Description

一种使用电脑时护眼及照明装置 技术领域
本发明创造涉及显示设备领域,特别是一种使用电脑时护眼及照明装置,在 用眼的同时达到护眼的目的。
背景技术
在现今技术下, 显示设备的光源亮度是越来越高, 色彩越来越丰富, 但同时 伴随的是强光对人体眼睛的伤害也越来越大,电脑等电子显示器的屏幕属于直射 光源的信息界面, 电子屏幕的光源与周边的环境光存在着明显的明度差, 当环境 光较弱时, 明度差更明显。 这种明度差较大时, 使得屏幕显得剌眼, 容易产生视 觉疲劳。 另外一方面, 由于电子屏幕的单一直射光源, 周边环境光单调, 视觉活 跃度低, 也容易造成视觉疲劳。使用者的眼睛是无法直视强光, 一旦被其光线射 入眼睛,严重的可导致眼盲。尤其是在光源晃动时,强光晃动对眼睛的伤害更大。 因为我们的生活和工作都离不开观察显示设备,研制出一款护眼效果好的装置是 现在众多研究单位研发的重点。
现有的电脑护眼方式, 一类是视保屏, 一类是 USB护眼灯。 视保屏类, 一是 安装不方便, 更大的问题是, 在显示器前, 再额外附加一层介质, 会增加眼睛的 辨识困难, 非但不能护眼, 还可能带来更多的视疲劳。 而 USB电脑护眼灯类, 大 多使用的是 USB口的蛇形 LED灯, 或小座台灯。 自 USB口连接, 采用蛇形金属弯 管定位, 或小灯座固定, 灯头采用单个或者多个 LED灯。这类 USB电脑护眼灯的 主要缺陷是: 1、 LED 灯照度不均匀; 2、 亮度不够; 3、 照射方向不佳。 因此, 现有很难达到护眼的效果, 甚至会让眼睛更累。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的问题是提供一种使用电脑时护眼及照明装置,在用眼的 同时实现护眼, 解决现有电脑护眼装置护眼效果不佳, 甚至伤眼的问题, 并为电 脑提供键盘及周边照明。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是: 一种使用电脑时护眼 及照明装置,包括光源部件和微光反射部件,两者通过铰链组件活动连接并且两 者的夹角可保持在 0至 90度范围内的任意一个角度;在光源部件设有线性光源, 在微光反射部件上设有护眼色谱卡; 该微光反射部件的后端设有夹持机构; 还包 括控制电路, 用于控制线性光源的启动及工作。
进一步,光源部件包括沿竖直方向依次设置的反光罩、线性光源和漫透射滤 光片; 该线性光源是冷阴极灯管; 冷阴极灯管接控制电路的输出端, 控制电路的 输入端接电脑的 USB接口;
反光罩,用于将冷阴极灯管发出的光反射到电脑的周边; 该反光罩为镀铬塑 料件。
进一步, 漫透射滤光片, 用于将冷阴极灯管发出光的饱和度提升; 该漫透射 片为有机玻璃片、 磨砂玻璃片、 或其他透明、 半透明的材质制成的薄片。
进一步,光源部件外延设有凸沿,围绕在正前方和侧沿部分,用于防炫目光。 进一步,微光反射部件包括护眼色谱卡和设于其上的漫反射膜; 该护眼色谱 卡由红、橙和黄三种颜色的多边形区域连续排列组成, 该多边形区域的面积范围 是 16平方毫米至 100平方毫米, 用于产生波长为 550-770纳米的光谱组合; 并 且相邻的多边形区域的边数和面积大小不重复。
进一步, 该多边形区域的边数范围是三边形至七边形; 微光反射部件包括护 眼色谱卡和设于其上的漫反射膜; 该护眼色谱卡由红、橙和黄三种颜色的多边形 区域连续排列组成, 该多边形区域的面积范围是 16平方毫米至 100平方毫米, 用于产生波长为 550-770纳米的光谱组合;并且相邻的多边形区域的边数和面积 大小不重复。漫反射膜粘接于护眼色谱卡上, 使反射的光线更加柔和, 杜绝镜面 眩光反射, 反射面更广。
进一步, 铰链组件包括卡环、 弹簧和中心轴; 所述中心轴依次分为共轴线的 头部、 尾部、 第一中轴和第二中轴四个部分, 头部为圆台形, 尾部为凸台, 该凸 台上开有通槽,所述头部的底面直径大于第一中轴的轴径, 而第一中轴的轴径小 于第二中轴的轴径,所述第二中轴的轴径小于尾部截面的直径; 卡环套设在第一 中轴外壁上, 且与头部的底面抵接,所述弹簧套设于中心轴的外壁上并与弹簧抵 接。 卡环的轴线长度与第一中轴的轴线长度相等。
