Abstract

Description

一种用于提供拍照图像的方法与设备
本申请以一中国专利申请作为优先权申请,该中国专利申请的申请日为2014年12月24日,申请号为201410822613.3,发明名称为“一种用于提供拍照图像的方法与设备”。
技术领域
本发明涉及移动设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种提供拍照图像的技术。
背景技术
随着手机照相功能的不断普及,用户经常直接在手机上对照片进行编辑。在现有技术中,若用户想在一张新拍照片上增添各种注释信息或标识信息等,则需要利用如手机图片编辑软件等将新拍照片导入,手动添加各类信息后合成编辑后的照片。
这种对拍照图像进行编辑的方法,首先需要用户在拍照后,手动操作手机图片编辑软件,以实现图像编辑,因此浪费了大量的时间成本以及操作成本,导致用户操作不便,用户体验不佳;其次,若该手机图片编辑软件无法支持对拍照图像的编辑,或是所提供的可编辑信息不符合用户的编辑需求,则无法实现对拍照图像的编辑,使得用户的图片编辑方式更加复杂,降低了用户体验;此外,这种方法也无法在拍照时实时预览编辑后的图像,因此无法实现所见即所得的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于提供拍照图像的方法与设备。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种提供拍照图像的方法,其中,该方法包括:
a获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像;
b根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览 图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;
c根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像;
d根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户。
根据本发明的另一方面,还提供了一种提供拍照图像的提供设备,其中,该设备包括:
用于获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像的装置;
用于根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置;
用于根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像的装置;
用于根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户的装置。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像,根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与其对应的附加信息,然后将所述初始预览图像与所述附加信息生成预览图像,最终生成拍照图像并提供给对应的用户;从而实现了拍照类设备或应用的一键化操作,改变了先照相后编辑的方式,减少了用户的操作步骤,提高了图像处理效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明能够根据所述初始预览图像,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域;进一步地,还可以对所述初始预览图像进行图像识别,根据所述图像识别的结果,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域;然后,确定与至少一个所述图像区域的图像特征信息相对应的一个或多个附加信息。从而,本发明可以更为精确地确定该初始预览图像的附加信息,提高了附加信息的准确度,减少了用户的操作步骤,提高了图像处理效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明能够获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,并根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所 述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;进一步地,还可以结合所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。从而,本发明可以使得所确定的附加信息更加符合用户的需求,还可以基于不同的目标用户提供不同的附加信息,减少了用户的操作步骤,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的场景信息,根据所述场景信息,确定关于所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。从而,本发明可以从场景信息角度确定所述附加信息,提高了附加信息的准确度,减少了用户的操作步骤,提高了图像处理效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以根据所述初始预览图像,确定所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置,根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息以及所述呈现位置,生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图像;从而使得所生成的预览图像能够布局合理、美观,减少了用户的操作步骤,提高了图像处理效率,改善了用户体验。
而且,本发明还可以获取拍照用户对所述预览图像的一个或多个调整操作,根据所述预览图像,结合所述调整操作,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或目标用户;从而允许用户实时编辑,使得所获得的拍照图像更符合用户需求,提高了图像处理效率,改善了用户体验。

图1示出根据本发明一个方面的一种提供拍照图像的提供设备示意图;其中,所述提供设备包括用于获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像的装置(以下简称“获取装置1”);用于根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置(以下简称“确定装置2”);用于根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像的装置(以下简称“生成装置3”);用于根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户的装置(以下简称“提供装置4”)。
