Abstract

本发明公开了一种信息获取方法、信息查询方法、终端和服务器,属于互联网技术领域。所述信息获取方法包括:获取信息获取终端的地理位置;发送包含地理位置的信息获取请求至服务器;接收服务器返回的目标多媒体信息,目标多媒体信息为服务器在接收到信息获取请求之后,在数据库中查询并返回的、目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,目标地理位置与地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值;解决了终端可能不能获取到需要的信息的问题。达到了信息获取终端可以获取到一定范围内的所有信息分享终端分享的多媒体信息,而不用考虑信息获取终端与信息分享终端是否是好友关系的效果。

Description

信息获取方法、信息查询方法、终端和服务器
本申请要求于2014年2月28日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410072488.9、发明名称为“信息获取方法、信息分享方法、装置和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及涉及互联网技术领域,特别涉及一种信息获取方法、信息查询方法、终端和服务器。
背景技术
当用户身处陌生的地方时,为了了解当地文化,用户经常需要获取这个地方的人文、美食或者旅游景点等信息。
目前,用户可以通过使用终端中安装的社交应用与好友进行语音通信的方式来获取需要的信息,其具体获取方法可以包括:第一终端接收用户在社交应用的好友列表中选择的、居住在当地的好友,录制一段用于向好友询问的语音信息;发送询问信息至服务器,该询问信息包括好友使用的第二终端的终端标识以及已经录制的语音信息,询问信息用于请求服务器将语音信息发送至终端标识所指示的终端;服务器接收到询问信息之后,根据该终端标识,将语音信息推送至好友使用的第二终端。此后,当好友查看第二终端接收到的语音信息之后,就可以回复用户的问题,进而使得用户能够获取到需要的信息。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现背景技术至少存在如下问题:
当社交应用的好友列表中不存在居住在本地的好友时,用户不能在好友列表中选择居住在本地的好友,则服务器将不能发送语音信息至好友使用的第二终端,用户也就无法等到回复,所以上述方案存在不能获取到需要的信息的问题。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中可能不能获取到需要的信息的问题,本发明实施例提 供了一种信息获取方法、信息查询方法、终端和服务器。所述技术方案如下:
第一方面,提供了一种信息获取方法,用于信息获取终端中,所述方法包括:
获取所述信息获取终端的地理位置;
发送信息获取请求至服务器,所述信息获取请求包含所述地理位置;
接收所述服务器返回的目标多媒体信息,所述目标多媒体信息为所述服务器在数据库中查询并返回的、目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,所述目标地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所述数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。
在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述方法还包括:
接收所述服务器返回的信息分享终端标识,所述信息分享终端标识用于指示分享所述目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端。

发送分享请求至服务器,所述分享请求包括所述多媒体信息以及所述地理位置,所述分享请求用于请求所述服务器将所述多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端,所述信息获取终端的地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值。

请参考图1,其示出了本发明各个实施例提供的信息获取方法所涉及的一种实施环境的结构示意图。该实施环境包括信息分享终端110、信息获取终端120和服务器130;
信息分享终端110可以是诸如手机、平板电脑或者电子阅读器之类的支持LBS(Location Based Service,基于位置的服务)功能的终端,信息分享终端110可以通过有线或者无线网络与服务器130连接,进而实现将获取到的多媒体信息以及该多媒体信息所对应的地理位置发送至服务器,由服务器根据该多媒体信息所对应的地理位置,分享该多媒体信息至信息获取终端120。在实际实现时,信息分享终端110可以有两个或者两个以上。
信息获取终端120可以是诸如手机、平板电脑或者电子阅读器之类的支持LBS功能的终端,信息获取终端120可以通过有线或者无线网络与服务器130连接,进而根据自身的地理位置,获取服务器中存储的信息分享终端110分享的各个多媒体信息中,与自身的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息。
服务器130可以通过有线或者无线网络与信息分享终端110和信息获取终端120连接,从而将信息分享终端110分享的多媒体信息中,与信息获取终端120的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端120。
请参考图2,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的信息获取方法的方法流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1所示的信息获取终端120中来举例说明,该信息获取方法可以包括:

