在本发明的描述中,术语“知识库”是知识工程中结构化,易操作,易利用,全面有组织的知识集群,是针对某一(或某些)领域问题求解的需要,采用某种(或若干)知识表示方式在计算机存储器中存储、组织、管理和使用的互相联系的知识片集合。这些知识片包括与领域相关的理论知识、事实数据,由专家经验得到的启发式知识,如某领域内有关的定义、定理和运算法则以及常识性知识等。在本发明的描述中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
流程图中或在此以其他方式描述的任何过程或方法描述可以被理解为,表示包括一个或更多个用于实现特定逻辑功能或过程的步骤的可执行指令的代码的模块、片段或部分,并且本发明的优选实施方式的范围包括另外的实现,其中可以不按所示出或讨论的顺序,包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序,来执行功能,这应被本发明的实施例所属技术领域的技术人员所理解。
下面参考附图描述根据本发明实施例的搜索推荐方法和装置。
目前,搜索引擎推荐的实体信息往往并不符合用户的搜索意图,不能满足用户的需求。例如,如图1(b)所示,以搜索词为“成都”来说,搜索引擎在搜索页面右侧推荐给用户与搜索词成都相关的地名、著名景点等标题和图片信息。再例如,如图1(c)所示,以搜索词为“台北”来说,搜索引擎在搜索页面右侧推荐给用户与搜索词台北相关的城市、地名等标题和图片信息。
如果搜索引擎根据用于输入的搜索词可以推荐给用户有关搜索词的同位或者下位的实体信息,帮助用户了解和搜索词相关的综合信息,不仅可以为用户提供更加符合用户搜索意图的搜索结果,满足用户的需求,提升用户的体验。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的搜索推荐方法的流程图。如图2所示,该搜索推荐方法包括:
S101,接收搜索词。
具体而言,用户可在搜索引擎提供的搜索界面搜索栏中输入搜索词。例如,用户可输入“北京”、“成都”、“台北”等地名,还可输入“杨幂”、“王菲”等人名,或者还可输入“排骨”、“小笼包”等食品名。
S102,获取与所述搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与所述搜索词相关的至少一个内容项。
具体而言,搜索引擎可根据搜索词通过搜索引擎的搜索策略,从互联网上获取与搜索词相关的信息,在对信息进行组织和处理后,获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果。区别于现有的搜索引擎而言,在本发明实施例中,搜索引擎在获取多个搜索结果的同时,还从知识库中获取搜索词同位、或者下位的一个或者多个内容项。内容项可为搜索引擎预设的,且该内容项与搜索词的类型相关。搜索引擎可根据搜索词在知识库中查找对应的内容项,进一步而言,搜索引擎还可根据用户的历史搜索记录和/或历史点击记录获取搜索词对应的内容项。
例如,如图3所示,如果用户输入的搜索词为“北京”,则搜索引擎可获取搜索词的多个下位内容项“北京人物”、“舌尖上的北京”、“北京著名景点”等。再例如,如图4所示,如果用户输入的搜索词为“成都”,则搜索引擎可获取搜索词的多个下位内容项“成都人物”、“舌尖上的成都”、“成都著名景点”等。也就是说,搜索引擎在获取与搜索词相关的搜索结果的同时,还根据搜索词的类型获取一些相关的名人、旅游景点、美食、文化、地标等实体的内容项。
S103,根据搜索词和至少一个内容项获取至少一个推荐结果。
具体而言,搜索引擎在获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果和搜索词对应的多个内容项之后,可通过搜索引擎的搜索策略,从互联网上获取每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果。其中,推荐结果包括图片和相关说明。
例如,如图3所示,如果内容项为“北京人物”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“杨幂”、“刘诗诗”、“老舍”等名人的图片和姓名;如果内容项为“舌尖上的北京”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“老北京宫廷奶酪”、“北京烤鸭”、“老北京炸酱面”等美食的图片和名称;如果内容项为“北京著名景点”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“后海”、“圆明园”、“北京故宫”等旅游景点的图片和名称。再例如,如图4所示,如果内容项为“成都人物”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“杜甫”、“张靓颖”、“诸葛亮”等名人的图片和姓名;如果内容项为“舌尖上的成都”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“辣子鸡”、“宫保鸡丁”、“酸菜鱼”等美食的图 片和名称;如果内容项为“成都著名景点”,则搜索引擎可获取对应的“青城山”、“武侯祠”、“西岭雪山”等旅游景点的图片和名称。
应当理解的是,搜索引擎可根据预设的算法将图片的相关说明覆盖在图片的对应位置上,然后再整体展现图片和覆盖在其上面的相关说明。
S104,提供搜索页面,其中,搜索页面包括第一展现部分和第二展现部分,多个搜索结果显示在搜索页面的第一展现部分,至少一个推荐结果显示在搜索页面的第二展现部分。