在此,所述提供设备包括但不限于用户设备、或网络设备与用户设备通过网络相集成所构成的设备。其中,所述用户设备其包括但不限于任何一种可与用户通过键盘、触摸板、或声控设备进行人机交互、并能够进行拍照的电子产品,如相机、智能手机、个人数字助理(PDA)、平板电脑(PAD)等。所述网络设备包括但不限于计算机、网络主机、单个网络服务器、多个网络服务器集或多个服务器构成的云;在此,云由基于云计算(Cloud Computing)的大量计算机或网络服务器构成,其中,云计算是分布式计算的一种,由一群松散耦合的计算机集组成的一个虚拟超级计算机。所述网络包括但不限于互联网、广域网、城域网、局域网、VPN网络、无线自组织网络(Ad Hoc网络)等。本领域技术人员应能理解,其他的提供设备同样适用于本发明,也应包含在本发明保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
所述获取装置1获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像。
具体地,所述获取装置1直接进行拍照,或与所述提供设备的拍照相关装置相交互,以获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像。
在此,所述初始预览图像指的是当前镜头所圈定的、并展现在屏幕上的图像,由于此时用户尚未按下快门或其他拍照确定装置,因此,所述初始预览图像并非完全静态的图片,而仅用于拍照预览。
所述确定装置2根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,所述确定装置2对所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息进行提取,根据所述图像特征信息,确定与该初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
在此,所述附加信息包括但不限于文字附加信息(如添加在图片上的天气、日期、地点、心情、说明等文字信息等)、图片附加信息(如附加小图标、标识天气的图标、标识心情的图标等)、或其混合等。
其中,所述确定装置2的根据图像特征信息确定附加信息的确定方式包括但不限于基于将所述初始预览图像与其他现有图像(如存储在网络端或存储在用户端的已有图像)进行匹配,若色彩、构图、主题等一致,则采用其他图像的附加信息作为与该初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;或者,若所述初始预览图像的某个图像特征与某个附加信息相匹配,则确定与该图像特征相对应的附加信息,例如蓝天白云则可添加天气信息,识别出某个建筑物则显示该建筑物的名称等;或者,根据预设模式,确定附加信息。
在此,所述具体的附加信息可基于附加信息模板库进行获取:例如,所述附加信息模板库可以是用户在提供设备端自行设定附加信息模板库,也可以通过与服务器交互以获取的附加信息模板库,所述附加信息模板库中可直接存储一个或多个附加信息模板,也可以存储附加信息的资源以及调用资源的方式(如在图片库中存储一个或多个图片以作为附加信息图片,并在另一调用数据库中存储该图片所对应的附加信息类型(如天气示意图)以及调用该图片的调用路径);或者,所述附加信息 也可以仅与其他应用程序或通过获取移动设备的相应信息的方式来获得,例如,直接获取当前时间、与天气软件相交互以获取天气信息、与地图软件相交互以获取当前位置等。
优选地,所述确定装置2根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的场景信息;根据所述场景信息,确定关于所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,所述确定装置2通过对所述图像特征信息进行分析,基于所述图像特征信息的色彩、构图、主题等,确定所述初始预览图像所对应的场景信息;其中,所述场景信息例如自拍场景、夜景、舞台场景、宠物娱乐场景等。
然后,所述确定装置2根据所述场景信息,将与所述场景信息相符合的附加信息作为所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。例如,若在自拍场景下可将用户心情作为附加信息,舞台场景下可将时间、地点等作为附加信息等。
优选地,所述提供设备还包括用于获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息的装置(以下简称“信息获取装置”,未示出);所述确定装置2根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,所述信息获取装置通过与当前的提供设备或能够提供所述实时相关信息和/或所述用户相关信息的服务设备或其他第三方设备相交互,以获取所述实时相关信息和/或所述用户相关信息。
其中,所述实时相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照位置;
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照时间;
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照天气。
所述用户相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
-所述用户的历史操作信息;
-所述用户的当前心情信息;
-所述用户的设置或偏好信息等。
例如,所述信息获取装置通过获取当前提供设备的GPS定位,以确定所述预览图像的实时拍照位置;所述信息获取装置通过与服务器相交互,以获取当前用户的偏好信息等。
然后,所述确定装置2根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,将所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息直接作为所述附加信息;或者,利用所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息对基于所述图像特征信息所确定的多个候选附加信息进行筛选,以确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
例如,若所述信息获取装置获取了实时拍照天气,则将天气信息作为一项附加信息;若所述信息获取装置获取了用户的历史操作信息,则根据历史操作信息,选择用户经常采用的附加信息类型(如位置信息+时间信息),再根据当前的位置与时间确定具体的附加信息;若所述信息获取装置获取了用户的偏好信息,则基于所述偏好信息确定附加信息,如用户偏好图片,则确定所述附加信息为图片附加信息,反之,若用户偏好文字,则确定所述附加信息为文字附加信息。
更优选地,当获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的用户相关信息时,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信息和/或目标用户相关信息,所述提供设备还包括用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户的装置(以下简称“用户确定装置”,未示出)。
