技术领域
本发明涉及一种钉子， 具体的说涉及一种吸塑发光字专用防水钉。
背景技术
吸塑发光字由压克力吸塑面板、发光字箱体、及发光字光源三部分组成。 因 为能在 LED灯与吸塑面板的共同作用下能发出各种想要的五彩斑斓的颜色来，非 常美观， 因此被广泛应用于商场、 宾馆、 酒店、 写字楼、 店面招牌、 广告招牌等 各种场所。
吸塑发光字在安装时，尤其是安装在墙体上时， 一般会采用以下两种方法进 行安装：
一是通过双面胶， 或者胶水将发光字箱体粘在墙体上固定。这种固定方式结 实度较低， 时间一长， 在重力的作用下， 吸塑发光字会脱落。
二是通过螺钉，安装人员直接将螺钉在发光字箱体与墙体的边缘处斜着钉在 墙体上。这种固定方式虽然解决了固定牢靠的问题， 但是也存在一些问题， 一方 面破坏了发光字的效果， 发光字在墙体的边缘处会产生钉子的黑影， 另一方面破 坏了发光字的整体防水性， 一旦遇有雨水或者其他水，水会顺着钉子的缝隙流进 发光字箱体， 严重时会导致短路， 损害 LED灯。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提出一种吸塑发光字专用防水钉，包括钉子 本体，还包括一个半球形柔性橡胶体， 半球形柔性橡胶体的球体直径大于钉子本 体钉头的直径， 当需要钉钉子时间， 钉子本体尖端扎入半球形柔性橡胶体， 进而 再钉入固定物体。 所述半球形柔性橡胶体材料为 PVC聚氯乙烯材料， 或 PE聚乙 烯材料， 或 PP聚丙烯材料。 所述半球形柔性橡胶体中间部位设置有穿孔， 穿孔 的直径小于钉子本体的直径。所述半球形柔性橡胶体的颜色与吸塑发光字体的颜 色一致。
有益效果： 一方面： 由于钉子上使用了半球形柔性橡胶体， 当钉子在发光字 箱体在墙体的边缘处被斜着顶入墙体时， 半球形柔性橡胶体会产生变形， 再加上 使用的是柔性材料， 因此会使得钉子与发光字箱体之间没有了缝隙，水就不会流 入发光字箱体， 起到了防水的作用。 另一方面： 由于半球形柔性橡胶体具有与发 光字体的颜色一致， 因此在 LED灯的照射下， 会产生衍射作用， 减小了钉子对发 光效果的影响。

实施例 2: 在实施例 1中半球形柔性橡胶体并不局限于半球形， 柔性橡胶体 液可以为半椭圆形、半多面体等形状， 只要能起到消灭钉子与发光字箱体之间的 缝隙的形状都可以。
