现有技术中, 当网络侧向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息时, 用户 设备需要判断用户设备所需的系统信息发生变更,是否需要获取变更的系统信 息, 即使不需要接收变更的系统信息块的用户设备,也需要根据网络侧发送的 信息判断发生变更的系统信息, 判断是否需要获取变更的系统信息; 在引入第 二广播信道之后,在第二广播信道上发送的系统信息发生变化时, 采用现有的 方案指示系统信息的变更,将会导致不需要读取第二广播信道上的系统信息的 用户设备被唤醒,增加了部分用户设备的不必要的数据处理过程和用户设备的 电量的消耗, 降低了用户设备获取系统信息的用户体验。 发明内容

在一些可行的实施方式中, 若接收模块 10接收到的系统信息的变更指示 - - 信息中不包含广播控制信道的修改时间点, 获取模块 40确定具体发生变更的 系统信息块之后,还可根据预存的系统信息的修改时间点,从预存的系统信息 的修改时间点开始获取变更后的系统信息的 SIB, 或者在接收到系统信息的变 更指示信息之后就开始获取变更后的系统信息 SIB, 在此不做限制。
在本发明实施例中,系统信息的获取装置可通过接收模块接收第二变更指 示信息, 包括系统信息块的修改指示信息、或者系统信息块的修改指示信息和 第二广播信道的广播控制信道的修改时间点,获取模块可直接根据上述第二变 更指示信息中的系统信息块的修改指示信息确定具体发生变更的 SIB的类型, 进而根据广播控制信道的修改时间点获取承载在第二广播信道上的发生变更 的系统信息,, 无需根据系统信息的变更指示信息判断变更的系统信息是否为 其所需要的系统信息, 减少了获取装置获取系统信息的操作步骤, 降低获取装 置获取系统信息时的一些不必要的数据处理, 减少获取装置的能耗,提高获取 系统信息的用户体验。同时避免了对无需读取第二广播信道上承载的系统信息 的用户设备的影响, 提高了用户设备的能耗。

在本发明实施例中,系统信息的获取装置可接收承载在第二广播信道上的 - - 系统信息的变更指示信息,上述系统信息的变更指示信息中包括系统信息块的 数值标签列表、或者系统信息块的数值标签列表和第二广播信道的广播控制信 道的修改时间点, 确定具体发生变更的 SIB, 进而根据广播控制信道的修改时 间点获取承载在第二广播信道上的发生变更的系统信息,无需根据系统信息的 变更指示信息判断变更的系统信息是否为其所需要的系统信息,减少了获取装 置获取系统信息的操作步骤,降低获取装置获取系统信息时的一些不必要的数 据处理, 减少获取装置的能耗, 提高获取系统信息的用户体验。 同时避免了对 无需获取第二广播信道上系统信息的用户设备的影响,降低了所述用户设备的 能耗。

在一些可行的实施方式中,当承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更 时, 网络侧可向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息, 具体的, 网络侧可通 过预定义的 H-RNTI (例如可定义为: H-RNTI for BCH2 , 系统信息变更 - -
H-RNTI )对 HS-SCCH进行加掩, 进一步地, 网络侧通过 HS-PDSCH向用户 设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息; 或者网络侧可通过定义 HS-SCCH order, 指示第二广播信道上承载的系统信息发生变更, 即, 在本发明实施例中, 获取 装置接收到的承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息的变更指示信息中可包括:预 定义的 H-RNTI和 /或 HS-SCCH order (命令)。