步骤501,信息分享终端获取信息分享终端的地理位置;
当用户A需要分享多媒体信息至其它用户时,用户A可以打开信息分享终端中的预定应用程序,之后信息分享终端可以通过预定应用程序中的定位功能来获取自身的地理位置。具体的,信息分享终端可以通过PPD(potentiometer positioning device)定位、GPS(Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)卫星定位、蓝牙定位、WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)网络定位以及GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务技术)/CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)移动通讯定位技术中的任一种定位技术来获取自身的地理位置,本实施例对此并不做限定。
该地理位置可以经纬度坐标的形式表示,比如,用户A使用的信息分享终端获取到的自身的地理位置为经度X和纬度Y。
其中,该多媒体信息可以包括语音信息、视频信息、图片信息、文本信息等,本实施例对此不做限定。
步骤502,信息分享终端获取待分享的多媒体信息;
信息分享终端可以获取待分享的多媒体信息。其中,待分享的多媒体信息可以是信息分享终端中预先存储的信息,也可以是信息分享终端即时录制的多 媒体信息。
比如,用户A想要跟大家分享周边的美食信息,则用户A可以在信息分享终端中录制内容为‘附近1000m有XX韩国料理、XX火锅和XX菜馆三家美食餐厅,味道超赞的哦’的语音信息,在信息分享终端录制到语音信息之后,信息分享终端可以将录制的语音信息作为待分享的多媒体信息。
步骤503,信息分享终端发送分享请求至服务器;
信息分享终端可以发送分享多媒体信息的分享请求至服务器。其中,分享请求包括多媒体信息以及该信息分享终端的地理位置,分享请求用于请求服务器将多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端,信息获取终端的地理位置与信息分享终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值。
比如,在信息分享终端录制语音信息之后,信息分享终端可以发送内容为“经度X纬度Y的位置附近1000m有XX韩国料理、XX火锅和XX菜馆三家美食餐厅,味道超赞的哦”的分享请求,信息分享终端发送分享请求的显示界面请参考图5B。
步骤504,服务器接收信息分享终端发送的分享请求;
服务器可以相应的接收信息分享终端发送的分享请求。其中,分享请求用于请求服务器将多媒体信息分享至其它终端。
需要说明的是,在服务器接收到分享请求之后,可以存储分享请求中的多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置至数据库。并且在实际实现时,由于信息分享终端可以有多个,并且同一个信息分享终端可以在不同的地理位置,发送多个分享请求至服务器,所以数据库中可以包括信息分享终端分享的多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置,本实施例在此不再赘述。
比如,服务器的数据库中存储有用户A、用户C、用户D、用户E、用户F以及用户G分享的多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。
步骤505,信息获取终端获取信息获取终端的地理位置;
用户B从A城市到B城市出差,由于对B城市并不了解,所以当他想要了解当前所在地的相关信息时,用户B可以打开信息获取终端中的预定应用程序,之后,信息获取终端可以通过预定应用程序中的定位功能来获取自身的地理位置。
其中,信息获取终端获取自身地理位置的获取方式与步骤501中信息分享终端获取自身地理位置的获取方式类似,详细技术细节请参考步骤501,本实 施例在此不再赘述。
步骤506,信息获取终端发送信息获取请求至服务器,该信息获取请求包含信息获取终端的地理位置;
在信息获取终端获取到自身的地理位置之后,信息获取终端可以发送包含地理位置的信息获取请求至服务器。
步骤507,服务器接收信息获取终端发送的信息获取请求;
相应的,服务器可以接收信息获取终端发送的包含信息获取终端的地理位置的信息获取请求。
步骤508,服务器在数据库中查询与地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息;
在服务器接收到信息获取请求之后,服务器可以在数据库中查询与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置,查询该目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息。其中,数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。
具体的,对于数据库中存储的各个多媒体信息,服务器可以计算每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离,将与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的地理位置作为目标地理位置,选择目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,将选择得到的多媒体信息作为目标多媒体信息。
比如,服务器计算得到用户A、用户D、用户F和用户G分享的语音信息所对应的地理位置与用户B使用的信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,则服务器可以将用户A、用户D、用户F和用户G分享的语音信息作为目标多媒体信息。
