在本实施例中, LTE/LTE-A系统利用非授权频谱的方式可以包括两种: 时分复用 (TDM, Time Division Multiplexing) 的方式, 频分复用 (FDM, Frequency Division Multiplexing) 的方式。
图 1是本发明实施例的时分复用方式的一示意图。如图 1所示, LTE/LTE-A系统 和非授权频谱系统(例如无线局域网, 蓝牙, 全球导航卫星系统等)在不同时间使用 相同的非授权频谱。 图 2是本发明实施例的频分复用方式的一示意图。 如图 2所示, LTE/LTE-A和非授权频谱系统在相同时间使用不同的非授权频谱。
在本实施例中, LTE/LTE-A基站可以通过 TDM或者 FDM方式使用非授权频谱。 以下对于如何帮助 LTE/LTE-A基站进行非授权频谱的配置进行详细说明。
实施例 1
本发明实施例提供一种非授权频谱的配置方法, 从基站侧的角度进行说明。 图 3 是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置方法的一流程图, 如图 3所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 301, 基站接收用户设备发送的使用非授权频谱的辅助信息, 其中, 所述辅 助信息由所述用户设备测量所述非授权频谱而获得;
步骤 302, 基站根据辅助信息配置非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 一个或多个用户设备可以对非授权频谱进行测量, 并根据测量结 果向 LTE/LTE-A基站提供辅助信息。 当 LTE/LTE-A基站获得这些辅助信息后, 可以 配置一个合适的使用非授权频谱的方式。 由此, 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配 置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权 频谱的利用效率。
图 4是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置方法的另一流程图, 如图 4所示, 该方 法包括:
步骤 401, 基站配置用户设备进行非授权频谱的测量。
在本实施例中, 用户设备对于非授权频谱的测量可以按照如下方式进行: 对于每 个非授权频谱测量一定时间; 其中, 不同的频谱的测量时间可以相同也可以不同。 但 本发明不限于此, 还可以采用其他的测量方式。
步骤 402, 基站请求用户设备上报辅助信息。
值得注意的是, 以上步骤 401和步骤 402是可选的, 可以省略步骤 401, 也可以 省略步骤 402, 或者同时省略步骤 401和步骤 402。 例如, 某些场景下不需要基站对 用户设备进行配置, 而由用户设备自行进行非授权频谱的测量, 并且周期性地自行上 报辅助信息。 并且, 步骤 401和步骤 402可以分别进行, 或者也可以同时进行。 本发 明实施例不限于此。
步骤 403, 基站接收用户设备发送的使用非授权频谱的辅助信息, 其中, 所述辅 助信息由所述用户设备测量所述非授权频谱而获得。
在本实施例中, 辅助信息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 已使用或未 使用的非授权频谱信息, 非授权频谱的信号强度或质量, 非授权频谱系统的负载或使 用信息, 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 用户设备在非授权频谱系统中的使用信息, 以 及建议的使用非授权频谱的时间信息。
具体地, 已使用的或未使用的非授权频谱, 例如可以通过信道标识 (例如 Hl, H2, ...... ) 来表示。 关于频谱、 信道以及频率的概念或定义, 可以参考现有技术。
非授权频谱的信号强度或质量,例如可以是接收信号功率指示,接收信噪比指示, 接收信干噪比指示等。
非授权频谱系统的负载或使用信息, 例如可以是如下信息的其中一种或任意组 合: 非授权频谱系统的用户数, 非授权频谱系统忙时的时间长度或忙时的时间所占百 分比, 非授权频谱系统空闲的时间长度或空闲的时间所占百分比, 已经使用的非授权 频谱系统的容量(例如带宽, 吞吐量)或该容量所占系统容量的百分比, 剩余的非授 权频谱系统的容量(例如带宽, 吞吐量)或该容量所占系统容量的百分比, 非授权频 谱系统允许接入的负载, 非授权频谱系统的上下行吞吐量等。
非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 例如可以是非授权频谱系统的中心节点(例如无线 局域网中的接入点) 的标识符, 非授权频谱的信道或频率标识符等。
提供辅助信息的用户设备在非授权频谱系统中的使用信息,例如可以是该用户设 备使用非授权频谱的时间长度或该时间所占的百分比。
此外, 当以 TDM方式使用非授权频谱时, 辅助信息还可以包括建议的使用一个 非授权频谱的时间信息; 例如时间长度, 循环的周期 (cycle), 循环周期开始的偏移 量 (offset) 等。
值得注意的是, 以上仅对辅助信息进行了示意性说明, 但本发明不限于此, 还可 以根据实际情况采用其他的辅助信息用于非授权频谱的配置。
