为了将个人电动清洁工具的头部的体积设计得更小, 本发明公 开了一种个人电动清洁工具, 其包括: 柄部、 头部和传动杆。 其中, 柄部容纳有驱动元件, 头部连接有承载清洁元件的承载体, 承载体 限定了第一接合形状; 传动杆在其远离头部的一端可操作地连接到 驱动元件, 在其靠近头部的一端固定有限定了与第一接合形状适配 的第二接合形状的驱动轮, 以使得当传动杆被驱动元件驱动时承载 体随驱动轮而往复转动。 其中, 第一接合形状和第二接合形状的其 中之一为由一个锥齿轮上两个彼此面对的锥形齿齿面所限定的形 状, 第一接合形状和第二接合形状的另一个为与两个锥形齿齿面啮 合的一个锥形齿所限定的形状。
进一步地, 承载体设有限位部, 头部相应地设有匹配限位部, 限位部和匹配限位部被配置为当承载体在传动杆的转动而随动时限 位部始终与匹配限位部接合, 从而允许承载体铙其转动轴线转动的 同时防止承载体脱离头部。 这样, 在使用谅护理工具时, 该承载体 不会在其转动轴线上滑动, 或者谅承载体仅在其转动轴线上做限制 性的滑动, 从而可以防止它在运行期间中脱离头部而飞出。
具体地, 限位部为凹槽, 匹配限位部为限位销, 凹槽周向地开 设在承载体的连接部分的外表面上, 限位销的一端固定到头部上另 一端凸伸到头部内并被容纳到凹槽内。
优选地, 限位销的数目为至少两个。
更优选地, 至少两个限位销在与承载体的第一转动轴线相垂直 的平面上绕承载体的第一转动轴线均勾分布。
优选地, 驱动轮的限定第二接合形状的齿轮部分和承载体的连 接部分被容纳在头部内。
优选地, 传动杆的转动角度不大于 90度, 相应地, 承载体的转 动角度也不大于 90度。
优选地, 承载体绕着第一转动轴线随动, 传动杆铙着第二转动 轴线转动, 第一转动轴线基本上垂直于第二转动轴线。
具体地, 个人电动清洁工具为口腔清洁工具。

参见图 1-3 , 根据本发明的一种实施方式, 电动牙刷 100包括柄 部 10、 头部 20和在柄部 10和头部 20之间延伸的颈部 30。 典型地, 前述颈部 30和头部 20可以为一整体部件的两个部分。
柄部 10通常容纳有诸如可充电电池的电力供应部件以及诸如电 机的驱动元件, 在柄部 10的外表面还设置有用于开启或者关闭电力 供应部件和驱动元件之间电连接的开关 11。
头部 20连接有承载清洁元件 21的承载体 22, 其中, 在图示中, 清洁元件 21为刷毛, 承载体 22为刷盘。 具体地, 承载体 22包括可 容纳在谅头部 20内的连接部分 221以及从连接部分 221沿着其第一 转动轴线 L1进一步延伸并在垂直于其第一转动轴线 L1的径向上同 时延伸的用于固定清洁元件 21的固定部分 223, 前述的诸如刷毛的 清洁元件 21均锚定在该固定部分 223上, 连接部分 221容纳在头部 20内并可绕着第一转动轴线 L1转动。

参见图 3、图 9和图 10,该头部 20的内表面包括多个内侧面 23 , 相应地, 承载体 22的连接部分 221除了中空部分基本上呈圆柱状。 当连接部分 221被安装于头部 20内时, 连接部分 221的外表面基本 上与头部 20的各内侧面 23相切, 藉此, 连接部分 221被这些内侧 面 23约束以可绕第一转动轴线 L1转动。 可以理解, 该头部 20的内 表面可以为其他任何合适的形状, 同时, 承载体 22的连接部分 221 也可以为可被容纳在该头部 20内的其他任何合适的形状, 只要头部 20能够约束承载体 22的连接部分 221绕其第一转动轴线 L1转动即 可。 这意味着该头部 20的内表面的形状不一定与承载体 22的连接 部分 221 的形状是对应的, 例如, 在一种未示出的实施例中, 可以 将一根轴固定在头部 20的第一转动轴线 L1上, 同时沿着承载体 22 的连接部分 221的第一转动轴线 L1开设一个能将承载体 22安装于 前述轴上的孔, 藉此, 承载体 22绕着其第一转动轴线 L1可转动地 安装在头部 20上。

