可选地,所述开机处理模块设置成按照如下方式获取所述用户识别卡的最新数据并基于获取的最新数据完成开机:
直接从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据完成开机,或通过所述数据处理模块从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据重新存入所述通信终端中,然后从所述通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的最新数据完成开机。
可选地,该通信终端还包括同步模块,其中:
所述同步模块设置成:在所述通信终端开机后,所述用户识别卡中的数据变化时,对所述通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据进行同样的更新操作。
可选地,所述终端唯一识别信息包括:终端电子序列号、伪电子序列号和移动设备识别码中的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明实施例提供的开机方法及通信终端,将用户识别卡中的数据备份存储到通信终端中,然后在开机时则可直接从通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据(读取速度48M以上),进而完成开机。由于直接从通信终端中读取用户识别卡的数据比直接从用户识别卡中读取数据要快的多,因此可以在较大程度上提升通信终端的开机速度;另外,本发明实施例还将通信终端的终端唯一识别信息也存入用户识别卡中,开机时,先判断通信终端中当前的用户识别卡中的终端唯一识别信息与该通信终端的唯一识别信息是否一致,也 即判断该用户识别卡在此次开机之前,是否在其他通信终端上使用过,如一致,则表明未在其他通信终端中使用过,可直接读取通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如不一致,则表明该用户识别卡在其他通信终端上使用过,获取该用户识别卡最新的数据完成开机。可见,本发明实施例提供的方案还可识别出用户识别卡是否在其他通信终端上使用过以及基于用户识别卡最新的数据完成开机,保证读取到的用户识别卡的数据的完整性。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明实施例将用户识别卡的数据备份存储到通信终端中,然后在通信终端开机时则可直接从通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机,可以在较大程度上提升通信终端的开机速度;另外,相关通信协议(例如3GPP规范),通信终端会将自身的唯一识别信息(例如终端电子序列号(ESN:Electronic Serial Number)、伪电子序列号(PESN:pseudo ESN)、移动设备识别码(MEID:Mobile Equipment ID)等)存入用户识别卡内,因此通信终端在开机时,可以获取用户识别卡中存储的通信终端的唯一识别信息,并判断与通信终端的唯一识别信息是否一致,以确认该用户识别卡是否在别的通信终端上使用过,从而可以无遗漏的判断该用户识别卡备份存储的数据是否是最新的。可以保证读取到的用户识别卡的数据的完整性。
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例一:
请参见图1,本实施例提供的开机方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:将用户识别卡中的数据存入通信终端中,并将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入用户识别卡中;
步骤102:通信终端开机时,判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致,如是,转至步骤103;否则,转至步骤104;
步骤103:从通信终端中读取用户识别卡的数据完成开机。
步骤104:获取用户识别卡的最新数据,基于获取的最新数据完成开机。
本实施例中用户识别卡中的数据包括通讯录数据和/或短信数据。本实施例可在通信终端的文件系统区备份存储用户识别卡的数据,具体可通过镜像的方式实现备份存储。本实施例中将用户识别卡中的数据存入通信终端中以及将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入用户识别卡中可以在用户识别卡第一次在通信终端上使用时完成。
本实施例中的通信终端可以是各种手机、IPAD、掌上电脑、电子词典等等;本实施例中的终端唯一识别信息是指可以唯一标识该通信终端的标识信息,例如可以是终端电子序列号(ESN:Electronic Serial Number)、伪电子序列号(PESN:pseudo ESN)、移动设备识别码(MEID:Mobile Equipment ID)中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,通信终端获取用户识别卡的最新数据完成开机可通过以下方式中的任意一种实现:
直接从用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,具体可通过用户识别卡接口函数从该用户识别卡中读取数据,此时读取的数据则为该用户识别卡最新的数据;此时在完成开机之后,或者在完成开机的同时,还可将读取到的数据重新存储在通信终端中,并删除通信终端中存储的原数据;
从用户识别卡中读取数据重新存入通信终端中(此时可将该通信终端存储的原数据删除),然后从该通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。
