Abstract

防和治疗代谢综合症, 此外还有利用筒形衬衣 (No.
200990100313.7) 及腰带 (No. 201120037962.6) 预防治疗代谢综合症。 欧洲专 利检索结果发现, 与代谢综合症防治相关专利中, 采用 L-Carnitine (左旋肉碱) 防治代谢综合症的相关专利多旨在幵发口服药物制剂, 例如专利 No.
JP2008291002及专利 CN1443575。 在欧洲专利 No. US2011251659还提出采用镭射 激光直接作用于脂肪组织, 通过启动脂肪因子发挥降低血糖血脂功效。 美国专 利检索结果则显示达 268条与 L-carnitine (左旋肉碱) 相关的专利发明, 其主要都 旨在幵发利用口服制剂防治代谢综合症, 如专利 No. 8389574
利用 acety-L-carnitine (乙酰左旋肉碱) 防治 2型糖尿病及胰岛素抵抗状态。 综上 所述, 目前发布的国内外专利多集中在通过幵发不同口服药物制剂其目的均在 控制代谢综合症患者体重及血糖、 血脂或血压, 从而起到预防治疗作用。
[0004] 如上述多件公幵专利所陈述的防治代谢综合症的方法主要是通过增强体育锻炼 , 节食及口服药三种方法来达到其目的。 上述方法存在着无实吋可操作性, 或 影响营养摄入及平衡, 或存在口服药首过效应等一种或多种缺点。 此外, 上述 专利均无通过体外透皮制剂负载 L-Carnitine (左旋肉碱) , 达到防治代谢综合症 的功能。 通过对众多文献数据库的检索, 未发现采用服装作为 L-Carnitine (左旋 肉碱) 的载体并通过纳米氧化物辅助作用, 基于药物透皮吸收原理, 通过干扰 氧化应激反应达到改善代谢综合症的报道。

[权利要求 1] 一种改善代谢综合症的功能服,其特征在于: 所述功能服的原料包 括主功能层织物, 所述主功能层织物包括第一外表面和第一内表 面, 所述第一内表面是由预设的第一助剂在预设的第一工艺条件 下处理而获得的, 所述第一助剂包括第一溶质和第一溶剂, 所述 第一溶质包括在所述第一助剂所占的质量百分比为 2-15%的第一增 稠剂、 质量百分比为 2-15%的第二增稠剂、 质量百分比为 10-25% 的粘合剂、 质量百分比为 0.5-1%的纳米金属氧化物、 质量百分比 为 0.2-0.6%的纳米羊毛多肽,所述第一溶剂为去离子水; 所述第一 工艺为: 单面处理获得所述第一内表面, 预烘后焙烘, 其中预烘 条件为温度 80-100°C, 吋间 3-5分钟; 其中焙烘条件为温度 130-160 °C, 吋间 3-10分钟。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的改善代谢综合症的功能服, 其特征在于: 所述 主功能层织物是由针织、 梭织或无纺布面料之一制成, 所述主功 能层织物的组织结构为单面、 罗纹、 网眼、 集圈四种形式之一, 所述主功能层织物的弹性可恢复变形量大于 20%。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的改善代谢综合症的功能服, 其特征在于: 所述 功能服的原料还包括辅功能层织物, 所述辅功能层织物是由梭织 、 针织、 无纺布或多孔片状柔性面料之一制成。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 2或 3所述的改善代谢综合症的功能服, 其特征在于: 人体的上臂、 大腿、 腰部、 腹部、 臀部是脂肪容易堆积的部位, 预定义为脂肪堆积部, 所述脂肪堆积部在所述功能服上的对应区 域为减脂肪区, 所述减脂肪区由经过单面处理的所述主功能层织 物或所述辅功能层织物采用预设的第二助剂在预设的第二工艺条 件下进行整理而成, 所述第二助剂包括第二溶质与第二溶剂, 所 述第二溶质包括在所述第二助剂所占的质量百分比为 10-30%的左 旋肉碱、 质量百分比为 2%-15%的第三增稠剂、 质量百分比为 2%-1 0%的丙二醇、 质量百分比为 0-10%的丙三醇, 所述第二溶剂为去
离子水; 所述第二工艺为将所述第二助剂喷涂在所述主功能层织 物或所述辅功能层织物上; 或者将所述主功能层织物或所述辅功 能层织物浸泡在所述第二助剂中,然后自然晾干或 25°C低温烘干。