在本发明的实施例中,第一展现部分位于是搜索页面的左侧,第二展现部分位于搜索页面的右侧。具体而言,如图6所示,搜索引擎在获取每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果之后,可将搜索词相关的多个搜索结果和内容项对应的多个推荐结果分别在搜索引擎提供的搜索页面中展现给用户。搜索引擎可将搜索页面设置为两个部分,即第一展现部分和第二展现部分,将搜索词相关的多个搜索结果展现在搜索页面左侧的第一展现部分中,同时将每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果展现在搜索页面右侧的第二展现部分中。
应当理解的是,如图3和图4所示,搜索引擎可在搜索页面中展现多个内容项和对应的推荐结果中的几个,将其余的内容项和推荐结果隐藏,并在搜索页面的右上角为用户提供展开全部内容项和推荐结果的虚拟按键。用户通过点击“全部”,可以展开知识库范围内“北京人物”、或者“成都著名景点”等内容向中的所有推荐结果,形成一个专门的列表页面进行查看。
根据本发明实施例的搜索推荐方法,根据用户输入的搜索词,获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与搜索词相关的内容项和对应的推荐结果,并将搜索结果、内容项和推荐结果同时在搜索页面中展现给用户。由此,在为用户提供搜索结果的同时,还可帮助用户了解和搜索词的类型相关的综合信息,为用户提供更加符合搜索意图的信息,满足了用户的需求,提升了用户体验。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种搜索推荐装置。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的搜索推荐装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,搜索推荐装置包括接收模块100、第一获取模块200、第二获取模块300和显示模块400。
具体地,接收模块100用于接收搜索词。具体而言,用户可在搜索引擎提供的搜索界面搜索栏中输入搜索词至接收模块100。例如,用户可输入“北京”、“成都”、“台北”等地名,还可输入“杨幂”、“王菲”等人名,或者还可输入“排骨”、“小笼包”等食品名。
第一获取模块200用于获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取与搜索词相关的至少一个内容项。具体而言,第一获取模块200可根据搜索词通过搜索引擎的搜索 策略,从互联网上获取与搜索词相关的信息,在对信息进行组织和处理后,获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果。区别于现有的搜索引擎而言,在本发明实施例中,第一获取模块200在获取多个搜索结果的同时,还获取搜索词同位、或者下位的一个或者多个内容项。其中,知识库是知识工程中结构化,易操作,易利用,全面有组织的知识集群,是针对某一(或某些)领域问题求解的需要,采用某种(或若干)知识表示方式在计算机存储器中存储、组织、管理和使用的互相联系的知识片集合。这些知识片包括与领域相关的理论知识、事实数据,由专家经验得到的启发式知识,如某领域内有关的定义、定理和运算法则以及常识性知识等。内容项可为搜索引擎预设的,且该内容项与搜索词的类型相关。第一获取模块200可根据搜索词在知识库中查找对应的内容项,进一步而言,第一获取模块200还可根据用户的历史搜索记录和/或历史点击记录获取搜索词对应的内容项。
例如,如图3所示,如果用户输入的搜索词为“北京”,则第一获取模块200可获取搜索词的多个下位内容项“北京人物”、“舌尖上的北京”、“北京著名景点”等。再例如,如图4所示,如果用户输入的搜索词为“成都”,则第一获取模块200可获取搜索词的多个下位内容项“成都人物”、“舌尖上的成都”、“成都著名景点”等。也就是说,第一获取模块200在获取与搜索词相关的搜索结果的同时,还根据搜索词的类型获取一些相关的名人、旅游景点、美食、文化、地标等实体的内容项。
第二获取模块300用于根据搜索词和至少一个内容项获取至少一个推荐结果。具体而言,第一获取模块200在获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果和搜索词对应的多个内容项之后,第二获取模块300可根据搜索策略,从互联网上获取每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果。其中,推荐结果包括图片和相关说明。
例如,如图3所示,如果内容项为“北京人物”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“杨幂”、“刘诗诗”、“老舍”等名人的图片和姓名;如果内容项为“舌尖上的北京”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“老北京宫廷奶酪”、“北京烤鸭”、“老北京炸酱面”等美食的图片和名称;如果内容项为“北京著名景点”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“后海”、“圆明园”、“北京故宫”等旅游景点的图片和名称。再例如,如图4所示,如果内容项为“成都人物”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“杜甫”、“张靓颖”、“诸葛亮”等名人的图片和姓名;如果内容项为“舌尖上的成都”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“辣子鸡”、“宫保鸡丁”、“酸菜鱼”等美食的图片和名称;如果内容项为“成都著名景点”,则第二获取模块300可获取对应的“青城山”、“武侯祠”、“西岭雪山”等旅游景点的图片和名称。