步骤 404, 基站根据辅助信息配置非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 当 LTE/LTE-A基站获得这些辅助信息后, 可以配置一个合适的 使用非授权频谱的方式。 例如, 对于 TDM方式, 基站会配置一个使用非授权频谱的 时间信息; 例如包括循环周期, 在该循环周期中 LTE/LTE-A系统可以使用非授权频 谱的时间长度, 该循环周期开始的偏移量等。 对于 FDM方式, 基站会配置一个或多 个可以使用的非授权频谱以及使用该频谱的时间长度,开始使用该频谱的时间偏移量 等。 但本发明不限于此, 可以根据实际情况确定具体的配置方式。
在本实施例中, 该配置方法还可以包括: 基站根据用户设备在非授权频谱系统中 的时间信息或时间比例信息, 将该用户设备在非授权频谱上的业务转移到授权频谱 上。
例如, 根据提供辅助信息的 UE在非授权频谱系统中忙时的时间长度或该时间所 占的百分比, LTE/LTE-A基站可以将该 UE在非授权频谱的业务转移到 LTE/LTE-A 系统中, 从而有更多的非授权频谱可以空闲下来给 LTE/LTE-A系统使用。 如果以该 方式空出来的非授权频谱的资源导致整个非授权频谱空闲, LTE/LTE-A系统可以使用 整个非授权频谱。
由上述实施例可知,用户设备对非授权频谱进行测量后,将辅助信息上报给基站, 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统 来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权频谱的利用效率。 实施例 2
本发明实施例提供一种非授权频谱的配置方法, 从用户设备侧的角度进行说明, 与实施例 1相同的内容不再赘述。
图 5是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置方法的一流程图, 如图 5所示, 该方法 包括:
步骤 501, 用户设备对非授权频谱进行测量。
步骤 502, 用户设备根据测量结果生成使用非授权频谱的辅助信息。

在本实施例中, 用户设备可以在基站进行测量配置之后, 根据配置信息进行非授 权频谱的测量, 也可以根据预设的信息自行进行非授权频谱的测量。 此外, 可以在接 收到基站的请求之后发送辅助信息, 也可以根据预设的信息自行(例如周期性地)发 送辅助信息。 本发明不限于此, 可以根据实际场景确定具体的实施方式。
在本实施例中, 用户设备对于非授权频谱的测量可以按照如下方式进行: 测量每 个非授权频谱一定的时间。图 6是本发明实施例的用户设备测量非授权频谱的一示意 图, 如图 6所示, 用户设备可以交替地对非授权频谱 / (在 T1时间内)和 /2 (在 T2 时间内) 进行测量。
或者, 还可以为用户设备配置一个周期性出现的测量时间 (例如测量间隔, measurement gap)以及一个非授权频谱的集合, 用户设备可以在该周期性出现的测量 时间内, 对该集合内的一个或多个频率进行测量。
值得注意的是, 以上仅示意性说明了用户设备如何进行非授权频谱的测量, 但本 发明不限于此, 可以根据实际场景确定测量的具体方式。
在本实施例中, 辅助信息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 已使用或未 使用的非授权频谱信息, 非授权频谱的信号强度或质量, 非授权频谱系统的负载或使 用信息, 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 用户设备在非授权频谱系统中的使用信息, 以 及建议的使用非授权频谱的时间信息。

实施例 3
本发明实施例提供一种非授权频谱的配置方法, 从基站侧的角度进行说明。 图 7 是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置方法的一流程图, 如图 7所示, 该方法包括: 步骤 701, 基站向用户设备发送占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包括基站期望 使用的非授权频谱的资源信息;
步骤 702, 基站接收一个或多个用户设备发送的占用反馈消息;
步骤 703, 基站根据所述占用反馈消息配置非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中,基站可以向一个或多个用户设备发送期望的非授权频谱上的资源
(例如在一个非授权频谱上, 在一定时间内期望使用该非授权频谱的时间长度, 以及 期望的非授权频谱), 然后每个用户设备根据基站期望的非授权频谱上的资源来评估 对非授权频谱系统的影响, 并各自向基站提供反馈信息。基站接收到一个或多个反馈 信息之后, 可以针对一个或多个用户设备来配置非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 用户设备还可以发送更新消息给基站, 从而更新在非授权频谱系 统上的信息。
图 8 是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置方法的另一流程图, 以三个用户设备 UE1、 UE2和 UE3为例进行说明。 如图 8所示, 基站 eNB在决定占用非授权频谱之 后, 可以向各用户设备发送占用请求消息。