在一些可行的实施方式中, 当系统信息发生变更时, 网络侧可通过向小区 的用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息, 通知用户设备系统信息发生变更。 具体实现中 ,本发明实施例中所描述的系统信息的变更指示信息为 载在第二 广播信道上的系统信息发生变更的指示信息, 其中, 上述第二广播信道用于向 小区中的指定用户设备发送系统信息。具体的, 上述指定用户设备为能够接收 第二广播信道上的系统信息的用户设备, 可选的, 上述第二广播信道承载的系 统信息可为具备某些特性的配置信息的用户设备、或者某些版本的用户设备才 有能力获取的信息。
具体实现中, 当承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更时, 网络侧可 通过向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息,通知用户设备承载在第二广播 信道上的系统信息发生变更了。由于可能小区的用户设备中仅有部分用户设备 接收承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息, 因此, 当承载在第二广播信道上的系 统信息发生变更时,接收承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息的用户设备需要判 断发生变更的 SIB, 进而获取变更的 SIB的内容, 不接收承载在第二广播信道 上的系统信息的用户设备则无需判断发生变更的 SIB, 也无需获取变更的 SIB 的内容。现有技术中,由于系统信息是通过同一个广播信道(即第一广播信道) 发送给用户设备的, 没有第二广播信道, 因此当系统信息发生变更时, 网络侧 向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息,用户设备接收到网络侧发送的系统 信息的变更指示信息之后, 需要根据上述变更指示信息判断发生变更的 SIB, 假设发生变更的系统信息是承载在本发明实施例中所描述的第二广播信道上 时, 沿用现有技术的实现方式, 当承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变化 时, 即使是不需要读取第二广播信道上的 SIB的用户设备,也需要根据系统信 - - 息的变更指示信息判断发生变化的 SIB , 增加了用户设备的不必要的数据处 理, 增加了用户设备的能耗。

在一些可行的实施方式中, 当系统信息发生变更时, 网络侧可通过向小区 的用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息, 通知用户设备系统信息发生变更。 具体实现中 ,本发明实施例中所描述的系统信息的变更指示信息为 载在第二 广播信道上的系统信息发生变更的指示信息, 其中, 上述第二广播信道用于向 小区中的指定用户设备发送系统信息。具体的, 上述指定用户设备为能够接收 第二广播信道上的系统信息的用户设备, 可选的, 上述第二广播信道承载的系 统信息可为具备某些特性的配置信息的用户设备、或者某些版本的用户设备才 有能力获取的信息。
在一些可行的实施方式中,当承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更 时, 网络侧可通过向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息,通知用户设备 7 载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更了。由于可能小区的用户设备中仅有 部分用户设备接收承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息, 因此, 当承载在第二广 播信道上的系统信息发生变更时,接收承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息的用 户设备需要判断发生变更的 SIB, 进而获取变更的 SIB的内容, 不接收承载在 第二广播信道上的系统信息的用户设备则无需判断发生变更的 SIB, 也无需获 取变更的 SIB的内容。 现有技术中, 由于系统信息是通过同一个广播信道(即 第一广播信道)发送给用户设备的, 没有第二广播信道, 因此当系统信息发生 变更时, 网络侧向用户设备发送系统信息的变更指示信息, 用户设备接收到网 络侧发送的系统信息的变更指示信息之后,需要根据上述变更指示信息判断发 - - 生变更的 SIB,假设发生变更的系统信息是承载在本发明实施例中所描述的第 二广播信道上时, 沿用现有技术的实现方式, 当承载在第二广播信道上的系统 信息发生变化时, 即使是不需要读取第二广播信道上的 SIB的用户设备,也需 要根据系统信息的变更指示信息判断发生变化的 SIB, 增加了用户设备的不必 要的数据处理, 增加了用户设备的能耗。

在一些可行的实施方式中,上述接收器 100接收到的承载在第二广播信道 上的系统信息的变更指示信息中包括: 系统信息块 H-RNTI, 或者 HS-SCCH order。 具体实现中, 当用户设备检测到系统信息变更 H-RNTI对 HS-SCCH进 行加掩或者检测到上述 HS-SCCH order时,则可确定承载在第二广播信道的系 统信息发生变更。即用户设备的接收器 100接收到上述系统信息的变更指示信 息之后, 处理器 200若检测到上述系统信息块 H-RNTI加掩的 HS-SCCH或者 检测到上述定义的 HS-SCCH order,则可判断上述 H-RNTI或者 HS-SCCH order 获取承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更。具体的, 当用户设备检测到 系统信息变更 H-RNTI之后, 则可从 HS-PDSCH信道接收系统变更的具体信 - - 息, 上述具体信息包含系统信息的变更指示信息, 和 /或系统信息变更的时间 点, 根据上述系统信息的变更指示信息和 /或系统信息变更的时间获取变更后 的系统信息块。具体实现中, 上述根据接收到的系统信息的变更指示信息或者 系统信息的变更时间点获取变更后的系统信息块的具体实现过程可参见本实 施例中上述内容, 在此不再赘述。
在本发明实施例中,用户设备可接收承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息的 变更指示信息,直接根据上述变更指示信息确定承载在第二广播信道上的系统 信息发生变更,针对无需获取第二广播信道上系统信息的用户设备, 无需根据 系统信息的变更指示信息判断变更的系统信息是否为其所需要的系统信息,减 少了获取系统信息的操作步骤,降低了获取系统信息时的一些不必要的数据处 理, 减少用户设备的能耗, 提高获取系统信息的用户体验。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于计算机 可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之 权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

