Abstract
This invention relates to a headwear production method, which can be worn by women in a single move, maintains its form during current use and further use, has high endurance and covers the user's head entirely.
Description
A HEAD WEAR PRODUCTION METHOD
Technical Field
This invention relates to a headwear production method, which can be worn by women in a single move, maintains its form during current use and further use, has high endurance and covers the user's head entirely, to be used on occasions which impose requirements in terms of law, belief, health or aesthetics.
Prior Art
Today women use headwear including scarves, hats and turbans etc. on various occasions and conditions. They use pins or similar apparatuses to shape the headwear in various models and to flx it on their head. However, when they take off the headwear, the model they give to the headwear gets out of shape. They need to repeat the same process for any further use. Women experience loss of time and effort to complete this process. In the Turkish Utility Model document numbered TR 2005/02828 which is a related development in the technique, one piece head scarf in integrity with the clothing is described. However, then the user wants to put on the headwear, she also needs to put on the attached clothing. Moreover, the form of the headwear in integrity with the clothing is impaired in every use.
As described above, the current technique and available methods do not describe a piece of headwear which can be worn by women in a single move and maintain its form and model for any further use when it is taken off.
Brief Description of the Invention
The purpose of this invention is to realize a production method for a piece of headwear which can be worn by women in a single move and can be worn in the same form and model in any further use and covers the entire head of the user.
Detailed Description of the Invention
The pictures of the parts constituting the headwear production method to fulfill the purpose of the invention are provided in the attached drawings.
Among these drawings:
Drawing 1 - The view of the headwear created through the headwear production method in the subject of the invention, worn by a model.
Drawing 2 - Another view of the headwear created through the headwear production method in the subject of the invention, worn by a model. Drawing 3 - The view of the top piece mounted within an interlining through the headwear production method in the subject of the invention.
Drawing 4 - The view of the main body mounted within an interlining through the headwear production method in the subject of the invention.
Drawing 5 - The view of the rear connection piece applied in the headwear production method in the subject of the invention. line parts are separately numbered in the figures as follows:
1. Top piece
2. First seam allowance
3. First interlining
4. Main body
5. Second seam allowance
6. Second interlining
7. Rear connection piece
8. Accessory
The headwear production method in the subject of the invention is made up of the following production processes:
- Cutting and creating a top piece (1) in a circular geometrical shape from a fabric in desired pattern and color,
- Mounting with hot press the first interlining (3) within the top piece (1) to have the same geometrical shape with the top piece (I) and to leave the first seam allowance (2)
- Cropping a main body (4) from a fabric in desired pattern and color,
- Mounting with hot press the second interlining (6) within the main body (4) to have the same geometrical shape with the main body (4) and to leave the second seam allowance (5)
- Cropping a rear connection piece (7) from a fabric in desired pattern and color,
- Intersecting the first seam allowance (2) on the top piece (1), the second seam allowance (5) on the main body (4) and the rear connection piece (7) and connecting them by sewing with a sewing machine,
- Sewing a lining to cover the entire inner part of the created head piece,
- Sewing a piece of accessory (g) on any part of the main body (4) as desired,
- Packaging the created product.
In the steps of the headwear production method, which is the subject of the invention, the form of the head piece does not get impaired and endurance of the structure increases through the first interlining (3) mounted inside the top piece (1) and the second interlining (6) mounted inside the main body (4). The shape and model of the piece of headwear remain intact every time women wear the head piece.
In the headwear production method, which is the subject of the invention, measurements of the first seam allowance (2) on the top piece (1) and the second seam allowance (5) on the main body (4) are determined according to the model of the head piece to be manufactured. fn the headwear production method, which is the the subject of the invention, the first seam allowance (2) and the second seam allowance (5) are intersected with each other and then with the rear connection piece (7) and the pieces are sewed to each other. The rear connection piece (7) pulls the top piece (1) towards the main body (4) and ensures that the front part of the headwear is wide and the rear part is narrow. The piece of headwear produced with the headwear production method in the subject of the invention covers the entire head, prevents sweating and slipping on the head, keeps its form and model intact in every use and can be used by everyone in sustainable ecologic fashion.