在本实施例中,为了进一步判断该通信终端中的用户识别卡是否有更换,还可将用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息存入通信终端中;然后在从通信终端中读取用户识别卡的数据完成开机之前,还包括:判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,如匹配,则表明该用户识别卡的数据已经在通信终端中有备份存储,如果该用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息也一致,则直接从该通信终端中读取与该卡唯一识别信息对应的用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如不匹配,表明该用户识别卡是第一次在该通信终端上使用,该通信终端中还没有备份存储该用户识别卡的数据,此时从该用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,或从该用户识别卡中读取数据存入通信终端中,然后从该通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。本实施例中的卡唯一识别信息具体可以是用户识别卡的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI:International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number)。
在本实施例中,通信终端上可以设置只存储一个用户识别卡的数据;也可设置为同时存储有多个用户识别卡的数据(这种方案尤其适用于多卡终端),各用户识别卡的数据可以通过卡唯一识别信息进行标识和区分。在终端开机时,则可通过获取通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息来判断该用户识别卡的数据是否已在该通信终端上进行了存储。制得注意的是,本实施例中可以在将用户识别卡的数据存储到通信终端上之前、之后或同时,将该用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息存储到通信终端上。本实施例中,判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,和判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致这两个步骤之间并无严格的时序限制,可以先判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,在判断结果为匹配时再判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致;也可以先判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致,在判断一致后,再判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致;或者两个步骤同时进行判断。
在本实施例中,在通信终端开机后,对用户识别卡中的数据有更新操作时(例如写入数据),对通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据进行同样的更新操作;以保证用户识别卡上的数据和通信终端中存储的数据的一致性。
实施例二:
请参见图2所示,本实施例提供的通信终端可以是各种手机、IPAD、掌上电脑、电子词典等等,包括数据处理模块201、存储模块202和开机处理模块203;
数据处理模块201设置成:将用户识别卡中的数据存入存储模块202中,并将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入用户识别卡中;用户识别卡中的数据包括通讯录数据和/或短信数据。本实施例中的存储模块202可以是通信终端的文件系统区的存储区,具体可通过镜像的方式实现备份存储;本实施例中将用户识别卡中的数据存入通信终端中以及将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入用户识别卡中可以在用户识别卡第一次在通信终端上使用时完成;
开机处理模块203设置成:在通信终端开机时,判断用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致,如是,从通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机;否则,获取该用户识别卡的最新数据,基于获取的最新数据完成开机。
本实施例中的终端唯一识别信息是指可以唯一标识该通信终端的标识信息,例如可以是终端电子序列号(ESN:Electronic Serial Number)、伪电子序列号(PESN:pseudo ESN)、移动设备识别码(MEID:Mobile Equipment ID)中的至少一种。
在本实施例中,开机处理模块203获取用户识别卡的最新数据完成开机可通过以下方式中的任意一种实现:
直接从用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,具体可通过用户识别卡接口函数从该用户识别卡中读取数据,此时读取的数据则为该用户识别卡最新的数据;此时在完成开机之后,或者在完成开机的同时,还可将读取到的数据重新存储在通信终端中,并删除通信终端中存储的原数据;
通过数据处理模块201从用户识别卡中读取数据重新存入通信终端中(此时可将该通信终端存储的原数据删除),然后从该通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。
在本实施例中,为了进一步判断该通信终端中的用户识别卡是否有更换,数据处理模块201还可将用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息存入通信终端中;然后在开机处理模块203从通信终端中读取用户识别卡的数据完成开机之前,判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,如匹配,则表明该用户识别卡的数据已经在通信终端中有备份存储,如果该用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与通信终端的终端唯一识别信息也一致,则直接从该通信终端中读取与该卡唯一识别信息对应的用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如不匹配,表明该用户识别卡是第一次在该通信终端上使用,该通信终端中还没有备份存储该用户识别卡的数据,此时从该用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,或通过数据处理模块从该用户识别卡中读取数据存入通信终端中,然后从该通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。本实施例中的卡唯一识别信息具体可以是用户识别卡的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI:International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number)。