通过上述的铰链组件连接构成的转动装置,其包括设置于微光反射部件的母 圆筒以及与其配合的设置于光源部件的子圆筒; 所述子圆筒为一个空心的圆筒, 该子圆筒的一端端面上设有一环形凸台,该环形凸台的内径与子圆筒的内径相等; 另一端面设有多个子圆筒凸起,并且与设于铰链组件中尾部处的第一凹凸槽组配 合作用。
该子圆筒的两端均开有与子圆筒内部相通的通孔,该通孔的孔径小于子圆筒 内部的空心直径, 该子圆筒一端外侧与一环形凸台的一端固接, 该环形凸台的内 环与通孔共轴线且其直径与通孔的孔径相等,所述母圆筒为两个对称的空心圆筒, 且所述空心圆筒两端为开放式,其中一个空心圆筒的空心内腔与子圆筒的端面的 子圆筒凸起配合,另一个空心圆筒的内部空心直径大于所述的环形凸台的外环直 径且与其配合, 该空心圆筒接触子圆筒凸起端的内部设有一凸起卡块,所述凸起 卡块与中心轴尾部的通槽配合。
中心轴尾部为凸台, 在该尾部绕其凸台一端设有第一凹凸槽组;
中心轴的头部、第一中轴和第二中轴置于母圆筒内腔, 设有子圆筒凸起的端 面与中心轴尾端上的第一凹凸槽组配合产生相对运动。
进一步, 所述夹持机构包括导入槽、 导入板、 弧形夹、 横向凹槽和第一防滑 垫和第二防滑垫; 所述导入槽中线上设有防止安装后的导入板滑落的防退凸起; 所述导入板与导入槽在横向过盈配合;所述导入板的横向两侧各设有第一连接耳, 所述弧形夹对应位置设有第二连接耳;所述第一连接耳与第二连接耳通过轴和扭 簧连接; 弧形夹为两个弧形构成的 s形状, 弧形夹的上端部外扬; 导入槽为凸型 凹槽, 导入槽的下半部位的两侧依次设有横向凹槽和第一防滑垫; 弧形夹的下端 部设有第二防滑垫。
进一步,弧形夹的上端部弧形上距离该弧形的弧心最远点的切线与垂直方向 所形成的夹角范围是 15-45度, 特别是 35度左右, 在同样的力臂距离下, 下端 夹子的开口可增加 40-80%。 下端内敛, 使得夹子在打开后第二防滑垫的平面和 主体背面的角度变小,接近平行,可以充分的让第二防滑垫的面和电脑背部接触, 保证夹持的稳定性。 该弧形夹为塑料、 ABS或金属材料。
在弧形夹不适于应用的台式机的显示器上采用 T形架固定。 T形架包括相互 垂直连接的导入板和横板, 该横板的一水平面上设有固定用的加固条, 该加固条 采用过胶的塑料或者特种纸制作, 特别是双面胶。 该 T形架为塑料、 ABS或金属 材料。 本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是: 采用本发明创造的技术方案, 通过 纵向的光与横向的光干涉来调整环境光,使得电脑显示器的光与环境光的明暗差 减少, 同时, 为眼睛提供一种彩色光谱的补充, 改变电脑周边单调的环境光。 当 周围环境的光线比较昏暗时, 线性光源还能起到照明的作用。
具有如下优点: 1、 光照更均匀; 2、 节能; 3、 增加了实现视觉调节的调节 护眼色谱卡, 调动视觉功能。 由于冷阴极灯管是线性光源, 发光管是一定长度的 线状, 对比 LED灯的点状光源, 照明更均匀。 通过上部照明, 照明效果更佳。 驱 动电路板提供的是 5-12万赫兹超高频电路, 无闪烁, 更稳定。 透过漫透射片, 在垂直的 35cm的高度, 有效照射面增加 40%左右, 冷阴极灯管本身的线状聚光 现象也明显缓解。
该创造发明的护眼装置的功率设计为 0. 5-5W, 主要在 1W左右, 对比常用的 40W的环境灯, 节能达 97. 5%
从实际缓解视疲劳效果看, 主体感觉眼睛舒适和湿润,检测发现眨眼次数提 升 20%左右。 因为用电脑的盯屏现象, 会使得眨眼次数从日常的每分钟 21次左 右, 锐减到每分钟 3-5次, 眼睛非常干涩。 眨眼次数的增加, 能让干涩状况得到 缓解。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明创造的技术方案做详细说明。
实施例 1 : 如图 1所示, 一种使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 包括光源部件 1和微光反射部件 2, 两者通过铰链组件活动连接并且两者的夹角可保持在 0至 90度范围内的任意一个角度; 在光源部件 1设有线性光源 3, 在微光反射部件 2 上设有护眼色谱卡 6;该微光反射部件 2的后端设有夹持机构;还包括控制电路, 用于控制光源的启动及工作。
