紧密贴合和交互。
所述触摸显示部件12,配置为接收互联部件11发来的处理后的数据进 行显示;接收用户在自身上的触控操作,根据所述触控操作产生触控数据,并将所述触控数据发送到互联部件11。
所述触摸显示部件12可以是支持触摸的显示器,例如支持触碰控制操作的液晶显示,但并不限于此范围,任何可支持触碰控制操作的显示设备均可以作为本发明实施例中的触摸显示部件。
图2为本发明实施例互联部件的组成结构示意图,如图2所示,本发明实施例互联部件从组成结构看,分为上下两层,上层包括触碰响应接收器24、触触碰发器25;下层包括镜像采集器21、存储处理器22、显示驱动器23;其中,
下层器件主要实现将移动终端的显示内容输入到触摸显示部件12中进行显示,包括采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件12;
在一实施例中,当用户将移动终端放置于互联部件11上之后,各器件完成下述功能;这里,所述移动终端放置于互联部件11上是将移动终端的显示屏朝下平放在互联部件11表面上,与互联部件11的表面紧密贴合。
所述镜像采集器21,配置为采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据;
在一实施例中,所述镜像采集器21以固定的工作频率采集移动终端的显示屏图信息,并将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据;其中,所述显示屏信息包括显示屏图像信号和显示屏大小信息;所述显示相关数据包括RGB三原色数据。
例如,用户将移动终端放置于互联部件表面上之后,镜像采集器21开始工作,扫描移动终端显示区域上的内容,产生对应的图像信号,并判断出移动终端显示区域的大小;然后,将采集到的图像信号转换成RGB三原色数据,并将RGB三原色数据和显示区域大小对应的数据发送到存储处理 器22;
这里,所述镜像采集器21先对移动终端显示屏上的显示内容镜像采集,再通过互补金属氧化物(CMOS,Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor)或电荷耦合元件(CCD,Charge-coupled Device)将图像信号转化为数据,并以RGB三原色的数据形式进行存储。例如,所述镜像采集器21的扫描工作频率在60Hz,该频率为智能手机等移动终端的显示屏刷新频率,使用该频率,可以保证镜像采集器21实时采集到移动终端显示屏上的更新。通过获取移动终端显示屏的显示内容,互联部件11可以获知移动终端显示屏的尺寸大小,这样,显示驱动器23就能通过触摸显示部件12显示屏尺寸大小与移动终端显示屏尺寸大小的比对,确定触摸显示部件12显示屏显示时的放大比例,此放大比例即可作为预设比例,进行后续处理。
所述存储处理器22,配置为将所述显示相关数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理后进行存储,并发送到显示驱动器23;
例如,所述存储处理器22将所述RGB三原色数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理后进行存储,并发送到显示驱动器23。
所述显示驱动器23,配置为将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件12。
例如,所述显示驱动器23将RGB三原色数据按照预设比例进行放大或缩小后,发送到触摸显示部件12。
所述显示驱动器23,还配置为根据采集到的移动终端的显示屏大小以及触摸显示部件12显示屏的大小确定预设比例。
上层器件主要实现将触摸显示器件12上的用户触碰信息向移动终端进行传递,包括:获取用户在触摸显示部件12进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据获得所述触控操作的位置,并将所述触控操作的位置按照预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置;之后,通过互联部件11 自身设有的导电块在移动终端的对应位置进行触碰操作;
触摸显示部件12显示移动终端的显示屏图像信息,当用户在触摸显示部件12上进行触控操作时,触碰响应接收器24,配置为获取用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据获得所述触控操作的位置,并将所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,之后将移动终端显示屏上的对应位置信息发送到触碰触发器25;
在一实施例中,所述触碰响应接收器24可以从触摸显示部件12的IC中获取用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,再根据预设比例将所述触控操作的位置转换为移动终端显示屏的对应位置,并在互联部件11中移动终端的对应位置处予以标记;然后,将所述对应位置的位置信息发送到触碰触发器25;
触碰触发器25,配置为在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
在一实施例中,所述触碰触发器25接收到所述位置信息后,改变所述位置的电路特性,在所述位置驱动互联部件11设有的导电块,所述导电块可以使用根据触碰屏“两个带电的导体会形成电容”的工作原理,引发移动终端的触碰响应,进而实现对触摸显示部件12的触控操作向移动终端的传递。
所述导电块可以使用纳米铟锡金属氧化物(ITO,Indium Tin Oxides)透明材料来实现,但并不限定此导电块的材料范围。
本发明实施例还提供了一种终端互联显示控制方法,图3为本发明实施例对终端的操作控制方法流程示意图,如图3所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤301:采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件进行显示;
这里,由互联部件采集移动终端的显示屏信息,并对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理,包括:将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件;其中,所述显示屏信息包括显示屏图像信号和显示屏大小信息;所述显示相关数据包括RGB三原色数据。
