Abstract

The invention relates to a cooling water line (1) for a power station, which is connected to a condenser (2) contained therein, and wherein there is an up-pipe (10) upstream of the condenser (2) in normal operating conditions, with a down-pipe (11) downstream thereof, and a feed pump (12) contained in the cooling water line (1), which is arranged so that in the up-pipe (10) or upstream of the up-pipe (10) a flow can be imparted to cooling water (5) in the cooling water line (1).