结合图 1 1-13 , 在连接部分 221的外表面上, 还周向地开设有一 对彼此相对的弧形凹槽 24, 相对应的, 头部 20上还固定有一对彼此 径向相对的限位销 25 , 其中, 每个限位销 25 的一端被固定在头部 20上另一端向头部 20内凸伸以分别被容纳并接合于一个弧形凹槽。 藉此, 当承载体 22绕着第一转动轴线 L1转动时, 前述一对限位销 25 始终定位在对应的弧形凹槽 24 内并与之接合从而限制 ΐ亥承载体 22脱离该头部 20而飞出。 可以理解, 读弧形凹槽 24的弧形长度应 当等于或大于承载体 22的转动行程。
还可以理解, 在一种未示出的实施例中, 在连接部分 221 的外 表面上可以周向地开设有弧形凹槽, 相对应的, 头部 20上固定有和 该弧形凹槽相匹配的仅一个限位销。 当承载体 22绕着第一转动轴线 该承载体 22脱离该头部 20而飞出。 然而, 由于一个限位销在限制 承载体 22沿第一转动轴线 L1滑动时, 限位销和承载体 22的实际接 触部分为一条线, 且头部 20和承载体 22的连接部分 221存在运动 间隙。 即, 一方面, 头部 20约束承载体 22的连接部分 221绕着第 一转动轴线 L1转动,另一方面,头部 20和承载体 22的连接部分 221 之间存在的该间隙会使承载体 22 的实际转动轴线和第一转动轴线 L1形成夹角。 所以, 当承载体 22绕着第一转动轴线 L1转动时, 单 一的限位销不能平稳地约束承载体 22沿第一转动轴线 L1 的滑动, 承载体 22的实际转动轴线会和第一转动轴线 L1形成不断变化的夹 角, 从而, 承载体 22的固定部分 223和头部 20形成大小和方位不 断变化的夹缝。 作为结果, 高速的且往复转动的承载体 22的固定部 分 223和头部 20形成的大小和方位不断变化的夹缝可能存在夹伤口 月空组织的风险。
优选地, 在另一种未示出的实施例中, 在承载体 22的连接部分
221的外表面上周向地开设有至少一个凹槽, 例如, 可仅开设一个环 形凹槽或者开设两个以上的弧形凹槽, 相对应的, 头部 20上固定有 和凹槽相匹配的两个以上的限位销。
更优选地, 在另外一种未示出的实施例中, 可以在承载体 22的 连接部分 221 的外表面上周向地开设有至少一个凹槽, 对应地, 在 头部 20上固定有和凹槽相匹配的两个以上的限位销。 而且, 两个以 上的限位销在和第一转动轴线 U 垂直的平面上绕第一转动轴线 L1 均匀分布。
可替代地, 前述弧形凹槽 24可以开设在头部 20上, 同时, 限 位销 25可以被固定到承载体 22的连接部分 221上。 还可以理解, 可以在承载体 22的连接部分 221上设置其他限位部,同时在头部 20 上相应地设置匹配限位部, 它们可以被配置成当承载体 22转动时限 位部始终与匹配限位部接合, 以使承载体 22不能沿着头部 20的第 一转动轴线 L1滑动或者仅允许该承载体 22沿着谅头部 20的第一转 动轴线 L1做限制性的滑动,从而预防承载体 22脱离头部 20并飞出。 这对于口腔清洁工具的安全性而言是极其重要的, 因为一旦承载体 22在高速运转时飞出, 它可能伤及使用者的口腔、 舌头和 /或喉咙, 甚至有可能会极其危险地进入消化道。

结合图 3-8, 颈部 30内容纳有纵向延伸的传动杆 31 , 该传动杆 31远离头部 20的一端可操作地连接到诸如电机的驱动元件上,靠近 头部 20的一端连接到承载体 22上, 从而谅传动杆 31在驱动元件的 驱动下而以预定角度范围往复转动, 同时, 该承载体 22被传动杆 31 带动也往复转动。 具体地, 该传动杆 31 包括柄部驱动轴段 311、 头 部驱动轴段 313、将柄部驱动轴段 311和头部驱动轴段 313连接在一 起的联接件 314, 其中, 柄部驱动轴段 31 1和头部驱动轴段 313具有 相同的转动轴线 L2 (第二转动轴线) , 而且, 该第二转动轴线 L2 与前述的承载体 22的第一转动轴线 L1基本垂直。 在本发明的示例 中, 抦部驱动轴段 31 1 围绕其第二转动轴线 L2做转动角小于 90度 的往复转动, 同时, 头部驱动轴段 313也绕第二转动轴线 L2以相同 的转动角转动。 