步骤509,服务器返回查询到的目标多媒体信息至信息获取终端。
服务器查询到目标多媒体信息后,服务器返回查询到的多媒体信息至信息获取终端。
步骤510,信息获取终端接收服务器返回的目标多媒体信息。
其中,目标多媒体信息为服务器在接收到信息获取请求之后,在数据库中查询并返回的、目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,该目标多媒体信息由信息分享终端分享,且该目标地理位置与该信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值。
在信息获取终端接收到目标多媒体信息之后,信息获取终端可以对历史接收到的所有目标多媒体信息进行管理,比如,对接收到的目标多媒体信息进行加密、将接收到的目标多媒体信息添加至收藏夹、查看已经接收的目标多媒体信息或者删除已经查看的目标多媒体信息等等,本实施例在此不再赘述。
以信息获取终端对历史接收的目标多媒体信息进行管理为例,请参考图5C,其示出了信息获取终端删除历史获取的目标多媒体信息的界面。
本实施例以信息获取终端获取其他终端分享的多媒体信息为例进行说明,实际上,该信息获取终端获取到目标多媒体信息之后,也可以分享多媒体信息。例如,信息获取终端接收到目标多媒体信息之后,还可以获取待分享的多媒体信息,发送分享请求至服务器,分享请求包括多媒体信息和信息获取终端的地理位置,以请求服务器将该多媒体信息分享至其他终端,该分享过程与上述步骤501-504类似,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本实施例提供的信息获取方法,信息分享终端发送信息分享请求至服务器,信息分享请求包含多媒体信息以及信息分享终端的地理位置,使得服务器在接收到分享请求之后可以保存多媒体信息以及对应的地理位置至数据库;当信息获取终端需要获取信息时,信息获取终端发送信息获取请求至服务器,信息获取请求包含信息获取终端的地理位置,使得服务器可以确定与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置,返回目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息,相应的,信息获取终端可以接收服务器返回的目标多媒体信息;解决了终端可能不能获取到需要的信息的问题。达到了信息获取终端可以获取到一定范围内的所有信息分享终端分享的多媒体信息,而不用考虑信息获取终端与信息分享终端是否是好友关系的效果。
需要说明的是,由于信息分享终端可以通过私人频道分享多媒体信息至指定好友,也可以通过公共频道分享多媒体信息至陌生用户,所以下面将在不同实施例中分别对上述两种情况进行详细描述。
请参考图6,其示出了本发明另一实施例提供的信息获取方法的方法流程图,本实施例以该信息获取方法用于图1所示的实施环境中来举例说明,并且本实施例以信息分享终端通过私人频道分享多媒体信息为例,该信息获取方法可以包括:
步骤601,信息分享终端获取信息分享终端的地理位置;
步骤602,信息分享终端获取待分享的多媒体信息;
步骤603,信息分享终端发送私人分享分享请求至服务器;
当用户A想要将获取到的多媒体信息分享给自己的好友时,用户A可以在预定应用程序的好友列表中选择接收多媒体信息的好友,在信息分享终端接收到用户选择的好友之后,信息分享终端可以发送私人分享请求至服务器。其中,私人分享请求在包括多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置的同时,还包括用户选择的好友终端的信息获取终端标识,并且私人分享请求用于请求服务器通过私人频道,将多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端标识所指示的信息获取终端。另外,当用户A想要将多媒体信息分享给多个好友时,可以在该好友列表中选择多个接收多媒体信息的好友,则信息分享终端发送的私人分享请求可以包括用户选择的多个好友终端的信息获取终端标识。
其中,预定应用程序的好友列表中的好友可以是用户直接在预定应用程序中创建并添加的好友,也可以是用户通过其它应用程序导入的好友,本实施例对此并不做限定。
步骤604,服务器接收信息分享终端发送的私人分享请求;
服务器可以相应的接收信息分享终端发送的私人分享请求,并在接收到私人分享请求之后,存储私人分享请求中的多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置至数据库。
在实际实现时,服务器在接收到多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之后,可以通过生成信息接收表和信息表的方式,存储多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置和信息获取终端标识。其中,信息接收表包括信息ID以及用于接收多媒体信息的接收终端的信息获取终端标识;信息表中包括信息ID、对多媒体信息识别之后得到的信息文本、多媒体信息所对应的地理位置以及多媒体信息的发送渠道(私人频道或者公共频道)。其中,信息ID是服务器通过时间戳生成的、用于标识信息身份的标识。信息文本是指多媒体信息包含的文本,如对图片信息进行图像识别得到的文本、对语音信息进行语音识别得到的文本等,本实施例对此不做限定。
步骤605,信息获取终端获取信息获取终端的地理位置;
用户B可以打开信息获取终端中的预定应用程序,之后,信息获取终端可以通过预定应用程序中的定位功能来获取自身的地理位置。
其中,信息获取终端获取自身地理位置的获取方式与步骤601中信息分享终端获取自身地理位置的获取方式类似,详细技术细节请参考步骤601,本实施例在此不再赘述。
步骤606,信息获取终端发送信息获取请求至服务器,信息获取请求包含信息获取终端的地理位置;

