本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种手摇充电器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 左壳, 右壳, 顶壳, 电机, 电路 板, 太阳板, 所述壳体上设置有手柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放置在手柄放 置位上, 还包括一 LED灯组, LED灯组直接设置顶壳与左壳、 右壳的相接处, 所述 LED灯组可由手摇充电器供电。此方案未公开。 由于 LED灯组直接设置顶 壳与左壳、 右壳的相接处, 手摇充电器使用产生的晃动可能对 LED灯组造成不 良影响, 从而 LED灯组工作的可靠性降低。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种 LED灯组工作可靠性较大的手摇充 电器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 左壳, 右壳, 顶壳, 电机, 电路板, 太阳板, 所述壳体上设置有手柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放置在手柄放置位上, 还包 括一 LED灯组和 LED灯罩, 所述 LED灯组安装在 LED灯罩上, 所述 LED灯 罩设置在顶壳与左壳、 右壳的相接处。
优选的, LED灯罩上设置有 LED灯装配孔, 所述 LED灯组的灯泡设置在 所述 LED灯装配孔内。
优选的,所述 LED灯罩的两侧设置有装配定位骨,所述装配定位骨呈 L型, 在与装配定位骨相对于的左壳、 右壳的内表面上设置有定位槽, 所述装配定位 优选的, 所述定位槽还可以与装配定位骨胶粘加强固定。
优选的,所述顶壳上设置有 LED灯罩避空位,所述 LED灯罩避空位与 LED 灯罩相紧密配合。

优选的, 所述定位槽还可以与凸耳结构胶粘加强固定。
优选的,所述顶壳上设置有 LED灯罩避空位,所述 LED灯罩避空位与 LED 灯罩及 LED灯罩固定架相紧密配合。
本发明由于还包括 LED灯罩,所述 LED灯组安装在 LED灯罩上,所述 LED 灯罩设置在顶壳与左壳、 右壳的相接处, LED灯组有 LED灯罩的保护, 可靠性 高。

如图 1所示, 本实施例的手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 左壳 1, 右壳 2, 顶壳 3, 电机, 电路板, 太阳板 5, 所述壳体上设置有手柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放 置在手柄放置位上, 还包括一 LED灯组 4和 LED灯罩 6, 所述 LED灯组 4安 装在 LED灯罩 6上, 所述 LED灯罩设置在顶壳与左壳、右壳的相接处。 本发明 由于还包括 LED灯罩, 所述 LED灯组安装在 LED灯罩上, 所述 LED灯罩设置 在顶壳与左壳、 右壳的相接处, LED灯组有 LED灯罩的保护, 可靠性高。
LED灯罩 4上设置有 LED灯装配孔,所述 LED灯组的灯泡设置在所述 LED 灯装配孔内。
本实施例中, 手柄包括转动柄 11、 连接转轴 12和转动把手 13, 所述转动 柄与连接转轴通过轴连接, 所述转动柄可以在连接转轴上转动。 通过连接转轴, 转动柄可以转动, 从而可以平行的放置在壳体上。
本实施例中, 转动柄与连接转轴通过销钉轴连接。 在转动柄上还设置有转 动把手固定孔, 转动把手通过转动把手固定孔固定在转动柄上。
转动柄通过销钉以连接转轴为原点转动 0° 到 180° , 所述手柄放置位还包 括转动柄放置位和转动把手放置位, 当转动柄转动 0° 即不转动时, 转动柄贴在 左壳上的转动柄放置位上, 转动把手放置在转动把手放置位上。
转动把手 13放置位为设置在左壳 1上的凹槽 15,所述凹槽的深度等于转动 把手的厚度。 这样设计, 转动把手放置在凹槽内时, 壳体表面是平整的, 方便 携带。 实施例一

LED灯罩 6的两侧设置有装配定位骨 61, 所述装配定位骨呈 L型, 在与装 配定位骨相对于的左壳 1、 右壳 2的内表面上设置有定位槽 62, 所述装配定位 骨与定位槽相紧密配合。 所述手摇充电器还包括 LED灯罩固定架 7, 所述 LED 灯罩固定架 7插入式配合 LED灯罩 6, 所述 LED灯罩固定架 7上设置有支架卡 位骨 71, 所述支架卡位骨 71与装配定位骨 61相配合形成凸耳结构, 所述凸耳 结构与左壳、 右壳的内表面上设置的定位槽相紧密配合。 所述定位槽还可以与 凸耳结构胶粘加强固定。
顶壳上设置有 LED灯罩避空位, 所述 LED灯罩避空位与 LED灯罩及 LED 灯罩固定架相紧密配合。

3、 如权利要求 2所述的手摇充电器, 其特征在于, 所述 LED灯罩的两侧 设置有装配定位骨, 所述装配定位骨呈 L型, 在与装配定位骨相对于的左壳、 右壳的内表面上设置有定位槽, 所述装配定位骨与定位槽相紧密配合。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的手摇充电器, 其特征在于, 所述定位槽还可以与装 配定位骨胶粘加强固定。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的手摇充电器, 其特征在于, 所述顶壳上设置有 LED 灯罩避空位, 所述 LED灯罩避空位与 LED灯罩相紧密配合。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的手摇充电器, 其特征在于, 所述手摇充电器还包括 LED灯罩固定架, 所述 LED灯罩固定架插入式配合 LED灯罩, 所述 LED灯罩 固定架上设置有支架卡位骨, 所述支架卡位骨与装配定位骨相配合形成凸耳结 构, 所述凸耳结构与左壳、 右壳的内表面上设置的定位槽相紧密配合。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的手摇充电器, 其特征在于, 所述定位槽还可以与凸 耳结构胶粘加强固定。