具体地,所述用户相关信息的用户包括拍照用户以及该拍照图像将要发送或呈现给的目标用户,例如,用户A拍摄照片发送给用户B,则用户A为拍照用户,用户B为目标用户。在此,所述目标用户包括单个用户或多个用户。因此,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信息和/或目标用户相关信息。
所述用户确定装置通过根据所述初始预览图像所对应的当前应用、拍摄的时间、拍摄的地点、当前用户的设置信息等信息,确定所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户。
例如,当前运行的应用是微博,然后当前用户开启了拍照模式,则该初始预览图像所对应的拍照用户即为当前用户,目标用户即为微博用户,进一步地,为该当前用户的微博好友等。或者,例如,当前用户在工作地点开启了拍照模式,则该初始预览图像所对应的拍照用户即为当前用户,目标用户为该用户的同事等。
从而,根据所述拍照用户的用户相关信息以及目标用户的用户相关信息来确定附加信息;例如,若拍照用户喜欢附加信息a,而目标用户喜欢附加信息b,则发给拍照用户的则是添加附加信息a的照片,发给目标用户的则是添加附加信息b的照片。
更优选地,所述确定装置2根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,以及所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,所述确定装置2可以根据所述拍照用户以及目标用户关系来确定附加信息;其中,所述关系包括但不限于亲属、好友、网友、亲密度、联系频繁程度等。例如,对于拍照用户来说,若同一个照片要发给亲人,则可在上面附加地点信息,而发给网友,则可在上面附加心情信息。
其中,所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系可基于用户设定、社交网络分析、用户操作历史统计等方式进行确定。
所述生成装置3根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像。
具体地,所述生成装置3根据所述初始预览图像以及所确定的附加信息,加所述附加信息直接添加在所述初始预览图像上,从而生成包含所述附加信息的预览图像。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所生成的预览图像仍然处于未拍照确认的状态下,并非是最终的拍照图像。
优选地,所述生成装置3根据所述初始预览图像,确定所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置;根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息以及所述呈现位置,生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图 像。
具体地,所述生成装置3根据所述初始预览图像,对所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置进行确定,例如,基于预定的位置确定设置、选择画面的空白处、色调变化较小的某个范围处、在与附加信息的内容相匹配的内容附近等。

图3示出根据本发明另一个方面的一种提供拍照图像的方法流程图;其中,在步骤S1中,所述提供设备获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像;在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;在步骤S3中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像;在步骤S4中,所述提供设备根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户。
在步骤S1中,所述提供设备获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像。
具体地,在步骤S1中,所述提供设备直接进行拍照,或与所述提供设备的拍照相关装置相交互,以获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像。
在此,所述初始预览图像指的是当前镜头所圈定的、并展现在屏幕上的图像,由于此时用户尚未按下快门或其他拍照确定装置,因此,所述初始预览图像并非完全静态的图片,而仅用于拍照预览。
在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备对所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息进行提取,根据所述图像特征信息,确定与该初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
在此,所述附加信息包括但不限于文字附加信息(如添加在图片上的天气、日期、地点、心情、说明等文字信息等)、图片附加信息(如附加小图标、标识天气的图标、标识心情的图标等)、或其混合等。
其中,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备的根据图像特征信息确定附加信息的确定方式包括但不限于基于将所述初始预览图像与其他现有图像(如存储在网络端或存储在用户端的已有图像)进行匹配,若色彩、构图、主题等一致,则采用其他图像的附加信息作为与该初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;或者,若所述初始预览图像的某个图像特征与某个附加信息相匹配,则确定与该图像特征相对应的附加信息, 例如蓝天白云则可添加天气信息,识别出某个建筑物则显示该建筑物的名称等;或者,根据预设模式,确定附加信息。
在此,所述具体的附加信息可基于附加信息模板库进行获取:例如,所述附加信息模板库可以是用户在提供设备端自行设定附加信息模板库,也可以通过与服务器交互以获取的附加信息模板库,所述附加信息模板库中可直接存储一个或多个附加信息模板,也可以存储附加信息的资源以及调用资源的方式(如在图片库中存储一个或多个图片以作为附加信息图片,并在另一调用数据库中存储该图片所对应的附加信息类型(如天气示意图)以及调用该图片的调用路径);或者,所述附加信息也可以仅与其他应用程序或通过获取移动设备的相应信息的方式来获得,例如,直接获取当前时间、与天气软件相交互以获取天气信息、与地图软件相交互以获取当前位置等。
优选地,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的场景信息;根据所述场景信息,确定关于所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备通过对所述图像特征信息进行分析,基于所述图像特征信息的色彩、构图、主题等,确定所述初始预览图像所对应的场景信息;其中,所述场景信息例如自拍场景、夜景、舞台场景、宠物娱乐场景等。
