Description

The present invention relates to a mask that covers a person's nose and mouth.
As a conventional mask, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1. The mask described in the document includes a main body part that covers a target part of the face including the nose and mouth, and a locking part that is provided on both the left and right sides of the main body part and that is locked to the ear. The main body has an inner part facing the face and an exterior part covering the inner part. The inner part has a cup-shaped solid shape so as to correspond to the undulation of the face.
According to the mask described in Patent Document 1, since the nose and mouth are covered by the main body, it is possible to prevent the throat from drying. On the other hand, however, there is a problem that breathing is hindered in the state where such a mask is worn, which makes it difficult to breathe.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mask capable of preventing dryness of the throat while eliminating the difficulty of breathing.
The mask according to the present invention includes a main body portion having a cut portion and covering the mouth of the wearer, the main body portion including a first portion extending on one side of the cut portion and the other side of the cut portion. And the second portion extends in the cut portion, and the first portion and the second portion overlap each other at the cut portion.
In this mask, since the wearer's mouth is covered by the main body, the throat can be prevented from drying. Further, the main body portion is provided with a cut portion, and in the cut portion, the first and second portions constituting the main body portion overlap each other. For this reason, the wearer can form an opening in the main body by pulling both sides of the cut in a state where the main body is cut along the cut. The opening provides a route for exhalation and inspiration. Thereby, since the wearer can easily breathe, the wearer can be spared from shortness of breath.
According to the present invention, a mask that can prevent dryness of the throat while eliminating breathlessness is realized.

The mask 1 includes a main body 10. The main body 10 has a sheet shape and covers only the nose and mouth or only the mouth of the wearer's eyes, nose and mouth. In FIG. 1, the outer surface of the main body 10, that is, the surface opposite to the surface (inner surface) facing the wearer's face is shown. The main body 10 is made of a material having air permeability. As such a material, for example, a nonwoven fabric or paper can be used.
The main body portion 10 is provided with cut portions 12a and 12b. The cut portions 12 a and 12 b are straight and extend in the left-right direction of the main body portion 10. The lengths of the cut portions 12a and 12b are preferably at least half the length of the main body portion 10 in the left-right direction. In the present embodiment, the cut portions 12 a and 12 b extend over substantially the entire body portion 10 in the left-right direction. The main body 10 is in a state where a cut is made in advance along the cut portions 12a and 12b.
The main body 10 extends to a portion 10a (first portion) that spreads on one side (the upper side in the drawing) of the cut portions 12a and 12b and to the other side (the lower side in the drawing) of the cut portions 12a and 12b. Part 10b (second part). These two portions 10a and 10b overlap each other at the cut portions 12a and 12b. Specifically, the portions 10a and 10b of the main body portion 10 are composed of two sheets provided so that only a part thereof overlaps each other. In the overlapping region, the left and right end portions of the sheet constituting the portion 10a and the sheet constituting the portion 10b are bonded to each other, while the other portions are not bonded. Thereby, the lower end of the sheet constituting the portion 10a becomes the cut portion 12a, and the upper end of the sheet constituting the portion 10b becomes the cut portion 12b. These two sheets are preferably made of the same material.
As shown in FIG. 2, an opening 22 is formed in the main body 10 by pulling both sides of the cut portions 12a and 12b. Specifically, the opening portion 22 is formed by pulling the portion 10a of the main body portion 10 upward and pulling the portion 10b downward. At this time, at least a part of the wearer's mouth is covered with a portion other than the opening 22 in the main body 10. Thus, even when the opening 22 is formed, the entire wearer's mouth is not exposed. The opening 22 is generally formed in a portion overlapping the region between the wearer's nose and mouth.
Returning to FIG. 1, linear members 32 and 34 are fixed to the main body 10. These linear members 32 and 34 have plasticity, and are for maintaining the shape of the main body 10 in a state where the main body 10 is separated from the face of the wearer. As a material of the linear members 32 and 34, for example, metal or resin can be used.
The linear member 32 (first linear member) extends along the upper end of the main body 10. Further, the linear member 34 (second linear member) extends along the lower end of the main body 10. For example, the linear member 32 may be formed in a bag shape near the upper end of the main body 10 and housed therein. The same applies to the linear member 34.
Furthermore, a fixing portion 40 for fixing the main body portion 10 to the wearer's face is attached to the main body portion 10. In the present embodiment, the fixing portion 40 is a string-like member that is hung on the wearer's ear. As this fixing | fixed part 40, a rubber string can be used, for example.
