根据本发明实施例的洗涤剂盒组件, 在洗涤剂抽斗 2侧壁上设置第二凸出部 21, 且设 置在第一凸出部 22外侧壁上的液位传感器检测第二凸出部 21 内的液面高度, 实现检测洗 涤剂抽斗内液面高度的目的, 液位传感器 3设在洗涤剂抽斗 2夕卜, 且液位传感器 3不与洗 涤剂抽斗 2 内的洗涤剂接触, 由此, 避免液位传感器 3与洗涤剂接触造成传感器探针被洗 涤剂腐蚀, 使液位传感器 3可以准确的检测洗涤剂抽斗 2 内的洗涤液是否为预定量, 以便 于及时的提示补充洗涤液, 便于具有该洗涤剂盒组件的使用, 且增加了液位传感器 3 的使 用寿命, 降低维护成本。
如图 1所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,第二凸出部 21设在洗涤剂抽斗 2侧壁的底部, 且容纳腔 202的內底面与洗涤剂抽斗 2的內底面齐平。 由此, 在洗涤剂抽斗 2内的洗涤剂 液面较低时, 容纳腔 202内的液位与洗涤剂抽斗 2内的液位一致, 从而可以根据容纳腔 202 内的洗涤剂液面高度准确的得出洗涤剂抽斗 2内的液位。
当然, 也可以将第二凸出部 21设在洗涤剂抽斗 2的中部和上部, 而是容纳腔 202的內 底面与洗涤剂抽斗 2的內底面之间间隔预定距离, 从而在洗涤剂抽斗 2 内仍然具有预定量 的洗涤剂时及时提醒补充洗涤液。
有利地, 洗涤剂抽斗 2一体注塑形成, 换言之, 通过一体注塑形成在洗涤剂抽斗 2上形 成第二凸出部 21。 由此, 使洗涤剂抽斗 2的结构简单, 成型容易, 提高了洗涤剂抽斗 2的 成型效率, 且一体形成的洗涤剂抽斗 2的密封性好, 避免洗涤液漏出。
进一步地, 如图 1所示, 第一凸出部 11设在抽斗座 1侧壁的底部。 由此, 使抽斗座 1 内的空间被充分利用, 避免空间浪费, 提高了空间利用率。
如图 1所示,在本发明的一些实施例中,洗涤剂盒组件 100还包括传感器信号放大电路
4, 传感器信号放大电路 4包括上拉电阻 41、 放大器 42、 整流滤波电路 43和信号调理电路 44。 由此, 通过设置传感器信号放大电路 4, 将液位传感器 3的信号放大后输出, 可以便于 信号的检测和比较, 从而进一步地提高检测精度。
如图 1所示, 在本发明的一个具体示例中, 液位传感器 3为电容传感器, 液位传感器 3 包括发射极 31和接收极 32, 发射极 31和接收极 32中的一个设在第二凸出部 21的上侧, 且发射极 31和接收极 32中的另一个设在第二凸出部 21的下侧。 由此, 采用电容传感器检 测液位, 使该洗涤剂盒组件 100的结构简单, 检测方便且结果精确。
进一步地, 发射极 31的工作频率在 2MHz到 250MHz的范围内。 由此, 进一步地提高了 检测结果的精度, 且节约电能。
此外, 在本发明的另一个具体实施例中, 液位传感器 3为光电传感器。
如图 1所示, 在本发明的一些实施例中, 第一凸出部 11为一端敞开的长方体形状, 第 二凸出部 21为一端敞开且套设在第一凸出部 11 内的长方体形状。 由此, 便于安装液位传 感器 3, 使其检测结果精确, 且使抽斗座 1和洗涤剂抽斗 2结构简单, 便于成型。
下面参照附图描述本发明的一个具体实施例的洗涤剂盒组件 100。
如图 1所示, 该洗涤剂盒组件 100包括抽斗座 1 ; 洗涤剂抽斗 2; 液位传感器 3; 传感 器信号放大电路 4和信号输出电路 5。洗涤剂抽斗 2和抽斗座 1的侧壁上都存在凸起空间且 位置相同, 洗涤剂抽斗 2插入抽斗座 1时, 洗涤剂抽斗 2上的第二凸出部 21刚好插入抽斗 座 1的第一凸出部 11形成的凸起空间内, 液位传感器 3位于抽斗座 1的第一凸出部 11外 侧。 液位传感器 3为电容液位传感器。 包括发射极 31和接收极 32。 发射极 31工作频率为 2-250MHZ , 接收极 32连接传感器信号放大电路 4, 传感器信号放大电路 4连接信号输出电 路 5。 传感器信号放大电路 4包括上拉电阻 41、 放大器 42、 整流滤波电路 43和信号调理电 路 44, 上拉电阻 41与液位传感器 3的接收极 32串联、放大器 42的两个输入端分别连接上 拉电阻 41的两端, 整流滤波电路 43与放大器 42的输出端相连, 整流滤波电路 43的输出 端连接信号调理电路 44, 信号调理电路 44的输出端连接信号输出电路 5。
通过本发明的技术方案,液位传感器 3可以在不和洗涤剂接触的情况下,检测洗涤剂抽 斗 2内的洗涤剂有无状态, 结构简单, 可靠性高。
本发明的洗涤剂盒组件 100的工作原理和使用过程如下:
向洗涤剂抽斗 2内的洗涤剂存储区内投放洗涤剂,洗涤剂将存在于洗涤剂抽斗 2内同时 也存在于第二凸出部 21的容纳腔 202内。 当洗涤剂抽斗 2插入抽斗座 1后, 洗涤剂抽斗 2 的第二凸出部 21被插入到抽斗座 1的第一凸出部 11内。 抽斗座 1的第一凸出部 11外侧存 在电容式液位传感器 3。那么在电容式液位传感器 3的发射极 31和接收极 32之间存在三种 物质, 一为洗涤剂, 二为洗涤剂抽斗 2和抽斗座 1盒壁的塑料, 三为间隙中的空气。 三种 材料的介电常数是已知的。 洗涤剂介电常数为 81, 塑料介电常数为 2. 2, 空气的介电常数 为 1。显然洗涤剂的介电常数要比塑料和空气的介电常数高的多, 也就是说洗涤剂的介电常 数决定了电容式液位传感器 3两极间的介电常数。 洗涤剂在洗涤剂抽斗 2的容纳腔 202中 的液位高度对液位传感器 3的电容值起决定作用。
