Abstract
A method and a device of a flattened cone made of cardboard, or similar materials, that is popped open by a pinch that keep it open, as a container with an auxiliary wiper and a handle, for the purpose of scooping, collecting, and containing various materials, or other uses, and to do so by creating fold lines at the tip of a flattened cone, so that by pinching the tip, the flattened cone is pop open, and remained open due to the creases at the tip of the cone.
Description
A COLLAPSIBLE SHOVEL CONTAINER WITH INTEGRATED WIPER AND A HANDLE.
DESCRIPTION
TECHNICAL FIELD
The technical field is in the cardboard and print industry.
BACKGROUND ART
The use of cardboard, or semi-flexible sheet of another material, creating collapsible containers is well known. As well as the option to use the container edge as a shovel to pick up various materials, as it is as done for example in the fry box of French fries.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
The product innovation is the creation of flattened container that will pop open in one pinch to a conical shape with a large mouth and concave edge structure that provides increased stiffness to the rim, and also contains an integrated auxiliary shovel for improved collecting various materials like dog droppings for example.
The novelty of the invention is that it presents a gap-by-pinch method on the tip of a flattened cardboard cone, for efficient, convenient and simpler way to apply a conical container and a wiper, with a sharp, wide, and rigid attack edge, and also that an auxiliary wiper-like component, and auxiliary carrying handle, can be embedded in its back to be separate if need.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
As outlined in Fig. la the device made from a single half rigid cardboard sheet, or other similar materials, cut out into a hand fan shape, and divided by two fold lines marked as - 8 and 9, into three main parts - the right flap marked as 1 , the bottom flap marked as 2, and the left flap marked as 3. On the outer part of flaps 1 and 2 there are semicircular fold lines marked as 7 and designed to allow folding the top as a cover, there is also a small tail marked as 4 and is designed to allow the hanging of the device for keeping or carrying.
As can be seen in the detailed magnification in Fig. lb, the hand fan shape base have a series of crease lines designed to help keep the shape of the device pop opend, as it is received after pinching them, and is composed of a series of supporting crease lines in a polygon formation that are marked as 11 , and are designed to support a pop opend position. A series of collapsed fold lines of semicircles form, marked as 10, which are designed for easing of the changing from the flattened shape on pinching, and a series of refold lines marked as 12 and are designed to ease the folds on the back of the device.
Inside the left flap of the device there is a cut line of a handle marked as 6 which is held loosely by sequence pauses the cutting line, and similarly auxiliary wiper shape is cut in the left flap of the device marked as 5.
As outlined in Fig.lc within the auxiliary wiper exists a crease line marked as 13, that is designed to fold the two-sided tail to form the auxiliary wiper, and two cross crease lines marked as 14 designed to help to form the final shape of the auxiliary wiper.
As outlined in Fig.2a, the first fold is of the right flap marked as 1 , and is made along the fold line marked as 8.
As outlined in Fig.2b adhesive layer smeared on the back of the left flapl Area marked as 15, and then performed the second fold along the fold line marked as 9.
Fig. 2c depicts the final state of assembly, when the device is ready for use. On the edges of the device printed pressure points that marked as 16.
As outlined in Fig.3a, applying the device a pinching is required on the pressure points 16. As outlined in Fig.3b from the side and in Fig.3c from the front, pinching the tip is folding the device along a fold line marked as 12, and opens up the device that is now ready to implement.
3
As outlined in Fig .4, thanks to the crease line marked as 11 that was aligned by the pinch, the device remained open even after the release of pressure from the tip, the position open, and the support of the crease lines indicated as 10, make it easy to keep it in its open position, and the device now is ready to be used for wipering and / or storing things in it, as shown in Fig.5.
As shown in Fig.6, if necessary, it is possible to separate the auxiliary wiper, marked as 5, from the back of the device, and push its tail as shown in Fig.7a to fold it along the tail fold line marked as 12 in Fig.7b. So with the crossed crease lines marked as 13 we get effective auxiliary wiper as describing in Fig.7c. to use as described in Fig.8.
It is also possible, if necessary, to get a handle as outlined in Fig.9a, by holding the tip of the tab marked as 6, and lift it off the back of the device, and carry it as described in Fig.9b.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
The present invention may be applied to a manufacturing of a cardboard products that have the knowhow in cutting and assembly of intricate cardboard designs.
