Abstract
La présente invention concerne l'industrie chimico-pharmaceutique et se présente comme un procédé pour obtenir des nanoémulsions stériles stables de composés organiques perfluorés (COP) ayant une taille moyenne de particules de maximum 150 nanomètres, et de préférence 30-100 nanomètres, si possible entre 30 et 80 nanomètres, pour leur utilisation en médecine et dans le domaine vétérinaire, qui consiste à remplir le circuit de circulation d'une installation pour produire des nanoémulsions de COP avec une solution aqueuse d'un additif de stabilisation, de préférence un poloxamère, ajouter dans la solution aqueuse l'additif de stabilisation du mélange de COP puis homogénéiser le mélange de COP dans la solution aqueuse d'un additif de stabilisation pour obtenir une préémulsion de COP possédant la taille voulue de particules, et lors de la régulation thermostatique de la chambre de travail de l'homogénéisateur et des conduites, ajouter la préémulsion de COP obtenu dans une solution aqueuse et saline pour obtenir des nanoémulsions de COP ayant une concentration voulue de COP, un additif stabilisateur et des sels, retenir les nanoémulsions de COP à une température de 2-10C conditionner éventuellement le produit fini dans un emballage stérilisé de consommateur final puis congeler le produit fini.