由于在信息分享终端通过私人频道分享多媒体信息时,分享的多媒体信息允许信息获取终端标识所指示的终端接收,所以服务器在查询目标多媒体信息时,可以在数据库的私人频道所对应的多媒体信息中,选择接收终端包括信息获取终端且地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息。
具体的,服务器可以在数据库存储的各个多媒体信息中,选择接收终端的信息获取终端标识与信息获取终端的终端标识相同的多媒体信息,或者选择多个接收终端的终端标识包括信息获取终端的终端标识的多媒体信息,然后再计算选择得到的各个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离,进而选择计算得到的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,将选择得到的多媒体信息作为目标多媒体信息。
在实际实现时,服务器可以在数据库的信息接收表中查找接收终端的信息获取终端标识与信息获取终端的终端标识相同的多媒体信息,或者查找多个接收终端的信息获取终端标识包括信息获取终端的终端标识的多媒体信息,然后根据信息接收表中的信息ID,在信息表中查询该多媒体信息的地理位置,从而进一步计算多媒体信息的地理位置与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离,并选择计算得到的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,将选择得到的多媒体信息作为目标多媒体信息,本实施例在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,由于信息获取终端在接收到服务器返回的某一多媒体信息之后,即可读取多媒体信息。为了降低服务器的处理复杂度,服务器之后在查询目标多媒体信息时,可以只在信息获取终端未读取的多媒体信息中查询,所以为了标识多媒体信息的读取状态,信息接收表中还可以包括多媒体信息的读 取状态。
比如,在服务器生成信息接收表时,可以在信息接收表中将多媒体信息的状态设置为未读状态,而当服务器将该多媒体信息返回至信息获取终端之后,服务器可以将信息接收表中多媒体信息的状态修改为已读状态,本实施例在此不再赘述。
同时为了记录多媒体信息被读取的次数,服务器还可以在信息表中存储多媒体信息的读取次数,本实施例对此不做限定。此外,为了记录多媒体信息的接收时间以及多媒体信息被信息获取终端的读取时间,服务器还可以在信息接收表或者信息表中存储接收时间和读取时间,本实施例对此不做限定。当然,在实际实现时,还可以根据不同的使用需求在信息接收表或者信息表中设置其他内容,本实施例对此并不做限定。
步骤609,服务器返回查询到的目标多媒体信息至信息获取终端。

