通常, 在一个扬声器中会采用多个振膜来提高扬声器的辐射范围, 因此 将位于奇数位和偶数位的振膜分别通过外连接杆 4连接组成两组振膜, 且各 个振膜之间形成的腔用外壳 6套上, 以达到密封的目的。 同时, 由于在扬声 器中采用了外连接杆 4,因此添加前腔密封装置 7以分离扬声器的前腔和后腔。
由于在本发明中采用了内连接杆 5和外连接杆 4,因此在制作扬声器的过 程中, 无需穿透振膜 3便能够实现各振膜 3之间的连接, 避免空气泄漏和不 良音质的出现, 提高扬声器的发声效果, 同时也降低了扬声器的制作难度。
上述对本发明所提供的多振膜扬声器的各个部件及各部件的连接关系作 了概括性的描述, 下述将更为详细地说明本发明所提供的多振膜扬声器的各 部件之间的连接关系。
具体地, 本发明所提供的多振膜扬声器包括振膜 3、 内连接杆 5和外连接 杆 4; 其中, 振膜 3至少有 4个, 在振膜 3的刚性中间部的长轴上分别设置有 连接点; 内连接杆 5包括长杆和短杆; 其中, 将位于奇数位的振膜 3通过连 接点与内连接杆 5连接, 然后通过外连接杆 4将连接的位于奇数位的所有振 膜 3的内连接杆 5进行连接, 形成第一组振膜; 其中, 内连接杆 5的长杆和 短杆在第一组振膜中相互交错分布。 也就是说, 将连接有内连接杆 5 的位于 奇数位的所有振膜 3通过外连接杆 4进行连接, 形成第一组振膜; 其中, 内 连接杆 5的长杆和短杆在第一组振膜中的分布相互交错。
将位于偶数位的振膜 3通过连接点与内连接杆 5连接, 然后通过外连接 杆 4将连接的位于偶数位的所有振膜 3的内连接杆 5进行连接, 形成第二组 振膜; 其中, 内连接杆 5的长杆和短杆在第二组振膜 3中相互交错分布。
也就是说, 将连接有内连接杆 5的位于偶数位的所有振膜 3通过外连接 杆 4进行连接, 形成第二组振膜; 其中, 内连接杆 5的长杆和短杆在第二组 振膜 3中的分布相互交错。 由于扬声器的工作原理主要依靠振膜 3的振动产 生声音, 而振膜 3在振动时会有一定的振幅, 为了控制振膜 3在振动时的振 幅,将内连接杆 5放置在振膜 3的刚性中间部的不同位置能够有效抑制振膜 3 以上的摆动模式及弯曲振动模式。 而在第一组振膜和第二组振膜中, 将内连 接杆 5的长杆在振膜 3的刚性中间部的长轴的 1/4~1/2区域内与振膜连接,将 内连接杆 5的短杆在振膜的刚性中间部长轴的 0~1/4区域内与振膜 3连接更有 利于抑制振膜的弯曲振动。
需要说明的是, 与同一振膜 3 相连接的内连接杆可以单独出现, 也可成 对出现, 并且单独出现或者成对出现的内连接杆 5的数量与振膜 3的数量一 致。 同时, 由于外连接杆 4主要用于连接内连接杆 5, 从而实现将整个扬声器 中的所有振膜 3连接起来。 因此, 外连接杆 4的数量既与内连接杆 5的数量 有关, 也与振膜 3的组数相关。
也就是说, 内连接杆 5的数量与整个扬声器中所采用的振膜 3的数量相 一致, 并且与同一振膜 3相连接的内连接杆 5的数量为一根或者一对。 当与 同一振膜 3相连接的内连接杆 5的数量为一根时, 外连接杆 4的数量则为两 根; 当与同一振膜 3相连接的内连接杆 5的数量为一对时, 外连接杆 4的数 量为两对。
例如, 在一个扬声器中采用了 6个振膜 3, 那么内连接杆 5的数量可以为 6根, 也可以为 6对。 同时, 由于外连接杆 4需要连接内连接杆 5的长杆和短 杆, 因此当与同一振膜 3相连接的内连接杆 5采用一根时, 外连接杆 4则需 用两根; 当与同一振膜 3相连接的内连接杆 5采用一对时, 则外连接杆 4也 需成对出现, 并且由于振膜 3的组数为两组, 因此外连接杆 4的数量需为两 对。 也就是说, 外连接杆 4的数量既与内连接杆 5采用的数量相关, 也与振 膜 3的组数相关。 在本发明中, 振膜 3的组数为两组, 那么外连接杆 4的数 量也应相应的为两根或者两对。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式, 将与同一振膜相连接的内连接杆 5 的 数量设为一对, 能够更有利于使振膜 3在振动时处于平衡状态。
另外, 第一组振膜和第二组振膜在对应的磁路 1 的驱动下分别作同向振 动, 且第一组振膜和第二组振膜的振动方向相反。 优选地, 第一组振膜中的 所有振膜 3的振动方向一致, 第二组振膜中的所有振膜 3的振动方向一致, 且第一组振膜 3中的所有振膜 3的振动方向与第二振膜中的所有振膜 3的振 动方向相反。
也就是说, 第一组振膜中的所有振膜 3由于连接了同一组外连接杆 4, 因 此其振动方向是一致的。 例如当第一组振膜向上振动时, 第二组振膜则向下 振动, 第一组振膜向下振动时, 第二组振膜则向上振动。
为了更为详细地说明本发明所提供的多振膜扬声器的各振膜之间的连接 情况, 图 2示出了根据本发明实施例的多振膜扬声器的连接杆位置结构。
如图 2所示, 本发明提供的多振膜扬声器的振膜至少为 4个, 包括第一 振膜 21、 第二振膜 22、 第三振膜 23和第四振膜 24, 在第一振膜 21、 第二振 膜 22、第三振膜 23和第四振膜 24的刚性中间部的长轴上分别设置有连接点; 内连接杆包括长杆 25和短杆 26; 其中, 第一振膜 21通过连接点 27与长杆 25相连, 第三振膜 23通过连接点 27与短杆 26相连, 然后通过外连接杆 4将 第一振膜 21和第三振膜 23进行连接, 组成第一组振膜。
第二振膜 22通过连接点 27与短杆 26相连, 第四振膜 24通过连接点 27 与长杆 25相连,然后通过外连接杆 4将第二振膜 22和第四振膜 24进行连接, 组成第二组振膜。