The effect of mask 1 will be described. In the mask 1, since the wearer's mouth is covered by the main body 10, the throat can be prevented from drying. The main body 10 is provided with cut portions 12a and 12b. In the cut portions 12a and 12b, two portions 10a and 10b constituting the main body portion 10 overlap each other. For this reason, the wearer can form the opening 22 in the main body 10 by pulling both sides of the cut portions 12a and 12b. The opening 22 provides a route for exhalation and inspiration. Thereby, since the wearer can easily breathe, the wearer can be spared from shortness of breath. Therefore, the mask 1 which can prevent dryness of the throat while eliminating the difficulty of breathing is realized.
With this configuration, the mask 1 can be used in two ways: a state where the opening 22 is not formed (state shown in FIG. 1) and a state where the opening 22 is formed (state shown in FIG. 2). It is. Thereby, the convenience for the wearer is dramatically increased.
For example, the wearer can use the mask 1 while the opening 22 is not formed while waking up, and can use the mask 1 while the opening 22 is formed while sleeping. . That is, the mask can be removed and attached as needed while waking up, but not while sleeping. Therefore, while waking up, the mask 1 is used in a state where the opening 22 is not formed in order to prevent dryness of the throat, while opening is given priority to ease of breathing while sleeping. The mask 1 can be used in a state where the portion 22 is formed.
In addition, the wearer uses the mask 1 in a state where the opening 22 is not formed in order to prevent the throat from being dried, while the degree of air drying is relatively high. In a relatively small room, it can also be said that the mask 1 is used in a state in which the opening 22 is formed giving priority to the ease of breathing.
Since it can be used in two ways, the mask 1 is suitable for use over a long period of time and is economical.
Furthermore, it is possible to return to the state before the opening 22 is formed by superimposing the two portions 10a and 10b of the main body 10 as they were. For this reason, the wearer can alternately repeat the use in the state where the opening 22 is not formed and the use in the state where the opening 22 is formed.
The cut portions 12 a and 12 b are straight and extend in the left-right direction of the main body portion 10. Since the main body 10 has a horizontally long shape, it is easier to secure a space and the degree of freedom in design increases when the cut portions 12a and 12b are extended in the left-right direction rather than the up-down direction.
The cut portions 12 a and 12 b extend over substantially the entire left and right direction of the main body portion 10. Since the long cut portions 12a and 12b are provided in this way, the wearer can form a relatively large opening 22, thereby improving the ease of breathing. Further, by changing the degree of pulling both sides of the cut portions 12a and 12b, the size of the opening 22 can be appropriately set, and the balance between prevention of throat dryness and ease of breathing can be adjusted. From this point of view, the length of the cut portions 12a and 12b is preferably at least one half of the length of the main body portion 10 in the left-right direction.
The main body 10 is in a state in which a cut is made in advance along the cut portions 12a and 12b. Thereby, since the opening part 22 can be formed only by pulling the both sides of the notches 12a and 12b, handling of the mask 1 becomes easy.
The main body 10 is configured such that a portion other than the opening 22 covers at least a part of the wearer's mouth. For this reason, even when the opening 22 is formed, the entire mouth of the wearer is not exposed, and the effect of preventing the throat from drying is maintained.
The two parts 10a and 10b of the main body 10 are composed of two sheets provided so that only a part thereof overlaps each other. In this way, the cut portions 12a and 12b can be formed by simply stacking two sheets, so that the mask 1 can be easily manufactured.
The main body 10 is provided with linear members 32 and 34. For this reason, the shape of the main body 10 can be maintained in a state where the main body 10 is separated from the face of the wearer. Thereby, an appropriate space can be formed between the face of the wearer and the main body portion 10, and a path for inspiration and expiration can be secured. Particularly in the present embodiment, since the linear member 32 is provided not only at the upper end of the main body portion 10 but also at the lower end, the degree of freedom in setting the shape of the main body portion 10 is high. It is easy to secure the route of inspiration and expiration.
(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a second embodiment of the mask according to the present invention. The mask 2 includes a main body 10. A cut portion 14 is formed in the main body portion 10. The cut portion 14 is a cut line for cutting the main body portion 10 along the cut portion 14. That is, in the present embodiment, the main body 10 is in a state where no cut is made in advance. The cut line is, for example, a perforation, and is formed so that the wearer can easily cut the main body 10 along the cut line. The cut portion 14 has a straight line shape and extends in the left-right direction of the main body portion 10. The length of the cut portion 14 is at least half of the length of the main body portion 10 in the left-right direction.