1、 一种系统信息的获取装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于接收网络侧发送的系统信息的变更指示信息, 所述变更指 示信息为承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更的指示信息, 其中, 所述 第二广播信道用于向小区中的指定用户设备发送系统信息;
确定模块,用于根据所述变更指示信息确定承载在所述第二广播信道上的 系统信息发生变更;
获取模块,用于从所述第二广播信道读取所述承载在所述第二广播信道上 的系统信息, 所述系统信息包含变更后的系统信息块。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收到的系统 信息的变更指示信息包括: 所述第二广播信道的系统信息的调度块的数值标 签;
所述确定模块, 具体用于:
根据所述第二广播信道的所述系统信息的调度块的数值标签确定发生变 更的系统信息为承载在所述第二广播信道的系统信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收到的所述 系统信息的变更指示信息包括: 系统信息块的修改指示信息, 所述系统信息块 的修改指示信息用以指示发生变更的系统信息块;
所述确定模块, 具体用于:
根据所述第二广播信道的系统信息块的修改指示信息确定具体发生变化 的系统信息块承载于所述第二广播信道。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收到的所述 系统信息的变更指示信息包括: 系统信息块的数值标签列表;
其中,所述系统信息块的数值标签列表包含第二广播信道上发生变更的系 统信息块的数值标签,或者包含所有的在第二广播信道上发送的系统信息块的 数值标签; 所述确定模块, 具体用于:
根据所述系统信息块的数值标签列表,确定承载在所述第二广播信道上的 系统信息中发生变更的系统信息块的类型。
5、 如权利要求 2-4任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收 到的所述系统信息的变更指示信息还包括:所述第二广播信道的广播控制信道 的修改时间点;
所述获取模块, 具体用于:
从所述第二广播信道的广播控制信道的修改时间点开始读取所述承载在 所述第二广播信道上的系统信息 ,所述系统信息包含变更后的系统信息块的信
6、 如权利要求 1-5任一项所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收模块接收 到的所述系统信息的变更指示信息还包括:系统信息变更高速下行共享信道无 线网络临时标识 H-RNTI, 和 /或高速共享控制信道 HS-SCCH命令;
其中, 所述系统信息变更 H-RNTI用于对所述 HS-SCCH进行加掩, 所述 H-RNTI用于指示所述第二广播信道上承载的系统信息发生变更;
所述 HS-SCCH命令用于指示所述第二广播信道上承载的系统信息发生变 更;
所述确定模块, 具体用于:
根据接收到的所述系统信息 H-RNTI或者所述 HS-SCCH命令确定承载在 所述第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变化。
7、 一种系统信息的获取方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收网络侧发送的系统信息的变更指示信息 ,所述变更指示信息为承载在 第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更的指示信息, 其中, 所述第二广播信道用 于向小区中的指定用户设备发送系统信息;
根据所述变更指示信息确定承载在所述第二广播信道上的系统信息发生 变更;
从所述第二广播信道读取所述承载在所述第二广播信道上的系统信息,所 述系统信息包含变更后的系统信息块。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述系统信息的变更指示信 息包括: 所述第二广播信道的系统信息的调度块的数值标签;
根据所述变更指示信息确定承载在所述第二广播信道上的系统信息发生 变更: 包括:

13、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收器, 用于接收网络侧发送的系统信息的变更指示信息, 所述变更指示 信息为承载在第二广播信道上的系统信息发生变更的指示信息, 其中,所述第 二广播信道用于向小区中的指定用户设备发送系统信息;
处理器,用于根据所述变更指示信息确定承载在所述第二广播信道上的系 统信息发生变更;
所述接收器,用于从所述第二广播信道读取所述承载在所述第二广播信道 上的系统信息, 所述系统信息包含变更后的系统信息块。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述接收器接收到的 所述系统信息的变更指示信息包括:所述第二广播信道的系统信息的调度块的 数值标签;
