Abstract

次氯酸为化学式 HC10的不稳定弱酸, 仅能存在于溶液中, 例如水, 而为次氯酸水。 次 氯酸为实际存在于人体白血球中一种用于抵抗病菌的成份, 因消毒灭菌后的残留物为水, 故 不对人体引起过敏或致癌等不良后果。 过去次氯酸水被广泛地应用于日常生活中以作为消毒 灭菌的用途。 例如医院中内视镜的消毒、 蔬果的清洗、 以及取代碘酒处理伤口等。
然而, 将次氯酸水施用于物品上, 有难于固定久留于物件上的缺点。 且次氯酸水在应用 于人体上时, 除了具有消毒灭菌的作用效果外, 缺乏考虑了其它应用于人体亦须要注意的作 用效果。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的系提供一种用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物及其使用方法, 以 具有消毒灭菌、 润滑、 及保湿功效, 且易于长时间附着于对象上进而适用于人体或生活用品 中。
本发明为解决习知技术的问题所采用的技术手段为一种用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体 组成物, 包括水、 次氯酸(HCLO )、 增稠剂 ( thickening agent ). 润滑剂 ( emollient )、 及保水 剂( water-binding agent )。 半流体组成物的次氯酸于水中的浓度为 10至 50重量 ppm, 且水与 次氯酸经由与增稠剂、 润滑剂、 及保水剂混合及搅拌而为一水凝胶状体或一滑润黏稠体。

经由本发明所采用的技术手段, 藉由与增稠剂混合使次氯酸水形成为凝胶、 乳液、 或乳 霜的较不易流动的半流体的形式, 而易于附着于标的件上, 并与润滑剂及保水剂相互混合, 使本发明同时具有消毒灭菌、 润滑、 及保湿的多种功效, 进而适用于生物体或生活物品中。 而根据施用的标的件或使用的目的, 本发明还可选择性地额外添加其它成分, 例如天然植物 油、 防腐剂、 精油、 或香精等, 而具备滋润、 延长保存期限、 舒緩镇定等功效。 具体实施方式

由于次氯酸只于溶液中存在, 故不特意分开表示次氯酸及水, 以下直接以次氯酸水作为 各种说明阐述。

本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物藉由添加天然植物油而具有滋润及改善 干燥的功效, 天然植物油可自橄榄油、 葡萄籽油、 葵花油、 酪梨油、 甜杏仁油、 乳木果油、
椰子油、 夏威夷坚果油、 及其混合物所构成的群组中选出。
本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物还可透过添加防腐剂而具有延长使用期 限的功效, 防腐剂可自乙基己基甘油、 茶树精油类、 山梨酸、 及其混合物所构成的群组中选 出。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物藉由茶树精油类的天然防腐剂, 而具有 抑制细菌生长的功效, 不对人体造成伤害; 藉由山梨酸的无毒具安全性的防腐剂, 而能有效 地抑制霉菌、 酵母菌、 及好氧性细菌的活性, 并防止肉毒杆菌、 葡萄球菌、 及沙门氏菌等有 害微生物于标的内的生长及繁殖。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物亦可藉由 维他命 E, 其本身为一种抗氧化剂, 而达到防腐剂效果。
更佳地, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物所选用的水为小分子团水, 小 分子团水为六角形状的分子簇结构水( clustered water ), 不仅可使本发明的保存期限延长, 且 因细胞膜之间的水通道是由六个蛋白质亚单位包绕组成的六角形结构,中心孔直径仅为 2nm, 小分子团水因特殊结构而可通过人体的细胞之间的水通道, 进入细胞内活化细胞组织。
较佳地, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物藉由添加不同种类的精油, 例 如: 尤加利、 迷迭香、 茶树罗勒、 安息香、 佛手柑、 快乐鼠尾草、 丝柏、 葡萄柚、 茉莉、 杜 松子、 熏衣草、 柠檬、 柠檬香茅、 天竺葵、 依兰依兰、 橙花、 玫瑰草、 广藿香、 岩兰草、 花 梨木、 罗勒、 安息香、 大西洋雪松、 罗马洋甘菊、 快乐鼠尾草、 甜橙、 苦橙叶、 玫瑰、 马郁 兰、 或乳香安息香, 而达到提神、 美白、 放松、 或催情等功效。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒 灭菌的半流体组成物亦可选择性地添加香精以增加香气, 香精可为食用香精而较具安全性。
本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物, 不仅易于长时间附着于欲应用的标的 件上, 且同时具有消毒灭菌、 润滑、 及保湿的功效, 而适用于生物体的器官, 例如人体的皮 肤、 阴茎、 阴道、 尿道、 肛门、 口腔、 鼻腔、 耳腔的涂抹、 或是为包含于供生物体例如人体 使用的情趣用品及医疗用品等产品上。 并且可随着应用的标的件及目的的不同, 选择性地为 添加天然植物油、 防腐剂、 精油、 或香精等各种成分, 进一步使本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒 灭菌的半流体组成物具有多种功效。