其中, 占用请求消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 非授权频谱系统 的标识信息, 非授权频谱的标识信息, 占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长度, 在每个循 环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度, 循环周期的偏移量, 占用非授权频谱的时间比 例信息, 定时器时间长度信息。
具体地, 该占用请求消息可以是广播消息, 也可以是发送给用户设备的特定的消 息; 但本发明不限于此。 其中, 包含非授权频谱系统的标识信息例如可以是无线局域 网 (WLAN, Wireless Local Area Network) 的接入点的标识符; 占用非授权频谱的时 间比例信息可以是时间百分比,例如占用非授权频谱 30%的时间; 定时器时间长度信 息例如可以是指示占用更新消息发送的周期等。
如图 8所示, 用户设备可以评估对非授权频谱系统的影响, 之后向基站发送占用 反馈消息。
其中, 占用反馈消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 指示是否同意关 于非授权频谱占用的信息, 建议的非授权频谱信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的循环周 期的长度信息, 建议的在循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度信息, 建议的循环周 期的偏移量信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息。
如图 8所示, 基站在接收到一个或多个占用反馈消息之后, 可以决定使用非授权 频谱的合适方式。
具体地, 对于 TDM方式, 基站可以配置一个使用非授权频谱的时间信息; 例如 包括循环周期, 在该循环周期中 LTE/LTE-A系统可以使用非授权频谱的时间长度, 该循环周期开始的偏移量等。 对于 FDM方式, 基站可以配置一个或多个可以使用的 非授权频谱以及使用该频谱的时间长度, 开始使用该频谱的时间偏移量。
如图 8所示, 基站还可以接收用户设备发送的占用更新消息, 并且根据该占用更 新消息重新配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
具体地, 占用更新消息的内容可以包含占用反馈消息中的部分或全部内容。该占 用更新消息的发送可以是周期性发送的;或者也可以当占用反馈消息的内容发生改变 时发送, 或者也可以当该用户设备完成切换后发送, 或者也可以当该用户设备重建连 接 (例如, 重建无线资源控制 (RRC, Radio Resource Control) 连接) 成功后发送。
在本实施例中, 在步骤 703之前, 基站还可以根据一个或多个用户设备发送的占 用反馈消息, 确定是否使用所述非授权频谱。 并且, 在确定使用所述非授权频谱的情 况下, 配置所述非授权频谱的使用。

在本实施例中,该方法还可以包括:用户设备周期性地向基站发送占用更新消息; 或者在所述占用反馈消息的内容发生改变的情况下, 或者在完成切换的情况下, 或者 在重建连接成功的情况下发送所述占用更新消息。
其中, 占用更新消息的内容可以包含占用反馈消息中的部分或全部内容。
由上述实施例可知, 基站发送期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息, 并接收用户设 备的反馈信息; 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权频谱的利用效率。

在另一个实施方式中, 非授权频谱的配置装置 1000可以与中央处理器 200分开 配置,例如可以将非授权频谱的配置装置 1000配置为与中央处理器 200连接的芯片, 通过中央处理器 200的控制来实现非授权频谱的配置装置 1000的功能。

如图 13所示, 该用户设备 1300还可以包括: 通信模块 110、 输入单元 120、 音 频处理单元 130、 显示器 160、 电源 170。 值得注意的是, 用户设备 1300也并不是必 须要包括图 13中所示的所有部件; 此外, 用户设备 1300还可以包括图 13中没有示 出的部件, 可以参考现有技术。
如图 13所示, 中央处理器 100有时也称为控制器或操作控件, 可以包括微处理 器或其他处理器装置和 /或逻辑装置,该中央处理器 100接收输入并控制用户设备 1300 的各个部件的操作。
其中, 存储器 140, 例如可以是缓存器、 闪存、 硬驱、 可移动介质、 易失性存储 器、非易失性存储器或其它合适装置中的一种或更多种。可储存上述与失败有关的信 息, 此外还可存储执行有关信息的程序。并且中央处理器 100可执行该存储器 140存 储的该程序, 以实现信息存储或处理等。其他部件的功能与现有类似,此处不再赘述。 用户设备 1300的各部件可以通过专用硬件、 固件、 软件或其结合来实现, 而不偏离 本发明的范围。