显示模块400用于提供搜索页面,其中,搜索页面包括第一展现部分和第二展现 部分,且第一展现部分位于是搜索页面的左侧,第二展现部分位于搜索页面的右侧。多个搜索结果显示在搜索页面的第一展现部分,至少一个推荐结果显示在搜索页面的第二展现部分。具体而言,如图6所示,第二获取模块300在获取每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果之后,显示模块400可将搜索词相关的多个搜索结果和内容项对应的多个推荐结果分别在搜索页面中展现给用户。显示模块400可将搜索页面设置为两个部分,即第一展现部分和第二展现部分,将搜索词相关的多个搜索结果展现在搜索页面左侧的第一展现部分中,同时将每个内容项对应的多个推荐结果展现在搜索页面右侧的第二展现部分中。
根据本发明实施例的搜索推荐装置,根据用户输入的搜索词,获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与搜索词相关的内容项和对应的推荐结果,并将搜索结果、内容项和推荐结果同时在搜索页面中展现给用户。由此,在为用户提供搜索结果的同时,还可帮助用户了解和搜索词的类型相关的综合信息,为用户提供更加符合搜索意图的信息,满足了用户的需求,提升了用户体验。
为了实现上述实施例,本发明还提出一种存储介质,用于存储应用程序,该应用程序用于在运行时执行如本发明实施例所述的搜索推荐方法。
根据本发明实施例的存储介质,根据用户输入的搜索词,获取与搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与搜索词相关的内容项和对应的推荐结果,并将搜索结果、内容项和推荐结果同时在搜索页面中展现给用户。由此,在为用户提供搜索结果的同时,还可帮助用户了解和搜索词的类型相关的综合信息,为用户提供更加符合搜索意图的信息,满足了用户的需求,提升了用户体验。
应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种搜索推荐方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收搜索词;
    获取与所述搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与所述搜索词相关的至少一个内容项;
    根据所述搜索词和所述至少一个内容项获取至少一个推荐结果;以及
    提供搜索页面,其中,所述搜索页面包括第一展现部分和第二展现部分,所述多个搜索结果显示在所述搜索页面的第一展现部分,所述至少一个推荐结果显示在所述搜索页面的第二展现部分。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,其中,所述第一展现部分位于是搜索页面的左侧,所述第二展现部分位于所述搜索页面的右侧。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,其中,所述至少一个内容项为预设的内容项,且所述至少一个内容项与所述搜索词的类型相关。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个内容项通过所述搜索词和用户的历史搜索记录和/或历史点击记录获取。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐结果包括图片和相关说明。
  6. 一种搜索推荐装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收搜索词;
    第一获取模块,用于获取与所述搜索词相关的多个搜索结果,并获取知识库中与所述搜索词相关的至少一个内容项;
    第二获取模块,用于根据所述搜索词和所述至少一个内容项获取至少一个推荐结果;以及
    显示模块,用于提供搜索页面,其中,所述搜索页面包括第一展现部分和第二展现部分,所述多个搜索结果显示在所述搜索页面的第一展现部分,所述至少一个推荐结果显示在所述搜索页面的第二展现部分。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,其中,所述第一展现部分位于是搜索页面的左侧,所述第二展现部分位于所述搜索页面的右侧。
  8. 如权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,其中,所述至少一个内容项为预设的内容项,且所述至少一个内容项与所述搜索词的类型相关。
  9. 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个内容项通过所 述搜索词和用户的历史搜索记录和/或历史点击记录获取。
  10. 如权利要求6-9任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐结果包括图片和相关说明。
  11. 一种存储介质,其特征在于,用于存储应用程序,所述应用程序用于在运行时执行如权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
