Description

一种伸缩式移动终端保护装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种伸缩式移动终端保护装置 。
背景技术
随着科技的日新月异，越来越多的手持式移动终端出现在市面上， 例如智能型手机、携带式数字多媒体播放器、个人数字助理或平板计算机等等，这些移动终端越来越轻薄以方便携带，但也由于其轻薄，于是需要保护套保护其外壳，以避免刮伤或摔损。一般用于这些移动终端的保护套，常见的材质如橡胶、金属、塑料或皮，但皆仅是做为保护之用，功能多停留在提供减震以及免于碰撞，而未有其他的功能。现有的移动终端保护套夹持部一般是固定在保护套上，致使在需要使用照相功能时，人们要从保护套上取下移动终端才能进行照相，造成使用上的不便性 。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在能够适配不同种类形状的移动终端的基础上，而且能够便利的适配其后部的摄像头的移动终端保护装置。
一般来说，相似尺寸的移动终端，由于厂商不同，具有不同的形状，而且其后部的摄像头位置也不一样，现有的移动终端保护装置很难适配多种不同型号的移动终端。
对此，本发明提供一种伸缩式移动终端保护装置，包括：
底座；以及，
夹持座，包括：
挠性片，设置于其四角，用于受力变形抓紧不同尺寸的移动终端；和
滑道，设置于其底部，与所述底座配合滑动，以使移动终端实现推出或拉回的动作。
伸缩式移动终端保护装置，解决了现有的移动终端保护套夹持部一般是固定在保护套上，致使在使用照相功能时，人们要从保护套上取下移动终端才能进行照相，造成使用上的不便性的问题；本发明具有伸缩功能，在使用移动终端的摄像功能时，只需要将所述夹持座沿其底部的滑道从所述底座推出，即可使用移动终端的照相功能，免去取出移动终端的繁琐；而且还具有一个受力变形，作用力消失后不会恢复原来的形状的 挠 性片，可以根据不同尺寸的移动终端，将 挠 性片受力变形为能够适应各种不同尺寸大小的移动终端。
优选的，所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，还包括：
第一保护盖，包括：设置于其内侧的限位机构；以及，
第二保护盖，与所述底座相连接，并与所述第一保护盖相连接形成合页结构。
优选的，所述底座通过设置于其底部的转轴机构与所述第二保护盖转动连接。
优选的，所述转轴机构包括：与所述第二保护盖固定连接的转轴、设置在所述底座上且与所述转轴相适配的轴孔，以及，透过所述轴孔与所述转轴适配的孔盖。
优选的，所述转轴附近设置有凸点，所述轴孔周围设置有与所述凸点相适配的凹点。
优选的，所述限位机构包括三条相对平行设置的凸起挡块，用于调节移动终端倾斜角度。
优选的，所述保护套模块采用人造皮革制成。
与现有技术相比，本发明的优点在于，本发明具有伸缩功能，在使用移动终端的摄像功能时，只需要将所述夹持座沿其底部的滑道从所述底座推出，即可使用移动终端的照相功能，免去取出移动终端的繁琐；而且还具有一个受力变形，作用力消失后不会恢复原来的形状的挠性片，可以根据不同尺寸的移动终端，将挠性片受力变形为能够适应各种不同尺寸大小的移动终端。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本发明的较优的实施例作进一步的详细说明：
如图1至3所示，所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，包括：保护套模块1，包括：第一保护盖11，包括：设置于其内侧的限位机构；和第二保护盖12，与所述第一保护盖11相连接形成合页结构；以及，固定模块2，包括：底座21，设置于所述第二保护盖12上；和夹持座22，包括：滑道221，设置于其底部，与所述底座21配合滑动，用于使移动终端实现推出或拉回的动作，和 挠性 片222，设置于其四角，用于受力变形抓紧不同尺寸的移动终端。
挠 性是指，物体受力变形，作用力失去之后不能恢复原状。例 如，绿泥石，屈而不伸，是挠性明显的矿物；铝质材料，压弯就不能再恢复原状；挠性覆铜板是指在聚酯薄膜或聚酰亚胺薄膜等挠性绝缘材料的单面或双面，通过一定的工艺处理，与铜箔粘接在一起所形成的覆铜板。
优选的，所述限位机构包括三条相对平行设置的凸起挡块111，用于调节移动终端倾斜角度。
其中，所述底座21通过设置于其底部的转轴机构23与所述第二保护盖12转动连接。
所述转轴机构23包括：与所述第二保护盖12固定连接的转轴、设置在所述底座21上且与所述转轴相适配的轴孔，以及，透过所述轴孔与所述转轴适配的孔盖。
所述转轴附近设置有凸点，所述轴孔周围设置有与所述凸点相适配的凹点。
优选的，所述保护套模块1采用人造皮革制成。

  1. 一种伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，包括：
    底座（21）；以及，
    夹持座（22），包括：
    挠性 片（222），设置于其四角，用于受力变形抓紧不同尺寸的移动终端；和
    滑道（221），设置于其底部，与所述底座（21）配合滑动，以使移动终端实现推出或拉回的动作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，还包括保护套模块（1），包括：
    第一保护盖（11），包括：设置于其内侧的限位机构；以及，
    第二保护盖（12），与所述底座（21）相连接，并与所述第一保护盖（11）相连接形成合页结构。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，
    所述底座（21）通过设置于其底部的转轴机构（23）与所述第二保护盖（12）转动连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，
    所述转轴机构（23）包括：与所述第二保护盖（12）固定连接的转轴、设置在所述底座（21）上且与所述转轴相适配的轴孔，以及，透过所述轴孔与所述转轴适配的孔盖。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，
    所述转轴附近设置有凸点，所述轴孔周围设置有与所述凸点相适配的凹点。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，
    所述限位机构包括三条相对平行设置的凸起挡块（111），用于调节移动终端倾斜角度。
  7. 如权利要求2所述的伸缩式移动终端保护装置，其特征在于，所述保护套模块（1）采用人造皮革制成。
