施压单元101的第一本体103和第二本体104所能撑开的最大张角以及最小张角均由第一本体103和第二本体104相互配合的卡突结构决定,例如图4a和5a所示的靠近轴销处的突起结构201和突起结构201’,只要适于操作者使用,又正好可以使得标牌钉适度变形即可。
优选地,所述导轨柱的一侧具有标示刻度的刻度线和数字,用于标识已经使用的标牌钉数量,如图2所示。
下面根据图4a、图4b和图5a、图5b,对操作者使用根据本发明的标牌钳为物体等部位打上标牌的工作过程描述如下:
1.操作者一手提拉标牌钉进给套筒112顶部的凸起119,围绕轴111翻转标牌钉进给柱112,同时向远离施压单元101的第二本体104的方向推压标牌钉进给套筒114,使之沿着标牌钉进给柱112滑动,露出标牌钉进给柱112的最前端,即自由端,然后另一手将一组标牌钉401以图4a和4b所示的待闭合开口402朝前的方式安装到标牌钉进给柱112的自由端。
2.按压标牌钉进给套筒112顶部的凸起119,使标牌钉进给柱112复位而座放于滑动底座110内,此时松开按压凸起119的手,通过弹簧115的作用,标牌钉进给套筒112将自动将该组标牌钉向前推压而抵靠于第二本体104的挡片304上(图1b)上,该组标牌钉401中最前端的第一标牌钉401'沿着标牌钉进给柱112直线滑动而脱离标牌钉进给柱112,如图4b所示,由于滑动底座110的导引,该第一标牌钉401'贴靠在挡片304上且正好位于第一本体103的钳口部105的下方,处于工作位置,其上下左右均被周围部件顶住,此时其它标牌钉仍套装于标牌钉进给柱112上。
3.将标牌钉的尖端对准待标记的物体,握紧第一本体103和第二本 体104的手柄部106,此时弹簧108被压缩,标牌钉401'的三角形顶点被第二本体104的钳口部105向下压,标牌钉401'的尖端402因此穿过位于缺口405的物体,然后再穿过标牌钉401'的底端圆孔403,如图4b所示,最终弯折嵌入底端圆孔403中,并进一步地由滑动底座110的锁固口305(图1b)弯折而形成闭环,如图5b所示,使得标牌牢固地嵌入物体,此时该标牌钉401'也通过第二本体104的钳口部105向下压而变形成为小三角形而脱开与其他标牌钉的连接并且可从第一本体103的钳口部105掉落出来。
4.释放第一本体103和第二本体104的手柄部106,弹簧108撑开手柄部106,变形后的标牌钉401'挂在物体上被扯下,同时通过弹簧115的作用,标牌钉进给套筒112将自动进给下一个标牌钉到工作位置,类似步骤二中的过程。
5.继续步骤三,标记其他动物,直至在步骤一中预装的标牌钉被用完。
这样整个标牌标记的过程就完成了,基本上都是弹簧的机械装置在工作,只需要安装一组标牌钉就可以连续标记几个、或者几十个物体。标记的过程,使用者只是一夹一松,即可迅速脱离物体,进行下一次操作,简单方便。相对于每次标记物体都要加装一次钉子的普通钳子,或者还需要操作者使用前后推送钉子的钳子,本发明大大简化了流程,提高了效率,节约了时间。
上面所述的结构是示意性的,本发明的重点在于提供具有施压单元和标牌钉输送单元的标牌钳,在此构思下,也可构思出其他结构,例如,比如将进给装置垂直于施压装置改为二者在一条直线,或者将施压装置直接安装在标牌受压的工作位置的垂直上方等等。
结合这里披露的本发明的说明和实践,本发明的其他实施例对于本领域技术人员都是易于想到和理解的。说明和实施例仅被认为是示例性的,本发明的真正范围和主旨均由权利要求所限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于在物体上安装标牌的标牌钳,该标牌钳包括:施压单元和标牌钉输送单元,其中所述标牌钉输送单元包括压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧作用使得工作中一组标牌中的每一个被逐一推压输送到使得标牌受压变形的工作位置,而所述施压单元用于在所述工作位置对该位置处的一标牌施压,使得该标牌尖端穿过待标记物体和固定孔,完成一次标牌标记并脱离标牌钳,此时松开施压单元,所述标牌钉输送单元将下一标牌送入工作位置,如此往复连续操作,直至该组标牌用尽后更换下一组标牌。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的标牌钳,其中该施压单元包括:组合成手钳状的第一本体和第二本体,两者围绕轴销相向或相背转动,第一本体和第二本体在轴销之前的一端为钳口部,另一端为手柄部,第一本体和第二本体在所述手柄部中间位置设有一压缩弹簧,在操作者未通过手柄部施压时,压缩弹簧将手柄部撑开到最大张角,使得钳口部也处于张开最大的状态。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的标牌钳,其中标牌钉输送单元垂直连接于施压单元的本体并包括滑动底座以及座放于滑动底座内的标牌钉进给柱,滑动底座与本体相连,为标牌钉提供能够一直滑动直至抵靠本体的线性滑槽,所述标牌钉进给柱在远离施压单元的一端通过枢轴与滑动底座枢转连接,使得所述标牌钉进给柱能够在连接到枢轴的一端围绕枢轴被抬起,以便从标牌钉进给柱的另一侧的自由端来套装一组标牌钉。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的标牌钳,其中所述标牌钉进给柱包括:横截面为三角形的导轨柱、以及套在导轨柱外侧且可滑动以逐一进给标牌钉的标牌钉进给套筒。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的标牌钳,其中所述导轨柱上下两侧具有狭窄的具有一定长度的定位狭槽,通过该定位狭槽,所述标牌钉进给套筒固定连接于导轨柱内部的压缩弹簧,使得在操作者未施加压力以及未安装标牌钉的情况下,所述标牌钉进给套筒被限位于导轨柱最前端,而受力 后,则可以在定位狭槽所限定的长度范围内在导轨柱上滑动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的标牌钳,其中每个标牌钉一端为尖头,一端具有孔,加压后该尖头穿过待标记物体和底边的圆孔而弯曲固定。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的标牌钳,其中标牌钉通过胶粘性物质粘结在一起或使用塑料膜包裹成组。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的标牌钳,其中第一本体的钳口部为对标牌钉进行施压的工作位置,在该工作位置处,标牌钉一端被第二本体的钳口部的挡片挡住,另一端被标牌钉输送单元挡住。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的标牌钳,其中滑动底座与所述标牌钉进给柱的底部相对设置有磁体或卡扣件,以在使用中实现相对固定。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的标牌钳,其中滑动底座与所述标牌钉进给柱的靠近施压装置的前端均开有槽口,以预留空间,方便使用过程中物体探入标牌钳并在其上固定标牌钉。