当洗涤剂充满洗涤剂抽斗 2的容纳腔 202时, 液位传感器 3的接收极 32感测到的较高 的电容值, 通过串联的的上拉电阻 41, 电容值的提高会降低电容电抗。 所以在上拉电阻 41 两端的电压 U 就会升高, 经过放大, 矫正, 过滤, 达到预定电压 (例如 5V)。
当洗涤剂减少到预定值时, 容纳腔 202 内的洗涤液液位高度也将降低, 液位传感器 3 的接收极 32感测到的变小的电容值, 通过串联的的上拉电阻 41, 电容值的降低会提高电容 电抗。 所以在上拉电阻 41两端的电压 U 就会降低, 经过放大, 矫正, 过滤, 从而检测到输 出的电压值, 从而判定是否需要补充洗涤剂。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机,包括根据本发明第一方面实施例的洗涤剂盒组件
100。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机。 可以准确判断是否需要补充洗涤剂, 便于洗衣机的使用, 提高洗衣机的使用效率, 且用于检测洗涤剂的液位传感器使用寿命长, 降低维护成本。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机的其他构成例如放水电机和滚筒等以及操作对于本领域普 通技术人员而言都是已知的, 这里不再详细描述。 在本说明书的描述中, 参考术语"一个实施例"、 "一些实施例"、 "示意性实施例"、 "示 例"、 "具体示例"、 或 "一些示例"等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、 结 构、 材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。 在本说明书中, 对上述术语 的示意性表述不一定指的是相同的实施例或示例。 而且, 描述的具体特征、 结构、 材料或 者特点可以在任何的一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。

权利要求书
1、 一种洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
抽斗座, 所述抽斗座的侧壁上设有第一凸出部;
洗涤剂抽斗,所述洗涤剂抽斗设在所述抽斗座内,所述洗涤剂抽斗的侧壁上设有配合在 所述第一凸出部内的第二凸出部, 且所述第二凸出部内形成有与所述洗涤剂抽斗连通的容 纳腔;
液位传感器,所述液位传感器设在所述第一凸出部的外壁上,用于检测所述容纳腔内的 液面高度。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述第二凸出部设在所述洗涤 剂抽斗侧壁的底部, 且所述容纳腔的內底面与所述洗涤剂抽斗的內底面齐平。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤剂抽斗一体注塑 形成。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一凸出部设 在所述抽斗座侧壁的底部。
5、 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述洗涤剂盒组 件还包括传感器信号放大电路, 所述传感器信号放大电路包括上拉电阻、 放大器、 整流滤 波电路和信号调理电路。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述液位传感器为 电容传感器, 所述液位传感器包括发射极和接收极, 所述发射极和所述接收极中的一个设 在所述第二凸出部的上侧, 且所述发射极和所述接收极中的另一个设在所述第二凸出部的
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述发射极的工作频率在 2MHz 到 250MHz的范围内。
8、 根据权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述液位传感器为 光电传感器。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件, 其特征在于, 所述第一凸出部为 一端敞开的长方体形状, 所述第二凸出部为一端敞开且套设在所述第一凸出部内的长方体 形状。
10、 一种洗衣机, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 1-9中任一项所述的洗涤剂盒组件。
