Abstract

L'invention concerne une imprimante 3D conçue pour l'impression de pièces et de prototypes (4) tridimensionnels en résine (2) photopolymérisable et qui comprend : - un plateau (1) de réception de la résine (2) horizontal, fixe et disposé sur une source de lumière (3); et, - une plateforme (5) de modelage montée sur un dispositif d'actionnement, vertical et à basculement latéral entre deux positions extrêmes formant deux angles aigus de sens opposés par rapport à l'horizontale; le dispositif d'actionnement comprenant deux supports (6) déplaçables dans le sens vertical sur lesquels sont montées deux extrémités d'un pont (8) assurant le support de la plateforme (5), les extrémités pouvant tourner par rapport aux axes horizontaux respectifs (7); et des actionneurs linéaires (11 -13) actionnables de façon indépendante. Lesdits actionneurs linéaires comprennent des manchons filetés (13) fixés aux supports respectifs (6) déplaçables et montés sur les vis (11) verticales reliées aux moteurs (12) respectifs pas à pas à actionnement indépendant. Les supports (6) déplaçables comprennent des paliers linéaires (9) respectifs montés pouvant se déplacer dans le sens longitudinal sur des guides verticaux (10) respectifs.