在本实施例中,通信终端的存储模块202可以设置只存储一个用户识别卡的数据;也可设置为同时存储有多个用户识别卡的数据(这种方案尤其适用于多卡终端),各用户识别卡的数据可以通过卡唯一识别信息进行标识和区分。在终端开机时,则可通过获取通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息来判断该用户识别卡的数据是否已在该通信终端上进行了存储。
在本实施例中,请参见图3所示,通信终端还包括同步模块204,设置成:在通信终端开机后对用户识别卡中的数据有更新操作时(例如写入数据),对通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据进行同样的更新操作;以保证用户识别卡上的数据和通信终端中存储的数据的一致性。
实施例三:
本实施例以通信终端为手机、用户识别卡中数据的备份存储以及通信终端相关数据的存储在用户识别卡第一次在通信终端上使用时实现为例,对本 发明做进一步的说明。
图4所示给出为手机第一次和用户识别卡配合开机流程图,包括以下步骤:
步骤401:手机开机;
步骤402:判断是否插入用户识别卡,若是执行404,否则执行403;
步骤403:没有插入用户识别卡,手机进入紧急模式。
步骤404:用户识别卡已插入,手机通过用户识别卡接口函数读取用户识别卡数据存储在文件系统区,并通过手机文件系统访问接口函数在文件系统区备份存储用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息(例如IMSI);
步骤405:手机通过用户识别卡接口函数发送终端唯一识别信息(例如ESN、伪ESN、MEID中的至少一种),用户识别卡接收到手机的存储命令,备份手机的终端唯一识别信息。
图5所示为本实施例提供的手机开机后正常使用访问用户识别卡流程图,包括以下步骤:
步骤501:手机对用户识别卡进行访问;
步骤502:判断是否写入用户识别卡操作,若是执行504,否则执行503;
步骤503:读取操作,确认用户识别卡和通信终端文件系统备份区存储的数据一致,手机通过文件系统接口函数读取手机文件系统备份区相关内容;
步骤504:写入操作,手机向用户识别卡发送写指令,通过用户识别卡接口函数将数据写入用户识别卡;
步骤505:手机将数据备份至文件系统备份区,保证文件系统备份区存储的数据和用户识别卡数据一致。
图6所示为手机快速开机流程图,包括以下步骤:
步骤601:手机正常开机;
步骤602:判断是否插入用户识别卡,若是则执行604,否转至603;
步骤603:没有插入用户识别卡,手机进入紧急模式;
步骤604:手机读取用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息,例如IMSI信息;
步骤605:手机读取用户识别卡上存储的终端唯一识别信息。例如ESN\伪ESN\MEID信息;
步骤606:判断手机内文件系统中存储的IMSI\ESN\伪ESN\MEID是否和用户识别卡上的IMSI\ESN\伪ESN\MEID一致,如果一致则执行610,否则执行607
步骤607:用户识别卡和手机使用不匹配,重新从用户识别卡读取电话本、短信等数据;
步骤608:手机将电话本短信等数据备份至文件系统;
步骤609:正常开机。
步骤610:用户识别卡和手机使用匹配,手机从文件系统备份区读取电话本、短信等数据;
步骤611:快速开机。
综上所述,本发明通过将用户识别卡的数据在通信终端文件系统区进行备份,通信终端开机时通过检查卡的相关信息,判断卡和通信终端是否匹配使用,匹配则从通信终端的文件系统备份区读取用户识别卡的相关存储信息。这种方法填补了快速开机优化方案的空白,对智能手机而言更为重要,与同类系统相比有明显的先进之处和优势,具体如下:
不需进行硬件电路的修改,在所有机卡分离的手机等通信终端上都能够实现,只需要相应修改软件配置和流程就可以实现;
实现过程简单、可靠、速度快、成本低,通用性好;只要在通信终端的文件系统区中进行用户识别卡信息备份,在卡和通信终端匹配的情况下,每次启动高速从文件系统备份区读取卡的相关信息,读取速度可达48M以上;
可以解决其它技术方案只根据用户识别卡的ID更新备份区的缺陷,保证通信终端上备份的数据和用户识别卡上数据一致性。
以上内容是结合具体的实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干简单推演或替换,都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
本发明实施例提供的开机方法及通信终端,将用户识别卡中的数据备份存储到通信终端中,然后在开机时则可直接从通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据(读取速度48M以上),进而完成开机。由于直接从通信终端中读取用户识别卡的数据比直接从用户识别卡中读取数据要快的多,因此可以在较大程度上提升通信终端的开机速度;另外,本发明实施例还将通信终端的终端唯一识别信息也存入用户识别卡中,开机时,先判断通信终端中当前的用户识别卡中的终端唯一识别信息与该通信终端的唯一识别信息是否一致,也即判断该用户识别卡在此次开机之前,是否在其他通信终端上使用过,如一致,则表明未在其他通信终端中使用过,可直接读取通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如不一致,则表明该用户识别卡在其他通信终端上使用过,获取该用户识别卡最新的数据完成开机。可见,本发明实施例提供的方案还可识别出用户识别卡是否在其他通信终端上使用过以及基于用户识别卡最新的数据完成开机,保证读取到的用户识别卡的数据的完整性。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种开机方法,包括:
