Description

The present invention relates to a guidance information distribution device that distributes guidance information that is referred to when performing medical work, a control method for the guidance information distribution device, a guidance information distribution program, and a guidance information distribution system.
In the medical field, various medical work is performed by medical staff such as doctors and nurses. Medical work includes medical practices such as medical examination, treatment, and treatment for patients, and medical-related work related to medical practices such as preparation and maintenance of medical instruments and devices. Medical staffs have different skill levels for medical work depending on experience and ability, and can be broadly classified into skilled medical staff skilled in medical work and general medical staff having less skill than skilled medical staff. Skilled medical staff can perform highly difficult medical work alone, while general medical staff do not provide guidance or guidance to skilled medical staff when performing less experienced medical work or difficult medical work. Support may be required.
Skilled medical staff are often busy compared to general medical staff, and therefore cannot always support medical work by general medical staff. Therefore, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-173737 proposes a medical information management system that supports medical work by general medical staff. The medical information management system includes a client terminal used by a general medical staff, and an information management server that manages guidance information, which is explanatory information such as medical work techniques, procedures, and notes. The general medical staff requests delivery of guidance information from the client terminal to the information management server when performing medical work with little experience or medical work with high difficulty. The information management server distributes the requested guidance information to the client terminal. Since the distributed guidance information is displayed on the display of the client terminal, the general medical staff can perform medical work while referring to the guidance information even when the support of the skilled medical staff is not obtained.
Some medical work has several different methods and procedures. For example, medical work in which new methods and procedures have been developed due to medical progress, and medical work in which methods and procedures differ depending on the types of medical instruments and medical devices used. In order to properly support medical work by general medical staff, guidance information should be prepared for several different methods and procedures, but the types of medical work and the methods and procedures that exist for each medical work must be prepared. Considering the number of variations, it is not realistic to provide guidance information for every medical work method or procedure. Therefore, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-173737, in a medical information management system provided to a medical facility in a state where guidance information is stored in an information management server, it is widely used as a medical work method and procedure. In many cases, guidance information is recorded in the guidance information.
However, some medical facilities may not use standard methods or procedures due to budgets or frequency of implementation, or may have established their own methods and procedures. . Providing such medical facilities with guidance information in which explanations of standard techniques and procedures are recorded does not serve as a reference for general medical staff, and may even cause confusion.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a guidance information distribution device capable of distributing guidance information for reference to general medical staff, a guidance information distribution device control method, a guidance information distribution program, and guidance information distribution.