光源部件 1包括沿竖直方向依次设置的反光罩 4、线性光源 3和漫透射片 5; 该线性光源 3是冷阴极灯管; 冷阴极灯管接控制电路的输出端,控制电路的输入 端接电脑的 USB接口;反光罩 4,用于将冷阴极灯管发出的光反射到电脑的周边; 该反光罩 4为镀铬塑料件。
漫透射片 5, 用于将冷阴极灯管发出光的饱和度提升; 该漫透射片 5为有机 玻璃片、 磨砂玻璃片、 或其他透明、 半透明的材质制成的薄片。
光源部件 1外延设有凸沿 8, 围绕在正前方和侧沿部分, 用于防炫目光。 微光反射部件 2包括护眼色谱卡 6和设于其上的漫反射膜 7; 该护眼色谱卡 6由红、 橙和黄三种颜色的多边形区域连续排列组成, 该多边形区域的面积范围 是 16平方毫米至 100平方毫米, 用于产生波长为 550-770纳米的光谱组合; 并 且相邻的多边形区域的边数和面积大小不重复。 如图 11所示, 由红、 橙和黄三 种颜色的三角形区域 63、 四边形区域 61、 五边形区域 64、 六边形区域 62和七 边形区域 65连续排列组成的护眼色谱卡 6, 用于产生波长为 550-770纳米的光 谱组合; 按照相邻的多边形区域不重复排列的规律,避免了单一重复的分区容易 造成视觉疲劳。
该多边形区域包括三角形区域 63、 四边形区域 61、 五边形区域 64、 六边形 区域 62和七边形区域 65。各多边形区域的面积范围是 16平方毫米至 80平方毫 米。
护眼色谱卡 6的材质为 PVC。
如图 4至 7所示, 铰链组件包括卡环 19、弹簧 20和中心轴 16; 所述中心轴 16依次分为头部 16a、第一中轴 16b和第二中轴 16c和尾部 16d四个部分, 头部 16a为圆台形, 尾部 16d为凸台; 所述头部 16a的底面直径大于第一中轴 16b的 轴径, 而第一中轴 16b的轴径小于第二中轴 16c的轴径,所述第二中轴 16c的轴 径小于尾部 16d的轴径;
卡环 19套设在第一中轴 16b外壁上, 且与头部 16a的底面抵接, 所述弹簧 20套设于中心轴 16的外壁上。
光源部件 1上的子圆筒 18为一个空心的圆筒,该子圆筒 18的一端端面上设 有一环形凸台, 该环形凸台的内径与子圆筒的内径相等; 另一端面设有多个子圆 筒凸起 181, 并且与设于铰链组件中尾部处的第一凹凸槽组 171配合作用。
微光反射部件 2母圆筒 17为两个对称的空心圆筒, 且所述空心圆筒两端为 开放式, 其中一个空心圆筒的空心内腔与子圆筒 18的端面的子圆筒凸起 181配 合, 另一个空心圆筒的内径大于所述的环形凸台的外径且与其配合, 该空心圆筒 接触子圆筒凸起 181端的内部设有一凸起卡块,所述凸起卡块与中心轴尾部的通 槽配合。
所述母圆筒 17的两个对称的空心圆筒外部均设有挡片, 且两个挡片对称, 空心圆筒外部的挡片与竖直方向的夹角是 90度;
所述中心轴 16依次分为共轴线的头部 16a、尾部 16d、第一中轴 16b和第二 中轴 16c四个部分,头部 16a为圆台形,尾部 16d为凸台,该凸台上的开有通槽, 该通槽与所述母圆筒 17的其中一个空心圆筒内部的凸起卡块配合,所述头部 16a 的底面直径大于第一中轴 16b的轴径, 而第一中轴 16b的轴径小于第二中轴 16c 的轴径,所述第二中轴 16c的轴径小于尾部 16d的轴径,所述第二中轴 16c的轴 径与子圆筒 18的通孔孔径相配合,而尾部 16d的轴径小于母圆筒 17的内部空心 直径;
所述卡环 19套设在第一中轴 16b外壁上, 且与头部 16a的底面抵接, 卡环 3的轴线长度与第一中轴 16b的轴线长度相等, 所述弹簧 20套设于中心轴 16的 外壁上并与弹簧 20抵接;
将所述中心轴 16的头部 16a、 第一中轴 16b和第二中轴 16c置于母圆筒 17 内腔, 子圆筒凸起 181与中心轴 16尾端 16d上的第一凹凸槽组 171配合, 所述 第一凹凸槽组 171和子圆筒凸起 181均为微型波状凹凸槽。