由上述实施例可知,用户设备对非授权频谱进行测量后,将辅助信息上报给基站, 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统 来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权频谱的利用效率。
实施例 7
本发明实施例提供一种非授权频谱的配置装置,该装置可以被配置到 LTE/LTE-A 基站中。 本发明实施例对应于实施例 3的配置方法, 相同的内容不再赘述。
图 14是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置装置的一构成示意图, 如图 14所示, 所述装置 1400包括: 请求发送单元 1401、反馈接收单元 1402和频谱配置单元 1403 ; 其中, 请求发送单元 1401 向用户设备发送占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包 括期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息; 反馈接收单元 1402接收一个或多个用户设备 发送的占用反馈消息; 频谱配置单元 1403根据所述占用反馈消息配置所述非授权频 谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 所述占用请求消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 非 授权频谱系统的标识信息, 非授权频谱的标识信息, 占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长 度, 在每个循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度, 循环周期的偏移量, 占用非授权 频谱的时间比例信息, 定时器时间长度信息。
所述占用反馈消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:指示是否同意关于 非授权频谱占用的信息, 建议的非授权频谱信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的循环周期 的长度信息, 建议的在循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度信息, 建议的循环周期 的偏移量信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息。
如图 14所示, 所述装置 1400还可以包括: 更新接收单元 1404, 接收所述用户 设备发送的占用更新消息; 并且, 频谱配置单元 1403还用于根据所述占用更新消息 重新配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
如图 14所示, 所述装置 1400还可以包括: 频谱确定单元 1405, 根据所述一个 或多个用户设备发送的占用反馈消息, 确定是否使用所述非授权频谱; 并且, 频谱配 置单元 1403在所述频谱确定单元 1405确定使用所述非授权频谱的情况下,配置所述 非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 频谱配置单元 1405对于时分复用方式, 配置使用非授权频谱的 时间信息; 或者对于频分复用方式, 配置一个或多个能够使用的非授权频谱已经使用 所述非授权频谱的时间长度, 以及开始使用所述非授权频谱的时间偏移量。
本发明实施例还提供一种基站,该基站包括如上述实施例所述的非授权频谱的配 置装置 1400。 其中, 该基站的构成可以参考图 11。
在一个实施方式中, 非授权频谱的配置装置 1400的功能可以被集成到中央处理 器 200中。其中, 中央处理器 200可以被配置为: 实现如实施例 3所述的非授权频谱 的配置方法。
在另一个实施方式中, 非授权频谱的配置装置 1400可以与中央处理器 200分开 配置,例如可以将非授权频谱的配置装置 1400配置为与中央处理器 200连接的芯片, 通过中央处理器 200的控制来实现非授权频谱的配置装置 1400的功能。
由上述实施例可知, 基站发送期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息, 并接收用户设 备的反馈信息; 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权频谱的利用效率。
实施例 8
本发明实施例提供一种非授权频谱的配置装置, 该装置可以被配置到用户设备 中。 本发明实施例对应于实施例 4的配置方法, 相同的内容不再赘述。
