【具体实施方式】
下面,结合附图,介绍本发明的具体实施方式。
如图2至图7所示,本发明其中一个实施例提供的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网(技术方案一的实施例),包括:起支撑和装配作用的刀网筒体2,与皮肤及胡须接触的刀网面体1,刀网面体1位于刀网筒体2的一端;圆盘形的刀网面体1上开制使胡须进入及与刀片配合的进须槽3、以及圆孔状的进须孔4;进须槽3的长度顺着刀网面体1的径向布列,众多进须槽3及许多进须孔4排列成与刀网面体1共圆心的内外两个同心圆圈;进须槽3沿长度方向包括进须槽的外端32、进须槽的中段33及进须槽的内端31,相对靠近刀网面体1圆心的一端称为进须槽的内端31,相对远离刀网面体1圆心的一端称为进须槽的外端32,进须槽的内端31与进须槽的外端32间为进须槽的中段33,进须槽的外端32之宽度存在由外向内的由宽变窄的梯度变化(如图7所示,进须槽的外端32之宽度从开口处的槽宽a(如0.36mm)逐渐变窄为进须槽的中段槽宽b(如0.25mm),进须槽的中段33之宽度到进须槽的内端32保持不变。
本实施例提供的旋动剃须刀的刀网,其进须槽的宽度从外端至内端逐渐由宽变窄,即进须槽的外端形似喇叭口状(比胡须的直径大得多),使得胡须能很便捷地从进须槽的外端进入进须槽;另外,进须槽在该处的宽度比叭口状的外端要窄(其宽度与胡须的直径相当,稍大),进须槽的中段与刀片形成密切配合,轻松将胡须剃断,人的感觉舒适;同时,刀片的用力也小,响声减轻,刀片的使用寿命延长;能很好地与面部接触。
优选的,进须槽的内端31与进须槽的中段33的结合部为倒圆弧角(图5所示的34),其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的外端32与进须槽的中段33的结合部亦为倒圆弧角(图5所示的35),其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的中段33沿径向呈圆弧状,致使众多进须槽3及许多进须孔4排列成的与刀网面体1共圆心的两个同心圆圈沿径向分别呈弧面状。
由于进须槽的内端及进须槽的外端分别与进须槽的中段的结合部为倒圆弧角,能很好地与不规则的面部相适应,便于胡须快捷地进入进须槽。
进须槽3沿长度方向在刀网面体1上的垂直投影呈“S”形,更优选的,其中“S”形两端弯曲程度不大,即稍有弯曲。
本实施例中,优选的,众多进须槽3及许多进须孔4排列成与刀网面体1共圆心的两个同心圆圈,其中一个为位于外圈的外圆圈6,另一个为位于外圆圈6之内的内圆圈5;进须槽3与进须孔4相间阵列;沿刀网筒体1的径向,外圆圈6的进须槽3阵列与内圆圈5的进须孔4阵列相对,外圆圈6的进须孔4阵列与内圆圈5的进须槽3阵列相对。
由于进须槽与进须孔相间整列,外圆圈的进须槽与内圆圈进须孔相对,外圆圈的进须孔与内圆圈进须槽相对,没有进入进须槽的,又能迅速进入进须孔,为形状及长相差异的胡须提供了不同的进须路径,便于提高剃须的速度及舒适度。
如图5所示,内圆圈5比外圆圈6向外凸伸一高度h(如0.2mm),从而内圆圈5与外圆圈6形成台阶状。
当然,如图6所示,内圆圈5与外圆圈6可以一样高。
如图8所示,本发明另一实施例提供的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网(技术方案二的实施例),包括:起支撑和装配作用的刀网筒体2,与皮肤及胡须接触的刀网面体1,刀网面体1位于刀网筒体2的一端;圆盘形的刀网面体1上开制使胡须进入及与刀片配合的进须槽3;进须槽3的长度顺着刀网面体1的径向布列,众多进须槽3排列成与刀网面体1共圆心的内外两个同心圆圈;进须槽3沿长度方向包括进须槽的外端32、进须槽的中段33及进须槽的内端31,相对靠近刀网面体1圆心的一端称为进须槽的内端31,相对远离刀网面体1圆心的一端称为进须槽的外端32,进须槽的内端31与进须槽的外端32间为进须槽的中段33,进须槽的外端32之宽度存在由外向内的由宽变窄的梯度变化(进须槽的外端32之宽度从开口处的0.36mm逐渐变窄为0.25mm,当然,该数据仅是一个实施例而已),进须槽的中段33之宽度到进须槽的内端32保持不变。
本实施例提供的旋动剃须刀的刀网,其进须槽的宽度从外端至内端逐渐由宽变窄,即进须槽的外端形似喇叭口状(比胡须的直径大得多),使得胡须能很便捷地从进须槽的外端进入进须槽;另外,进须槽在该处的宽度比叭口状的外端要窄(其宽度与胡须的直径相当,稍大),进须槽的中段与刀片形成密切配合,轻松将胡须剃断,人的感觉舒适;同时,刀片的用力也小,响声减轻,刀片的使用寿命延长;能很好地与面部接触。
优选的,进须槽的内端31与进须槽的中段33的结合部为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的外端32与进须槽的中段33的结合部亦为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的中段33沿径向呈圆弧状,致使众多进须槽3排列成的与刀网面体1共圆心的两个同心圆圈沿径向分别呈弧面状。
