Abstract

Provided is a mask that can prevent the throat from drying while lessening a feeling of suffocation. The mask (1) comprises a main body part (10) that covers the wearer's mouth. In the main body part (10), cut sections (12a, 12b) are formed. The main body part (10) comprises a part (10a) that extends above the cut sections (12a, 12b) and a part (10b) that extends below the cut sections (12a, 12b). The present invention relates to a mask that covers a person's nose and mouth.

As a conventional mask, for example, there is one described in Patent Document 1. The mask described in the document includes a main body part that covers a target part of the face including the nose and mouth, and a locking part that is provided on both the left and right sides of the main body part and that is locked to the ear. The main body has an inner part facing the face and an exterior part covering the inner part. The inner part has a cup-shaped solid shape so as to correspond to the undulation of the face.

According to the mask described in Patent Document 1, since the nose and mouth are covered by the main body, it is possible to prevent the throat from drying. On the other hand, however, there is a problem that breathing is hindered in the state where such a mask is worn, which makes it difficult to breathe.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a mask capable of preventing dryness of the throat while eliminating the difficulty of breathing.

The mask according to the present invention includes a main body portion having a cut portion and covering the mouth of the wearer, the main body portion including a first portion extending on one side of the cut portion and the other side of the cut portion. And the second portion extends in the cut portion, and the first portion and the second portion overlap each other at the cut portion.

In this mask, since the wearer's mouth is covered by the main body, the throat can be prevented from drying. Further, the main body portion is provided with a cut portion, and in the cut portion, the first and second portions constituting the main body portion overlap each other. For this reason, the wearer can form an opening in the main body by pulling both sides of the cut in a state where the main body is cut along the cut. The opening provides a route for exhalation and inspiration. Thereby, since the wearer can easily breathe, the wearer can be spared from shortness of breath.

According to the present invention, a mask that can prevent dryness of the throat while eliminating breathlessness is realized.

FIG. 1 is a front view showing a first embodiment of a mask according to the present invention. The mask 1 includes a main body 10. The main body 10 has a sheet shape and covers only the nose and mouth or only the mouth of the wearer's eyes, nose and mouth. The mask 3 includes a moisturizing material 52 having a moisturizing function in addition to the main body 10. In the present embodiment, two moisturizing materials 52 are provided. The moisturizing material 52 is detachably provided on the main body 10. The moisturizing material 52 has a smaller sheet shape than the main body 10 and can be attached to the main body 10. Specifically, the moisturizing material 52 is coated with an adhesive on one side, and can be attached to the main body 10 or peeled off from the main body 10.

The moisturizing material 52 can be affixed to any position of the main body 10. The moisturizing material 52 may be affixed to the outer surface of the main body 10 or may be affixed to the inner surface. As the moisturizing material 52, for example, a nonwoven fabric impregnated with a liquid containing a moisturizing component can be used. Examples of the moisturizing component include collagen, hyaluronic acid, and glycerins.

The moisturizing material 52 may contain an aromatic component and / or an antibacterial component together with the moisturizing component. As an aromatic component, what emits the fragrance of eucalyptus, rosemary, and other herbs is mentioned, for example. Examples of the antibacterial component include catechin and other tannins. The mask according to the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible.