该传动杆 31的柄部驱动轴段 31 1可以通过本领域普 通技术人员所熟知的诸如四连杆结构连接到电机上以将电机的回转 运动变成在预定角度范围内的往复转动, 在此, 因为现有技术中存 在很多诸如此类的具体机构, 故为了节省篇幅的目的本申请的所有 附图均没有详细地示出这种结构。 而且, 还应当理解, 虽然在图示 的实施例中, 通过联接件 314将柄部驱动轴段 3 H 的动能传递到头 部驱动轴段 313, 然而, 也可以采用任何能够将柄部驱动轴段 311 的往复转动传递给头部驱动轴段 313 并使之以预定角度范围往复转 动的传动机构。 传动杆 31的头部驱动轴段 313在远离驱动元件的一 端固定有驱动轮 315 , 该驱动轮 315上仅布置一个锥形齿。 如图 8所 示, 该锥形齿包括锥形齿面 315a、 315b0 相应地, 作为被谅驱动轮 315驱动的该承载体 22限定了与前述的一个锥形齿啮合的、 由一个 锥齿轮的两个彼此面对的锥形齿齿面 26、 27,这两个锥形齿齿面 26、 27限定了前述中空部分。 如图 6和图 7所示, 更详细地说, 谅承载 体 22的锥形齿齿面 26可接合驱动轮 315的锥形齿面 315a, 该承载 体 22的锥形齿齿面 27可接合驱动轮 315的锥形齿齿面 315b。 因为 锥形齿齿面 26、 27为一完整锥齿轮中彼此面对的两个锥形面, 所以 锥形齿齿面 26、 27具有相同的锥齿轮的锥点。此外,锥形齿齿面 26、 27相对于承载体 22的转动中心 0点是偏心分布的。
如图 3、 图 5、 图 9和图 12所示, 限定了前述驱动轮 315的一 个锥形齿的齿轮部分 318和承载体 22的连接部分 221被容纳在头部 20内, 即, 读驱动轮 315的限定第二接合形状的齿轮部分和承载体 22的连接部分 221被容纳在头部 20内。这样布置的优点在于能够提 高电动牙刷 100的安全性。
应当可以理解, 前述驱动轮 315的锥形齿和承载体 22的锥形齿 齿面 26、 27所构成的传动比可以根据需要被配置为任何合适值,即, 传动可以是加速的、 减速的或者等速的。 在本实施例中, 传动比为 1 :1。
也应当可以理解, 在另一种实施例中, 可以在承载体 22的连接 部分 221上设置一个锥形齿,同时,在固定于传动杆 31的驱动轮 315 上设置可与所述一个锥形齿啮合的、 一个完整锥齿轮中的两个彼此 面对的锥形齿齿面。 前述两个锥形齿齿面限定了中空部分, 为了与 两个锥形齿齿面分别接合, 前述的谅承载体 22的连接部分 221上的 一个锥形齿被置于在该中空部分内。 在这种实施例中, 限定了前述 驱动轮 315的两个锥形齿面的齿轮部分和承载体 22的连接部分 221 也被容纳在谅头部 20内, 即, 驱动轮 315的限定第二接合形状的齿 轮部分和承载体 22的连接部分 221被容纳在头部 20 内。 这样布置 的优点在于能够提供电动牙刷的安全性。
还应当可以理解,在其他实施例中 ,谅承载体 22的连接部分 221 可以限定第一接合形状, 谅传动杆 31的驱动轮 315可以限定有与谅 第一接合形状相互配合的第二接合形状, 以使该承载体 22可被该驱 动轮 315驱动。 第一接合形状包括但不限于前述两个锥形齿齿面或 一个锥形齿所限定的形状, 同理, 第二接合形状包括但不限于前述 一个锥形齿或两个锥形齿齿面所限定的形状。 例如, 谅第一接合形 状可以为由蝸杆所限定的形状, 相应地, 谅第二接合形状可以为由 与前述蜗杆配合的涡轮所限定的形状。