然后,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述场景信息,将与所述场景信息相符合的附加信息作为所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。例如,若在自拍场景下可将用户心情作为附加信息,舞台场景下可将时间、地点等作为附加信息等。
优选地,所述方法还包括步骤S5(未示出),其中,在步骤S5中,所述提供设备获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息;在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,在步骤S5中,所述提供设备通过与当前的提供设备或能 够提供所述实时相关信息和/或所述用户相关信息的服务设备或其他第三方设备相交互,以获取所述实时相关信息和/或所述用户相关信息。
其中,所述实时相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照位置;
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照时间;
-所述预览图像所对应的实时拍照天气。
所述用户相关信息包括以下至少任一项:
-所述用户的历史操作信息;
-所述用户的当前心情信息;
-所述用户的设置或偏好信息等。
例如,在步骤S5中,所述提供设备通过获取当前提供设备的GPS定位,以确定所述预览图像的实时拍照位置;在步骤S5中,所述提供设备通过与服务器相交互,以获取当前用户的偏好信息等。
然后,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,将所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息直接作为所述附加信息;或者,利用所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息对基于所述图像特征信息所确定的多个候选附加信息进行筛选,以确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
例如,若在步骤S5中,所述提供设备获取了实时拍照天气,则将天气信息作为一项附加信息;若在步骤S5中,所述提供设备获取了用户的历史操作信息,则根据历史操作信息,选择用户经常采用的附加信息类型(如位置信息+时间信息),再根据当前的位置与时间确定具体的附加信息;若在步骤S5中,所述提供设备获取了用户的偏好信息,则基于所述偏好信息确定附加信息,如用户偏好图片,则确定所述附加信息为图片附加信息,反之,若用户偏好文字,则确定所述附加信息为文字附加信息。
更优选地,当获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的用户相关信息时,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信 息和/或目标用户相关信息,所述方法还包括步骤S6(未示出),其中,在步骤S6中,所述提供设备确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户。
具体地,所述用户相关信息的用户包括拍照用户以及该拍照图像将要发送或呈现给的目标用户,例如,用户A拍摄照片发送给用户B,则用户A为拍照用户,用户B为目标用户。在此,所述目标用户包括单个用户或多个用户。因此,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信息和/或目标用户相关信息。
在步骤S6中,所述提供设备通过根据所述初始预览图像所对应的当前应用、拍摄的时间、拍摄的地点、当前用户的设置信息等信息,确定所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户。
例如,当前运行的应用是微博,然后当前用户开启了拍照模式,则该初始预览图像所对应的拍照用户即为当前用户,目标用户即为微博用户,进一步地,为该当前用户的微博好友等。或者,例如,当前用户在工作地点开启了拍照模式,则该初始预览图像所对应的拍照用户即为当前用户,目标用户为该用户的同事等。
从而,根据所述拍照用户的用户相关信息以及目标用户的用户相关信息来确定附加信息;例如,若拍照用户喜欢附加信息a,而目标用户喜欢附加信息b,则发给拍照用户的则是添加附加信息a的照片,发给目标用户的则是添加附加信息b的照片。
更优选地,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,以及所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,在步骤S2中,所述提供设备可以根据所述拍照用户以及目标用户关系来确定附加信息;其中,所述关系包括但不限于亲属、好友、网友、亲密度、联系频繁程度等。例如,对于拍照用户来说,若同一个照片要发给亲人,则可在上面附加地点信息,而发给网友,则可在上面附加心情信息。
其中,所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系可基于用户设定、社交网络分析、用户操作历史统计等方式进行确定。
在步骤S3中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像。
具体地,在步骤S3中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像以及所确定的附加信息,加所述附加信息直接添加在所述初始预览图像上,从而生成包含所述附加信息的预览图像。在此,本领域技术人员应能理解,所生成的预览图像仍然处于未拍照确认的状态下,并非是最终的拍照图像。
优选地,在步骤S3中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,确定所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置;根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息以及所述呈现位置,生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图像。
具体地,在步骤S3中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,对所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置进行确定,例如,基于预定的位置确定设置、选择画面的空白处、色调变化较小的某个范围处、在与附加信息的内容相匹配的内容附近等。
然后,在步骤S3中,所述提供设备将所述附加信息放置在所对应的所述呈现位置上,从而生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图像。
例如,若所述附加信息为时间信息或位置信息,则将所述初始预览图像的空白处作为呈现位置;若所述附加信息为所述初始预览图像上的某个建筑物的名称,则将所述初始预览图像上的该建筑附近作为所述呈现位置。