步骤302:接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置,并在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
相应的,所述根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上的对应位置包括:根据收到的触控数据将对触摸显示部件进行所述触控操作的位置按预设比例转换为移动终端显示屏上的对应位置。
所述在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身设有的导电块在移动终端显示屏的对应位置产生触碰操作。
图4为本发明实施例将终端显示屏内容在触摸显示部件中进行显示的方法流程示意图;在将移动终端放置于互联部件表面上之后,互联部件将移动终端固定,以保证移动终端显示屏与互联部件的镜像采集器紧密贴合,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤401:互联部件以固定的工作频率采集包括移动终端的显示屏图像信号和显示屏大小信息的显示屏信息,并将采集到的图像信号转换成RGB三原色数据;
步骤402:将所述RGB三原色数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理,并进行存储;
步骤403:将所述RGB三原色数据按预设比例进行处理后,发送到触摸显示部件中进行显示;
这里,所述按预设比例进行处理是:将对应移动终端图像信号的RGB 三原色数据按预设比例进行放大;
相应的,在步骤403之前,所述方法还包括:根据采集到的移动终端的显示屏大小以及触摸显示部件的大小确定预设比例。
至此,就能实现移动终端显示图像在触摸显示部件上的显示,从而实现终端互联显示。
图5为本发明实施例将用户的触控操作触发到移动终端的方法流程示意图;如图5所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤501:用户在触摸显示部件上进行触控操作;
这里,用户在触摸显示部件上进行触控操作,实际上相当于对移动终端显示内容的操作;
步骤502:互联部件中的触碰响应接收器从触摸显示部件的IC中获取所述触控操作的位置信息,根据预设比例将所述触控操作的位置信息转换为互联部件上移动终端显示屏的对应位置,也就是移动终端显示屏上显示内容的对应位置在互联部件上的投影位置,并将所述位置的位置信息发送到触碰触发器。
步骤503:触碰触发器在该位置产生电信号,驱动导电块;
这里,所述导电块在没有收到触碰触发器的驱动之前,处于不带电的状态;收到驱动后,带电工作。
步骤504:通过导电块在移动终端的对应位置进行触碰操作;
这里,根据触摸屏“两个相互靠近的带电导体形成电容”的工作原理,通过产生的电容在移动终端的对应位置进行相当于用户的触碰操作,移动终端IC接收后,予以响应;
至此,就能实现将触摸显示部件的触控操作转换为对移动终端的触碰操作,也就是触控操作的传递,从而实现终端互联的操作控制。
图6为本发明实施例对终端的操作控制装置应用场景示意图,如图6 所示,本发明实施例中互联部件61平放于平面上;但是在实际的应用中,并不限定此放置方式,只要互联部件61能够满足对移动终端的固定需求并能够保证互联部件能够与移动终端能够处于相对静止的位置的放置方法均可以选取。
当用户将移动终端63放置于互联部件61表面之后,互联部件61将移动终端63进行固定。图6中并没有体现和限定固定移动终端的方式,可根据使用时的场景进行设定,本发明实施例中对固定移动终端的方式不进行限定。
a:当用户将移动终端63放置于互联部件61表面上之后,互联部件61开始以固定的工作频率采集显示屏信息,所述显示屏信息包括显示屏图像信号和显示屏大小信息;
例如,互联部件61可以以60Hz的扫描频率采集显示屏信息,该频率为智能手机等移动终端63的显示屏刷新频率,使用该频率,可以保证镜像采集器实时采集到移动终端63显示屏上的更新。此时的显示屏信息如图6中左上方放大的椭圆虚线中所示;通过获取对移动终端63显示屏显示内容,互联部件61可以获知移动终端63显示屏的尺寸大小,这样,显示驱动器就能够通过触摸显示部件62显示屏尺寸大小与移动终端63显示屏尺寸大小的比对,确定触摸显示部件62显示屏显示时的放大比例,此放大比例即可作为预设比例,进行后续处理。
b:互联部件61将采集到的图像信号转换成RGB三原色数据,并确定移动终端63显示屏的大小;
这里,互联部件61可以通过CMOS或CCD将图像信号转化为数据,并将所述RGB三原色数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理后以RGB三原色的数据形式进行存储。
c:将RGB三原色数据按预设比例进行处理后在触摸显示部件62中进 行显示。
至此,实现了实现将移动终端63显示屏的内容在触摸显示部件62中进行显示。
d:触摸显示部件62将移动终端63显示屏的内容进行显示后,用户通过触摸显示部件62观看移动终端63显示屏的内容。
当用户想要对当前内容进行操作时,例如用户想要打开移动终端63中的应用程序时,如图6所示,用户对触摸显示部件62中的应用F进行触控,实际上这是想要对移动终端63所进行的操作;
e:互联部件61的触碰响应接收器从触摸显示部件62的IC中获取用户对触摸显示部件62进行触控操作产生的触控数据,再根据预设比例将所述触控操作的位置转换为移动终端显示屏的对应位置,也就是该显示内容在移动终端63中对应位置在互联部件61上的投影位置,并在互联部件61中移动终端63的对应位置处予以标记;然后,将所述对应位置的位置信息发送到互联部件61的触碰触发器;
f:互联部件61的触碰触发器在接收到所述位置信息后,改变所述位置的电路特性,在所述位置驱动互联部件61自身设有的导电块,所述导电块可以使用根据触碰屏“两个带电的导体会形成电容”的工作原理,引发移动终端63的触碰响应,进而实现对触摸显示部件62的触控操作向移动终端63的传递,如图6所示,移动终端63中的应用F接收到触碰操作。
至此,实现用户对触摸显示部件62上的触控操作向移动终端63的传递,实现对终端的操作控制。
