本发明涉及日用品领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种手摇充电器。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 壳体, 电机, 电路板, 所述壳体 上设置有手柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放置在手柄放置位上, 所述壳体包括 左壳、 右壳、 顶壳, 左壳、 右壳、 顶壳之间釆用热熔固定。 此方案未公开。 由 于左壳、 右壳、 顶壳之间釆用热熔固定, 手摇充电器损坏时, 拆卸维修不方便。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种拆卸维修方便的手摇充电器。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 壳体, 电机, 电路板, 所述壳体上设置有手 柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放置在手柄放置位上, 所述壳体包括左壳、 右壳、 顶壳, 所述左壳、 右壳、 顶壳可拆卸固定。
优选的, 所述左壳上设置有固定位, 所述右壳相对应的位置设置有卡接位, 所述固定位和卡接位卡接固定。
优选的, 所述固定位上设置有凸起, 所述凸起抵住卡接位。
优选的, 所述固定位和卡接位相对应的位置设置有螺丝孔, 所述顶壳通过 螺丝孔连接所述左壳、 右壳。
优选的, 所述手柄包括转动柄、 连接转轴和转动把手, 所述转动柄与连接 转轴通过轴连接, 所述转动柄可以在连接转轴上转动, 所述转动柄上还设置有 转动把手固定孔, 转动把手通过转动把手固定孔固定在转动柄上。
优选的, 所述转动柄通过销钉以连接转轴为原点转动 0° 到 180° , 所述手 柄放置位还包括转动柄放置位和转动把手放置位, 当转动柄转动 0° 即不转动 时, 转动柄贴在左壳上的转动柄放置位上, 转动把手放置在转动把手放置位上。

优选的, 所述右壳上设置有太阳板, 所述太阳板可为手摇充电器供电。 本发明由于左壳、 右壳、 顶壳釆用可拆卸固定, 从而拆卸维修方便。

如图 1 所示, 本实施例的手摇充电器, 包括手柄, 壳体, 电机, 电路板, 所述壳体上设置有手柄放置位, 所述手柄可折叠的放置在手柄放置位 14上, 所 述壳体包括左壳 1、 右壳 2、 顶壳 3, 所述左壳、 右壳、 顶壳可拆卸固定。 本发 明由于左壳、 右壳、 顶壳釆用可拆卸固定, 从而拆卸维修方便。
本实施例的手柄包括转动柄 11、 连接转轴 12和转动把手 13, 所述转动柄 与连接转轴通过轴连接, 所述转动柄可以在连接转轴上转动, 所述转动柄上还 设置有转动把手固定孔, 转动把手通过转动把手固定孔固定在转动柄上。 转动 柄通过销钉以连接转轴为原点转动 0° 到 180° , 所述手柄放置位还包括转动柄 放置位和转动把手放置位, 当转动柄转动 0° 即不转动时, 转动柄贴在左壳上的 转动柄放置位上, 转动把手放置在转动把手放置位上。 所述转动把手 13放置位 为设置在左壳上 1的凹槽 15, 所述凹槽的深度等于转动把手的厚度。
本实施例中, 所述左壳 1上设置有固定位 6, 所述右壳相对应的位置设置有 卡接位 7, 所述固定位 6和卡接位卡接 7固定。 通过设置在左壳上设置固定位、 在右壳上设置卡接位开实现可拆卸固定。
固定位 6上设置有凸起 8, 所述凸起 8抵住卡接 7位。 所述固定位和卡接位 相对应的位置设置有螺丝孔, 所述顶壳通过螺丝孔连接所述左壳、 右壳。
所述左壳 1与右壳 2通过顶壳相配 3合连接,在左右壳体连接处设置有 LED 灯 4, 所述 LED灯可由手摇充电器供电。 设置 LED灯, 手摇充电器还可以作为 手电使用。
手摇充电器还设置有收音机集成电路, 所述顶壳上设置有控制收音机的收 音机按钮。 设置有收音机集成电路, 手摇充电器还可以作为收音机使用。
右壳 2上设置有太阳板 5, 所述太阳板可为手摇充电器供电。在右壳上设置 有太阳板, 可在太阳光的作用下为手摇充电器充电。