在步骤S4中,所述提供设备根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户。
具体地,当拍照用户通过按下拍照按键或确定按键,确定所述预览图像后,所述预览图像转变为静态的拍照图像;在步骤S4中,所述提供设备将所确定的拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或将所述拍照图像发送给所述目标用户。
优选地,所述方法还包括步骤S7(未示出),其中,在步骤S7中,所述提供设备获取拍照用户对所述预览图像的一个或多个调整操作;在步骤S4中,所述提供设备根据所述预览图像,结合所述调整操作,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或目标用户。
具体地,当所述预览图像确定后,所述拍照用户可以对所述预览图像进行调整,如调整所述附加信息的位置、添加或删除附加信息、修改附加信息的文字内容、修改所述附加信息的展现形式(如调整字体、增删与文字信息相对应的图片、修改图标等);在步骤S7中,所述提供设备则获取所述调整操作。
然后,在步骤S4中,所述提供设备根据所述调整操作,对所述预览图像进行调整,并在所述拍照用户确定所述拍照图像后,将所述拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或将所述拍照图像发送给所述目标用户。
图4示出根据本发明一个优选实施例的一种提供拍照图像的方法流程图;其中,在步骤S1’中,所述提供设备获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像;在步骤S21’中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域;在步骤S22’中,所述提供设备确定与至少一个所述图像区域的图像特征信息相对应的一个或多个附加信息;在步骤S3’中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像;在步骤S4’中,所述提供设备根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户。
在步骤S21’中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域。
具体地,在步骤S21’中,所述提供设备可以基于默认的划分方式,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域;例如,将屏幕从左至右从上之下划分为N个区域,也可以按照其他划分方式,如斜向划分、环状划分等将该初始预览图像进行划分。
或者,优选地,在步骤S21’中,所述提供设备根据所述初始预览图像,对所述初始预览图像进行图像识别,如按照人脸识别、色彩识别、 轮廓识别等识别出各个区域;然后,根据所述图像识别的结果,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个规则或不规则的图像区域。
在步骤S22’中,所述提供设备确定与至少一个所述图像区域的图像特征信息相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
具体地,在步骤S22’中,所述提供设备根据所述图像区域的图像特征信息,对所述附加信息进行确定;在此,所述附加信息可以基于单个图像区域的图像特征信息所确定,所确定的附加信息也可以呈现在该区域上;所述附加信息也可以基于多个图像区域的图像特征信息、或多个图像区域的结合的图像特征信息的组合进行确定,所确定的附加信息可以呈现在所述图像特征信息附近。
需要注意的是,本发明可在软件和/或软件与硬件的组合体中被实施,例如,可采用专用集成电路(ASIC)、通用目的计算机或任何其他类似硬件设备来实现。在一个实施例中,本发明的软件程序可以通过处理器执行以实现上文所述步骤或功能。同样地,本发明的软件程序(包括相关的数据结构)可以被存储到计算机可读记录介质中,例如,RAM存储器,磁或光驱动器或软磁盘及类似设备。另外,本发明的一些步骤或功能可采用硬件来实现,例如,作为与处理器配合从而执行各个步骤或功能的电路。
另外,本发明的一部分可被应用为计算机程序产品,例如计算机程序指令,当其被计算机执行时,通过该计算机的操作,可以调用或提供根据本发明的方法和/或技术方案。而调用本发明的方法的程序指令,可能被存储在固定的或可移动的记录介质中,和/或通过广播或其他信号承载媒体中的数据流而被传输,和/或被存储在根据所述程序指令运行的计算机设备的工作存储器中。在此,根据本发明的一个实施例包括一个装置,该装置包括用于存储计算机程序指令的存储器和用于执行程序指令的处理器,其中,当该计算机程序指令被该处理器执行时,触发该装置运行基于前述根据本发明的多个实施例的方法和/或技术方案。
对于本领域技术人员而言,显然本发明不限于上述示范性实施例 的细节,而且在不背离本发明的精神或基本特征的情况下,能够以其他的具体形式实现本发明。因此,无论从哪一点来看,均应将实施例看作是示范性的,而且是非限制性的,本发明的范围由所附权利要求而不是上述说明限定,因此旨在将落在权利要求的等同要件的含义和范围内的所有变化涵括在本发明内。不应将权利要求中的任何附图标记视为限制所涉及的权利要求。此外,显然“包括”一词不排除其他单元或步骤,单数不排除复数。装置权利要求中陈述的多个单元或装置也可以由一个单元或装置通过软件或者硬件来实现。第一,第二等词语用来表示名称,而并不表示任何特定的顺序。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种提供拍照图像的方法,其中,该方法包括:
    a获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像;
    b根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息;
    c根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像;
    d根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给拍照用户和/或目标用户。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:
    b1根据所述初始预览图像,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域;
    -确定与至少一个所述图像区域的图像特征信息相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述步骤b1包括:
    -根据所述初始预览图像,对所述初始预览图像进行图像识别;
    -根据所述图像识别的结果,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息;