在本实施例的一个应用场景中,用户A是当地居民,用户B是用户A的好友,并且用户B是居住在其它城市的用户,当用户A得知用户B正在他家附近出差时,为了告知用户B附近的美食,用户A可以通过终端获取当前的地理位置,录制关于附近美食信息的语音信息,发送包含地理位置、语音信息以及用户B的终端的信息获取终端标识的私人分享请求至服务器,当用户B的终端发送包含地理位置的信息获取请求至服务器时,服务器可以计算用户B的终端的地理位置与语音信息所对应的地理位置之间的距离是否小于预定阈值,进而在检测结果为小于预定阈值时,返回语音信息至用户B的终端,这样用户B就可以通过终端接到的语音信息获取附近的美食信息。
在本实施例的另一个应用场景中,用户A是来当地旅游的外地游客,用户B是用户A的好友且用户B是当地的居民,当用户A达到当地时,为了获知当地的相关信息,用户A可以使用终端获取当前的地理位置,录制内容为‘这附近有什么好吃的餐厅么’的语音信息,并发送包含地理位置、语音信息以及用户B使用的终端的信息获取终端标识的私人分享请求至服务器,这样当用户B开启终端中的预定应用程序,并发送包含终端当前地理位置的信息获取请求至服务器之后,服务器计算用户A分享的语音信息所对应的地理位置与用户B 的终端的地理位置之间的距离,检测计算得到的距离是否小于预定阈值,进而在检测结果为小于预定阈值时返回语音信息至用户B使用的终端。
本实施例以信息分享终端将多媒体信息分享给其他终端为例进行说明,实际上,该信息分享终端还可以获取其他终端分享的多媒体信息。例如,信息分享终端在发送分享请求至服务器的同时,还可以发送信息获取请求至服务器,则服务器不仅会将信息分享终端的多媒体信息分享至其他终端,还可以根据信息获取请求,返回目标多媒体信息至信息分享终端。

在实际实现时,服务器在接收到多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之后,服务器可以生成信息接收表和信息表。其中,信息接收表包括信息ID以及接收多媒体信息的接收终端的信息获取终端标识;信息表中包括信息ID、对多媒体信息识别之后得到的信息文本、多媒体信息所对应的地理位置以及多媒体信息的发送渠道(私人频道或者公共频道)。其中,信息ID是服务器通过时间戳生成的、用于标识信息身份的ID,本实施例在此不再赘述。

具体的,由于信息分享终端通过私人频道分享多媒体信息时,服务器会在数据库中存储接收多媒体信息的接收终端的信息获取终端标识,所以服务器可以选择数据库中不存在对应的接收终端的终端标识的多媒体信息,即为要通过公共频道分享的多媒体信息,然后再计算选择得到的各个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离,并选择计算得到的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息。

在本实施例的一个应用场景中,用户A是当地居民,为了推广当地的美食 文化,用户A经常会分享多媒体信息至其它用户。在用户A分享多媒体信息时,用户A可以发送包含多媒体信息、多媒体信息所对应的地理位置的公共分享请求至服务器,当用户B使用的信息获取终端发送包含信息获取请求至服务器时,服务器可以计算多媒体信息的地理位置与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离是否小于预定阈值,若检测结果为小于预定阈值,则返回多媒体信息至信息获取终端,达到了不论信息用户B与用户A是否是好友,用户B都能获取到用户A分享的信息,进而提高用户B获取到的信息的多样性的效果。
在本实施例的另一个应用场景中,用户A是来当地旅游的外地游客,当他到达当地时,由于对附近的宾馆信息并不了解,所以用户A就通过自己的终端获取当前所在的地理位置,录制内容为‘附近有哪些比较好的宾馆么?’的语音信息;并且为了获取更多的回复,用户A使用终端发送公共分享请求至服务器,公共分享请求包括录制的语音信息;这样,当附近其他用户如用户B开启终端中的预定应用程序,并获取公共频道的信息时,服务器可以将用户A分享的语音信息返回至用户B的终端,当用户B在收听语音信息之后,用户B就可以解答用户A的问题。

本实施例中信息分享终端通过公共频道分享多媒体信息,使得与多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值的信息获取终端都能获取到该信息,丰富了信息获取终端获取信息的渠道,提高了信息获取终端获取到的信息的多样性。
需要说明的第一点是,在实际实现时,由于预定应用程序可以同时提供通 过私人频道分享多媒体信息和通过公共频道分享多媒体信息两种功能,所以在信息分享终端需要分享多媒体信息时,信息分享终端可以显示图7B所示的显示界面,进而用户A在显示界面中选择通过私人频道分享还是通过公共频道分享。
同时,由于数据库存储的各个多媒体信息中,一部分多媒体信息可能是信息分享终端通过私人频道分享的多媒体信息,一部分多媒体信息可能是信息分享终端通过私人频道分享的多媒体信息,所以在实际实现时,服务器在数据库中查询目标多媒体信息时,服务器可以同时执行上述实施例中的步骤608和步骤708,并将查询到的所有目标多媒体信息返回给信息获取终端,本实施例在此不再赘述。
另外,由于通过公共频道分享多媒体信息的信息分享终端可能是陌生用户使用的终端,所以为了防止被陌生用户发送的垃圾消息所干扰,信息获取终端在发送信息获取请求之前,信息获取终端可以显示图7C所示的显示界面,并接收用户选择的只接收好友通过私人频道分享的多媒体信息、只接收通过公共频道分享的多媒体信息或者接收所有用户分享的多媒体信息,在接收到用户选择的选项之后,发送包含选项的信息获取请求,进而在服务器查询目标多媒体信息,根据获取请求在接收终端包括信息获取终端的多媒体信息、未指定接收终端的多媒体信息或者全部多媒体信息中,查询与信息获取终端的地理位置的距离小于预定阈值的目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息,本实施例在此不再赘述。
需要补充说明的第二点是,在上述各个方法实施例中,预定阈值可以是服务器预先设置的数值,也可以是信息获取终端在向服务器获取目标多媒体信息时携带在信息获取请求中的数值,本实施例对此不作限定。并且当预定阈值是携带在信息获取请求中的数值时,请参考图7D,在信息获取终端执行步骤706之前,信息获取终端可以执行如下步骤:
步骤711,信息获取终端接收用于设置预定阈值的设置请求;

