一种基于二维码的信息采集方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:智能终端通过第一存储模块事先存储索引表,信息采集端通过第二存储模块事先存储索引表,所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;
步骤2:信息采集端通过第二处理模块根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表;
步骤3:信息采集端通过第二通信模块将生成的索引号列表发送给智能终端;
步骤4:智能终端通过第一通信模块接收信息采集端传输过来的索引号列表;
步骤5:智能终端通过第一处理模块根据信息采集端发送过来的索引号列表,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类;
步骤6:智能终端通过第一处理模块控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示;
步骤7:智能终端通过输入模块根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息;
步骤8:智能终端通过第一处理模块提取所述索引号列表中的各索引号,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表,将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息;
步骤9:智能终端通过二维码生成模块Ⅰ对所述用户整合信息转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出;

进一步地,在所述第一处理模块根据信息采集端所需的用户信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息之后,智能终端还可以通过输入模块对调取的用户信息进行修改。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明提供的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统及其方法,信息采集过程操作简单方便,快捷高效,大大提高了信息采集的效率,节省了用户时间,避免了现有技术的信息采集方式容易出错,以及用户重要信息由于手动填写或口述容易被泄露的危险,利于有效保证用户信息安全。

如图1所示的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统,包括智能终端和与智能终端相连接的信息采集端;所述智能终端包括:用于接收信息采集端传输过来的索引号列表的第一通信模块;用于存储索引表的第一存储模块;所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;显示模块;连接第一通信模块、第一存储模块、显示模块和输入模块,用于根据信息采集端发送过来的索引号列表,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类,并控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示,提取所述索引号列表中的各索引号,结合第一存储模块 存储的索引表,将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息的第一处理模块;用于根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息的输入模块;二维码输出模块Ⅰ;连接第一处理模块和二维码输出模块Ⅰ,用于对所述用户整合信息转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码生成模块Ⅰ;所述信息采集端包括:用于将索引号列表传输给智能终端的第二通信模块;用于存储索引表的第二存储模块;所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;连接二维码输出模块Ⅰ,用于对二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述用户整合信息的二维码识别模块Ⅱ;连接第二通信模块、第二存储模块和二维码识别模块Ⅱ,用于根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表并通过第二通信模块传输给智能终端,对所述用户整合信息通过提取操作得到所需采集的用户信息种类分别对应的用户信息的第二处理模块;进一步地:所述信息采集端还包括:二维码输出模块Ⅱ;连接第二处理模块,用于将第二处理模块生成的索引号列表转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出的二维码生成模块Ⅱ;对应地,所述智能终端还包括:连接二维码输出模块Ⅱ,用于对二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述索引号列表的二维码识别模块Ⅰ;所述第一处理模块与二维码识别模块Ⅰ相连接,接收所述二维码识别模块Ⅰ解析出的所述索引号列表;进一步地,所述整合操作具体可以为:在每一索引号所对应的用户信息后端插入分隔符,然后对各索引号和各索引号分别对应的用户信息进行合并,形成用户整合信息;对应地,所述提取操作为:查找用户整合信息中的分隔符,依次将每一所述分隔符前端的信息与用户整合信息分离,并根据分离出的信息中的索引号所表征的用户信息种类获取所需用户信息;进一步地,所述第二处理模块在执行提取操作的同时,还用于判断用户整合信息中各索引号是否均对应有用户信息,当至少一索引号未对应有用户信息时,所述第二处理模块还用于产生用户信息缺失提示信息并通过第二通信模块发送给智能终端;进一步地,所述第一处理模块还用于将输入模块输入的用户信息对应用户信息种类存储至第一存储模块;所述第一处理模块可以根据信息采集端所需的用户信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息,并通过显示模块将调取的用户信息对应其用户信息种类进行显示;所述输入模块还可以对调取的用户信息进行修改;另外,所述智能终端还包括用于确认当前用户是否具备对第一存储模块存储的用户信息的查看权限的权限管理模块;当权限管理模块确认用户具备查看权限后,第一处理模块从第一存储模块中调取 用户信息并控制显示模块对应显示。
如图2所示的一种基于二维码的信息采集方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:智能终端通过第一存储模块事先存储索引表,信息采集端通过第二存储模块事先存储索引表,所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;
步骤2:信息采集端通过第二处理模块根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表;
步骤3:信息采集端通过第二通信模块将生成的索引号列表发送给智能终端;
步骤4:智能终端通过第一通信模块接收信息采集端传输过来的索引号列表;
步骤5:智能终端通过第一处理模块根据信息采集端发送过来的索引号列表,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类;
步骤6:智能终端通过第一处理模块控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示;
步骤7:智能终端通过输入模块根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息;
步骤8:智能终端通过第一处理模块提取所述索引号列表中的各索引号,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表,将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息;
步骤9:智能终端通过二维码生成模块Ⅰ对所述用户整合信息转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出;
步骤10:信息采集端通过二维码识别模块Ⅱ对二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述用户整合信息;
步骤11:信息采集端通过第二处理模块对所述用户整合信息通过提取操作得到所需采集的用户信息种类分别对应的用户信息;

