Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions et des procédés de formation de tissu adipeux. Dans un aspect, l'invention porte en particulier sur un procédé comprenant la mise en contact d'adipocytes progénitrices et d'un agent de modulation de l'ARN intergénique antisens HOX ("HOTAIR"), d'un exosome provenant d'un tissu adipeux, d'un miARN associé à un exosome provenant d'un tissu adipeux, ou d'un agent de déméthylation. Un tel contact peut induire ou augmenter l'adipogenèse, la formation de tissu adipeux blanc, la formation de tissu adipeux brun, ou la transformation de tissu adipeux blanc en tissu adipeux brun.