本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用作为医疗器械例如鼻胃管、 胃镜、 阴道镜、 或大肠镜的润滑消毒, 或女性阴道的保养避免阴道因病毒、 细菌、 或霉菌感染而搔 痒, 可自表一中的实施例 1至 4中选出。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使 用作为鼻胃管、 胃镜、 阴道镜或大肠镜等侵入式医疗器械的润滑消毒其增稠剂比例可为 0.5 至 7 重量%、 润滑剂比例可为 0.5至 20重量%、 及保水剂比例可为 1至 60重量%; 本发明的 用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用作为女性阴道的保养的增稠剂比例可为 0.5 至 7 重量%、 润滑剂比例可为 1 至 17 重量%、 及保水剂比例可为 5 至 60重量%。 表二所示为实 施例 1至 4的具体实施方式, 各成份的比例以重量百分比计。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭 菌的半流体组成物使用作为侵入式医疗器械的润滑消毒或女性阴道的保养皆为侵入人体内, 故增稠剂的选用可为纤维素类而较不对施用处造成刺激, 如表二中实施例 1至 4所示的海藻 酸钠、 羟丙基瓜儿胶、 及羧曱基纤维素。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物可 于医疗器械的表面消毒灭菌, 因呈半流体故便于深入肛门、 阴道、 或尿道作涂抹, 且具有的 润滑保湿功效可降低异物侵入所造成的不适感并避免于检查过程中医疗器械擦伤肛门、阴道、

本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用作为情趣用品例如保险套上的润滑 液的使用, 可自表一中的实施例 1至 4、 11、 12、 或 15至 18中选出。 本发明的用于润滑保 湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用作为情趣用品例如保险套上的润滑液的使用的增稠剂比例为 0.5至 5重量%、 润滑剂比例为 0.5至 20重量%、 及保水剂比例为 0.5 至 60重量%。 表三所 示为实施例 11、 12、 及 15至 18的具体实施方式, 各成份的比例以重量百分比计。 本发明的 用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用具有黏稠度而可长时间附着于保险套的表面上作 为润滑液的使用, 并藉由本发明的消毒灭菌功效而可避免女性阴道受到病毒、 细菌、 或霉菌 的感染, 且本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物的润滑及保湿的功效亦可降低于 性交过程中阴道因长时间反复磨擦而带来的干涩不适感。 更佳地, 如表三中实施例 12、 16、 18所示, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用可包括防腐剂而应用于情趣用 品例如保险套以延长保存期限。 防腐剂的选用可为山梨酸, 山梨酸易被人体分解为二氧化碳 及水而排出体外, 较不对人体造成伤害。 另外, 如表三中实施例 11、 12、 17、 及 18所示, 可食用的草莓香精(或其它口味的食用香精 )作为结合可包括于本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒 灭菌的半流体组成物使用, 其中食用香精的比例为 1至 2重量%, 使本发明的用于润滑保湿 消毒灭菌的半流体组成物具有多种口味例如草莓口味。 如表三中实施例 11、 12、 15、 及 16 所示, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用可包括依兰依兰(精油), 应用于 情趣用品上而达到催情的功效。 当然, 本发明不以此为限, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌 的半流体组成物使用可与其它具备不同疗效的精油作结合而呈现不同的效果, 例如佛手柑及 熏衣草的精油具有纾压的功效, 其中精油的比例以 0.25 至 3重量%为佳。 本发明的用于润滑 保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物应用于情趣用品例如保险套上, 不仅具有消毒灭菌、 润滑、 及 保湿的功效, 并藉由包括其它添加物的组合而具有更多不同的效果。

本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用可用作肌肤的保养例如保湿乳液, 可自表一中的实施例 1至 18中选出。本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物使用可 用作肌肤的保养例如保湿乳液的增稠剂比例为 0.5至 10重量%、 润滑剂比例为 0.5至 15重 量%、 及保水剂比例为 2 至 60重量%。 较佳地, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组 成物用于肌肤的保养若为长时间的使用, 因本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物 的次氯酸水已具有消毒灭菌的功效, 故可选自无添加防腐剂的实施例 1、 3、 5、 7、 9、 11、 13、 15、 或 17, 避免长时间施用防腐剂而对肌肤造成刺激伤害, 如表四所示为本发明的用于 润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物无添加防腐剂的实施例 5、 7、 9、 及 13的具体实施方式, 各成份的比例以重量百分比计。 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物用于肌肤的 保养不仅因具有抗菌的功效而可避免肌肤长痤疮, 并可柔润及保湿肌肤。 若欲施用的肌肤较 为干燥, 更佳地, 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物可包括天然植物油, 天然 植物油的比例为 5至 30重量%。 如表四中实施例 5、 7所示, 为本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒 灭菌的半流体组成物使用包括乳木果油(天然植物油), 乳木果油分子小, 不易氧化, 容易被 皮肤吸收, 油脂可停留在皮肤的表面而形成保护层, 而具有加强滋润肌肤的效果。 表四