所述步骤3还可以为:信息采集端通过二维码生成模块Ⅱ将生成的索引号列表转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出;

进一步地,所述步骤7还可以为:
智能终端通过第一存储模块事先对输入模块输入的用户信息对应用户信息种类进 行存储,并通过第一处理模块根据信息采集端所需的用户信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息;
进一步地,在所述第一处理模块根据信息采集端所需的用户信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息之后,智能终端还可以通过输入模块对调取的用户信息进行修改。
本发明所述智能终端可以为电脑、手机等电子设备;
本发明所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系,其中常用用户信息种类可以为姓名、地址、电话、手机号、身份证号、护照号、银行卡号、单位名称等;索引号可以为数字、小写字母、大写字母、罗马数字等,也可以是上述不同种类符号的组合,还可以是上述符号添加了括号、冒号、顿号、圆圈、下划线等符号后的符号,不同信息种类与各索引号一一对应,如采用数字添加冒号作为索引号,则索引表的形式可以为1:姓名,2:地址,3:电话;所述索引表中的常用用户信息种类及其对应的索引号可以进一步添加、修改或删除。
本发明所述第二处理模块根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表,假设信息采集端需要采集的用户信息种类包括姓名、地址和电话,同时第二存储模块所存储的索引表为1、姓名,2、地址,3、电话;则第二处理模块生成的索引号列表为1:2:3:,智能终端接收到该索引号列表后,结合第一存储模块所存储的索引表为1、姓名,2、地址,3、电话;便能确定信息采集端所需采集的用户信息种类为姓名、地址和电话;这样智能终端与信息采集端之间只需传递相对较少的信息,信息处理方便,不占空间,利于二维码这种信息载体的应用。
本发明所述信息采集端可以通过第二通信模块将生成的索引号列表发送给智能终端,进一步地,智能终端通过第一通信模块接收信息采集端发过来的索引号列表;也可以通过二维码生成模块Ⅱ将第二处理模块生成的索引号列表转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出,进一步地,智能终端通过二维码识别模块Ⅰ对二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述索引号列表。
本发明所述智能终端收到所述索引号列表之后,第一处理模块结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类,控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示;进一步地,可以输入模块根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息;也可以通过第一存储模块事先对输入模块输入的用户信息对应用户信息种类进行存储,并通过第一处理模块根据信息采集端所需的用户 信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息,用户还可以通过输入模块对调取的用户信息进行修改;即用户信息可以根据第一处理模块确定的信息采集端所需的用户信息种类通过输入模块直接输入得到,也可以第一处理模块从存储模块事先存储的用户信息中调取得到,并可以对调取的用户信息进行修改后得到;优选地,还可以输入模块对应每一用户信息种类下对应输入多个用户信息,如职称:院长、教授、博士生导师;其中职称这个用户信息种类对应院长、教授、博士生导师这三个用户信息,进一步地,第一存储模块可以事先对多个用户信息对应其用户信息种类进行存储,当第一处理模块从第一存储模块中调取某一个用户信息种类下的多个用户信息时,用户可以通过输入模块从多个用户信息中选取有效用户信息;为了降低使用时重要用户信息泄露的风险,优选地,可以对每个用户信息通过添加标识符进行区分,所述标识符可以为索引号,这样当用户选择时可以不用显示原始的用户信息,而只需显示表示不同用户信息的标识符即可,进而有效保障了用户信息的安全。
本发明所述第一处理模块将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息;所述整合操作具体可以为:在每一索引号所对应的用户信息后端插入分隔符,然后对各索引号和各索引号分别对应的用户信息进行合并,形成用户整合信息;如索引号分别1:(表示姓名这个信息种类)、2:(表示电话这个信息种类)、3:(表示地址这个信息种类);输入模块对应姓名、电话和地址分别输入的用户信息为夏勇、13912345678、北京市中关村大街1号;则形成的用户整合信息为
1:夏勇;2:13912345678;3:北京市中关村大街1号
其中;为分隔符,用户整合信息为一条整合在一起的信息。
所述第二处理模块对所述用户整合信息通过提取操作得到所需采集的用户信息种类分别对应的用户信息,所述提取操作为:查找用户整合信息中的分隔符,依次将每一所述分隔符前端的信息与用户整合信息分离,并根据分离出的信息中的索引号所表征的用户信息种类获取所需用户信息,如上所述的用户整合信息,查找其中的分隔符,并依次将每一所述分隔符前端的信息与用户整合信息分离,则分别得到1:夏勇、2:13912345678、以及3:北京市中关村大街1号这3个部分,根据索引号1:、2:、以及3:分别表示的信息种类,则确定姓名为夏勇、电话为13912345678、地址为北京市中关村大街1号。
本发明所述二维码生成模块Ⅰ和二维码生成模块Ⅱ可以利用二维码生成软件的二 维码生成器;所述二维码输出模块Ⅰ和二维码输出模块Ⅱ可以为显示电子二维码的电子屏幕,或为纸质二维码的印刷打印设备;所述二维码识别模块Ⅰ和二维码识别模块Ⅱ可以采用二维码识别器。所述电子二维码可以保存或电子传递给其他人;所述纸质二维码可以随身携带和长期使用。
本发明所述第二处理模块在执行提取操作的同时,还用于判断用户整合信息中各索引号是否均对应有用户信息,当至少一索引号未对应有用户信息时,所述第二处理模块还用于产生用户信息缺失提示信息并通过第二通信模块发送给智能终端;所述智能终端接收到信息采集端发送过来的用户信息缺失提示信息后,重新生成对应索引号列表的用户整合信息,并转换为二维码输出给信息采集端。
本发明提供的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统及其方法,信息采集过程操作简单方便,快捷高效,大大提高了信息采集的效率,节省了用户时间,避免了现有技术的信息采集方式容易出错,以及用户重要信息由于手动填写或口述容易被泄露的危险,利于有效保证用户信息安全。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于二维码的信息采集系统,其特征在于包括智能终端和与智能终端相连接的信息采集端;
    所述智能终端包括:
    用于接收信息采集端传输过来的索引号列表的第一通信模块;
    用于存储索引表的第一存储模块;所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;
    显示模块;
    连接第一通信模块、第一存储模块、显示模块和输入模块,用于根据信息采集端发送过来的索引号列表,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类,并控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示,提取所述索引号列表中的各索引号,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表,将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息的第一处理模块;
    用于根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息的输入模块;
    二维码输出模块Ⅰ;
    连接第一处理模块和二维码输出模块Ⅰ,用于对所述用户整合信息转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码生成模块Ⅰ;
    所述信息采集端包括:
    用于将索引号列表传输给智能终端的第二通信模块;
    用于存储索引表的第二存储模块;所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;
    连接二维码输出模块Ⅰ,用于对二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述用户整合信息的二维码识别模块Ⅱ;
    连接第二通信模块、第二存储模块和二维码识别模块Ⅱ,用于根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表并通过第二通信模块传输给智能终端,对所述用户整合信息通过提取操作得到所需采集的用户信息种类分别对应的用户信息的第二处理模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统,其特征在于:

