在本实施例中, 第一基站和第二基站可以通过 S1接口通信, 即可以由第一基站 将消息发送给移动管理实体 (MME, Mobile Management Entity), 然后由 MME将该 消息转发给第二基站。 第一基站和第二基站也可以通过 X2接口通信, 即第一基站可 以直接将该消息发送给第二基站。本发明不限于此, 可以根据实际情况确定具体的发 送方式。 在本实施例中, 该消息发起的原因与一个或多个运营商有关。 第一基站(发送基 站)发送给第二基站(接收基站) 的消息中会包含与运营商有关的指示信息, 通过该 指示信息, 接收基站会认为该消息的发送是与特定的运营商有关, 而不是与小区或基 站有关 0
在本实施例中, 该消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 与一个或多个 运营商有关的原因信息, 针对一个或多个运营商的指示信息, 以及一个或多个运营商 的标识信息。 但本发明不限于此, 以下以切换请求消息以及切换准备失败消息为例, 对本发明进行详细说明。
在一个实施方式中, 该消息为从源基站(此时为第一基站) 向目标基站(此时为 第二基站)发送的切换请求消息。 该消息可以包含触发切换的原因。 其中两个原因与 小区负载有关, 即 "减少服务小区的负载"和 "资源优化的切换"。 目标基站接收到 该原因信息后, 会认为源基站是为了减少服务小区的负载才发起的切换, 或者是为了 优化小区的资源而发起的切换。
但是在 AN共享机制下, 源基站可能会因为减少一个或多个运营商在源小区中 的负载而发起切换, 或者因为要优化一个或多个运营商在小区间的资源而发起切换。 为了与现有的原因信息区分开, 在切换请求消息中需要加入新的指示信息, 可能的形 式包括:
( 1 ) 新的原因信息; 该原因信息表示减少一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营 商在所述源基站的服务小区中的负载,或优化述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营 商在所述源基站的服务小区内占用的资源。
具体地, 该原因信息表明触发切换是与一个或多个运营商有关的。 例如, 触发切 换是为了减少一个或多个运营商(例如, 用户设备在源基站的服务运营商(由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商) 或等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商)) 在源 基站的服务小区中的负载, 或是为了优化一个或多个运营商(例如, 用户设备在源基 站的服务运营商(由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商)或等效的服务运营商(由 EPLMN 所指示的运营商)) 在多个小区内占用资源的状况。
有了这个新的原因信息, 目标基站可以知道触发切换是为了调整一个或多个运营 商 (例如, 用户设备在源基站的服务运营商 (由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商) 或 等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商)) 的负载或资源, 而不是一个小区 或基站的负载或资源。
(2) 新的指示信息; 该指示信息表示针对所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务 运营商而触发切换。
具体地, 该指示信息表明触发切换是针对一个或多个运营商(例如, 用户设备在 源基站的服务运营商 (由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商) 或等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商) )。
有了这个新的指示信息, 目标基站可以知道触发切换是为了调整一个或多个运营 商 (例如, 用户设备在源基站的服务运营商 (由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商) 或 等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商)) 的负载或资源, 而不是一个小区 或基站的负载和资源。
(3 )运营商的指示信息; 例如运营商的标识(例如, PLMN标识符, 一组 PLMN 标识符, 一组 PLMN标识符的标识等), 该信息用于通知目标基站切换请求消息是针 对该标识符指示的运营商发送的。
该指示信息也可以和现有的原因信息共同指示,例如运营商的标识符分别与现有 的原因信息 "减少服务小区的负载"和 "资源优化的切换"结合,分别表示发送该切 换请求消息是为了减少服务小区中关于该运营商指示信息所指示的运营商的负载,以 及优化关于该运营商指示信息所指示的运营商的资源。
值得注意的是, 以上示意性地示出了三种形式, 但本发明不限于此, 还可以根据 实际情况确定具体的形式。 此外, 上述信息可以单独使用, 也可以相互结合; 例如新 的原因信息与运营商的指示信息结合, 目标基站就可以知道该切换请求消息是针对运 营商的指示信息所指示的运营商。新的指示信息与运营商的指示信息结合, 目标基站 就可以知道该切换请求消息是针对运营商的指示信息所指示的运营商。
在另一个实施方式中, 该消息为从目标基站(此时为第一基站) 向源基站(此时 为第二基站)发送的切换准备失败消息。 在该消息, 目标基站拒绝切换的原因可能是 "在目标小区中没有可用的无线资源" 。
但是在 AN共享机制下, 拒绝切换的原因可能是在目标小区中没有针对一个或 多个运营商 (例如, 用户设备在目标基站的服务运营商 (由 serving PLMN所指示的 运营商) 或等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商)) 的可用无线资源。 为 了指示这个信息, 切换准备失败消息中需要加入新的指示信息, 可能的形式包括: ( 1 ) 新的原因信息; 该原因信息表示在目标基站中没有一个或多个运营商或等 效的服务运营商可用的资源。

该指示信息也可以和现有的原因信息共同指示,例如运营商的标识符与现有的原 因信息 "在目标小区中没有可用的无线资源"结合,表示切换准备失败的原因是在目 标小区内没有该运营商指示信息所指示的运营商的资源。