所述子圆筒 18和母圆筒 17为塑料或者金属圆筒。
如图 2、 3和 8所示, 夹持机构包括导入槽、 导入板 23、 弧形夹 24、 横向凹 槽 22和第一防滑垫 21和第二防滑垫 27; 所述导入槽中线上设有防止安装后的 导入板 23滑落的防退凸起; 所述导入板 23与导入槽在横向过盈配合; 所述导入 板 23的横向两侧各设有第一连接耳, 所述弧形夹 24对应位置设有第二连接耳; 所述第一连接耳与第二连接耳通过轴 25和扭簧 26连接; 弧形夹 24为两个弧形 构成的 S形状, 弧形夹 24的上端部外扬; 导入槽为凸型凹槽, 导入槽的下半部 位的两侧依次设有横向凹槽 22和第一防滑垫 21 ; 弧形夹 24的下端部设有第二 防滑垫 27。弧形夹 24的上端部弧形上距离该弧形的弧心最远点的切线与垂直方 向所形成的夹角范围是 15-45度。 特别是 35度左右, 在同样的力臂距离下, 下 端夹子的开口可增加 40-80%。 下端内敛, 使得夹子在打开后第二防滑垫 27的平 面和主体背面的角度变小,接近平行,可以充分的让第二防滑垫的面和电脑背部 接触, 保证夹持的稳定性。 该弧形夹为塑料、 ABS或金属材料。
如图 9所示, 在弧形夹不适于应用的台式机的显示器上采用 T形架 9固定。 T形架 9包括相互垂直连接的导入板和横板, 该横板的一水平面上设有固定用的 加固条 10, 该加固条 10采用过胶的塑料或者特种纸制作, 特别是双面胶。 该 T 形架 9为塑料、 ABS或金属材料。
实施例 2, 如图 12所示, 由红、 橙和黄三种颜色的三角形区域 63、 四边形 区域 61和五边形区域 64连续排列组成的护眼色谱卡 6,用于产生波长为 550-770 纳米的光谱组合; 按照相邻的多边形区域不重复的规律排列,避免了单一重复的 分区容易造成视觉疲劳的问题。
该多边形区域包括三角形区域 63、 四边形区域 61和五边形区域 64。各多边 形区域的面积范围是 20平方毫米至 100平方毫米。
护眼色谱卡 6的材质为金属材质。
其他部件的结构和连接关系与实施例 1相同, 不再赘述。
实施例 3, 如图 13所示, 由红、 橙和黄三种颜色的三角形区域 63、 四边形 区域 61、 五边形区域 64、 六边形区域 62和七边形区域 65连续排列组成, 用于 产生波长为 550-770纳米的光谱组合;按照相邻的多边形区域不重复的规律排列, 避免了单一重复的分区容易造成视觉疲劳。
该多边形区域包括三角形区域 63、 四边形区域 61、 五边形区域 64、 六边形 区域 62和七边形区域 65。 各多边形区域的面积范围是 50平方毫米至 100平方 毫米。
护眼色谱卡 6的材质为特种纸。
其他部件的结构和连接关系与实施例 1相同, 不再赘述。
实验显示护眼色谱卡 6的应用可以激活视细胞,调动视功能,减缓用眼过程 中的眼疲劳, 增强眼睛的舒适度, 可预防近视。 当人在近距离使用眼睛时, 为了 看清目标, 需依靠眼睛的调节功能对晶状体进行调节。通过眼睫状肌收缩, 使晶 状体的凸度增加, 从而增加屈光度, 使近处物象清晰可见。调节近点距离可以反 映眼睛的调节功能。 当产生眼疲劳时, 其调节近点距离会比正常时加大。在不使 用带护眼色谱卡 6的护眼装置时,绝大多数人在长时间使用电脑后均出现明显的 眼疲劳, 其调节近点距离均有所变远, 且前后差制值较大, 经统计学处理, 具有 极显著性差异 (p〈0. 001 ) ; 使用带护眼色谱卡 6的护眼装置时, 少数人也出现 调节近点距离加大,但大多数人调节近点距离变化不太明显,其差值均数无显著 性差异 (p>0. 05 ) , 表明从总体水平看未出现明显眼疲劳, 详见下表: 使用电脑前后调节近点距离变化

如图 14所示, 根据实验得到使用电脑护眼装置后, 待检测的人群的眨眼次 数的数据统计结果是:使用护眼装置时眨眼次数与未使用护眼装置时眨眼次数相 比较在对应的时间上明显增加, 眼干与视疲劳得到缓解。