The main body 10 has a portion 10a extending on one side (upper side in the drawing) of the cut portion 14 and a portion 10b extending on the other side (lower side in the drawing) of the cut portion 14. These portions 10 a and 10 b overlap each other at the cut portion 14.
FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line IV-IV in FIG. As can be seen from FIG. 4, the main body 10 is composed of one sheet on which the collar 13 is formed. Of the two fold lines 13a and 13b constituting the ridge 13, the portion above the fold line 13a is the portion 10a, and the portion below the fold line 13b is the portion 10b. The above-described cut portion 14 is formed in the portion of the flange 13. Specifically, the cut portion 14 is formed in a region between the two folding lines 13a and 13b (a region connecting the portion 10a and the portion 10b). However, the cut portion 14 may be formed at any position as long as it is a portion of the ridge 13. For example, the cut portion 14 may be formed on the folding line 13a or the folding line 13b, or may be formed on the portion 10a or the portion 10b.
As shown in FIG. 5, an opening 24 is formed in the main body 10 by pulling both sides of the cut portion 14. Specifically, the opening 24 is formed by pulling the portion 10a of the main body 10 upward and pulling the portion 10b downward. At this time, at least a part of the mouth of the wearer is covered with a portion other than the opening 24 in the main body 10. Thus, even when the opening 24 is formed, the entire wearer's mouth is not exposed. The opening 24 is generally formed in a portion overlapping the region between the wearer's nose and mouth. Other configurations of the mask 2 are the same as those of the mask 1.
The effect of mask 2 will be described. In the mask 2, the wearer's mouth is covered by the main body 10, so that the throat can be prevented from drying. In addition, the main body 10 is provided with a cut portion 14. In the cut portion 14, two portions 10 a and 10 b constituting the main body 10 overlap each other. For this reason, the wearer can form the opening 24 in the main body 10 by pulling both sides of the cut 14 in a state in which the main body 10 is cut along the cut 14. The opening 24 provides a path for exhalation and inspiration. Thereby, since the wearer can easily breathe, the wearer can be spared from shortness of breath. Therefore, the mask 2 that can prevent dryness of the throat while eliminating the difficulty of breathing is realized.
The cut part 14 is a cut line for cutting the main body part 10 along the cut part 14. Thus, since the main body 10 is not cut in advance, the effect of preventing the throat from being dried in the state before the opening 24 is formed can be enhanced.
The main body portion 10 is formed of a single sheet on which a ridge 13 is formed, and a cut portion 14 is formed in the ridge 13 portion. Thereby, since the main body 10 having a structure in which the two portions 10a and 10b overlap at the cut portion 14 can be formed from one sheet, the mask 1 can be easily manufactured. Other effects of the mask 2 are as described for the mask 1.
(Third embodiment)
FIG. 6 is a rear view showing a third embodiment of the mask according to the present invention. The mask 3 includes a moisturizing material 52 having a moisturizing function in addition to the main body 10. In the present embodiment, two moisturizing materials 52 are provided. The moisturizing material 52 is detachably provided on the main body 10. The moisturizing material 52 has a smaller sheet shape than the main body 10 and can be attached to the main body 10. Specifically, the moisturizing material 52 is coated with an adhesive on one side, and can be attached to the main body 10 or peeled off from the main body 10.
The moisturizing material 52 can be affixed to any position of the main body 10. The moisturizing material 52 may be affixed to the outer surface of the main body 10 or may be affixed to the inner surface. FIG. 6 shows an example in which two moisturizing materials 52 are affixed on a center line L2 that divides the left and right sides of the main body 10. In the figure, an inner surface of the main body 10 is shown, and a moisturizing material 52 is stuck on the surface.
As the moisturizing material 52, for example, a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a liquid containing a moisturizing component can be used. Examples of the moisturizing component include collagen, hyaluronic acid, and glycerins.
The moisturizing material 52 may contain an aromatic component and / or an antibacterial component together with the moisturizing component. As an aromatic component, what emits the fragrance of eucalyptus, rosemary, and other herbs is mentioned, for example. Examples of the antibacterial component include catechin and other tannins. As tannin, what is contained in tea and coffee can be used. Other configurations of the mask 3 are the same as those of the mask 1.