图 15是本发明实施例的非授权频谱的配置装置的一构成示意图, 如图 15所示, 所述装置 1500包括: 请求接收单元 1501、资源评估单元 1502和反馈发送单元 1503 ; 其中, 请求接收单元 1501接收基站发送的占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包 括基站期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息; 资源评估单元 1502根据所述非授权频谱 的资源信息评估对非授权频谱系统的影响; 反馈发送单元 1503根据评估结果发送占 用反馈消息, 使得基站根据所述占用反馈消息配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
在本实施例中, 占用请求消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 非授权 频谱系统的标识信息, 非授权频谱的标识信息, 占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长度, 在每个循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度, 循环周期的偏移量, 占用非授权频谱 的时间比例信息, 定时器时间长度信息。
占用反馈消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:指示是否同意关于非授 权频谱占用的信息, 建议的非授权频谱信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长 度信息, 建议的在循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度信息, 建议的循环周期的偏 移量信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息。
如图 15所示, 装置 1500还可以包括: 更新发送单元 1504, 周期性地向基站发 送占用更新消息; 或者在所述占用反馈消息的内容发生改变的情况下, 或者在完成切 换的情况下, 或者在重建连接成功的情况下发送所述占用更新消息。
本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备,该用户设备包括如上实施例所述的非授权频 谱的配置装置 1500。 其中, 该用户设备的构成可以参考图 13。
在一个实施方式中, 非授权频谱的配置装置 1500的功能可以被集成到中央处理 器 100中。其中, 中央处理器 100可以被配置为: 实现如实施例 4所述的非授权频谱 的配置方法。
在另一个实施方式中, 非授权频谱的配置装置 1500可以与中央处理器 100分开 配置,例如可以将非授权频谱的配置装置 1500配置为与中央处理器 100连接的芯片, 通过中央处理器 100的控制来实现非授权频谱的配置装置 1500的功能。
由上述实施例可知, 基站发送期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息, 并接收用户设 备的反馈信息; 通过基站和用户设备之间的交互来配置非授权频谱的使用, 可以由 LTE/LTE-A系统来使用非授权频谱, 大大提高非授权频谱的利用效率。
实施例 9
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统,包括如实施例 5所述的基站和实施例 6所述 的用户设备, 或者如实施例 7所述的基站和实施例 8所述的用户设备; 与实施例 1至 8相同的内容不再赘述。
图 16是本发明实施例的通信系统的一构成示意图,如图 16所示,通信系统 1600 包括: 基站 1601和用户设备 1602; 其中,
在一个实施方式中, 用户设备 1602对非授权频谱进行测量, 根据测量结果生成 使用所述非授权频谱的辅助信息, 以及发送所述非授权频谱的辅助信息; 基站 1601 接收用户设备 1601发送的使用非授权频谱的辅助信息, 根据所述辅助信息配置所述 非授权频谱的使用。
在另一个实施方式中, 基站 1601向用户设备 1602发送占用请求消息, 所述占用 请求消息包括基站期望使用的非授权频谱的资源信息;接收一个或多个用户设备 1602 发送的占用反馈消息, 以及根据所述占用反馈消息配置所述非授权频谱的使用; 用户 设备 1602接收基站 1601发送的所述占用请求消息,根据所述非授权频谱的资源信息 评估对非授权频谱系统的影响; 以及根据评估结果发送所述占用反馈消息。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在基站中执行所述程序时, 所 述程序使得计算机在所述基站中执行如上面实施例 1或 3所述的非授权频谱的配置方 法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可 读程序使得计算机在基站中执行如上面实施例 1或 3所述的非授权频谱的配置方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在用户设备中执行所述程序 时,所述程序使得计算机在所述用户设备中执行如上面实施例 2或 4所述的非授权频 谱的配置方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可 读程序使得计算机在用户设备中执行如上面实施例 2或 4所述的非授权频谱的配置方 法。