需要说明的第三点是,为了降低预定应用程序的开发成本以及开发难度,本实施例中的预定应用程序是采用native app(本地应用)框架和web app(网页应用)内核的Hybrid(混合)模式开发的应用程序,也即用html5+css3+js等web前端技术来实现预定应用程序的界面和交互,再用一个native app外壳框架打包成可本地执行的预定应用程序,本实施例对预定应用程序的预定实现形式并不做限定。本实施例中的服务器是使用PHP(Hypertext Preprocessor,超文本预处理器)开发的服务器,数据库采用MySQL。并且在实际实现时,为了降低数据库中存储的数据的可读性,降低对数据库中的数据进行解析时的解析复杂度,本实施例中的数据库中的数据采用JSON(JavaScript Object Notation,JavaScript对象表示法)格式进行封装,并统一使用UTF-8(8-bit Unicode Transformation Format,可变长度字符编码)进行编码,本实施例对此也不做限定。另外,在信息分享终端或者信息获取终端需要与服务器进行交互时,信息分享终端和信息获取终端中的预定应用程序可以采用Hybrid模式与服务器建立Socket(套接字)无状态连接,进而预定应用程序可以与服务器进行通信并提供UI(User Interface用户界面),本实施例在此不再赘述。此外,为了降低对数据库中存储的多媒体信息进行解析进而转发至信息获取终端时的复杂度,服务器可以采用多媒体信息和数据库的形式进行存储,也即数据库中只存储多媒体信息所对应的地理位置,而多媒体信息在数据库之外单独存储,本实施例对此并不做限定。
请参考图8,其示出了本发明另一实施例提供的信息获取方法的方法流程图,本实施例仍然以该信息获取方法用于图1所示的实施环境中来举例说明,本实施例与上述各个实施例不同的是,在本实施例中,当信息获取终端获取到的目标多媒体信息是一个问题信息时,信息获取终端可以获取对应于目标多媒体信息的答案多媒体信息,并将获取到的答案多媒体信息回复至上传目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端,该信息获取方法可以包括:

在实际实现时,服务器在接收到多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之后,服务器可以生成信息接收表和信息表,进而以信息接收表和信息表的方式来存储多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。其中,信息接收表包括信息ID以及用于接收多媒体信息的接收终端的信息获取终端标识;信息表中包括信息ID、对多媒体信息识别之后得到的信息文本、多媒体信息所对应的地理位置以及多媒体信息的发送渠道(私人频道或者公共频道)。其中,信息ID是服务器通过时间戳生成的、用于标识信息身份的ID,本实施例在此不再赘述。另外,为了后续步骤的执行,服务器还可以在信息表中设置信息分享终端的信息分享终端标识,本实施例在此不再赘述。
在本实施例中,服务器接收到分享请求时,存储多媒体信息以及多媒体信息所对应的地理位置,以便后续将多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端。而在存储之前,服务器可以对该待分享的多媒体信息进行识别,获取该多媒体信息包括的文本信息,当确定该多媒体信息的文本信息包括问题型关键字,如“请问”、“你知道。。”、“吗”等,可以确定该多媒体信息为问题信息,表示信息分享终端的用户正在等待其他用户的回复,此时,服务器可以为多媒体信息添加置顶标识,在后续过程中,当服务器接收到信息获取终端的信息获取请求,且确定信息获取终端地理位置与信息分享终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值时,可以返回多媒体信息和置顶标识至信息获取终端,信息获取终端可以根据置顶标识,将多媒体信息置顶展示。服务器返回了多个多媒体信息至信息获取终端时,能够保证信息获取终端能够置顶展示问题型的多媒体信息,提示用户尽快回复答案多媒体信息,提高了回复问题信息的时效性。

本实施例以在步骤811“信息获取终端播放目标多媒体信息”之后,信息获取终端对目标多媒体信息进行回复为例进行说明,实际上,信息获取终端播放目标多媒体信息时,用户可以查看或者收听该多媒体信息,此时,用户可能会希望与分享该目标多媒体信息的用户继续进行会话,则用户可以在信息获取终端上,触发发起会话的操作,信息获取终端检测到发起会话的操作时,发送会话请求至该服务器,该会话请求包括该信息分享终端标识,且该会话请求用于请求该服务器根据该信息分享终端标识,发送会话请求至信息分享终端,服务器接收到该会话请求时,根据该信息分享终端标识,发送会话请求至信息分享终端,信息分享终端接收到会话请求时,如果检测到接受会话请求的操作时,返回接受会话指令至服务器,服务器返回接受会话指令至信息获取终端,则信息获取终端可以显示与信息分享终端之间的会话界面,在该会话界面上,通过服务器,与信息分享终端交互多媒体信息。也即是,信息获取终端可以在该会话界面上,获取待发送的多媒体信息,发送至服务器,由服务器发送该多媒体信息至信息分享终端,信息分享终端接收该多媒体信息。或者,信息获取终端还可以接收服务器转发的、来自信息分享终端的多媒体信息,在该会话界面上展示该多媒体信息,实现了信息获取终端的用户与信息分享终端的用户之间的即时会话。

