RRC层可以判断所述 UE当前请求的语音呼叫的类型, 这样在判断出 UE当前请求的语音呼叫为 MMTEL-Voice业务或 IMS voice业务之后, 就 可以釆用特定的机制来处理这两类语音业务, 从而将这两类语音业务与 其他语音业务区分开来, 以优先处理这两类语音业务, 达到提高用户体 验的目的。
若是, 则进行步骤 702; 若不是, 则证明 UE当前是在为普通的语音 请求 RRC连接。
若判断 UE不是在为 MMTEL-Voice业务或 IMS voice业务建立 RRC连 接, 而是在为移动初始呼叫业务建立 RRC连接, 则进行 ACB判决。 若判 决的结果为允许, 则为所述移动初始呼叫业务发送 RRC 连接请求消息给 底层。 若判决的结果为不允许, 则需在系统信息未否包含跳过指示信息 且所述 UE支持所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice业务时, 发送消 息告知所述高层 RRC连接建立失败且所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice业务的呼叫接入被阻止。

本发明实施例提了一种控制呼叫接入的方法, 如图 8 所示所述方法 包括以下步骤:
801、 RRC 层接收高层的指示消息, 判断 UE 是否在为 MMTEL-Voice 业务或 IMS voice业务建立无线资源控制 RRC连接。
这里, RRC 层接收高层的指示消息, 再根据高层的指示消息来判断 UE是否在为 MMTEL-Voice业务或 IMS voice业务建立无线资源控制 RRC 连接。 若高层发送给所述 RRC 层的指示消息用于指示 RRC 层为所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice业务建立 RRC连接, RRC层在接收高 层发送的指示消息之后, 就可以 艮容易的判断所述 UE在为 MMTEL-Voice 业务或 IMS voice业务建立 RRC连接。 若所述高层发送给所述 RRC层的 指示消息用于指示 RRC层为其他语音业务建立 RRC连接, RRC层在接收高 层发送的指示消息之后, 就可以判断所述 UE不是在为 MMTEL-Voice业务 或 IMS voice业务建立 RRC连接。
另外, 可以将语音呼叫业务分为移动初始呼叫业务和 MMTEL-Voice 业务或 IMS voice业务。这样,若所述 RRC层判断 UE不是在为 MMTEL-Voice 业务或 IMS voice业务建立无线资源控制 RRC连接, 而是为移动初始呼 叫业务建立 RRC连接, 就需要进行 ACB判决, 控制移动初始呼叫业务的 呼叫接入。
若不是, 则进行步骤 802; 若是, 则进行步骤 803。
802、 进行 ACB判决。 若判决的结果为允许, 则为所述移动初始呼叫业务发送 RRC连接请 求消息给底层。 若判决的结果为不允许, 则需在系统信息未否包含跳过 指示信息且所述 UE支持所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice业务时, 发送消息告知所述高层 RRC连接建立失败且所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所 述 IMS voice业务的呼叫接入被阻止。 其中, 所述 ACB判决指的是 RRC 层接收高层转发的用户发送的呼叫连接建立请求, 按照从广播消息中获 取的该类型呼叫对应的阻止参数, 计算是否阻止该呼叫连接建立请求。
803、 判断所述系统信息中是否包含跳过指示信息。
这里, RRC层从 SIB2 ( system information block 2系统信息块 2 ) 模块获取系统信息。 所获取的系统信息中就包含对部分语音业务的指示 信息, 例如, 对 MMTEL-Voice业务或 IMS voice业务的指示信息。 其中, 所述跳过指示信息为指示所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice业务 跳过所述 ACB判决的信息。
若包含, 则进行步骤 804; 若不包含, 则进行步骤 805。
804、 发送 RRC连接请求消息给底层, 使得所述底层将所述 RRC连接 请求消息传输给基站。
在所述系统信息中包含所述跳过指示信息时, 发送 RRC连接请求消 息给底层, 让底层来传输。 这样所述 MMTEL-Voice业务或所述 IMS voice 业务就可以跳过 ACB判决, 得到优先处理。
805、 进行 ACB判决。
若判决结果为阻止,则进行步骤 806;若结果为允许则进行步骤 804。
806、 发送消息告知所述高层 RRC连接建立失败且所述 MMTEL-Voice 业务或所述 IMS voice业务的呼叫接入被阻止。
这里, 当判决结果为阻止, 还需要在预设时长后 (启动定时器, 当 定时器终止或被停止时) , 通知高层取消或緩解对所述 MMTEL-Voice 业 务或所述 IMS voice业务的呼叫接入的阻止。