  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统,其特征在于所述第一处理模块还用于将输入模块输入的用户信息对应用户信息种类存储至第一存储模块;所述第一处理模块可以根据信息采集端所需的用户信息种类直接从第一存储模块中调取对应的用户信息,并通过显示模块将调取的用户信息对应其用户信息种类进行显示;所述输入模块还可以对调取的用户信息进行修改。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种基于二维码的信息采集系统,其特征在于所述智能终端还包括用于确认当前用户是否具备对第一存储模块存储的用户信息的查看权限的权限管理模块;当权限管理模块确认用户具备查看权限后,第一处理模块从第一存储模块中调取用户信息并控制显示模块对应显示。
  7. 一种基于二维码的信息采集方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    步骤1:智能终端通过第一存储模块事先存储索引表,信息采集端通过第二存储模块事先存储索引表,所述索引表表征了不同索引号与常用用户信息种类的对应关系;
    步骤2:信息采集端通过第二处理模块根据所需采集的用户信息种类,结合第二存储模块存储的索引表生成索引号列表;
    步骤3:信息采集端通过第二通信模块将生成的索引号列表发送给智能终端;
    步骤4:智能终端通过第一通信模块接收信息采集端传输过来的索引号列表;
    步骤5:智能终端通过第一处理模块根据信息采集端发送过来的索引号列表,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表确定信息采集端所需的用户信息种类;
    步骤6:智能终端通过第一处理模块控制显示模块对信息采集端所需的用户信息种类信息进行显示;
    步骤7:智能终端通过输入模块根据显示模块显示的用户信息种类信息输入对应的用户信息;
    步骤8:智能终端通过第一处理模块提取所述索引号列表中的各索引号,结合第一存储模块存储的索引表,将提取的各索引号与输入模块输入的用户信息分别建立对应关系,并通过整合操作形成用户整合信息;
    步骤9:智能终端通过二维码生成模块Ⅰ对所述用户整合信息转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出;
    步骤10:信息采集端通过二维码识别模块Ⅱ对二维码输出模块Ⅰ输出的二维码进行识别并解析出相应的所述用户整合信息;
    步骤11:信息采集端通过第二处理模块对所述用户整合信息通过提取操作得到所需采集的用户信息种类分别对应的用户信息。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种基于二维码的信息采集方法,其特征在于:
    所述步骤3还可以为:信息采集端通过二维码生成模块Ⅱ将生成的索引号列表转换成相应的二维码并通过二维码输出模块Ⅱ输出;