由于进须槽的内端及进须槽的外端分别与进须槽的中段的结合部为倒圆弧角,能很好地与不规则的面部相适应,便于胡须快捷地进入进须槽。
优选的,如图8所示,进须槽3沿长度方向在刀网面体1上的垂直投影呈“S”形,更优选的,其中“S”形两端弯曲程度不大,即稍有弯曲。
如图8所示,众多进须槽3排列成与刀网面体1共圆心的两个同心圆圈,其中一个为位于外圈的外圆圈6,另一个为位于外圆圈6之内的内圆圈5。
内圆圈5比外圆圈6向外凸伸一高度(图8中未示出),从而内圆圈5与外圆圈6形成台阶状。
本发明实施例另外还提供一种旋动剃须刀,该旋动剃须刀可以包括剃须刀主体及安装在剃须刀主体上的刀头,其中刀头包括可旋转的刀具以及该刀具盖罩于其内的刀网,该刀网可以使如前述实施例所描述的旋动剃须刀的刀网,关于该刀网的具体结构,可以参考前述实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于,包括:起支撑和装配作用的刀网筒体,与皮肤及胡须接触的刀网面体,刀网面体位于刀网筒体的一端;圆盘形的刀网面体上开制使胡须进入及与刀片配合的进须槽、以及圆孔状的进须孔;进须槽的长度顺着刀网面体的径向布列,众多进须槽及许多进须孔排列成与刀网面体共圆心的至少一个同心圆圈;进须槽沿长度方向包括进须槽的外端、进须槽的中段及进须槽的内端,相对靠近刀网面体圆心的一端称为进须槽的内端,相对远离刀网面体圆心的一端称为进须槽的外端,进须槽的内端与进须槽的外端间为进须槽的中段;进须槽的外端之宽度存在由外向内的由宽变窄的梯度变化,进须槽的中段之宽度到进须槽的内端保持不变。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:进须槽的内端与进须槽的中段的结合部为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的外端与进须槽的中段的结合部亦为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的中段沿径向呈圆弧状,致使众多进须槽及许多进须孔排列成的与刀网面体共圆心的至少一个同心圆圈沿径向呈弧面状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:进须槽沿长度方向在刀网面体上的垂直投影呈“S”形。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:众多进须槽及众多进须孔排列成与刀网面体共圆心的两个同心圆圈,其中一个为位于外圈的外圆圈,另一个为位于外圆圈之内的内圆圈;进须槽与进须孔相间阵列;沿刀网筒体的径向,外圆圈的进须槽阵列与内圆圈的进须孔阵列相对,外圆圈的进须孔阵列与内圆圈的进须槽阵列相对。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:内圆圈比外圆圈向外凸伸一高度,从而内圆圈与外圆圈形成台阶状。
  6. 一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于,包括:起支撑和装配作用的刀网筒体,与皮肤及胡须接触的刀网面体,刀网面体位于刀网筒体的一端;圆盘形的刀网面体上开制使胡须进入及与刀片配合的进须槽;进须槽的长度顺着刀网面体的径向布列,众多进须槽排列成与刀网面体共圆心的至少一个同心圆圈;进须槽沿长度方向包括进须槽的外端、进须槽的中段及进须槽的内端,相对靠近刀网面体圆心的一端称为进须槽的内端,相对远离刀网面体圆心的一端称为进须槽的外端,进须槽的内端与进须槽的外端间为进须槽的中段;进须槽的外端之宽度存在由外向内的由宽变窄的梯度变化,进须槽的中段之宽度到进须槽的内端保持不变。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:进须槽的内端与进须槽的中段的结合部为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的外端与进须槽的中段的结合部亦为倒圆弧角,其倒圆弧角的圆心位于靠近安装中刀片的一侧;进须槽的中段沿径向呈圆弧状,致使众多进须槽排列成的与刀网面体共圆心的至少一个同心圆圈沿径向呈弧面状。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:进须槽沿长度方向在刀网面体上的垂直投影呈“S”形。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:众多进须槽排列成与刀网面体共圆心的两个同心圆圈,其中一个为位于外圈的外圆圈,另一个为位于外圆圈之内的内圆圈。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种旋动剃须刀的刀网,其特征在于:内圆圈比外圆圈向外凸伸一高度,从而内圆圈与外圆圈形成台阶状。
  11. 一种旋动剃须刀,其特征在于,包括剃须刀主体及安装在所述剃须刀主体上的刀头,所述刀头包括可旋转的刀具以及如权利要求1-10任一项所述的旋动剃须刀的刀网。