    将用户识别卡中的数据存入通信终端中,并将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入所述用户识别卡中;
    所述通信终端开机时,判断所述用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与所述通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致,如果一致,从所述通信终端中读取所述用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如果不一致,获取该用户识别卡的最新数据,基于获取的最新数据完成开机。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开机方法,该方法还包括:
    将所述用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息存入所述通信终端;
    从所述通信终端中读取所述用户识别卡的数据完成开机之前,判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与所述通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,如匹配,且该用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与所述通信终端的终端唯一识别信息一致,才从所述通信终端中读取与所述卡唯一识别信息对应的用户识别卡的数据;否则,从该用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,或从该用户识别卡中读取数据存入所述通信终端中,然后从所述通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的开机方法,其中,所述获取所述用户识别卡的最新数据并基于获取的最新数据完成开机的步骤包括:
    直接从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据完成开机,或从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据重新存入所述通信终端中,然后从所述通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的最新数据完成开机。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的开机方法,该方法还包括:
    所述通信终端开机后,对所述用户识别卡中的数据有更新操作时,对所述通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据进行同样的更新操作。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的开机方法,其中,所述终端唯一识别信息包括:终端电子序列号、伪电子序列号和移动设备识别码中的至少一种。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的开机方法,其中,所述卡唯一识别信息包括:国际移动用户识别码。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的开机方法,其中,所述用户识别卡中的数据包括通讯录数据和/或短信数据。
  8. 一种通信终端,包括数据处理模块、存储模块和开机处理模块,其中:
    所述数据处理模块设置成:将用户识别卡中的数据存入所述存储模块中,并将该通信终端的终端唯一识别信息存入所述用户识别卡中;
    所述开机处理模块设置成:在所述通信终端开机时,判断所述用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与所述通信终端的终端唯一识别信息是否一致,如果一致,从所述通信终端中读取所述用户识别卡的数据完成开机;如果不一致,获取该用户识别卡的最新数据,基于获取的最新数据完成开机。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的通信终端,其中:
    所述数据处理模块还设置成:将用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息存入所述通信终端;
    所述开机处理模块还设置成:从所述通信终端中读取所述用户识别卡的数据完成开机之前,判断通信终端中当前用户识别卡的卡唯一识别信息与所述通信终端所述存储的卡唯一识别信息是否匹配,如匹配,且该用户识别卡中存储的终端唯一识别信息与所述通信终端的终端唯一识别信息一致,则从所述通信终端中读取与所述卡唯一识别信息对应的用户识别卡的数据;否则,从该用户识别卡中读取数据完成开机,或通过所述数据处理模块从该用户识别卡中读取数据存入所述通信终端中,然后从所述通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的数据完成开机。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的通信终端,其中,所述开机处理模块设置成按照如下方式获取所述用户识别卡的最新数据并基于获取的最新数据完成开机:
    直接从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据完成开机,或通过所述数据处理模块从所述用户识别卡中读取最新数据重新存入所述通信终端中,然后从所述通信终端中读取该用户识别卡的最新数据完成开机。
  11. 如权利要求8或9所述的通信终端,该通信终端还包括同步模块,其中:
    所述同步模块设置成:在所述通信终端开机后,所述用户识别卡中的数据变化时,对所述通信终端中存储的该用户识别卡的数据进行同样的更新操作。
  12. 如权利要求8或9所述的通信终端,其中,所述终端唯一识别信息包括:终端电子序列号、伪电子序列号和移动设备识别码中的至少一种。
