本实施例提供的拍照方法通过添加透明度显示和箭头指引移动位置的方式,快速调整人物和景物的位置,从而快速达到用户理想的拍照效果。
参见图5,图5为本发明实施例提供的拍照方法中步骤S100的第三细化流程示意图,在第一细化流程示意图的基础上,所述步骤S120步骤之后还包括:
步骤S130A、判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有,则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物。
拍照装置在调整人物和景物的位置时,还要实时判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有,则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物,并且把相应人物移动到自定义模板中设定的位置。
本实施例提供的拍照方法,通过直接添加人物的方式,迅速将相应人员移动到拍照模板中设定的位置,快捷方便。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于前述的拍照方法。
基于前述的拍照方法,本发明实施例还提供了一种拍照装置,图6为本发明实施例提供的拍照装置的组成结构示意图,在一实施例中,所述装置包括:
调整模块20,配置为根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置;
比较模板30,配置为将调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板进行比较,如果所述调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板中的景物及人物的大小和位置重合,则提示用户进行拍照。
所述调整模块20在拍照前,设置预定义的拍照模板,拍照模板中设置有背景和人物轮廓,如果用户在旅游或聚会时,需要另外请人拍照时,被请的拍照方按照预定义的拍照模板,在当前取景界面中,适时调整要拍照 的景物及人物的大小和位置跟预定义的拍照模板的背景和人物轮廓的重合度。
所述比较模板30将调整景物及人物的大小和位置后的取景界面与用户预定义的拍照模板进行比较,如果调整景物及人物的大小和位置后的取景界面与预定义的拍照模板中的景物及人物的大小和位置完全重合,则提示用户按下快门拍照。
本实施例提供的拍照装置,拍照方只需要依据预定义的拍照模板,就可以指示拍照方拍出用户所需的理想照片,从而节省了拍照方和被拍方双方的宝贵时间,且达到了预期的拍摄效果。
参见图6,本实施例提供的拍照装置还包括:
制作模块10,配置为预先制作与当前背景和人物相匹配的拍照模板。
所述制作模块10在拍照前,预先制作与当前背景和人物相匹配的拍照模板,并存储在相应的数据库中,拍照方要给被拍照方拍照时,只要找到对应数据库中的相应拍照模板,就可以迅速拍摄出用户需要拍摄的相片,实时方便。
如图7所标,本实施例提供的拍照装置,所述调整模块20包括:
选择子模块21,配置为选择与当前背景和人物相对应的拍照模板;
识别子模块22,配置为识别所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓;
调整子模块26,配置为根据所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置。
所述调整模块20、具体是所述选择子模块21从相应的数据库中选择与当前背景和人物相对应的拍照模板,此拍照模板与当前要拍摄的背景和人物相匹配。
所述调整模块20、具体是所述识别子模块22从对应拍照模板中,可以采用人脸识别法或者抠图法识别出背景和人物轮廓,并用虚线对背景和人 物轮廓进行标识。
所述调整模块20、具体是所述调整子模块26根据识别到的对应的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,将当前取景预览中的景物及人物的大小和位置进行适时调整。
本实施例提供的拍照装置,通过识别拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,并通过在取景预览中适时调整的方式,快速获取用户需要取得的理想照片。
如图7所示,在本实施例提供的拍照的装置中,所述调整模块20还包括:
辅助子模块23,配置为将所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓添加透明度显示,并将背景和人物轮廓设置辅助线的形式显示在当前取景界面上;
提示子模块24,配置为设置箭头指引方式提示用户调整当前背景及人物需要移动的位置。
所述调整模块20、具体是辅助子模块23识别的所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓后,对背景和人物轮廓添加透明度显示,即对背景和人物轮廓以虚线等辅助线的形式显示在当前取景界面上。
所述调整模块20、具体是提示子模块24在调整当前背景及人物需要移动的位置时,采取箭头指引方式提示用户向所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓的方向移动,只要当前背景及人物移动到对应自定义模板的辅助的虚线框内,即移动成功。
本实施例提供的拍照装置通过添加透明度显示和箭头指引移动位置的方式,快速调整人物和景物的位置,从而快速达到用户理想中的拍照预期效果。
如图7所示,本实施例提供的拍照装置,所述调整模块20还包括:
判断子模块25,配置为判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有, 则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物。
所述调整模块20、具体是判断子模块25在调整人物和景物的位置时,还要实时判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有,则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物,并且把相应人物移动到自定义模板中设定的位置。
本实施例提供的拍照装置,通过直接添加人物的方式,迅速将相应人员移动到自定义模板中设定的位置,快捷方便。
在实际应用中,所述制作模块10、调整模块20及比较模板30均可由中央处理单元(CPU,Central Processing Unit)、或数字信号处理(DSP,Digital Signal Processor)、或微处理器(MPU,Micro Processor Unit)、或现场可编程门阵列(FPGA,Field Programmable Gate Array)等来实现;所述CPU、DSP、MPU、FPGA均可内置于包括有拍照装置的设备如手机、个人数字助理PAD、照相机等中。

工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的拍照方法、装置及计算机存储介质,根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置;将调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板进行比较,如果比较为所述调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板中的景物及人物的大小和位置重合,则提示用户进行拍照。利用本发明实施例只需要依据预定义的拍照模板,就可以指示拍照方拍出用户所需的理想照片,从而节省了拍照方和被拍方双方的拍照时间,且达到了预期的拍摄效果。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种拍照方法,所述方法包括:
    根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置;
    将调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板进行比较,如果比较为所述调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板中的景物及人物的大小和位置重合,则提示用户进行拍照。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    预先制作与当前背景和人物相匹配的所述拍照模板。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景预览时图像中的人物大小和位置,包括:
    选择与当前背景和人物相对应的拍照模板;
    识别所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓;
    根据所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在所述根据所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓添加透明度显示,并将背景和人物轮廓设置辅助线的形式显示在当前取景界面上;
    设置箭头指引方式提示用户调整当前背景及人物需要移动的位置。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在识别所述所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓之后,所述方法还包括:
    判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有,则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物。
  6. 一种拍照装置,所述装置包括:
    调整模块,配置为根据拍照模板中设置的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置;
    比较模板,配置为将调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板进行比较,如果比较为所述调整后的取景界面与所述拍照模板中的景物及人物的大小和位置重合,则提示用户进行拍照。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    制作模块,配置为预先制作与当前背景和人物相匹配的所述拍照模板。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其中,所述调整模块还包括:
    选择子模块,配置为选择与当前背景和人物相对应的拍照模板;
    识别子模块,配置为识别所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓;
    调整子模块,配置为根据所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓,调整当前取景界面中景物及人物的大小和位置。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述调整模块还包括:
    辅助子模块,配置为将所选择的拍照模板中的背景和人物轮廓添加透明度显示,并将背景和人物轮廓设置辅助线的形式显示在当前取景界面上;
    提示子模块,配置为设置箭头指引方式提示用户调整当前背景及人物需要移动的位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述调整模块还包括:
    判断子模块,配置为判断当前取景界面中是否有人物存在,如果有,则调整当前取景界面中人物的大小和位置;如果没有,则在当前取景界面中增加相应人物。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执 行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的方法。