或者, 第一振膜 21通过连接点 27与短杆 26相连, 第三振膜 23通过连 接点 27与长杆 25相连, 然后通过外连接杆 4将第一振膜 21和第三振膜 23 进行连接, 组成第一组振膜。
第二振膜 22通过连接点 27与长杆 25相连, 第四振膜 24通过连接点 27 与短杆 26相连,然后通过外连接杆 4将第二振膜 22和第四振膜 24进行连接, 组成第二组振膜。 如此, 第一组振膜和第二组振膜便可以在磁路 1 的驱动下 进行振动, 从而使扬声器发出声音。
通过上述实施例能够看出, 位于奇数位的振膜通过内连接杆和外连接组 成第一组振膜, 位于偶数位的振膜通过内连接杆和外连接杆组成第二组振膜, 并且内连接杆的长杆和短杆在第一组振膜和第二组振膜中的分布相互交错, 且在第一组振膜和第二组振膜的起始振膜中, 内连接杆的长杆和短杆的分布 也相互交错。
为了降低扬声器中的振膜的单体谐振频率, 提高整个扬声器的音质及灵 敏度, 可以在一个扬声器中使用多个振膜, 振膜数量可以为偶数个, 也可以 为奇数个, 在上述实施例中只以四个振膜为例进行了说明。 同样地, 可以在 一个扬声器中使用更多的振膜来拓宽扬声器的辐射范围。
具体地, 下述以 6个振膜的扬声器为例进行说明。 为了方便表述, 在此 将 6个振膜分别命名为第一振膜、 第二振膜、 第三振膜、 第四振膜、 第五振 膜和第六振膜。 其中, 在第一振膜、 第二振膜、 第三振膜、 第四振膜、 第五 振膜和第六振膜的刚性中间部长轴上分别设置有连接点。 内连接杆包括长杆 和短杆; 其中, 第一振膜通过连接点与长杆相连, 第三振膜通过连接点与短 杆相连, 第五振膜通过连接点与长杆相连, 然后通过外连接杆将第一振膜、 第三振膜和第五振膜进行连接, 组成第一组振膜。 第二振膜通过连接点与短杆相连, 第四振膜通过连接点与长杆相连, 第 六振膜通过连接点与短杆相连, 然后通过外连接杆将第二振膜、 第四振膜和 第六振膜进行连接, 组成第二组振膜。
通过上述能够看出, 本发所提供的多振膜扬声器通过内连接杆连接各振 膜, 然后通过外连接杆将内连接杆进行连接, 从而在无需穿透振膜的情况下 实现各个振膜的连接, 避免空气泄漏和不良音质的出现, 提高扬声器的发声 效果。 如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明的多振膜扬声器。 但是, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 对于上述本发明所提出的多振膜扬声器, 还可以 在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应当 由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种多振膜扬声器, 包括至少 4个振膜、 内连接杆和外连接杆; 在所述振膜的刚性中间部的长轴上分别设置有连接点;
所述内连接杆包括长杆和短杆; 其中,
将位于奇数位的振膜通过所述连接点与所述内连接杆连接, 然后通过所 述外连接杆将连接位于奇数位的所有振膜的所述内连接杆进行连接, 形成第 一组振膜; 其中, 所述内连接杆的长杆和短杆在所述第一组振膜中相互交错 分布;
将位于偶数位的振膜通过所述连接点与所述内连接杆连接, 然后通过所 述外连接杆将连接位于偶数位的所有振膜的所述内连接杆进行连接, 形成第 二组振膜; 其中, 所述内连接杆的长杆和短杆在所述第二组振膜中相互交错 分布。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的多振膜扬声器, 还包括磁路, 其中, 所述第一组 振膜和第二组振膜在对应的磁路的驱动下分别作同向振动, 且所述第一组振 膜和第二组振膜的振动方向相反。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 所述内连接杆的数量与所 述振膜的数量一致, 且与同一振膜相连接的内连接杆的数量为一根或者一对。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 当与同一振膜相连接的内 连接杆的数量为一根时, 所述外连接杆的数量为两根;
当与同一振膜相连接的内连接杆的数量为一对时, 所述外连接杆的数量 为两对。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 在所述第一组振膜中, 所 述内连接杆的长杆在所述振膜的刚性中间部长轴的 1/4~1/2区域内与所述振膜 连接,所述内连接杆的短杆在所述振膜的刚性中间部长轴的 0~1/4区域内与所 述振膜连接。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 在所述第二组振膜中, 所 述内连接杆的长杆在所述振膜的刚性中间部长轴的 1/4~1/2区域内与所述振膜 连接,所述内连接杆的短杆在所述振膜的刚性中间部长轴的 0~1/4区域内与所 述振膜连接。
7、 如权利要求 2所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 所述第一组振膜中的所有 振膜的振动方向一致, 所述第二组振膜中的所有振膜的振动方向一致。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的多振膜扬声器, 其中, 所述第一组振膜中的所有 振膜的振动方向与第二组振膜中的所有振膜的振动方向相反。
