Para conectar el medio de regulación (3) a la presa regulable (4), la presente invención comprende preferentemente una barra de transmisión (6) que se encuentra, al menos parcialmente, integrada en el disco (2). Dicha barra (6) sirve para transmitir la regulación operada por el medio de regulación (3) hasta el medio de apriete a la barra (3) de la pesa (1 ). Por ejemplo, puede ser un cilindro que conecta la manilla de apriete a la presa (4), configurada para transmitir una fuerza de apriete desde la misma hasta la presa (4) acoplada a la barra (3) de la pesa (1 ). En realizaciones alternativas de la invención, es posible sustituir la barra de transmisión (6) por cualquier otro elemento de transmisión de la regulación operada por el medio de regulación (3), tal como un elemento electrónico, hidráulico o mecánico conectado con dicho medio de regulación (3), y que se encuentre, al menos parcialmente, integrado en el disco (2) y que permita operar la presa regulable (4). Preferentemente, el medio de regulación (5) del apriete aplicado por la presa regulable (4) está dispuesto en una región del perfil exterior del disco (2), de forma que pueda ser operado de forma cómoda por el usuario. Asimismo, en caso de utilizar una manilla de apriete (por ejemplo, en la realización de las Figuras 1 -3), el disco (2) puede comprender un receso (7) para alojar, al menos parcialmente, el medio de regulación (5) del apriete aplicado por la presa regulable (4). Con ello, cuando la manilla está en su posición de apriete (Figura 3), no sobresale del volumen del disco (2), de forma que no afecte al uso de la pesa (1 ) por parte del usuario. Adicionalmente, cuando la manilla está en su posición de liberación de apriete, sobresale del volumen de la pesa (1 ) (Figuras 1 y 2), lo que facilita que el usuario pueda detectar que el disco (2) no está fijado a la barra (3), en casos de olvido o despiste por su parte. Como complemento para dicha detección, la manilla puede estar pintada con colores llamativos.
En realizaciones alternativas de la invención, la barra de transmisión (6) está dispuesta en un alojamiento (8) comprendido en el disco (2). Dicho alojamiento puede ser, por ejemplo, un canal practicado en el disco (2), que conecte la región central del mismo con su región periférica. Preferentemente, la barra de transmisión (6) está sustancial o totalmente alojada en el interior el disco (2), al recibirse dentro del canal del disco (2). El alojamiento (8) de la barra de transmisión (6) puede estar practicado íntegramente en el interior del disco (2), o bien estar practicado en una de las caras del disco (2). De este modo, es posible insertar la barra de transmisión (6) en el disco a través de dichas caras (Figuras 1 -3). En esta última realización, es posible incluir una tapa en la cara del disco (2) para cubrir el alojamiento (8), impidiendo su acceso al mismo por parte del usuario y restringiendo así la posición del la barra de transmisión (6). También es posible, en una realización alternativa de la invención, disponer el alojamiento (8) en un disco (2) dividido en dos semi-discos, que se pueden acoplar una vez integrada en su interior la barra de transmisión (6) del dispositivo.

Preferably, the adjustment means (5) of the tightening applied by the adjustable dam (4) is arranged in a region of the outer profile of the disk (2), so that it can be operated comfortably by the user. Also, in case of using a clamp handle (for example, in the embodiment of Figures 1 -3), the disc (2) may comprise a recess (7) to accommodate, at least partially, the regulating means (5 ) of the tightening applied by the adjustable dam (4). With this, when the handle is in its tightening position (Figure 3), it does not protrude from the volume of the disc (2), so that it does not affect the use of the weight (1) by the user. Additionally, when the handle is in its tightening release position, it protrudes from the weight of the weight (1) (Figures 1 and 2), which makes it easier for the user to detect that the disc (2) is not fixed to the bar (3), in cases of forgetting or giving up on your part. As a complement to this detection, the handle can be painted with bright colors. In alternative embodiments of the invention, the transmission bar (6) is arranged in a housing (8) comprised in the disk (2). Said housing can be, for example, a channel practiced in the disk (2), which connects the central region thereof with its peripheral region. Preferably, the transmission bar (6) is substantially or totally housed inside the disk (2), when received within the disk channel (2). The housing (8) of the transmission bar (6) can be practiced entirely inside the disc (2), or be practiced on one of the faces of the disc (2). In this way, it is possible to insert the transmission bar (6) into the disk through said faces (Figures 1 -3). In this last embodiment, it is possible to include a cover on the face of the disk (2) to cover the housing (8), preventing its access to it by the user and thus restricting the position of the transmission bar (6). It is also possible, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, to arrange the housing (8) on a disk (2) divided into two semi-discs, which can be coupled once the transmission bar (6) of the device is integrated inside .
