Abstract

Selon l'invention, un artefact flottant résidentiel comprend une construction résidentielle à configuration structurelle dimensionnée pour s'inscrire dans les mesures d'un point d'amarrage de port ou de port de plaisance, avec des accès à celui-ci depuis les jetées ou les prolongements latéraux.