值得注意的是, 以上示意性地示出了三种形式, 但本发明不限于此, 还可以根据 实际情况确定具体的形式。 此外, 上述信息可以单独使用, 也可以相互结合。 例如新 的原因信息与运营商的指示信息结合,源基站就可以知道该切换准备失败消息是针对 运营商的指示信息所指示的运营商。新的指示信息与运营商的指示信息结合, 源基站 就可以知道该切换准备失败消息是针对运营商的指示信息所指示的运营商。
在本实施方式中,切换准备失败消息还可以包括与运营商相关的通知信息。其中, 与运营商相关的通知信息可以包括: 能接受负载的其他运营商的标识信息, 和 /或接 受其他运营商的负载的可用资源信息。
值得注意的是, 以上仅以切换过程为例对本发明进行了说明。虽然上述新的原因 信息、 新的指示信息、 新的运营商的指示信息是在切换过程中讨论的, 但是这些信息 也可以用于其他的现有流程。 例如, 用于移动设置改变流程 (mobility setting change procedure)来帮助接收基站了解相关的流程是与一个或多个运营商(例如, 用户设备 在目标基站的服务运营商 (由 serving PLMN所指示的运营商) 或等效的服务运营商 (由 EPLMN所指示的运营商)) 有关而不是针对一个小区或基站的。
由上述实施例可知, 在无线接入网共享机制下, 通过发送发起原因与一个或多个 运营商有关的消息, 可以防止基站之间的理解出现不一致, 避免出现对于原因信息解 析错误的问题。 实施例 2
本发明实施例提供一种原因信息的交互装置,可以被配置到发送基站或者接收基 站中, 与实施例 1相同的内容不再赘述。
图 2是本发明实施例的原因信息的交互装置的一构成示意图, 如图 2所示, 交互 装置 200包括: 消息发送单元 201, 在无线接入网共享机制下发送消息, 其中所述消 息表示发起原因与一个或多个运营商有关。
图 3是本发明实施例的原因信息的交互装置的另一构成示意图, 如图 3所示, 交 互装置 300包括: 消息接收单元 301, 在无线接入网共享机制下接收消息, 其中所述 消息表示发起原因与一个或多个运营商有关。
在本实施例中, 该消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 与一个或多个 运营商有关的原因信息, 针对一个或多个运营商的指示信息, 以及一个或多个运营商 的标识信息。
在一个实施方式中, 该消息为第一基站发送给第二基站的切换请求消息; 原因信 息表示减少一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在第一基站的服务小区中的负载, 或优化一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在第一基站的服务小区内占用的资源; 指示信息表示针对一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而触发切换。
在另一个实施方式中, 该消息为第一基站发送给第二基站的切换准备失败消息; 原因信息表示在第一基站中没有一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商可用的资源; 指示信息表示针对一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而拒绝切换。
其中, 切换准备失败消息还可以包括与运营商相关的通知信息; 该与运营商相关 的通知信息可以包括: 能接受负载的其他运营商的标识信息, 和 /或接受其他运营商 的负载的可用资源信息。
在本实施例中, 该消息由第一基站通过 S1接口或者 X2接口向第二基站发送。 本发明实施例还提供一种基站, 包括如上所述的原因信息的交互装置。
图 4是本发明实施例的基站的一构成示意图。 如图 4所示, 基站 400可以包括: 中央处理器 (CPU) 200和存储器 210; 存储器 210耦合到中央处理器 200。 其中该 存储器 210可存储各种数据; 此外还存储信息处理的程序, 并且在中央处理器 200的 控制下执行该程序, 以接收该用户设备发送的各种信息、并且向用户设备发送请求信 息。
在一个实施方式中, 原因信息的交互装置的功能可以被集成到中央处理器 200 中。 其中, 中央处理器 200可以被配置实现如实施例 1所述的原因信息的交互方法。 例如被配置为: 在无线接入网共享机制下发送消息, 其中所述消息表示发起原因与一 个或多个运营商有关。 或者被配置为: 在无线接入网共享机制下接收消息, 其中所述 消息表示发起原因与一个或多个运营商有关。
其中, 所述消息包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 与所述一个或多个运营商 有关的原因信息, 针对所述一个或多个运营商的指示信息, 以及所述一个或多个运营 商的标识信息。
在另一个实施方式中, 原因信息的交互装置可以与中央处理器分开配置, 例如可 以将原因信息的交互装置配置为与中央处理器 200连接的芯片,通过中央处理器的控 制来实现原因信息的交互装置的功能。
此外, 如图 4所示, 基站 400还可以包括: 收发机 220和天线 230等; 其中, 上 述部件的功能与现有技术类似, 此处不再赘述。 值得注意的是, 基站 400也并不是必 须要包括图 4中所示的所有部件;此外,基站 400还可以包括图 4中没有示出的部件, 可以参考现有技术。 由上述实施例可知, 在无线接入网共享机制下, 通过发送发起原因与一个或多个 运营商有关的消息, 可以防止基站之间的理解出现不一致, 避免出现对于原因信息解 析错误的问题。 实施例 3
本发明实施例还提供一种通信系统, 包括如实施例 2所述的基站。与实施例 1和 2相同的内容不再赘述。
图 5是本发明实施例的通信系统的一构成示意图, 如图 5所示, 该通信系统 500 包括第一基站 501和第二基站 502。 其中, 第一基站 501在无线接入网共享机制下发 送消息, 其中所述消息发起的原因与一个或多个运营商有关; 第二基站 502接收所述 消息。
在本实施例中, 第一基站 501和第二基站 502可以通过 S1接口或者 X2接口进 行通信。 该消息可以由第一基站通过 S1接口或者 X2接口向第二基站发送; 但本发 明不限于此。