需要补充说明的是,在上述各个实施例中,由于服务器返回的目标多媒体信息与信息获取终端的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所以在实际实现时,服务器可以将数据库划分为多个虚拟存储空间,每个虚拟存储空间存储在一定范围内的多媒体信息以及该多媒体信息所对应的地理位置,这样,在服务器接收到信息获取终端发送的信息获取请求之后,服务器可以不用对各个多媒体信息进行检测,而只需要对与信息获取终端的地理位置所对应的虚拟存储空间中存储的多媒体信息进行检测即可,降低了服务器在查询目标多媒体信息时的计算复杂度。当然,在实际实现时,服务器也可以不划分存储空间,对所有的多媒体信息进行统一存储和管理,本实施例对此并不做限定。
综上所述,本实施例提供了一种基于地理位置处理多媒体信息的方式,信息分享用户可以随时随地的将想要分享的多媒体信息与当前地理位置对应地存储在服务器中,将多媒体信息作为当前地理位置的纪念。而信息获取用户在当前地理位置时,能够身临其境的收听信息分享用户的心声。将多媒体信息与地理位置结合起来,实现了信息分享用户将多媒体信息分享至附近用户的需求,实现了用户之间的异步沟通,提升了用户的互动体验。

需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的信息获取装置、信息分享装置和信息查询装置在进行相关操作时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将设备的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外, 上述实施例提供的信息获取装置、信息分享装置和服务器与对应的信息获取方法。信息分子方法和信息查询方法的方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。
请参考图15,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的终端1500的说明性终端体系结构方框图。所述终端1500用于执行上述实施例中信息获取终端执行的步骤或者执行上述实施例中信息分享终端执行的步骤。所述终端1500为常规的膝上型笔记本,所述终端1500包括中央处理单元(CPU)1501、包括随机存取存储器(RAM)1502和只读存储器(ROM)1503的系统存储器1504,以及连接系统存储器1504和中央处理单元1501的系统总线1505。所述终端1500还包括帮助终端内的各个器件之间传输信息的基本输入/输出系统(I/O系统)1506,和用于存储操作系统、应用程序和其他程序模块的大容量存储设备1507。
所述基本输入/输出系统1506包括有用于显示信息的显示器1508和用于用户输入信息的诸如鼠标、键盘之类的输入设备1509。其中所述显示器1508和输入设备1509都通过连接到系统总线1505的输入输出控制器1510连接到中央处理单元1501。所述基本输入/输出系统1506还可以包括输入输出控制器1510以用于接收和处理来自键盘、鼠标、或电子触控笔等多个其他设备的输入。类似地,输入输出控制器1510还提供输出到显示屏、打印机或其他类型的输出设备。
所述大容量存储设备1507通过连接到系统总线1505的大容量存储控制器(未示出)连接到中央处理单元1501。所述大容量存储设备1507及其相关联的终端可读介质为终端1500提供非易失性存储。也就是说,所述大容量存储设备1507可以包括诸如硬盘或者CD-ROM驱动器之类的终端可读介质(未示出)。
不失一般性,所述计算机可读介质可以包括计算机存储介质和通信介质。计算机存储介质包括以用于存储诸如计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序模块或其他数据等信息的任何方法或技术实现的易失性和非易失性、可移动和不可移动介质。计算机存储介质包括RAM、ROM、EPROM、EEPROM、闪存或其他固态存储其技术,CD-ROM、DVD或其他光学存储、磁带盒、磁带、磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备。当然,本领域技术人员可知所述计算机存储介质不局限于上述几种。
根据本发明的各种实施例,所述计算机1500还可以通过诸如因特网等网络连接到网络上的远程计算机运行。也即计算机1500可以通过连接在所述系统总线1505上的网络接口单元1511连接到网络1512,或者说,也可以使用网络接口单元1511来连接到其他类型的网络或远程计算机系统(未示出)。
图16为本发明实施例所涉及的终端的结构方框图,该终端可以用于实施上述实施例中提供的信息获取方法或者信息分享方法。具体来讲:
终端1600可以包括RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路110、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器120、输入单元130、WiFi(wireless fidelity,无线保真)模块170、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器180等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图16中示出的终端设备结构并不构成对终端设备的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中:
RF电路110可用于收发信息或通话过程中,信号的接收和发送,特别地,将基站的下行信息接收后,交由一个或者一个以上处理器180处理;另外,将涉及上行的数据发送给基站。通常,RF电路110包括但不限于天线、至少一个放大器、调谐器、一个或多个振荡器、用户身份模块(SIM)卡、收发信机、耦合器、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier,低噪声放大器)、双工器等。此外,RF电路110还可以通过无线通信与网络和其他设备通信。所述无线通信可以使用任一通信标准或协议,包括但不限于GSM(Global System of Mobile communication,全球移动通讯系统)、GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务)、CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址)、WCDMA(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、LTE(Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、电子邮件、SMS(Short Messaging Service,短消息服务)等。
存储器120可用于存储软件程序以及模块,处理器180通过运行存储在存储器120的软件程序以及模块,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理。存储器120可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能、图像播放功能等)等;存储数据区可存储根据终端1600的使用所创建的数据(比如音频数据、电话本等)等。此外,存储器120可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器 件。相应地,存储器120还可以包括存储器控制器,以提供处理器180和输入单元130对存储器120的访问。
输入单元130可用于接收输入的数字或字符信息,以及产生与用户设置以及功能控制有关的键盘、鼠标、操作杆、光学或者轨迹球信号输入。具体地,输入单元130可包括触敏表面131以及其他输入设备132。触敏表面131,也称为触摸显示屏或者触控板,可收集用户在其上或附近的触摸操作(比如用户使用手指、触笔等任何适合的物体或附件在触敏表面131上或在触敏表面131附近的操作),并根据预先设定的程式驱动相应的连接装置。可选的,触敏表面131可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其中,触摸检测装置检测用户的触摸方位,并检测触摸操作带来的信号,将信号传送给触摸控制器;触摸控制器从触摸检测装置上接收触摸信息,并将它转换成触点坐标,再送给处理器180,并能接收处理器180发来的命令并加以执行。此外,可以采用电阻式、电容式、红外线以及表面声波等多种类型实现触敏表面131。除了触敏表面131,输入单元130还可以包括其他输入设备132。具体地,其他输入设备132可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种。
WiFi属于短距离无线传输技术,终端1600通过WiFi模块170可以帮助用户收发电子邮件、浏览网页和访问流式媒体等,它为用户提供了无线的宽带互联网访问。虽然图16示出了WiFi模块170,但是可以理解的是,其并不属于终端1600的必须构成,完全可以根据需要在不改变发明的本质的范围内而省略。
处理器180是终端1600的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个手机的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器120内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器120内的数据,执行终端1600的各种功能和处理数据,从而对手机进行整体监控。可选的,处理器180可包括一个或多个处理核心;优选的,处理器180可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器180中。
尽管未示出,终端1600还可以包括摄像头、蓝牙模块等,在此不再赘述。具体在本实施例中,终端1600还包括有存储器,以及一个或者一个以上的程序,其中一个或者一个以上程序存储于存储器中,且经配置以由一个或者一个 以上处理器执行,所述一个或者一个以上程序包含用于进行上述实施例中信息获取终端所执行操作的指令或者信息分享终端所执行操作的指令。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质可以是上述实施例中的存储器中所包含的计算机可读存储介质;也可以是单独存在,未装配入终端中的计算机可读存储介质。该计算机可读存储介质存储有一个或者一个以上程序,该一个或者一个以上程序被一个或者一个以上的处理器用来执行实现信息获取方法,该方法包括:
获取所述信息获取终端的地理位置;