本发明以上的装置和方法可以由硬件实现, 也可以由硬件结合软件实现。 本发明 涉及这样的计算机可读程序, 当该程序被逻辑部件所执行时, 能够使该逻辑部件实现 上文所述的装置或构成部件, 或使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的各种方法或步骤。 本发 明还涉及用于存储以上程序的存储介质, 如硬盘、磁盘、光盘、 DVD、 flash存储器等。
针对附图中描述的功能方框中的一个或多个和 /或功能方框的一个或多个组合, 可以实现为用于执行本申请所描述功能的通用处理器、 数字信号处理器 (DSP)、 专 用集成电路 (ASIC)、 现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA) 或者其它可编程逻辑器件、 分立 门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件或者其任意适当组合。针对附图描述的功能方 框中的一个或多个和 /或功能方框的一个或多个组合, 还可以实现为计算设备的组合, 例如, DSP和微处理器的组合、 多个微处理器、 与 DSP通信结合的一个或多个微处 理器或者任何其它这种配置。

Claims

权利 要求书
1、 一种非授权频谱的配置装置, 所述装置包括:
信息接收单元, 接收用户设备发送的使用非授权频谱的辅助信息, 其中, 所述辅 助信息由所述用户设备测量所述非授权频谱而获得;
频谱配置单元, 根据所述辅助信息配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
测量配置单元, 配置所述用户设备进行所述非授权频谱的测量。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
信息请求单元, 请求所述用户设备上报所述辅助信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述辅助信息包括如下信息的其中一种 或任意组合:
已使用或未使用的非授权频谱信息, 非授权频谱的信号强度或质量, 非授权频谱 系统的负载或使用信息, 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 所述用户设备在非授权频谱系 统中的使用信息, 以及建议的使用非授权频谱的时间信息。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述非授权频谱系统的负载或使用信息 包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:
非授权频谱系统的用户数信息, 非授权频谱系统忙时的时间信息或时间比例信 息, 非授权频谱系统空闲时的时间信息或时间比例信息, 已经使用的非授权频谱系统 的容量信息或容量比例信息, 剩余的非授权频谱系统的容量信息或容量比例信息, 非 授权频谱系统允许接入的负载信息, 非授权频谱系统的上下行吞吐量信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
业务转移单元,根据所述用户设备在非授权频谱系统中的时间信息或时间比例信 息, 将所述用户设备在非授权频谱上的业务转移到授权频谱上。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的装置, 其中, 所述频谱配置单元对于时分复用方式, 配置使用非授权频谱的时间信息; 或者对于频分复用方式, 配置一个或多个能够使用 的非授权频谱以及使用所述非授权频谱的时间长度,以及开始使用所述非授权频谱的 时间偏移量。
8、 一种非授权频谱的配置装置, 所述装置包括: 频谱测量单元, 对非授权频谱进行测量;
信息生成单元, 根据测量结果生成使用所述非授权频谱的辅助信息; 信息发送单元, 发送所述非授权频谱的辅助信息, 使得基站根据所述辅助信息配 置所述非授权频谱的使用。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述辅助信息包括如下信息的其中一种 或任意组合:
已使用或未使用的非授权频谱信息, 非授权频谱的信号强度或质量, 非授权频谱 系统的负载或使用信息, 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 所述用户设备在非授权频谱系 统中的使用信息, 以及建议的使用非授权频谱的时间信息。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的装置, 其中, 所述非授权频谱系统的负载或使用信息 包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:
非授权频谱系统的用户数信息, 非授权频谱系统忙时的时间信息或时间比例信 息, 非授权频谱系统空闲时的时间信息或时间比例信息, 已经使用的非授权频谱系统 的容量信息或容量比例信息, 剩余的非授权频谱系统的容量信息或容量比例信息, 非 授权频谱系统允许接入的负载信息, 非授权频谱系统的上下行吞吐量信息。
11、 一种非授权频谱的配置装置, 所述装置包括:
请求发送单元, 向用户设备发送占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包括基站期望 使用的非授权频谱的资源信息;
反馈接收单元, 接收一个或多个用户设备发送的占用反馈消息;
频谱配置单元, 根据所述占用反馈消息配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述占用请求消息包括如下信息的其 中一种或任意组合: 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 非授权频谱的标识信息, 占用非授 权频谱的循环周期的长度, 在每个循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度, 循环周期 的偏移量, 占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息, 定时器时间长度信息。
所述占用反馈消息包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:指示是否同意关于非授 权频谱占用的信息, 建议的非授权频谱信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长 度信息, 建议的在循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度信息, 建议的循环周期的偏 移量信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 更新接收单元, 接收所述用户设备发送的占用更新消息;
并且,所述频谱配置单元还用于根据所述占用更新消息重新配置所述非授权频谱 的使用。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
频谱确定单元, 根据所述一个或多个用户设备发送的占用反馈消息, 确定是否使 用所述非授权频谱;
并且, 所述频谱配置单元在所述频谱确定单元确定使用所述非授权频谱的情况 下, 配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的装置, 其中, 所述频谱配置单元对于时分复用方式, 配置使用非授权频谱的时间信息; 或者对于频分复用方式, 配置一个或多个能够使用 的非授权频谱以及使用所述非授权频谱的时间长度,以及开始使用所述非授权频谱的 时间偏移量。
16、 一种非授权频谱的配置装置, 所述装置包括:
请求接收单元, 接收基站发送的占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包括基站期望 使用的非授权频谱的资源信息;
资源评估单元, 根据所述非授权频谱的资源信息评估对非授权频谱系统的影响; 反馈发送单元, 根据评估结果发送占用反馈消息, 使得基站根据所述占用反馈消 息配置所述非授权频谱的使用。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其中, 所述占用请求消息包括如下信息的其 中一种或任意组合: 非授权频谱系统的标识信息, 非授权频谱的标识信息, 占用非授 权频谱的循环周期的长度, 在每个循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度, 循环周期 的偏移量, 占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息, 定时器时间长度信息。
所述占用反馈消息包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合:指示是否同意关于非授 权频谱占用的信息, 建议的非授权频谱信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的循环周期的长 度信息, 建议的在循环周期中占用非授权频谱的时间长度信息, 建议的循环周期的偏 移量信息, 建议的占用非授权频谱的时间比例信息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括:
更新发送单元, 周期性地向基站发送占用更新消息; 或者在所述占用反馈消息的 内容发生改变的情况下, 或者在完成切换的情况下, 或者在重建连接成功的情况下发 送所述占用更新消息。
19、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
用户设备, 对非授权频谱进行测量, 根据测量结果生成使用所述非授权频谱的辅 助信息, 以及发送所述非授权频谱的辅助信息;
基站, 接收用户设备发送的使用非授权频谱的辅助信息, 根据所述辅助信息配置 所述非授权频谱的使用。
20、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
基站, 向用户设备发送占用请求消息, 所述占用请求消息包括期望使用的非授权 频谱的资源信息; 接收一个或多个用户设备发送的占用反馈消息, 以及根据所述占用 反馈消息配置所述非授权频谱的使用;
用户设备, 接收基站发送的所述占用请求消息, 根据所述非授权频谱的资源信息 评估对非授权频谱系统的影响; 以及根据评估结果发送所述占用反馈消息。