1% 1% 本发明的用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物的具体使用范畴除了上述所提之外, 还 可应用于干洗手, 不仅可达到消毒灭菌的功效, 更具有润滑及保湿的效果, 有别于以往大部 份干洗手的成份中, 具有杀菌功效的酒精比例较高而带来的干涩不适感。
以上的叙述仅为本发明的较佳实施例说明, 凡精于此项技艺者当可依据上述的说明而作 其它种种的改良, 然而这些改变仍属于本发明的发明精神及所界定的专利范围中。
Claims
1、 一种用于润滑保湿消毒灭菌的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 其包含:
水;
次氯酸( HCLO );
增祸剂 ( thickening agent );
润滑剂 (emollient ); 以及
保水剂 ( water-binding agent ),
其中该半流体组成物的该次氯酸于该水中的浓度为 10至 50重量 ppm, 且该水与该次氯 酸经由与该增稠剂、 润滑剂、 及保水剂混合及搅拌而为一水凝胶状体或一滑润黏稠体。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 该增稠剂系自洋菜粉、 羟乙基纤维 素( HEC )、羧曱基纤维素钠( Carboxymethyl cellulose ).羟丙基瓜儿胶( Hydroxypropyl guar )、 聚丙婦酸酯类、 海藻酸钠 ( Sodium alginate 黄原胶 ( Xanthan gum 卡波姆( Carbomer )、 及其混合物所构成的群组中选出。
3、如权利要求 1所述的半流体组成物,其特征在于,该润滑剂系自甘油辛酸酯(Glyceryl caprylate ). PEG-40 氢化蓖麻油 ( PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil )、 失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯
( Sorbitan palmitate )、 硬脂酸(Stearic acid )、 鲸蜡醇 ( Cetearyl alcohol )、 肉藍蔻酸亦丙酯 ( Isopropyl myristate )、三酸甘油醋 ( Triglycerides )、肉 3£蔻酸 ( Myristic acid )、 4宗 4阁酸 ( Palmitic acid )、PEG-60氢化篦麻油( PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil )、甘油亚油酸酯( Glyceryl linoleate ). 环曱硅酯 ( Cyclomethicone 二曱硅酯 ( Dimethicone 月桂酸己酯 ( Hexyl laurate 异十六 烷( Isohexadecane ). 曱基葡萄糖倍半油酸酯( Methyl glucose sesquioleate ). 及其混合物所组 成的群组中选出。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 该保水剂系自甘油、 丙二醇、 丁二 醇、 透明质酸萃取液、 芦荟萃取液、 维生素 B5、 胺基酸 (amino acid)、 神经酰胺( Ceramide:)、 卵磷酯 ( Lecithin )、 海藻醣( Trehalose:)、 多醣类、 玻尿酸钠 (Sodium hyaluronate 黏多醣
( Mucopolysaccharides )、钠 PCA( Sodium PCA )、胶原蛋白( Collagen )、磷脂质( Phospholipids ). 醣化神经磷脂( Glycolsphingolipids:)、 醣胺多醣( Glycosaminoglycans:)、 及其混合物所构成的 群组中选出。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 还包括一个或多个天然植物油、一 个或多个防腐剂、 一个或多个精油、 一个或多个香精、 或其混合物。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 该天然植物油系自橄榄油、 葡萄籽 油、 葵花油、 酪梨油、 甜杏仁油、 乳木果油、 椰子油、 夏威夷坚果油、 及其混合物所构成的 群组中选出。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 该防腐剂系自乙基己基甘油、 茶树 精油类、 山梨酸、 及其混合物所构成的群组中选出。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的半流体组成物, 其特征在于, 该水系为小分子团水, 该小分子团 水系为六角形状的分子簇结构水( clustered water )。
9、 一种使用半流体组成物润滑保湿消毒灭菌的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 将有效量的如权利要求 1至 8中任一项所述的半流体组成物为包含于一标的件或涂抹至 一标的件的表面, 该标的件为由生物体的器官、 情趣用品、 医疗用品、 及所构成的群组中所 选择出。
