Abstract

Selon l'invention, un système reposant sur le fait qu'on réalise le décortiquage des amandes au moyen de rouleaux entre lesquels on fait passer les amandes de manière appropriée, présente la particularité qu'au moins un des rouleaux (1) a un contour polygonal pour engendrer une séparation entre les deux rouleaux (1 et 2) et l'incrustation associée des amandes. Pendant la rotation contraire des deux rouleaux (1 et 2), la pression lente des amandes entre les rouleaux et la séparation du fruit ou du grain de la coque sont alors réalisées.