当使用者将电动牙刷 100的柄部 10上的开关 11置于开启位置 时, 容纳于电动牙刷 100的柄部 10内的电机被启动, 电机通过熟知 的传动组件驱动该柄部驱动轴段 311,谊柄部驱动轴段 311通过联接 件 314将动能传递给头部驱动轴段 313 ,驱动轮 315被头部驱动轴段 313带动。 结果, 由柄部驱动轴段 31 1、 头部驱动轴段 313和联接件 314组合而成的传动杆 31带动固定于远离驱动元件的端部的驱动轮 315绕第二转动轴线 L2以通常小于 90度 (典型地, 约 60度) 的预 定转动角度范围而往复转动。 当驱动轮 315绕第二转动轴线 L2做逆 时针转动时, 驱动轮 315的锥形齿齿面 315a压动承载体 22的锥形 齿齿面 26, 承载体 22绕第一转动轴线 L1做顺时针转动; 当驱动轮 315绕第二转动轴线 L2做顺时针转动时, 驱动轮 315的锥形齿齿面 315b压动承载体 22的锥形齿齿面 27,承载体 22绕第一转动轴线 L1 做逆时针转动。 无论朝哪个方向转动, 驱动轮 315和 载体 22之间 的动能传递都是通过彼此接合的驱动轮 315 的锥形齿齿面和承载体 22的锥形齿齿面来完成的。 清洁元件 21随着承载体 22绕第一转动 轴线 L1的往复转动而对清洁表面 (诸如牙齿表面)执行清洁动作。

1. 一种个人电动清洁工具, 其包括:
柄部, 其容纳有驱动元件;
头部, 其连接有承载清洁元件的承载体, 所述承载体限定了第 一接合形状;
传动杆, 其远离所述头部的一端可操作地连接到所述驱动元件, 其靠近所述头部的一端固定有限定了与所述第一接合形状适配的第 二接合形状的驱动轮, 以使得当所述传动杆被所述驱动元件驱动时 所述承载体随所述驱动轮而往复转动;
其中, 所述第一接合形状和所述第二接合形状的其中之一为由 一个锥齿轮上两个彼此面对的锥形齿齿面所限定的形状, 所述第一 接合形状和所述第二接合形状的另一个为与所述两个锥形齿齿面啮 合的一个锥形齿所限定的形状。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述承载 体设有限位部, 所述头部相应地设有匹配限位部, 所述限位部和匹 配限位部被配置为当所述承载体在所述传动杆的转动而随动时所述 限位部始终与所述匹配限位部接合, 从而允许所述承载体绕其转动 轴线转动的同时防止所述承载体脱离所述头部。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述限位 部为凹槽, 所述匹配限位部为限位销, 所述凹槽周向地开设在所述 承载体的连接部分的外表面上, 所述限位销的一端固定到所述头部 上另一端凸伸到所述头部内并被容纳到所述凹槽内。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述限位 销的数目为至少两个。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 至少两个 所述限位销在与所述承载体的第一转动轴线相垂直的平面上绕所述 承载体的第一转动轴线均勾分布。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述驱动 轮的限定所述第二接合形状的齿轮部分和所述承载体的连接部分被 容纳在所述头部内。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述传动 杆的转动角度不大于 90度, 相应地, 所述承载体的转动角度也不大 于 90度。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述承载 体绕着第一转动轴线随动, 所述传动杆绕着第二转动轴线转动, 所 述第一转动轴线基本上垂直于所述第二转动轴线。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述个人 电动清洁工具为口腔清洁工具。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述口腔 清洁工具为电动牙刷。
11. 根椐权利要求 10所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述清 洁元件为刷毛。
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的个人电动清洁工具, 其中, 所述个人 电动清洁工具为电动剃须刀或者电动鞋刷。
