Description

一种接线端子 技术领域
本发明涉及一种低压开关设备和控制设备用辅助电器,尤其是一种用于电力系统二次设备接线用的电气连接装置。
背景技术
现有的接线端子由左右两块壳体拼合而成,两块壳体之间一般使用倒锥和倒锥孔的干涉配合或者使用卡扣扣合的方式连接固定。倒锥配合和卡扣配合需要占据零件或壳体的许多空间,并且卡扣扣合还需更复杂的模具结构来实现。使得这两种固定方式成本都较高。现有的接线端子上的两个弹性腿都设置在同一壳体上,用于连接固定的锁扣两边也不一样,使得左右壳体形状不一致,所以必须为两块壳体各自制作一套模具,生产成本高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种接线端子,其壳体之间利用相互配合的简易锁扣进行锁闭,结构简单,占用空间小,方便适用。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种接线端子,该接线端子包括拼合在一起的两块壳体,这两块壳体上设置有相互配合合成的锁扣装置。
作为一种优选,所述锁扣装置为设置在两壳体上,相互扣紧贴合后形成的太极扣。
作为一种优选,该接线端子的壳体上设置有止退装置,可限定接线端头插入位置及防止接线端头掉落。
作为一种优选,所述接线端头上设置有环形凸台,该环形凸台扣合在壳体上的止退装置中。
作为一种优选,所述接线端头包括绝缘部件和导电部件,所述环形凸台设置在绝缘部件上。
作为一种优选,该接线端子还包括通过转动连接杆与壳体连接的防护罩。
作为一种优选,所述转动连接杆位扣合在壳体上的固定槽中。
作为一种优选,所述转动连接杆的两端面为球面。
作为一种优选,所述固定槽带有两层台阶,其中,低层的台阶端面为半球形,高层的台阶面为逐渐升高的弧形。
作为一种优选,所述壳体包括本体和一支撑弹性腿,其中,本体为全对称结构,其下部设置有用于加强支撑弹性腿变形的柱子或孔。
本发明的有益之处在于:具有上述结构的接线端子,左右壳体上设置有相互配合的太极扣,其咬合力强,不易脱落,因结构简单,其占用空间很小,制作工艺相对现有的接线端子也更为简单。太极扣两边形状一致,弹性腿分别设置在左右两块壳体上,使得整个左右壳体形状也一致,这样就不需要为左右两块壳体准备不同的模具,简化了设备,降低了成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明作详细的说明。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,一种接线端子,包括拼合在一起的两块壳体1,这两块壳体1上设置有相互配合合成的锁扣装置,所述锁扣装置为设置在两壳体1上,相互扣紧贴合后形成的太极扣2,该太极扣2包含一个或多个凸台21以及一个或多个凹槽22,且凸台21和凹槽22的横截面由一个或多个光滑曲线构成,太极扣2扣合时,其凸台21和凹槽22相互贴合,设置的干涉余量可防止脱扣。
见图3、图4和图8,作为一种优选,该接线端子的壳体1上设置有止退装置4,所 述接线端头3上设置有环形凸台5,该环形凸台5扣合在壳体1上的止退装置4中,所述接线端头3包括绝缘部件31和导电部件32,所述环形凸台5设置在绝缘部件31上,并且靠近导电部件32,可限定接线端头3插入位置以及防止接线端头3脱落,止退装置4可为圆弧型、方形及锥形等。
参见图5至图7,作为本案另一实施例,该接线端子还包括通过转动连接杆6与壳体1连接的防护罩7,转动连接杆6扣合在壳体1上的固定连接槽20中,转动连接杆6通过固定连接槽20对防护罩7进行开闭调节以及防止防护罩7脱落;所述转动连接杆6的两端面61为球面,固定连接槽20带有高低不同的两层台阶,其中,低层的台阶端面62为半球形,高层的台阶面63为逐渐升高的弧形,防护罩7上设置的转动连接杆6两端的球面和壳体1上设置的固定连接槽20的高层台阶面有干涉,和壳体1上设置的固定连接槽20的低层台阶面没有干涉;防护罩7上设置的转动连接杆6的两端面61通过在高层台阶63的弧面上滑动致使壳体1上设置的固定连接槽20轻微弹性变形,及防护罩7自身弹性变形,以便于连接杆滑入壳体1上设置的固定连接槽20,由于壳体1上设置的固定连接槽20的台阶具有高低落差,致使防护罩7上设置的转动连接杆6需在施加外力情况下才能脱出,如此可防止防护罩7从壳体1上自动脱落。
作为上述实施例的改进,如图9,所述壳体1包括本体11和一支撑弹性腿12,其中,本体11为全对称结构,其下部设置有用于加强支撑弹性腿12变形的柱子13或/和孔14;加强支撑弹性腿12变形的柱子13以插入孔14的方式起到加强支撑的目的;当两壳体1扣合后,即为全对称结构的接线端子,因此只需开一个模具制造,节约生产成本。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种接线端子,其特征在于:该接线端子包括拼合在一起的两块壳体,这两块壳体上设置有相互配合合成的锁扣装置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述锁扣装置为设置在两壳体上,相互扣紧贴合后形成的太极扣。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的接线端子,其特征在于:该接线端子的壳体上设置有止退装置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述接线端头上设置有环形凸台,该环形凸台扣合在壳体上的止退装置中。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述接线端头包括绝缘部件和导电部件,所述环形凸台设置在绝缘部件上。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的接线端子,其特征在于:该接线端子还包括通过转动连接杆与壳体连接的防护罩。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述转动连接杆扣合在壳体上的固定槽中。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述转动连接杆的两端面为球面。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述固定槽带有两层台阶,其中,低层的台阶端面为半球形,高层的台阶面为逐渐升高的弧形。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的接线端子,其特征在于:所述壳体包括本体和一支撑弹性腿,其中,本体为全对称结构,其下部设置有用于加强支撑弹性腿变形的柱子或孔。