在本实施例中, 该消息可以包括如下信息的其中一种或任意组合: 与一个或多个 运营商有关的原因信息, 针对一个或多个运营商的指示信息, 以及一个或多个运营商 的标识信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读程序, 其中当在基站中执行所述程序时, 所 述程序使得计算机在所述基站中执行如上面实施例 1所述的原因信息的交互方法。
本发明实施例还提供一种存储有计算机可读程序的存储介质,其中所述计算机可 读程序使得计算机在基站中执行如上面实施例 1所述的原因信息的交互方法。
本发明以上的装置和方法可以由硬件实现, 也可以由硬件结合软件实现。本发明 涉及这样的计算机可读程序, 当该程序被逻辑部件所执行时, 能够使该逻辑部件实现 上文所述的装置或构成部件, 或使该逻辑部件实现上文所述的各种方法或步骤。本发 明还涉及用于存储以上程序的存储介质, 如硬盘、 磁盘、 光盘、 DVD、 flash存储器 等。 针对附图中描述的功能方框中的一个或多个和 /或功能方框的一个或多个组合, 可以实现为用于执行本申请所描述功能的通用处理器、 数字信号处理器 (DSP)、 专 用集成电路 (ASIC)、 现场可编程门阵列 (FPGA) 或者其它可编程逻辑器件、 分立 门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件或者其任意适当组合。针对附图描述的功能方 框中的一个或多个和 /或功能方框的一个或多个组合, 还可以实现为计算设备的组合, 例如, DSP和微处理器的组合、 多个微处理器、 与 DSP通信结合的一个或多个微处 理器或者任何其它这种配置。

Claims

1、 一种原因信息的交互装置, 所述交互装置包括:
消息发送单元, 在无线接入网共享机制下发送消息, 其中所述消息表示发起原因 与一个或多个运营商有关。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息包括如下信息的其中一种 或任意组合: 与所述一个或多个运营商有关的原因信息, 针对所述一个或多个运营商 的指示信息, 以及所述一个或多个运营商的标识信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息为第一基站发送给第二基 站的切换请求消息;
所述原因信息表示减少所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在所述第一 基站的服务小区中的负载,或优化所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在所述 第一基站的服务小区内占用的资源;
所述指示信息表示针对所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而触发切换。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息为第一基站发送给第二基 站的切换准备失败消息;
所述原因信息表示所述第一基站没有所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营 商可用的资源;
所述指示信息表示针对所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而拒绝切换。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述切换准备失败消息还包括与运 营商相关的通知信息;
所述与运营商相关的通知信息包括: 能接受负载的其他运营商的标识信息, 和 / 或接受所述其他运营商的负载的可用资源信息。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息由第一基站通过 S1接口或 者 X2接口向第二基站发送。
7、 一种原因信息的交互装置, 所述交互装置包括:
消息接收单元, 在无线接入网共享机制下接收消息, 其中所述消息表示发起原因 与一个或多个运营商有关。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息包括如下信息的其中一种 或任意组合: 与所述一个或多个运营商有关的原因信息, 针对所述一个或多个运营商 的指示信息, 以及所述一个或多个运营商的标识信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息为第一基站发送给第二基 站的切换请求消息;
所述原因信息表示减少所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在所述第一 基站的服务小区中的负载,或优化所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商在所述 第一基站的服务小区内占用的资源;
所述指示信息表示针对所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而触发切换。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息为第一基站发送给第二基 站的切换准备失败消息;
所述原因信息表示所述第一基站没有所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营 商可用的资源;
所述指示信息表示针对所述一个或多个运营商或等效的服务运营商而拒绝切换。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述切换准备失败消息还包括与 运营商相关的通知信息;
所述与运营商相关的通知信息包括: 能接受负载的其他运营商的标识信息, 和 / 或接受所述其他运营商的负载的可用资源信息。
12、 根据权利要求 7所述的交互装置, 其中, 所述消息由第一基站通过 S1接口 或者 X2接口向第二基站发送。
13、 一种通信系统, 所述通信系统包括:
第一基站, 在无线接入网共享机制下发送消息, 其中所述消息表示发起原因与一 个或多个运营商有关;
第二基站, 接收所述消息。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的通信系统, 其中, 所述消息包括如下信息的其中一 种或任意组合: 与所述一个或多个运营商有关的原因信息, 针对所述一个或多个运营 商的指示信息, 以及所述一个或多个运营商的标识信息。