图1和图2中所示的对终端的操作控制装置中的各器件的实现功能,可参照终端互联显示控制方法的相关描述而理解。本领域技术人员应当理解,图1和图2所示的对终端的操作控制装置中各器件的功能可通过的逻辑电路而实现,比如:可由中央处理器(CPU)、微处理器(MPU)、数字 信号处理器(DSP)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现;所述存储处理器也可以由各种存储器、或存储介质实现。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的方法和装置,可以通过其他的方式实现。上述作为分离部件可以是、或也可以不是物理上分开的,可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或全部器件来实现本实施例方案的目的。
相应地,本发明实施例还提供一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行本发明实施例的上述对终端的操作控制方法。
本发明实施例中记载的对终端的操作控制装置只以上述实施例为例,但不仅限于此,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

  1. 一种对终端的操作控制装置,所述装置包括互联部件和触摸显示部件;其中,
    所述互联部件,配置为采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件;接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置,并在所确定的移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作;
    所述触摸显示部件,配置为接收互联部件发来的信息并进行显示;接收用户的触控操作,根据所述触控操作产生触控数据,并将所述触控数据发送到互联部件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述装置,其中,所述互联部件对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理包括:将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述装置,其中,所述互联部件根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置包括:将接收到的触控数据按预设比例进行处理,将用户在触摸显示部件上进行触控操作的位置转换为在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述装置,其中,所述互联部件在确定的移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述装置,其中,所述互联部件包括镜像采集器、存储处理器、显示驱动器;其中,
    所述镜像采集器,配置为采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显 示屏信息转换成显示相关数据;
    所述存储处理器,配置为将所述显示相关数据进行锐化和/或增强对比度处理后进行存储,并发送到显示驱动器;
    所述显示驱动器,配置为将所述显示相关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件。

    所述触碰响应接收器,配置为接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在触摸显示部件上的位置,并将所述触控操作在触摸显示部件上的位置按预设比例转换为在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置,之后将确定的移动终端显示屏上对应的位置信息发送到触碰触发器;
    触碰触发器,配置为在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
  8. 一种对终端的操作控制方法,所述方法包括:
    采集移动终端的显示屏信息,将采集到的显示屏信息进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件进行显示;接收用户对触摸显示部件进行触控操作产生的触控数据,根据所述触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置,并在所确定的移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作,触发移动终端进行相应操作。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述方法,其中,所述对采集到的显示屏信息进行处理包括:将采集到的显示屏信息转换成显示相关数据,并将所述显示相 关数据按预设比例进行处理后发送到触摸显示部件。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述方法,其中,所述根据收到的触控数据确定所述触控操作在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置包括:将收到的触控数据按预设比例进行处理,将用户在触摸显示部件上进行触控操作的位置转换为在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10任一项所述方法,其中,所述在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作包括:互联部件通过自身的导电块在移动终端显示屏上对应的位置产生触碰操作。
  12. 根据权利要求8至10任一项所述方法,其中,所述方法还包括:根据采集到的移动终端的显示屏大小以及触摸显示部件显示屏的大小确定所述预设比例。
  13. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求8至12任一项所述的对终端的操作控制方法。