The effect of mask 3 will be described. In the mask 3, a moisturizing material 52 is provided. For this reason, drying of a throat can be prevented more effectively. Moreover, the moisturizing material 52 is detachably provided. Thereby, since the mask 3 can be used in the state where the moisturizing material 52 is attached or removed, the convenience for the wearer is enhanced. For example, the wearer removes the moisturizing material 52 and uses the mask 3 in a state where the opening 22 (see FIG. 2) is not formed in the main body 10, while the moisture is retained in the state where the opening 22 is formed. The mask 3 can be used with the material 52 attached.
Furthermore, since the moisturizing material 52 can be attached to the main body 10, it can be easily attached to and detached from the main body 10. Further, since the moisturizing material 52 can be affixed to any position of the main body 10, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisturizing by changing the position of the moisturizing material 52 attached to the main body 10. it can.
A plurality of moisturizing materials 52 are provided. For this reason, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisturizing by changing the number of moisturizing materials 52 attached to the main body 10. However, only one moisturizing material 52 may be provided.
When the moisturizing material 52 contains an aroma component, the wearer can use the mask 3 more comfortably by being sucked into the nostril during breathing. When the moisturizing material 52 contains an antibacterial component, it is possible to suppress the propagation of germs during inhalation and expiration, so that the wearer can use the mask 3 more hygienically. Other effects of the mask 3 are as described for the mask 1.
In this embodiment, the example in which the moisturizing material 52 is provided on the mask 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is shown. However, the moisturizing material 52 may be provided on the mask 2 shown in FIGS. Needless to say, that's good.
(Fourth embodiment)
FIG. 7 is a rear view showing a fourth embodiment of the mask according to the present invention. The mask 4 includes a moisturizing material 54 having a moisturizing function in addition to the main body 10. In the present embodiment, two moisturizing materials 54 are provided. The moisturizing material 54 is detachably provided on the main body 10. Specifically, the main body 10 of the present embodiment has a pocket 16, and the moisture retaining material 54 is stored in the pocket 16 so as to be freely put in and out. The moisturizing material 54 has a smaller sheet shape than the main body 10. As the moisturizing material 54, similarly to the moisturizing material 52, a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a liquid containing a moisturizing component can be used. Similar to the moisturizing material 52, the moisturizing material 54 may contain an aromatic component and / or an antibacterial component.
The pocket 16 can be provided at an arbitrary position of the main body 10. The pocket 16 may be provided on the outer surface of the main body 10 or may be provided on the inner surface. FIG. 7 shows an example in which two pockets 16 are provided on the center line L2 that divides the left and right sides of the main body 10. In the figure, an inner surface of the main body 10 is shown, and a pocket 16 is provided on the surface.
As the material of the pocket 16, for example, a nonwoven fabric can be used. The pocket 16 has left and right ends and a lower end bonded to the main body 10, while an upper end is not bonded to the main body 10. Therefore, the pocket 16 has a structure in which the moisture retaining material 54 can be taken in and out from the upper end. Other configurations of the mask 4 are the same as those of the mask 1.
The effect of the mask 4 will be described. In the mask 4, a moisturizing material 54 is provided. For this reason, drying of a throat can be prevented more effectively. Moreover, the moisturizing material 54 is detachably provided. Thereby, since the mask 4 can be used in the state where the moisturizing material 54 is attached or removed, the convenience for the wearer is enhanced. For example, the wearer removes the moisturizing material 54 and uses the mask 4 in a state where the opening 22 (see FIG. 2) is not formed in the main body 10, while the moisture is retained in the state where the opening 22 is formed. The mask 4 can be used with the material 54 attached.
The main body 10 has a pocket 16 for storing the moisturizing material 54. For this reason, the moisturizing material 54 can be easily attached and detached. Further, in the present embodiment, a plurality of pockets 16 are provided. For this reason, the wearer can adjust the degree of moisture retention by changing the number and position of the moisture retaining materials 54 attached to the main body 10. However, only one pocket 16 may be provided. Other effects of the mask 4 are as described for the mask 1 and the mask 3.
In the present embodiment, an example in which the pocket 16 and the moisturizing material 54 are provided in the mask 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is shown, but the pocket 16 and the moisturizing material are provided in the mask 2 shown in FIGS. Needless to say, the material 54 may be provided.
The mask according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible. For example, in the said embodiment, the example which a notch part extended in the left-right direction of the main-body part 10 was shown. However, the extending direction of the cut portion is arbitrary, and may be, for example, the vertical direction of the main body portion 10.
In the above embodiment, an example in which two linear members 32 and 34 are provided has been described. However, only one of the two linear members 32 and 34 may be provided. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which neither of the linear members 32 and 34 is provided.