    其中,所述步骤b包括:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,当获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的用户相关信息时,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信息和/或目标用户相关信息,该方法还包括:
    -确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,以及所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述步骤b包括:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的场景信息;
    -根据所述场景信息,确定关于所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述步骤c包括:
    -根据所述初始预览图像,确定所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置;
    -根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息以及所述呈现位置,生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图像。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    -获取拍照用户对所述预览图像的一个或多个调整操作;
    其中,所述步骤d包括:
    -根据所述预览图像,结合所述调整操作,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或目标用户。
  10. 一种提供拍照图像的提供设备,其中,该设备包括:
    用于获取拍照预览状态中的初始预览图像的装置;
    用于根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置;
    用于根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息,生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像的装置;
    用于根据所述预览图像,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供 给拍照用户和/或目标用户的装置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的提供设备,其中,用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置包括:
    用于根据所述初始预览图像,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域的单元;
    用于确定与至少一个所述图像区域的图像特征信息相对应的一个或多个附加信息的单元。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的提供设备,其中,用于将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域的单元用于:
    -根据所述初始预览图像,对所述初始预览图像进行图像识别;
    -根据所述图像识别的结果,将所述初始预览图像划分为一个或多个图像区域。
  13. 根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的提供设备,其中,该设备还包括:
    用于获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息的装置;
    其中,用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的提供设备,其中,当获取与所述初始预览图像相对应的用户相关信息时,所述用户相关信息包括与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户相关信息和/或目标用户相关信息,该设备还包括:
    用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的拍照用户和/或目标用户的装置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的提供设备,其中,用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,结合所述实时相关信息和/或用户相关信息,以及所述目标用户与所述拍照用户的关系,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  16. 根据权利要求10至15中任一项所述的提供设备,其中,用于确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息的装置用于:
    -根据所述初始预览图像的图像特征信息,确定与所述初始预览图像相对应的场景信息;
    -根据所述场景信息,确定关于所述初始预览图像相对应的一个或多个附加信息。
  17. 根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的提供设备,其中,用于生成与所述初始预览图像相对应的预览图像的装置用于:
    -根据所述初始预览图像,确定所述附加信息在所述初始预览图像中的呈现位置;
    -根据所述初始预览图像,结合所述附加信息以及所述呈现位置,生成与所述预览图像相对应的预览图像。
  18. 根据权利要求10至17任一项所述的提供设备,其中,该设备还包括:
    用于获取拍照用户对所述预览图像的一个或多个调整操作的装置;
    其中,用于提供拍照图像的装置用于:
    -根据所述预览图像,结合所述调整操作,将与所述预览图像相对应的拍照图像提供给所述拍照用户和/或目标用户。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质包括计算机指令,当所述计算机指令被执行时,如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  20. 一种计算机程序产品,当所述计算机程序产品被执行时,如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法被执行。
  21. 一种计算机设备,所述计算机设备包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机指令,所述处理器被配置来通过执行所述计算机指令以执行如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的方法。
