Description

便携式均温燃气烤炉 技术领域
本发明属于家用燃气烧烤用具技术领域，具体涉及一种便携式均温燃气烤炉。
背景技术
现有的燃气烤炉种类繁多，结构、功能也各不相同，但其大多存在以下一种或以上的不足：
1、燃气烤炉烧烤面温度不均匀，会出现烧烤时燃烧器上的区域的食物已经烤熟，其他区域的还没熟。
2、燃气烤炉为传统的直管燃烧器，温度不能很好的分布，导致燃气没有更好的利用导致浪费能源。
3、燃气烤炉体积较大比较厚重，不便于携带。市面上很多燃气烤炉本身不带点火功能，燃烧器不能拆卸，不方便清洁。
 技术问题
本发明的目的是提出一种便携式均温燃气烤炉，克服了现有技术的上述不足，其结构设计简单、科学，烧烤面温度均匀；节能环保；轻薄、可折叠，方便携带。
 技术解决方案
为了达到上述设计目的，本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种便携式均温燃气烤炉，包括上盖、炉体、燃烧器、火焰分散板、烤网、支撑座及支架，所述上盖后侧通过铰链锁接在炉体后侧，所述炉体底端靠近两侧处分别锁接带卡位的圆弧面的支撑座，支撑座内卡接支架；所述炉体内设有燃烧器，所述燃烧器左侧通过炉头前支撑座固定在炉体左端，燃烧器右侧通过炉头后支撑板固定在炉体右端，所述燃烧器上侧卡固火焰分散板，所述火焰分散板上侧固定烤网。
优选地，所述燃烧器主要由进气管、侧管、连接孔、燃烧管、燃烧孔、固定板组成，四根侧管闭合围绕形成密封结构，左侧的侧管外侧接通进气管，进气管穿过炉体侧壁后连通燃气，所述前后侧两侧管内侧相对设有连接孔，多跟并排设置的燃烧管两端分别密封穿套在前后侧的侧管上的连接孔内，所述燃烧管上密集的设置燃烧孔；所述前后侧的侧管外侧锁接固定板，火焰分散板卡接在固定板内。
优选地，所述火焰分散板上并排设置多个扣罩，所述扣罩分别一一罩在燃烧器的燃烧孔上侧，相邻两扣罩之间设有孔。

优选地，所述上盖左右两边前端各装有一个锁环，炉体左右两边与锁环相对分别设有锁扣，当上盖处于关闭状态时，锁环扣在炉体上的锁扣内，使烤炉提起来时上盖不会打开。

自带点火功能，烤炉内腔为不锈钢整体拉伸成型，燃烧器可拆卸，方便清洁，在同等条件下比普通燃烧器节能20%以上。

如图1-5所示，所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，包括上盖1、炉体2、燃烧器3、火焰分散板4、烤网5、支撑座12及支架13，所述上盖1后侧下端通过两铰链102锁接在炉体2后侧，通过铰链102可翻转上盖1，所述炉体2底端靠近两侧处通过螺钉分别锁接带卡位的圆弧面的支撑座12，支撑座12内卡接支架13，通过支架13和支撑座12支撑炉体2；所述炉体2是整体拉伸成型，炉体2内设有燃烧器3，所述燃烧器3左侧通过炉头前支撑座6固定在炉体2左端，燃烧器3右侧通过炉头后支撑板7固定在炉体2右端，这种结构易于拆卸清洗，所述燃烧器3上侧卡固火焰分散板4，所述火焰分散板4为一次冲压成型，强度高，不易变形，使用寿命长，所述火焰分散板4的四角各有一个固定脚，固定脚内固定烤网5，所述烤网5使用不锈钢线网，轻便耐用，网间距合理，确保烧烤时食物不易掉下去，烤网5四个边角处分别设有支脚，四个支脚分别插到火焰分散板4的四个固定脚中，可保证使用过程烤网5不会移动，装配工序简单，安全有保障。
所述燃烧器3主要由进气管301、侧管302、连接孔303、燃烧管304、燃烧孔305、固定板306组成，四根侧管302闭合围绕形成密封结构，左侧的侧管302外侧接通进气管301，进气管301穿过炉体2侧壁后连通燃气，所述前后侧两侧管302内侧相对设有连接孔303，多跟并排设置的燃烧管304两端分别密封穿套在前后侧的侧管302上的连接孔303内，所述燃烧管304上密集的设置燃烧孔305，使用时，可使烧烤面温度更加均匀，在同等条件下比普通燃烧器节能20%以上；所述燃烧器3所有组成部分均为焊接组合成形，使用过程不变形，可拆卸、方便清洗；所述前后侧的侧管302外侧通过焊接连接固定板306，火焰分散板4卡接在固定板306内，使其可牢固的卡在燃烧器3上，可确保在携带和使用过程火焰分散板4不会过度移动。

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述火焰分散板上并排设置多个扣罩，所述扣罩分别一一罩在燃烧器的燃烧孔上侧，相邻两扣罩之间设有孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述上盖左右两边后端相对设有两套铰链，所述上盖同侧的两铰链为一长一短，长的铰链两端分别锁固在上盖及炉体靠近内侧处，短的铰链两端分别锁固在上盖及炉体靠近边沿处。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述炉体底部为倒锥形结构，所述炉体的锥形结构底部中间设有漏油孔，炉体底部与漏油孔相对设有接油盒。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述上盖左右两边前端各装有一个锁环，炉体左右两边与锁环相对分别设有锁扣，当上盖处于关闭状态时，锁环扣在炉体上的锁扣内，使烤炉提起来时上盖不会打开。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述支撑座内设有限位槽，支架卡固在限位槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述炉体前侧锁固一套长方形的把手。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述炉体前侧左端通过点火盒锁固点火器。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的便携式均温燃气烤炉，其特征在于：所述火焰分散板的四角各有一个固定脚，固定脚内固定烤网，所述烤网四个边角处分别设有支脚，四个支脚分别插到火焰分散板的四个固定脚中