图17是本发明实施例提供的一种服务器1700的结构方框图。参照图17,服务器1700包括处理组件1722,其进一步包括一个或多个处理器,以及由存储器1732所代表的存储器资源,用于存储可由处理部件1722的执行的指令,例如应用程序。存储器1732中存储的应用程序可以包括一个或一个以上的每一个对应于一组指令的模块。此外,处理组件1722被配置为执行指令,以执行上述信息查询方法。
服务器1700还可以包括一个有线或无线网络接口1750被配置为将服务器1700连接到网络,和一个输入输出(I/O)接口1758。服务器1700可以操作基于存储在存储器1732的操作系统,例如Windows ServerTM,Mac OS XTM,UnixTM,LinuxTM,FreeBSDTM或类似。

  1. 一种信息获取方法,其特征在于,用于信息获取终端中,所述方法包括:
    获取所述信息获取终端的地理位置;
    发送信息获取请求至服务器,所述信息获取请求包含所述地理位置;
    接收所述服务器返回的目标多媒体信息,所述目标多媒体信息为所述服务器在数据库中查询并返回的、目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,所述目标地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所述数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述服务器返回的信息分享终端标识,所述信息分享终端标识用于指示分享所述目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到对所述目标多媒体信息的回复操作时,获取对应于所述目标多媒体信息的答案多媒体信息;
    发送回复请求至所述服务器,所述回复请求包括所述答案多媒体信息和所述信息分享终端标识,所述回复请求用于请求所述服务器将所述答案多媒体信息回复至所述信息分享终端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到发起会话的操作时,发送会话请求至所述服务器,所述会话请求包括所述信息分享终端标识,所述会话请求用于请求所述服务器根据所述信息分享终端标识,发送所述会话请求至所述信息分享终端;
    接收所述服务器返回的接受会话指令,所述接受会话指令由所述信息分享终端检测到接受所述会话请求的操作时发送至所述服务器;
    显示与所述信息分享终端之间的会话界面;
    在所述会话界面上,通过所述服务器,与所述信息分享终端交互多媒体信息。
  5. 一种信息查询方法,其特征在于,用于服务器中,所述方法包括:
    接收信息获取终端发送的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求包含所述信息获取终端的地理位置;
    在数据库中查询目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息,所述目标地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所述数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置;
    返回查询到的目标多媒体信息至所述信息获取终端。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在数据库中查询目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息,包括以下至少一项:
    在所述数据库的私人频道所对应的多媒体信息中,选择接收终端包括所述信息获取终端且与所述目标地理位置对应的目标多媒体信息;
    在所述数据库的公共频道所对应的多媒体信息中,选择与所述目标地理位置对应的目标多媒体信息。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    返回信息分享终端标识至所述信息获取终端,所述信息分享终端标识用于指示分享所述目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端;
    相应的,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述信息获取终端发送的回复请求,所述信息获取终端用于在获取对应于所述目标多媒体信息的答案多媒体信息之后发送所述回复请求,所述回复请求包括所述答案多媒体信息和所述信息分享终端标识;
    根据所述信息分享终端标识,发送所述答案多媒体信息至所述信息分享终端。
  8. 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收信息获取终端发送的信息获取请求之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的分享请求,所述分享请求包括所述目标多媒体信息以及所述信息分享终端的地理位置,所述分享请求用于请求所述服务器将所述目标多媒体信息分享至其它终端,所述其它终端的地理位置与所述目标多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述信息分享终端发送的分享请求,包括:
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的私人分享请求,所述私人分享请求包括信息获取终端标识,所述信息获取终端标识用于指示接收所述目标多媒体信息的信息获取终端,所述私人分享请求用于请求通过私人频道,将所述目标多媒体信息分享至所述信息获取终端;或者,
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的公共分享请求,所述公共分享请求用于请求通过公共频道,将所述目标多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述信息分享终端发送的分享请求之后,所述方法还包括:
    对所述目标多媒体信息进行识别;
    当确定所述目标多媒体信息包括问题型关键字时,为所述目标多媒体信息添加置顶标识;
    相应的,所述方法还包括:
    返回所述目标多媒体信息的置顶标识至所述信息获取终端,所述置顶标识用于指示所述信息获取终端将所述目标多媒体信息置顶展示。
  11. 一种信息获取终端,其特征在于,所述信息获取终端包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元、显示器和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元用于通过系统总线调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    获取所述信息获取终端的地理位置;
    发送信息获取请求至服务器,所述信息获取请求包含所述地理位置;
    接收所述服务器返回的目标多媒体信息,所述目标多媒体信息为所述服务器在数据库中查询并返回的、目标地理位置所对应的多媒体信息,所述目标地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所述数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的终端,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调 用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述服务器返回的信息分享终端标识,所述信息分享终端标识用于指示分享所述目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    当检测到对所述目标多媒体信息的回复操作时,获取对应于所述目标多媒体信息的答案多媒体信息;
    发送回复请求至所述服务器,所述回复请求包括所述答案多媒体信息和所述信息分享终端标识,所述回复请求用于请求所述服务器将所述答案多媒体信息回复至所述信息分享终端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    当检测到发起会话的操作时,发送会话请求至所述服务器,所述会话请求包括所述信息分享终端标识,所述会话请求用于请求所述服务器根据所述信息分享终端标识,发送所述会话请求至所述信息分享终端;
    接收所述服务器返回的接受会话指令,所述接受会话指令由所述信息分享终端检测到接受所述会话请求的操作时发送至所述服务器;
    显示与所述信息分享终端之间的会话界面;
    在所述会话界面上,通过所述服务器,与所述信息分享终端交互多媒体信息。
  15. 一种服务器,其特征在于,所述服务器包括:中央处理单元、网络接口单元和系统存储器,系统存储器中存储一组程序代码,且中央处理单元用于通过系统总线调用系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收信息获取终端发送的信息获取请求,所述信息获取请求包含所述信息获取终端的地理位置;
    在数据库中查询目标地理位置所对应的目标多媒体信息,所述目标地理位置与所述地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值,所述数据库包括多媒体信息以及每个多媒体信息所对应的地理位置;
    返回查询到的目标多媒体信息至所述信息获取终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下至少一项操作:
    在所述数据库的私人频道所对应的多媒体信息中,选择接收终端包括所述信息获取终端且与所述目标地理位置对应的目标多媒体信息;
    在所述数据库的公共频道所对应的多媒体信息中,选择与所述目标地理位置对应的目标多媒体信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    返回信息分享终端标识至所述信息获取终端,所述信息分享终端标识用于指示分享所述目标多媒体信息的信息分享终端;
    相应的,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述信息获取终端发送的回复请求,所述信息获取终端用于在获取对应于所述目标多媒体信息的答案多媒体信息之后发送所述回复请求,所述回复请求包括所述答案多媒体信息和所述信息分享终端标识;
    根据所述信息分享终端标识,发送所述答案多媒体信息至所述信息分享终端。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17任一项所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的分享请求,所述分享请求包括所述目标多媒体信息以及所述信息分享终端的地理位置,所述分享请求用于请求所述服务器将所述目标多媒体信息分享至其它终端,所述其它终端的地理位置与所述目标多媒体信息所对应的地理位置之间的距离小于预定阈值。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的私人分享请求,所述私人分享请求包括信息 获取终端标识,所述信息获取终端标识用于指示接收所述目标多媒体信息的信息获取终端,所述私人分享请求用于请求通过私人频道,将所述目标多媒体信息分享至所述信息获取终端;或者,
    接收所述信息分享终端发送的公共分享请求,所述公共分享请求用于请求通过公共频道,将所述目标多媒体信息分享至信息获取终端。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的服务器,其特征在于,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    对所述目标多媒体信息进行识别;
    当确定所述目标多媒体信息包括问题型关键字时,为所述目标多媒体信息添加置顶标识;
    相应的,所述中央处理单元用于调用所述系统存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    返回所述目标多媒体信息的置顶标识至所述信息获取终端,所述置顶标识用于指示所述信息获取终端将所述目标多媒体信息置顶展示。