如图 10所示, 当用于笔记本电脑时, 将弧形夹 24子插入导入槽, 夹持在电 脑屏幕上即可, 将角度调节到不看到光源即可。 通过铰链组件实现角度的调节, 并且第一凹凸槽组 171和子圆筒凸起 181配合实现角度的固定。 第一防滑垫 21 和第二防滑垫 27, 加上弧形夹子的夹持力, 能让本装置稳固的夹持在电脑显示 器上。 在弧形夹不适于应用的台式机的显示器上采用 T形架 9加持。 将 T形架 9 插入导入槽, 将 T形架 9上的双面胶张贴在电脑屏幕顶部, 为了稳固, 将加固条 10纵向粘贴, 把 T形架 9和电脑显示器粘连一起。
以上对本发明创造的实施例进行了详细说明,但所述内容仅为本发明创造的 较佳实施例, 不能被认为用于限定本发明的实施范围。凡依本发明创造范围所作 的均等变化与改进等, 均应仍归属于本专利涵盖范围之内。

1. 一种使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其特征在于: 包括光源部件(1 )和 微光反射部件 (2) , 两者通过铰链组件活动连接并且两者的夹角可保持在 0至 90 度范围内的任意一个角度; 在光源部件 (1 ) 设有线性光源 (3) , 在微光反 射部件 (2) 上设有护眼色谱卡 (6) ; 该微光反射部件 (2) 的后端设有夹持机 构; 还包括控制电路, 用于控制线性光源 (3) 的启动及工作。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其特征在于: 光 源部件 (1 ) 包括沿竖直方向依次设置的反光罩 (4) 、 线性光源 (3 ) 和漫透射 片 (5) ; 该线性光源(3)是冷阴极灯管; 冷阴极灯管接控制电路的输出端, 控 制电路的输入端接电脑的 USB接口;
反光罩(4),用于将冷阴极灯管发出的光反射到电脑的周边;该反光罩(4) 为镀铬塑料件。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其特征在于: 漫 透射片 (5) , 用于将冷阴极灯管发出光的饱和度提升; 该漫透射片 (5)是有机 玻璃片、 磨砂玻璃片、 或其他透明、 半透明的材质制成的薄片。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其特征在于: 光 源部件 (1 ) 外延设有凸沿 (8) , 该凸沿 (8 ) 围绕在正前方和侧沿部分, 用于 防炫目光。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4中任一项所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其 特征在于:微光反射部件(2)包括护眼色谱卡(6)和设于其上的漫反射膜(7); 该护眼色谱卡 (6) 由红、 橙和黄三种颜色的多边形区域连续排列组成, 该多边 形区域的面积范围是 16平方毫米至 100平方毫米, 用于产生波长为 550-770纳 米的光谱组合; 并且相邻的多边形区域的边数和面积大小不重复。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其特征在于: 该 多边形区域的边数范围是三边形至七边形; 该护眼色谱卡 (6) 由喷涂或者印刷 在 PVC、 金属材质或者特种纸上的红、 橙和黄三种颜色的多边形区域组成; 漫反 射膜 (7) 粘接于护眼色谱卡 (6) 上。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的使用电脑时护眼及照明的装置, 其 特征在于: 铰链组件包括卡环 (19) 、 弹簧 (20)和中心轴 (16) ; 所述中心轴 (16)依次分为头部(16a)、第一中轴(16b)和第二中轴(16c)和尾部(16d) 四个部分, 头部 (16a) 为圆台形, 尾部 (16d) 为凸台; 所述头部 (16a) 的底 面直径大于第一中轴(16b)的轴径,而第一中轴(16b)的轴径小于第二中轴(16c) 的轴径, 所述第二中轴 (16c) 的轴径小于尾部 (16d) 的轴径;
所述卡环 (19)套设在第一中轴 (16b)外壁上, 且与头部 (16a) 的底面抵 接, 所述弹簧 (20) 套设于中心轴 (16) 的外壁上并与弹簧 (20) 抵接。
